I had ordered a recurring seasonal subscription for my wife. The first 2 deliveries were great, but the last 2 deliveries were of a much different quality. This last one had 5 stems broken and many of the filler flowers were smashed. It did not feel like a $75 bouquet with 5 broken flowers and 7 roses. I canceled the subscription and would not recommend this service to anyone.

I ordered flowers for a coworkers return from maternity leave trying to give her something nice to welcome her back and give her something pretty that might help ease the pain of leaving your baby for the first time. They arrived today in awful shape! I did reach out and they did give me some 2 options. Send replacement or Credit to Urban stems. I opted for the replacement as I really wanted for my coworker to have nice flowers and I can go on the website right now and order them for same day delivery. I finally saw the email response and was told the replacement flowers will come on 5/6! I can understand having to wait until tomorrow 5/1 or even 5/2 but a whole week! How is that okay. Honestly you are better off going to Kroger or Publix picking out some flowers and ordering a nice vase off amazon then dealing with this company. I chose them because I thought I was getting quality, but I was wrong. If the area is not serviceable then they should not allow someone to place the order. These flowers look like they were kept in a hot truck for days not to mention a good amount of stems were broken.

I ordered a 3 month subscription as a gift for my niece. The first "bouquet" arrived on 5/22. I asked her to send me a picture on Sunday morning. This doesn't look like a bouquet - it's a few stems. Also, the few stems didn't seem to be holding up very well. I contacted customer service and got a reply IN LESS THAN 2 MINUTES from Johanna. She is having The Firecracker bouquet cut to order by their farm in South America and shipped directly to my niece via climate controlled transportation. I'm hoping this isn't going to happen for the next 2 deliveries as well ...... I'll keep you posted Update 6.3.2025 The replacement for the "stems" arrived. It is as pictured on the website. A beautiful BOUQUET. Now we're talking !!

What I ordered vs what I got. Damaged,,dying, complete misrepresentation of what was pictured vs what I was sent. And stupid me, I ordered two bouquets. I don’t think I can make one decent one out of the whole batch. Better off going to the grocery store.

I received these flowers today ordered by my son for Mother’s Day. Bless him. Love the thoughts that he has and the wishes he sent. I am so blessed but I cringed how this company took his money and sent me flowers that aren’t fresh and the flowers were not packed properly. There was no wet cotton wrap around the ends of stems like other companies do. This is the worse flowers I received in my entire life. This company should be refunding my son’s money back. Look at the yellow leaves, the dried flowers and limp stalks. Disgraceful!!!

We had one bouquet from here that was beautiful - showed up in great condition and looked pretty and lasted a week. Sadly, my anniversary roses today showed up looking crushed and raggedy. I don't know if these were damaged en route or the florist just used old flowers. But the bouquet looks like it's 5 days old already (and we picked them up as soon as delivered). Such a shame!

I ordered peonies for mother's day. Unfortunately they arrived days later even though I had purchased them within the Mother's Day delivery timeframe. The peonies arrived in an unsealed box and were wilted. I reached out to Urban Stems who then immediately responded. Lucille was able to either provide me with a full credit for a future purchase or a new delivery. Today my mother received a new bouquet of fresh and beautiful peonies. The customer service really made a difference in my whole experience.

My daughter in law ordered flowers for me for Mother's day. She ordered for delivery on May 10th. She placed the order 2 weeks earlier. I just received them on May 13th , and they are all dead!! What a horrible experience. She is devastated and I am heartbroken. What a rip off. The fed ex box has a date of May 10th. Would never use again!!!
