Which Minneapolis and St. Paul Patios Are Open Right Now, Summer 2020 | Eater Twin Cities

"I found their patio is currently open with tables sometimes placed on existing patios, in parking lots, or on sidewalks; guests are asked to wear masks and all staff will be masked, with precautions in place—check with the restaurant for individual days and hours. Studies suggest lower exposure risk when dining outdoors, but that benefit depends on restaurants following strict social distancing and other safety guidelines." - Joy Summers

Which restaurant patios will reopen June 2020 in Minneapolis and Saint Paul? | Eater Twin Cities

"I expect its patio to open next week; seating will require reservations and be at a diminished capacity, with social distancing enforced. Masks will be required for workers and for Minneapolis diners (but not in St. Paul). Minneapolis has relaxed zoning to let restaurants reclaim outdoor space such as parking lots and valet stands, though Mayor Melvin Carter and the St. Paul city council are still expected to address zoning concerns. This list may change as the date nears; for updates emailminneapolis@eater.com." - Joy Summers

Google
Overnight and didn't want to venture too far. Tried the hotel restaurant. Had the Buttermilk Chicken Sandwich, with chips. Sauce was good and sandwich good, overpriced, but good. Bread Pudding was ok, side of vanilla ice cream. I wouldn't get it next time. Overall ok for a stay in place to eat.

Google
Food was good and supposedly organic (couldn't prove either way lol). It was a little higher than average. But it was also inside the hotel. So thats to be expected. I will say that the evenings I ate here were busy because 2 conferences were running concurrently at the hotel and the waiter couldn't keep up. Not his fault. Just overwhelmed with so many people. Otherwise its worth a try.

Google
First time here traveling from California, and I have to admit it was one of the best dinners and deserts I've ever had! Staff was super friendly and attentive, food was fresh, ambiance just lovely and I was NOT expecting this being that I'm only staying here near the airport to go somewhere else first thing in the morning. Wonderful wonderful wonderful!!

All Hail To M.

Google
the burger $19 the fries 🍟 add $7. burger salty. food is price based on fact that no restaurants are near. it was ok. it's certainly overpriced. taste like a big mac from McDonald's

Google
This was the perfect end to my travels today. Reed, my server, recommended the perfect meal to end with a desert. I had the steak skewers with potatoes and chocolate gelato for dessert. The steak skewers were beautifully seasoned and the little white potatoes were crispy on the outside and cooked perfectly. The chocolate gelato was delicious. I never finished a meal but this one I did. Thank you for a great experience!!

Google
We stay here often. LOVE the hotel and the morning staff at the Market, BUT the evening shift at the bar is something else. We’ve had good and bad experiences. When it’s good, it’s great. Bartenders tend to have a REALLY bad attitude toward their customers because they “want” to go home. Rolling their eyes, making side comments. I get it, some days can be hard but that attitude shouldn’t be brought to your customers. Our last experience with Ashley was very unenjoyable. She had a full bar of customers and turned people down and was just rude. Maybe it was just a day but CHEERS!

Google
Ruthie was our Server and she was incredibly knowledgeable and nice! The food was absolutely delicious! The cranberry reduction was well done, thr dark meat turkey was pleasantly spiced, the pumpkin pie was delightful! Well prepared and thought out menu. Well worth the price. The gal at the front desk went out of her way to ask if we wanted our pictures taken! 5 star service!

Yelp
4 Stars - A Hidden Gem Amidst the Hustle and Bustle Through the fast-paced energy of the hotel, Urbana Craeft Kitchen & Market offers a cozy escape with pretty good food and a welcoming vibe. Whether you're a traveler passing through or just looking for a solid meal, this spot delivers. The atmosphere is lively, filled with guests and business travelers, but the staff remains pleasant and efficient despite the constant flow of people. One standout dish was the Craeft Mac & Cheese; rich, creamy, and full of flavor, it's definitely worth trying. The menu offers a nice variety, and while it's not a five-star dining experience, the quality and convenience make it a solid choice. If you find yourself at the Hyatt and need a bite, Urbana Craeft Kitchen & Market is a reliable choice nestled right in the middle of the action!

Yelp
Every food item was great! We had been here several years ago and weren't sure if it was still the same. Maybe not the same but still very very good.Service was good (thanks it is Reid) and I look forward to coming back. I had Brussels sprouts and chicken wild rice soup and ate much more than I thought I would! Husband had walleye on wild rice and it was excellent. We shared and agreed everything was good.

Yelp
Been here a few times now as I live right across the street and it is great for a quick, amazing bite or two of food and has a full bar. The bartenders here are always so friendly and nice and always outgoing and very accommodating, which I appreciate! The food here is also amazing, the only downside is that there always seems to be a lack of waitstaff, there are usually only 2-3 waitresses and sometimes every table can be full and I do feel as if they are rushing and trying to get everyone.. so sometimes the drinks can be very delayed. I have had the steak, the flatbread, the wings, the salad and the salmon sandwich and I have to be honest, I have zero complaints about any of these food items. The flatbread is nice and crispy with melty cheese and the sauce is nice and has a nice flavor as well. The salmon sandwich is awesome! A decent amount of salmon (there is some thick bread) but other than that, the salmon is well cooked, has some nice seasoning and toppings. The wings are incredible here. They are nice and crispy (breaded wings) and I enjoy them everytime! Definitely a repeat visit type of place.
google avatar

Yelp
It's the only restaurant at the hotel so your choices are limited. Like everywhere there is no help and certainly no good help. Three of the 4 people in our conference group at our table became sick after eating there. The salmon was sent back because it was so fishy smelling others at the table complained. One woman had an allergic reaction after the chicken dinner didn't revel there were buts in the sauce. The 3rd person had intestinal trouble from the wings sauce. So beware when eating here. Just door dash.

Yelp
*** Omfg, this walleye dish is superb ... bravo! *** The sauce, the mushrooms, the MN wild rice, and of course the fish. Midwestern special at its finest. *** Catch it while you can bc it's a chef special. ***

Yelp
Great hotel bar and restaurant. Service was polite and friendly. We didn't order food so I can't comment but tables next to us smelled delicious.

Yelp
Again looking for breakfast near the airport, but not in the airport and Urbana popped up on a search. It is inside the Hyatt, so be aware that it's not a standalone restaurant. I can only give it an average rating. The host taking orders was friendly, but when we asked for glasses of water (which were readily available on the counter behind him), he told us we'd have to buy bottles, as that was the only water available. Food was also so-so; nothing bad, but nothing great. I had the egg scramble, which was good, but came with no side (toast, fruit, potatoes). With that in mind, I expected the portion to be huge and it was about the size of a cup of soup. A little disappointing when you're hungry and for the price. Hubs had some sweet pancake, which he seemed to enjoy. We also noticed there were 3 versions of menus, the online one differed from what was in store and then there was a menu posted by the entrance and something different posted where you order. A little confusing to say the least.

Yelp
Markers mark manhattan $13 Classic Hemingway $13 Walleye. - beautifully cooked fish on a bed of wild rice with purple onions, carrots , hot pepper and green sprouts. Really fresh and delicious. Neat mix of flavors. $26 My wife had the chicken wild rice soup and the Brussels sprouts. Wow both are great. The spouts had a balsamic edge with just a hint of a tang of pepper. $10 for soup and $13 spouts. Good portions for both It is a somewhat limited menu but they do it very well Server Reid - he was very nice and friendly.

Yelp
Barista did a great job with our cappuccinos . Not a big menu but the taste was another thing ! Loved it . Not a lot of ambience , a lot of people because is an hotel , but overall a good experience

Shay J.

Yelp
The food was rough. I got the steak frites. Originally the food was delivered and the fries were lukewarm at best. I was able to have them remake them and it was a night and day difference between the two. The fries were great when they were fresh. Now on to the steak, I ate one and a half pieces of it and couldn't eat anymore (and I hate wasting money!). The char of the steak had a very off putting flavor that stopped me from pushing forward to eating more. Bummed to have spent over $30 for such a miss of a meal. I ordered to go as I am staying at the Hyatt.

Yelp
Wrong information. They close for 11 am and open for 4 PM . It is not a brunch and breakfast place

Yelp
Nice hotel restaurant but my god- hire more staff. They had one guy running around for his life, they need more workers. Olives plate wasn't good, chicken Caesar salad and wings were good

Yelp
Had breakfast here a couple of times while staying. Service and food was good, no complaints.

Yelp
The photos and previous reviews of Urbana Cræft Kitchen make it look upscale and cool. However, it is counter service with a trying too hard dining room filled with uncomfortable/cheap looking furniture. Breakfast was included with our room as a substitute for amenities that are currently unavailable (but were when we booked the room). The person working the counter was very professional and pleasant. This was the only pleasant part of this meal. We ordered a breakfast sandwich and salmon cake Benedict. The presentation was non-existent. The Benedict was overcooked, under sauced and lukewarm. The breakfast sandwich was the right temperature but dressed with too-sweet ketchup which was gross. To be fair, the sandwich description may have included the condiments, but the light blue letters on a white background on the electronic menu board was so hard to read, I may have missed it. Technically, our breakfast is complimentary again tomorrow, but we're on vacation and I'd like to eat someplace enjoyable.

Yelp
Stopped in here for a late breakfast with my parents over a long layover in MSP. It was very quiet around 10:30 am. We sat in a lightly lit dining room that was furnished with very modern styles. There was definitely a Scandinavian vibe to the restaurant which was reflected in their menu items which included things like ebelskivers (Dutch pancakes.) I ordered the smoked salmon on rye with poached egg and avocado. It was beautifully plated, the rye offering a dark counterpoint to the salty salmon. Avocado was creamy and the tomato fresh. The only problem was that the egg was a little overcooked and wasn't as runny as I would have hoped. Service was friendly and attentive. Quick refills on coffee and water. Nice place.

Yelp
Was staying at Great Wolf Lodge and saw this place was close by! It's actually located inside of the hotel. The staff was very patient and friendly. We came right after breakfast had ended and was trying to decide whether to stay here or go someplace else. I ordered the beer battered cheese curds which did not disappoint! The appetizer is very filling and should be shared. My boyfriend got the fried wall eye. it was very light but lacked any flavor. For dessert, we ordered the stroopwafel. I preferred the side not dipped in chocolate. Very light dessert to end the lunch meal.

Yelp
Long overdue review. We dined in the kitchen and had drinks at the bar. Breakfast was tasty (except for my really dense cornmeal waffles) and drinks were refreshing. What really made the bar experience stellar was our bartender, Jen, who crafted delicious cocktails. Her knowledge of the various whiskeys and gins heightened our experience because not only were we getting amazing drinks, we also learned about the history and origin of some of them as well. TLDR: We learned some sh1t while boozing it up. Cocktails are better here than at the NY Park Hyatt. Jen made it new! Shout-out to Antonio, the manager, for taking so much care and pride in his work. It really shows. We appreciate you guys!

Yelp
Excellent. From the appetizers to the cocktails. I was happy and satisfied. Please continue. Thx

Yelp
Might become a go to restaurant for quick meals close to the airport. Located in the lobby of the Hyatt Regency ambience is not a strong point, but easy in and out versus the MOA options make this a very good alternative. My guest and I shared the Craeft Kitchen version of poutine which was very well made, dubbing mushrooms for meat and exceptional fries. Our dinner choices were the hangar steak and a simple ham sandwich, both done well and accompanied by side salads.

Yelp
We were staying at a nearby hotel and this breakfast option looked better than the one at our hotel. We ordered the sausage and eggs with an almond croissant and the potato quiche. The scrambled eggs tasted a little funny, like they weren't real eggs and the almond croissant was very average. But, the sausage and the potato quiche were quite good. It's a very nice setting for breakfast and the service was good.

Yelp
Horrible food I was at the hotel decided to not go out even with 3.9 rating thought how bad could it be. Had polenta it was served cold was that on purpose? I told the waitress I was not used to it being served cold and hardly ate any her response was hmm so they serve it cold. Leek soup was good although tasted like a curry dish. My partners burger was also cold under cooked, came on a plain bun with 2 pickles. Just the quality of the meat was so poor, and I thought this restaurant was supposed to be a farm to table kinda thing. I must have misunderstood. Service was average, no cutlery until I asked after food had been served, place was not busy yet still didn't manage to get water refilled.

Yelp
Summary: Cheap prices, small portions, novel take on traditional breakfast. Being a self-proclaimed lover of brunch, I am always on the lookout for brunch destinations that offer something different from the traditional pancake, omelette, waffle breakfasts. While I appreciate a well-made traditional brunch, I know how difficult it is to infuse new ideas in the creation of a limited menu for breakfast. Located in the Hyatt Regency Hotel in Bloomington near MOA, Urbana Craeft Kitchen combines modern decor with the freshness of home grown ingredients that enable new menu creations. We ordered: Scandinavian Malted Waffle (4/5 Stars) $10: Aesthetically appealing and made with fresh berries whipped cream, the waffle was more similar to a Hong Kong style Egg Waffle in that it was a lot more fluffly, chewy, and lighter than a traditional waffle. The maple syrup was strange and tasted "too organic" but overall it was a fresh take on a waffle and at a reasonable price. Scandinavian Buttermilk Ball Pancakes (4/5 Stars) $10: A completely different take on pancakes, in the form of fluffy balls filled with a lingonberry filling that tasted like lemon and oranges. An interesting spin on a traditional breakfast concept again, but and the syrup again tasted strangely bitter. Portion size left much to be deserved, but the pancakes themselves were chewy and tasteful. Croissant & Egg White Scramble (4/5 Stars) $7: The portion size that came out was absurd and looked like half the size of a regular croissant. With that being said, it was by far the best thing we ordered. The scallions combined with the squash and dill aioli gave it a savory taste with a kick that wasn't too strong. Would definitely recommend ordering (two of them). Overall, if you're in the mood for something new at a reasonable price in a nice environment, this is your place. Just plan on being hungry again in a couple of hours. TIP: BYOS (Bring your own syrup), or ask if they have normal syrup.

Bennett W.

Yelp
The service was good (though the food took FOREVER to get to us) and it has a nice atmosphere, but this isn't really a restaurant... it feels like more of a grab and go type of place (it's in the lobby of the Hyatt). Also super expensive. There are better restaurants in the area that are actually, well, restaurants.

Yelp
Urbana is located inside the Hyatt Regency Hotel in Bloomington. My boyfriend and I came to Urbana for brunch on Sunday. I don't think that they have an actual brunch menu but their menu is pretty extensive, so you can pretty much order whatever you are in the mood for. Service was great. Our server was attentive and fun to talk to. No complaints here. Beverage: I ordered their signature rosemary-honey lemonade. The honey is from their rooftop beehive. I really wanted to love it, but I don't. The taste was a little weird for me. Food: I ordered a cup of cream of Brie and tomato soup, and an order of Broccoli Cheddar Quiche. My boyfriend ordered their Urbana club sandwich with a side of chips. Cream of Brie and tomato soup: very light and refreshing. I normally don't like tomato soup very much but I love this soup. The seasoning was done right, acidity of tomato was balanced right (just in the middle of sour and sweet). I'm actually craving for it now. Broccoli and cheddar quiche with a side salad: first of all, the side salad was amazing. It wasn't one of those "house salad". The salad was spinach based salad with a creamy dressing (almost like a creme fraiche type dressing) with picked red onions (I HATE onions, however this pickled red onions, I can deal) The quiche was very good with a healthy portion of broccoli and egg. The crust was also surprisingly non-soggy. Urbana club sandwich: I think this was kind of a basic order. My boyfriend loved it. I only had one taste of it and I would say not bad. Very nice portion of smoked turkey. The potato chips were amazing. Thinly sliced and fried perfectly. It was seasoned very well as well. It's another great experience if you dip the potato chips in the tomato soup. Generally, a very nice, light lunch at a decent price. I would come back here again, especially for the tomato soup.

Yelp
I first heard of Urbana on Instagram. We wanted brunch, Urbana is close by. I did find it a little hard to find. It is inside a hotel, beautiful lobby. Wait to be seated, very quick & friendly service. Love the decor. The chair was super cozy, wanted to stick it in my purse & bring it home! I had the black coffee, hubbie oj, both good. I love me a good eggs benedict, this one was really good! Served with a potato cake - SO good! The Mr. got an omelet, good sized, he enjoyed it, also served with a potato cake & a choice of pastry or bread. He choose sour dough, comes with a little jar of jam. Great service. There is also a bar & patio. They serve more then just brunch. I will for sure go back!

Yelp
The wait once seated took over 45 minutes for our food to arrive. We choose to eat here for two reasons; it was in our hotel, and was rated well. The options seem great for those with dietary restrictions however the wait for food to arrive was ridiculous!!!!! You've got to be kidding me, for breakfast? Who has time for that.

Yelp
I almost feel like I should not write this review because now you guys are gonna want to come visit this place, and he will be busy all the time. The food is delicious! From the soups to the sandwich to the salads, it is amazing. I ordered their soup, and a sandwich (See photo). Definitely coming back, bring a friend and try something new.

Yelp
Out of all the places we ate on this week long trip this is the gem of them all. The ebelskivers are amazing first off The gravlax egg dish was amazing we substituted hollandaise sauce instead of their house special which was probably even more amazing. You just don't have to worry about what you order here it will be amazing we tried to eat different places every morning but could not even one day here. Consistently amazing great espresso period I will say the service was a little bit probably because of the attention they took in cooking the food. We did not mind at all but do not come here if you're in a hurry.

Yelp
Meh. I think the whole experience was overshadowed by very slow service. My friend and I decided to eat on the patio on Friday night because it was an absolutely gorgeous night out and she has just finished her conference and was looking to unwind. We decided we should eat at Urbana vs dealing with the hectic-ness of the mall. Our waitress brought out waters. My friend's glass was dirty. We both used to work the restaurant world and understand this happens. So the waitress brought her a new empty glass, in which we had to ask for more water which meant more waiting. We did order some adult cocktails and they were good. Mine was a Lavender Gin Based drink and hers was Vodka Strawberry. I would have voted hers a bit better than mine. We continued to let the waiting game happen. Finically the food arrived. I have the chicken salad Lefse wrap. FYI. It was a very large portion. My friend ordered the flatbread and she said it was pretty tasty. But what followed was not so tasty. We waited, waited waited. In that time my friend wanted to order dessert, we had decided the Krumkake. It was good and I was impressed that it looked similar to the ones my family makes at the holidays. And then we waited AGAIN for our bill. I would only recommend this restaurant if you are eating on European time because it was nearly a 2 1/2 hours dinner.

Yelp
Honestly, I don't understand the rave reviews. My mom and I were returning from a road trip and Bloomington was on the way, so I looked up brunch in Bloomington and Urbana Craeft Kitchen emerged. First, the service was terrible. My food had a MEAL WORM IN IT! Yea, that's right, I should have taken a picture but I was so grossed out. Second the waitress poured coffee into my mom's tea, and third she forgot about my juice order. I get it we all have bad days, but I remind you of the MEAL WORM. We got part of our meal comped, but honestly we should have paid nothing. Second the food, is blah. Perhaps I'm slightly snobby having returned to MN from the Bay, but the cornmeal waffles were too dense, grainy and the lemon hits you at the end-it's too powerful and doesn't mesh well with the cornmeal base. My kale juice was decent, but again the whole experience ruined by the MEAL WORM. Also there are no condiments for the eggs, you have to ask for everything. Why is hot sauce not a staple here? It was disappointing and gross. I won't eat here again, there are many other options in the metro that will beat this place (low bar to begin with), but still. SKIP IT, again because of the MEAL WORM.

Yelp
We came here ready to eat! Spent the morning shoveling snow and building our appetites so we wanted a big 3 course meal including at least a burger. Parking is confusing, because the lot says permit required, we parked anyway and I spoke with the front desk. They said don't worry about it. The tables around the bar were bustling with guests, but they sat us by ourselves in the back dining area. We sat for ten minutes. Another couple were seated next to us and I tried to get the hostess's attention by yelling, 'ma'am!!' But was politely ignored. 3 more minutes went by and a guy came out of the kitchen wearing dish washing gloves and a hairnet. He told us we needed to move to the front of the restaurant because the back section will be closing. No apology, no reason, no acknowledgement of the fact we have been seated for nearly 15 minutes and ignored the entire time. I politely stated, no need to find us a new table. We left and will not be back.

Yelp
Great restaurant in Hyatt Regency Bloomington, we had dinner with drinks and the service was absolutely phenomenal and the food was full of flavors thru the orange chocolate cheesecake will definitely recommend Urbana again and hope to visit again soon

Yelp
Finally had the chance to try this kitchen located in my backyard (yes, it's super close to me). Stopped by for a quick breakfast before my hike. This place has lots of natural sunlight perfect for the gram. The seat for the booth area was super comfy! I ordered the Scandinavian malted waffles and the dish was almost too pretty to eat. The waffles were very airy and fluffy. Berries were fresh. The whipped cream and the maple syrup were not too heavy or sweet. I give 5/5 gold stars to this amazing waffle dish. The only thing I wish was another waffle! Will come back for their entrees next time

Yelp
Really high quality food. Good coffee. Had Greens bowl with poached egg was really good and filling. Daughter had the Muesli. Wasn't staying at hotel, found this on a search, was fantastic.

Yelp
A nice little stop for happy hour if you're doing any shopping or vacationing at Mall of America! They currently have an item on the menu that is like a quesadilla made out of Lefse --- lots of fun if you're interested in trying this popular Minnesota staple. The bar and restaurant both have a great cocktail menu, filled with local spirits and creative ingredients. I thought the Maple Bacon Old Fashioned was a really creative twist on a classic! They also had an ice bar built outside during our stay, which was fun to see!

Yelp
So... interesting fact. This restaurant is inside a Hyatt Regency hotel. I came here specifically based on the Yelp reviews and the close proximity to the hotel I'm staying at. The menu was only one sheet (front and back) but there were a lot of eye catching options. I ordered... well I don't remember the name but it was three down from the top on the breakfast menu. I had these wonderful buttermilk mini pancakes with a glorious apple compost concoction inside, scrambled eggs with Swiss cheese, three pieces of awesome perfectly cooked bacon, a side of potato cakes and orange juice. I ate everything - and now I need a nap! The only reason they Received four stars instead of five was because the potato cakes were overcooked and very hard to cut - I ended up having to pick the last one up and eat it with my hands. I am a Marriott or Hilton but I strongly recommend stopping by here for breakfast at least once.

Yelp
Cane for breakfast. Empty on a Saturday morning for good reason. The service is 10x better than your local Perkins. I was sat at a table where the setting was already used. Glass of water was clearly used. Slow to fill coffee. Still haven't received the smoothie that I ordered. Price is high, which I understand for food in a Hyatt. However, with this service it is not called for. I enjoyed the food though so they get 1 star.

Yelp
Normally I don't find myself hitting up hotel restaurants unless I'm staying there are someone I know is. But this place came up in my search for a good breakfast and I am so glad we headed here. We got the wild rice aebelskivers and the gorgeous waffle to share. It was all so good I didn't even bother with syrup.

Yelp
After rave reviews from a coworker, I decided to visit. I was definitely not disappointed by the food or the service here. Urbana sits inside the Hyatt Regency Hotel. The dining portion of the restaurant is quite small and allows for maybe 50-60 guests at a time. I first visited on a Sunday morning and we had to wait a few minutes to be seated. The food was AMAZING. They mention that they are a farm to table restaurant and list all of the ingredients as well as their origin. I got the sense that the staff truly cared about the quality of food, the presentation of the food, as well as the service of the dinner. I would definitely recommend this restaurant to a friend.

Just ask for Nick the bartender. He'll treat you right and he knows all, especially their chili.

Yelp
This is a hidden little secret (next to MoA). Good food and relaxing atmosphere, perfect for a low-keyed lunch date.

Yelp
Martin was a server and what a delight. Knowledge and fun. We took his recommendation and ordered abeleskiver. Yummy! Also, this is IN the Hyatt. They really need signage if they want to attract others than hotel guests. Fun, retro meets chic atmosphere and decor. Also has starbucks, score.

Yelp
Food was delicious, service could be better. We were here on the 4th of July so it was pretty quiet at 8.30 am. Maybe 4 tables. We weren't ready immediately to order so then she took a long time to come back. But the food was really good. Good amount of food too! I wanted to try the ableskiver which is fried pancake balls with apple that you eat with syrup. Yum!!! I also had eggs and bacon. The avocado and smoked salmon were also good. They have gluten free bread. This is inside the Hyatt hotel by the Mall of America.

We got a good breakfast here. Prices are a little higher than average as it is located in a hotel. I didn't realize it was located in a hotel when we went looking for it, so that is good to know.

Yelp
I thought there was a typo in the title. Nope, that's the correct spelling of the restaurant's name! My group and I were staying here overnight and had literally no other food options other than the mall itself. The menu looked appetizing and the prices were reasonable so we settled for here. They have a display case with some of the desserts, pastries, flatbreads, sandwiches and salads. They all looked so fresh and good. The server was very friendly. I ordered the Fondue Burger with beef as the patty option and sweet potato fries. (For protein, you're offered beef, buffalo or turkey) It was delicious. Very good sized burger with a generous amount of caramelized onions, gooey fondue cheese running down the sides, and a soft bun to go with it. O-M-G, it was great. My only complaint was the patty was a bit dry but the burger was still great. Messy burger too. Yum. Friends ordered the Hot Wings and the Sausage Flatbread, they also enjoyed their food. Even though this restaurant is in a hotel, do NOT hesistate to dine here. The food is great and affordably priced. I will definitely dine here again when business brings me to this hotel.

Yelp
The fact that there is an apiary (honey farm) on the roof makes this place more than an attempt at a cute name, although we just guessed that there was honey in the syrup and waffles for breakfast. The chicken sausage and bacon were unremarkable, the eggs over easy were well prepared. Latke was fine, not sure if it's worth the trouble when crunchy hash browns are so good. Ricotta waffles w corn meal and lemon ricotta was "quite lovely" in the words of a pancake zealot. The soundtrack playing overhead had a shopping mall flavor to it. Quiche with the latke crust was a big hit. French toast used very hearty bread and a frosted flake and sunflower seed topping. They take Amex. 3 dollars for this coffee here is not market savvy but that's life for a hotel restaurant

Yelp
Food looks pretty. Taste is lacking. Went for brunch, found out the chefs dont like to cook brunch with sugar, salt or fat. But. It looked super pretty. So if you want a cool pic for Instagram and motivation to put your fork down you'll love this place.

Yelp
Greatest fries possibly on the planet. Gluten free options that aren't bland and sad + super nice servers! This place is such a gem Will definitely be coming back!

Yelp
Best restaurant I've ever found inside a hotel! Amazing food with mind blowing flavor using lots of local and organic ingredients. From venison meatballs to gourmet burgers to local walleye, everything here is great. Portions reasonable, not too small but not big either and with this level of quality it doesn't matter. A little pricey but given you'd pay nearly as much or more for far less quality over at any of the chain restaurants near Mall of America it's worth it.
