US Golden Eagle

I've had very bad experience with 2 other supposedly top companies that dealt with precious metals IRAs. Their customer service was so horrible that I decided to go elsewhere. Thankfully I found US Golden Eagle. Todd, my broker, and "Storm", in the retirement department, were very professional, courteous and well versed in their areas. They were very patient in answering all my questions, walked me through the process step by step and gave me all the support I needed to open an account and rollover an IRA from another company. I highly recommend US Golden Eagle if you're thinking about buying precious metals. Really nice people to work with.

I have to retract my review for US Golden Eagle; The owner of the company called me after my negative review and explained things in detail; I would say that you should ask a lot of questions and don't rush into any purchase. Find out what your investment will be valued at after the purchase; ask what the spread is; be ready to hold for no less than three years and make sure you know exactly what you’re buying. Todd at US Golden Eagle helped me understand where I'm at with my investment and I greatly appreciate it.

After listening to ads for gold and silver investing, I decided to do some investigating. After speaking with several firms, I decided to go with US Golden Eagle, because when I spoke with Elizabeth, her approach was education before investing. Elizabeth has a no pressure approach. I recently made my fifth purchase based on her recommendations. She keeps her clients informed regarding the precious metals market, so the client can make the best purchase decision.

I had made the call to US Golden Eagle about switching an old 401K into precious metals. Fred was extremely helpful along with her team. They had gone the extra mile with me in helping me with explaining the information and my overall decision with the type of metals and differences between the different types of metals to purchase. Fred had taken the time to arrange the phone calls on my lunch break at my job. I’m extremely happy with my purchase and outcome.

I recently started a Roth IRA with US Golden Eagle which was facilitated by Elizabeth. He was consistently present to my concerns, took great care in hearing me and was very respectful. I felt no pressure. I felt he served me with respect and great care!!! He has integrity!

Elizabeth and Susan have been true professionals and stand behind what they say and do. I was in a situation where my previous investment abruptly did a note call and left me hanging. I accidentally came across US Golden Eagle and was slightly interested but was very skeptical to take a chance and invest in precious metals. Matter of fact after inquiring I received a call from Elizabeth and I responded with thanks but no thanks not interested. Well, I had a change of heart and after many discussions with Susan and Elizabeth I decided to invest. Again, everything they committed too they have done and yes, I have received my gold at my house.

I think i made the right choice... I listen to Elizabeth and Todd every day on the radio and heard Buck mention US Golden Eagle I had been thinking about investing in gold so decided to make the plunge. So far so good. I have invested a chunk of investment money. Not a lot for many but for me it is very important for my wife and myself. Brian was a wealth of information. It felt like he cared about our investment. I look forward to adding other precious metals to our portfolio.
