U.S. Restaurant

They have many menu items but they don't mention the date and time they are available. They explain it only when we prep for order. Some dishes are available only on Saturday and Sundays such as Fum Biriyani. Better if they mention the time table also in the menu. Normal service charge is 10% but hhey charge 18% for much less service.

‼️WORST EXPERIENCE‼️ Very bad customer service, none came to get the order went to the cashier to order the food after waiting for 10mins seated, only 2 waiters were worked for more than 5 Tables, waited so long to get the food to the table, food was extremely spicy, time + money spoiled, not a good option to have a good meal time

Got very bad experience. The staffs don't care about customers. They apply 10% service charges but we need to oder the food by ourselves and need wait to get bill also But the food was good 👍🏻

Don’t go there! We've been waiting for over 50 minutes, they didn't even come to take our order. we called them several times, we were told to wait, but nothing. They took orders from customers who came after us.. Because they were acquaintances and for others because there were many of them. Avoid at all costs this place!

"The service here defines 'indifference.' We sat for 60 minutes before anyone even acknowledged our existence, let alone brought water. Once we finally ordered, the server never returned to check on us. I had to walk up to the host stand just to ask for the check. It wasn't even a busy night—the staff was just huddled by the kitchen door chatting while our glasses stayed empty. If you value your time and don't want to feel like a burden for being a paying customer, go elsewhere." Don't come please

Worst service ever. We waited 1 hour to get the order delivered. It took 20mins for them get the order. Took another 20mins to get a bottle of water. Pathetic service. Most of the items in the menu are not available. I do not know as to why people carry out businesses like these if they cannot deliver what they promise. 100% disappointment

Very deeply disappointed with both the service and the quality of food at this establishment. We waited over half an hour to be served, despite being a party of seven. One order was taken incorrectly, and some dishes arrived incomplete — bread was served without the curry. The rest of the food was equally disappointing. The biryani was atrocious and had a strong margarine-like taste, making it completely unappetizing. On top of that, the service was poor and the staff were unfriendly and unhelpful throughout our visit. It was extremely upsetting to spend such a large amount of money only to receive such bad service and substandard food. This was a very unpleasant experience, and unfortunately, not a place I would recommend.

Do yourself a favor and visit this lovely US restaurant in Jaffna. The service is unmatched. The staff truly cares about your experience. The food is absolutely amazing and authentic Jaffna flavours – everything we tasted melted in our mouths. My absolute favourite is Seafood Nasi Goreng. The best meal we had in a while.Highly recommend!
