I didn’t get a chance to take a picture of my wings because i killed them. Very good. I was hungry. They have tons of wing options send yea the fries were good too. I’d recommend

I recently visited Urban Wings for the first time and had a great experience overall. I would rate it 4 out of 5. I ordered the Philly and five-piece wing combo with the sweet garlic flavor, which I thoroughly enjoyed. The wings were flavorful, and the sweet garlic sauce was a standout. I also tried the fruit punch, which had a nostalgic, Kool-Aid-like taste that I really liked. I look forward to returning and trying more menu items.

I’m not certain as to what maybe taking place however, the last three visits is the same issue with our meal. We paid specifically for curly fries didn’t receive what we ordered today to only be very disappointed. I was given two orders of waffle fries due to lack of order on curly fries to my understanding. But none of the waffle fries were cooked fully and fries were very much uncooked but coated in so much salty seasoning! Not only that my husbands fries weren’t cooked fully two of his chicken wings were still cold. We love this location when Fruit is at work but since his absence the quality of food hasn’t been nowhere near the same. My husband and I decided today not to return for awhile in hopes the food quality will improve.

Came in for extra extra wet wings like swimming in sauce and they didn't come out wet at all ofc i didnt see this til i got home. They don't do all flats despite how much you are paying for them. The menu here says 12.99 for 10 wings and I was charged 14.99. Either change the menu or charge what's written. With that being said check your food in front of them. I'm mad I got dry wings and my whole appetite is gone. Customer service is poor and has a bad attitude for my first time eating here it made a terrible impression and I won't be going back. Atmosphere is one star cause of the attitude from workers.

I came to Atlanta for a few days of work and thought I'd try what Atlanta is known for. Mostly wings. If I were to base ATL wings on this one experience, I would be doing a disservice to all the other wing shops around town. I have never, ever seen wings this small. Probably should be somewhat ashamed to present a customer a product like this... And because they were so small they were overcooked and dry. You know, like jerky. Kinda detracts from whatever redeeming flavors you may have had. Wasn't even mad really. After I sat there stunned in my car, I just smiled and laughed. Wait till the guys see this. We all had a laugh at your expense. It was at least entertaining as it was definitely not filling... barely edible. On the outside you look like a national chain. Nice signage, video menu boards and the decor to match. Then you bring me out..., oh,I don't know.... slightly flavored pigeon wings with all the personality of a cardboard box. Not really representing the ATL wing community that otherwise seems to take a lot of pride in their wings. Just saying.

Google
I've been rocking with urban wings since they first opened. The location on Defors and I have been a faithful customer for a while. It wasn't until I changed jobs that I stopped going.. Recently I found the location on Moreland Ave. My first time was great but today I was disappointed. I order a 10 piece (South Atlanta) fried SOFT. And a Philly combo.. my wings were definitely not fried soft they were actually extra hard and the amount of fries was definitely not the portion size I'm used to receiving.. my Philly however was great. For what I paid.. DEFINITELY DISAPPOINTED

I came for the vegan wings. They were just ok to me. But, my daughter enjoyed them a lot. I'm a picky person, so I won't deduct from them when it's probably just me. I forgot which cheesecake I got, but boy, way good! Customer service from the gentleman was great. Vegan food can be pricey but was disappointed I paid so much and it only came with just the 8 wings. Hopefully the make this a combo soon and not tax too much more for it. If I'm in the area again, I'm sure I'll stop back by.

Google
The food and service is just simply amazing. They are always nice and giving service with a smile. They go above and beyond to meet the needs of the customers. This is rare these days. Thank you for your great service and o course I will be back. FYI the food stays hot. I live about 25 minutes away and my food was pippin hot. Yummy

Yelp
Ordered online for pickup, it was ready on time and the cashier was very nice upon pickup. We ordered bone-in lemon pepper and garlic parm, boneless buffalo and Korea town, curly fries, crinkle fries, and mozzarella sticks. Everything was delicious, fresh, and well priced. The buffalo/hotlanta sauce was one of the best we've ever had! Lemon pepper had perfectly balanced flavor also. Definitely will go again for our game day wings.

Yelp
Wings are very competitive in Atlanta. The baseline rating of wings in Atlanta (for me) compared to other cities ive lived is 4, we're spoiled. But to get 5 it's gotta have something unique. The service here is stellar, they were so nice and smiled, which is so refreshing. Wings were perfectly cooked to atlanta standards. I had the orange and hotlanta sauces which were very tasty. Where I had to remove a star (and hope to return it in the future) is they serve pre-packaged ranch. It single handedly downgraded the whole flavor profile of the wings. Ranch is so easy to make from scratch, and some wing spots have nailed some wildly tasty house blends. If they can fix only this, they'd be my go to wing spot.

Yelp
I have to start by saying I hate a soggy wing. The worst kind is when the skin is still flabby. Urban wings had a different issue in that you could tell the food was crispy at some point... We got bone-in wings lemon pepper hot and Thai peanut, boneless buffalo garlic, onion rings and tater tots as a pick up order. The food was ready pretty quickly after ordering online. They're only about a half mile from our home, so transportation didn't take long, but I think the issue may be packaging. There was a lot of water from steam condensation in the packages, and everything was a little chewy. Ventilated containers might help! I don't really know the answer... The sauces were decent, and they have a lot of variety. That being said, for as much sauce variety as they offer, we were also surprised that the ranch, honey mustard etc dipping sauces were all just prepackaged commercial stuff. That was a bit of a disappointment too. All in all, Atlanta is a big wing eating city, and I think that especially being a primarily takeout business, the food needs to travel better!

Yelp
Food was great but they left 2 items off my order: peach pie and sauce for mozzarella sticks. If you order food to be picked up, check your order before you leave.

Yelp
Wings are delicious, but the same size as my pinky. These some Wing McNuggets...................

Yelp
The smallest wings I have ever seen!!! :( I'm so disappointed.... Spent $40 on meal for 2 and we are still hungry. Used to LOVE this place....

Yelp
Black owned franchised location. Hands down exceptional customer service. Tay was so patient, informative and entertaining. He helped us decide which options matched our tastes, explained each item in detail and explained how the vegan items are cooked separately from the non-vegan items. The food is prepared to order, so everything came out fresh and piping hot! Vegetarians there are a number of fried vegetable options including whole mushrooms, green tomatoes, pickles, green beans, asparagus, potatoes and more. Additionally, raw carrots and celery. I ordered the vegan wings in two flavors. Hot lemon was a winner. Nashville hot was a meh. I tried my friend's ghost pepper and it was fire, literally. But still very flavorful. The fried mushrooms and green tomatoes were delicious. No sauce needed. I will definitely return.

Yelp
Food was great ! Uber eats delivered hot and quick. Rode pass the location the other day and it was intriguing so I decided to give a try. All in all I loved the shrimp and the kiddo loved the wings.

Yelp
Vegan nuggets very over cooked and dried out. Too tough to eat! Very disappointed with the quality of food.

Yelp
Great new location for this spot. Delicious wings. We tried some mild chicken tenders for the kids and shared the bone-in sweet garlic and honey bbq. Prices were as expected and service was faster than the predicted 35 min order time online. Good amount of meat on the bone too. They have a ton of different flavors with the sauces so I'd really like to try more. Interesting looking sides which I'll report back on next time.

Yelp
Wings were good and food was hot on delivery. I had the hot lemon pepper for lunch and even had more left over

Yelp
This is the second time that we have placed an order from my job to them in the past week and the service has been deplorable. The first time we have a bout 5/6 separate orders and thought that that might have been the reason for the incorrect food. However, today we placed one order with much less food, and it was still wrong! Both times that we called to speak with someone we were met with attitude as soon as we stated there was an issue with the orders. This time we asked to speak specify with the manager and the woman on the phone stated it was her and that they do not have a corporate due to being a franchise. It was also stated that they knew that there was no issue because they counted the number of boxes. Why are you not actually checking the food versus the number of containers for quality assurance? They are extremely rude, unprofessional, and are not open to criticism for the betterment of their business. I will be also informing the BBB because it's beyond unacceptable!
