I have to start by saying I hate a soggy wing. The worst kind is when the skin is still flabby. Urban wings had a different issue in that you could tell the food was crispy at some point...
We got bone-in wings lemon pepper hot and Thai peanut, boneless buffalo garlic, onion rings and tater tots as a pick up order.
The food was ready pretty quickly after ordering online. They're only about a half mile from our home, so transportation didn't take long, but I think the issue may be packaging. There was a lot of water from steam condensation in the packages, and everything was a little chewy. Ventilated containers might help! I don't really know the answer...
The sauces were decent, and they have a lot of variety. That being said, for as much sauce variety as they offer, we were also surprised that the ranch, honey mustard etc dipping sauces were all just prepackaged commercial stuff. That was a bit of a disappointment too.
All in all, Atlanta is a big wing eating city, and I think that especially being a primarily takeout business, the food needs to travel better!
