We love Uri Buri and make sure to have at least one dinner or lunch there each time we visit Israel. The quality of the dishes, the consistency of the high quality, and the wonderful fresh ingredients make it one of the top restaurants in Israel. I'm not sure how long it's been around, but it's probably over 30 years, a strong testament of its level. We had the Gargir Salad which was excellent and the Seafood Soup (bowl) that was superb. We also had the herring, which was a bit have on the mayo. Main courses were the Barramundi (amazing) and the European Sea Bass (great, but not as good as the Barramundi). Remember to leave space for the desserts! The ice cream is amazing (we tasted 6 different kinds - roses, sage, and geranium were the best) and the KNAFFE which was excellent and not too sweet (I liked this, my wife less so). The location is amazing and the servers were friendly and professional. Go there! You won't regret it.
