I placed an order for flowers a few days ago, as evidenced by the details provided below. Regrettably, I discovered today that the flowers are wilting and covered in mold. This is not only unacceptable but also disrespectful to those who appreciate floral arrangements.

My flower arrived all withered after ONE day. We complained since spending 300 on this bouquet. We kindly asked for a redelivery instead of refund. They said if we want the same flowers ( instead of the cheaper roses) we need to wait for 2 weeks. After 2 weeks, we received the roses! I could have got it from Costco for under 40!

Absolutely the worst…go to your local florist or even grocery store! Husband ordered flowers for our 20 year, they show up dead and wilted. Immediately exchanged, unfortunately we have to work and can’t take a day off to wait for flowers to be delivered the next week. Flowers delivered and signed for…again dead, wilted, and different bouquet. Called again…can’t wait for the next dead bouquet, because they just won’t do anything else. At least this time they picked a day I’m off.

I got flowers for my mom and my wife. Igot my wife the growers choice peonies and my mom the valentine roses. They came in buds which I don't mind because they bloom better that way, but the flowers are just absolutely gorgeous. I only have pictures of my wife's flowers because my mom lives out of town, but I'll order from them again for sure. The pictures show how that like the next day.

Ordered a $144 bouquet and the green plant leaves used in the bouquet were all browning and damaged and it was the first thing the receiver noticed. Shocked anyone preparing this would have used plants in this condition. Doesn't look anything like the 'Double the Snowfall' in the picture online. EDIT: UrbanStems customer service is sending a new bouquet to replace the original one. Good, quick, customer service, still disappointed we had to deal with this in the first place.

I recently sent my brother’s girlfriend flowers from Urban Stems as a congratulations for her first day at work. While the bouquet was beautiful, unfortunately the vase arrived shattered. I emailed customer service and Lucille not only had a new vase sent, but also a new bouquet - all within 24 hours. Lucille was kind and professional and I appreciated the team being so accommodating. Most importantly, both bouquets were beautiful based on the photos I received (attached). Would definitely order from here again!

Urban Stems - best flowers in our experience hands down. Have been ordering regularly and they never disappoint. these are before and after pics of the latest order taken 4 weeks apart…..the last 2 weeks without water. 🤣 Unbelievable

Bought Double The Satin for my wife! They were completely dead, this isn’t double flowers, blank card, and missing the vase I paid for. This is what $200 looks like. Completely upset and mad is a understatement
