I ordered a flowers and cookies bundle for $150. My cart showed the message "You qualify for free shipping!" but then during checkout, a $32 shipping charge appeared. Customer service (Erika) would not budge and said I had to pay. Fine. I paid. The product page said these items would be delivered the next day, but the flowers and cookies might arrive separately. The flowers were fine. The cookies are now expected to arrive tomorrow, a full day later. What an awkward gift. I reached out to customer service and once again, heard from Erika. She says tough luck and they will not even partially refund my shipping charge. I'm disappointed in the customer service and misleading website. It's insane to pay $32 to ship just cookies and not get the advertised delivery date.

I recently sent my brother’s girlfriend flowers from Urban Stems as a congratulations for her first day at work. While the bouquet was beautiful, unfortunately the vase arrived shattered. I emailed customer service and Lucille not only had a new vase sent, but also a new bouquet - all within 24 hours. Lucille was kind and professional and I appreciated the team being so accommodating. Most importantly, both bouquets were beautiful based on the photos I received (attached). Would definitely order from here again!

I had ordered a recurring seasonal subscription for my wife. The first 2 deliveries were great, but the last 2 deliveries were of a much different quality. This last one had 5 stems broken and many of the filler flowers were smashed. It did not feel like a $75 bouquet with 5 broken flowers and 7 roses. I canceled the subscription and would not recommend this service to anyone.

I ordered two different bouquets for my courthouse wedding. They were delivered dry with no water at all and most of the edges of the flowers were already turning brown when they arrived. The peonies especially looked awful so I contacted their support for a refund, which after explaining multiple times they were memorial flowers for my late parents, I was refunded. Before that they kept trying to send a new bouquet that would arrive three days after my wedding. Honestly I’ve never had bouquets delivered that looked so terrible. Plus the other bouquet is already wilted with all the petals falling off after only being delivered four days ago. Also, I received no shipping notifications at all. While the flowers were delivered on time it was stressful not knowing if they’d even been shipped. I wish I had ordered from somewhere else for my wedding.

I ordered a 3 month subscription as a gift for my niece. The first "bouquet" arrived on 5/22. I asked her to send me a picture on Sunday morning. This doesn't look like a bouquet - it's a few stems. Also, the few stems didn't seem to be holding up very well. I contacted customer service and got a reply IN LESS THAN 2 MINUTES from Johanna. She is having The Firecracker bouquet cut to order by their farm in South America and shipped directly to my niece via climate controlled transportation. I'm hoping this isn't going to happen for the next 2 deliveries as well ...... I'll keep you posted Update 6.3.2025 The replacement for the "stems" arrived. It is as pictured on the website. A beautiful BOUQUET. Now we're talking !!

I ordered flowers for a coworkers return from maternity leave trying to give her something nice to welcome her back and give her something pretty that might help ease the pain of leaving your baby for the first time. They arrived today in awful shape! I did reach out and they did give me some 2 options. Send replacement or Credit to Urban stems. I opted for the replacement as I really wanted for my coworker to have nice flowers and I can go on the website right now and order them for same day delivery. I finally saw the email response and was told the replacement flowers will come on 5/6! I can understand having to wait until tomorrow 5/1 or even 5/2 but a whole week! How is that okay. Honestly you are better off going to Kroger or Publix picking out some flowers and ordering a nice vase off amazon then dealing with this company. I chose them because I thought I was getting quality, but I was wrong. If the area is not serviceable then they should not allow someone to place the order. These flowers look like they were kept in a hot truck for days not to mention a good amount of stems were broken.

I ordered peonies for mother's day. Unfortunately they arrived days later even though I had purchased them within the Mother's Day delivery timeframe. The peonies arrived in an unsealed box and were wilted. I reached out to Urban Stems who then immediately responded. Lucille was able to either provide me with a full credit for a future purchase or a new delivery. Today my mother received a new bouquet of fresh and beautiful peonies. The customer service really made a difference in my whole experience.

My daughter sent me flowers from urban stems for Mother's day...they arrived today a week late May 18,2025...No surprise that they showed up dead....She was so sad, I told her it was the thought...but seriously, a week late...she said she ordered them in a vase too...no vase and look at the stems no water just chewed up stems. Not a great experience!
