I made reservation more than a week ago for my husband's bday. We arrived 5 mins late for our Thursday 5:30pm reservation. I received a text about saying that they are only holding the table for 5 mins so I called them to tell them we were going to be 5 mins late. They said no problem. It wasn't busy at all when we arrived. It was maybe half full atound 6-7pm. This is a AYCE Japanese restaurant and there's only 2 menus. We chose to go with the $35 signature menu. Theres also a wagyu menu $55. The signature menu already had some pretty fatty meats. Don't think we needed to go with the Wagyu menu. You order the first round with the waiter and then you use a QR code to order more foods. You get to order 6 items at a time. Food came out really quick for the majority of the time. A couple of dishes came out slower. We liked the meats without sauces on them. The beef large and small intestines, and finger rib were too chewy to eat. There was no takowasa, beef abomasum, miso soup, and yukkejang. I was surprised that our waiter didn't know what items were unavailable. We liked the beef brisket, beef yakishabu, beef belly, pork belly, squid, and pork jowl. For appetizers , we tried the kimchi namul, beef bone soup, grilled miso eggplant, ponzu cabbage salad, squid karaage, gyoza, takoyaki, horse mackerel, agedashi tofu, corn cheese. Everything was good. Overall, very good price and decent quality. Service was good and easy to flag someone down. Surprisingly, I didn't smell like bbq afterwards.
