Unfortunately, my experience at this hotel was far below expectations. Upon check-in, instead of being informed about the hotel’s amenities or services, we were simply told that everything in the room is paid, even what seemed to be complimentary items. This felt very off-putting and gave a bad first impression.
Upon arrival, we also discovered that there were no towels available because, according to the front desk, they had run out after giving more than 1000 towels to other guests. This was very strange and uncomfortable, especially considering it’s a basic hotel amenity.
Additionally, we had booked a room with a jacuzzi, which wasn’t working. We raised the issue with the reception, and they promised a compensation, including a free airport transfer. However, the next morning when we went to catch the transfer, we discovered that nothing had been recorded, and the transfer never showed up.
On a positive note, the staff at the Hell’s Kitchen restaurant was very friendly and attentive, but unfortunately, the food was far from what we expected. The taste was underwhelming, which added to our disappointment with the overall experience.
Overall, it was a very disappointing stay, and I do not plan on returning to this hotel. The lack of communication, issues with promised services, and the condition of the room made the experience much less enjoyable than anticipated.
