Ushuaia Ibiza Beach Hotel

Its definitely a very fun and party hotel. The music by the pool is amazing and the beach beds are great. Its very clean and fast service. The breakfast included had a great selection for everyone. The concert access is very convenient with amazing speakers, set up and deejays. The location is awesome aswell. Overall fun but a little cheap for the price they are charging everyone, overly priced I guess just for the their brand.

Just finished our stay. We had two rooms. One at the club and the second in the tower. Fist and foremost the staff at any point of contact and whatever capacity is simply amazing. We were “Wowed” every time we had contact. The consistency was so impressive! Rooms are amazing and well appointed. Breakfast is amazing as well. Really we could not think of a bad thing and I’d like to thank the staff at Ushuaia for providing my family such an amazing experience!

I give it a 10 because we love this hotel, the vibe, the people, the service. This is our second time here (July 2024) and we had a blast. Breakfast is fantastic, the pool and the beach are epic, the service is amazing. One small thing that we did notice is that the housekeeping was quite sloppy... either forgot to replenish towels, or floor towel, or left dirty coffee mugs in the room without replacing with clean ones, or did not replenish toilet paper... point for the hotel's management attention. For the rest it's an awesome hotel and we will definitely come back.

Just checked into the hotel. Waited over an hour in the lobby with no where to sit while the room was being “cleaned”, we just kept getting told that it was being cleaned for a full hour. Check in is at 3 and we didn’t get our room until after 4pm. The only compensation they would provide is a late check out which must be why people get their rooms so late after check in time. When we got to the room it smelled of total mold/must, there are little flies hanging out on the walls and I can’t even reach reception to see if we can change rooms, as they have not answered any calls. I would have to go wait there in line again to even speak to anyone. Terrible experience and I haven’t even been here a full day yet. DO NOT STAY HERE unless you like overspending on disgusting rooms and honestly just plain unprofessional hotels. Currently debating checking out and finding elsewhere to go. Attached picture shows mold in the lights. How is this 5 stars?

Stay at this hotel was outstanding! The location is unbeatable, with the beach right in front of the hotel. The electronic music venue Ushuaia Club right at the doorstep added to the vibrant atmosphere. The staff were incredibly polite and attentive. Breakfast was a highlight, offering an extensive variety that catered to every taste. Can’t wait to come back!

The price of the room does not match the quality you would think you would be paying for. We stayed at the Club and the whole building smelled musty. The rooms were grungy and necessities like tissue were not provided. The staff was great, very attentive and helpful. The location was perfect, right on the beach. You can not bring alcohol on the premises during the Party even if you are just bringing it to your hotel room. One 12oz beer at the Party was 17 Euros.

What a fun and unique hotel! If you love dance music, you must stay at Ushuaia at least once in your life! My wife and I stayed in a swim up room on the Club side for three nights, and we would do it all over again on a future visit. Hotel guests can come and go from the party as they please, so if you need a siesta, or a bite to eat, or just some chill out time in your room, it is no problem! The beach club has chairs saved on the beach for hotel guests (no extra fees or reservations needed), and the chairs at the Tower pool are available on a first-come, first-serve basis. The staff are fantastic, the food is great, the DJs are some of the best in the world. This is Ibiza at its best for dance music fans! One added perk, after you check out, they give you a wristband that allows you day access to the beach and the pool, and you can even reserve a shower room at the end of the day to wash off before your flight. I will add, this hotel is loud! It is under the flight path for the airport, the music is loud, and the guests are a bit wild. That's why I love it, but I understand it may not be for everyone.

We had dinner and lunch at the Beach Club at Ushuaia. Daniel and his team (Laia) waited on us and did an amazing job. The food was delicious and the service was incredible. And there was an aerial show on the beach. Great job! 👏
