The Unexpected Ibiza Hotel

I had reserved the Anything Can Happen Suite as a surprise for my wife during our honeymoon, and Gonzalo at reception kindly assisted us with the check-in. Without telling me in advance, he upgraded our room free of charge to one with a direct view of the party stage — a much better view for enjoying the atmosphere. It was an incredible surprise for both me and my wife, and made our stay even more special. The room is unbelievably beautiful, and we truly appreciate the thoughtful gesture. Thank you to Gonzalo and the entire team — your hospitality made our honeymoon unforgettable!

Absolutely amazing experience! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ This hotel truly lives up to its name — The Unexpected in the best way possible. From the moment I arrived, everything felt magical. The room was stunning, modern, and spotless, but the real showstopper was the view. From my balcony, I could see the iconic Ushuaïa Ibiza Club — it was like having a front-row seat to the best party on the island without leaving the room. I woke up each morning to the most breathtaking sunrise over the Mediterranean Sea, and in the afternoon, the sunlight danced on the crystal-clear blue water. It felt like a dream. The service was impeccable — kind, fast, and always with a smile. And the location? Perfect! Right in the heart of Playa d’en Bossa, close to the beach, nightlife, and all the Ibiza energy I love. Highly recommend it for anyone coming to Ibiza for fun, beauty, and unforgettable vibes. I’ll definitely be back! 💫🌴

I had a fantastic stay at Ushuaïa Ibiza! From the moment I arrived, the service was top-notch. I was pleasantly surprised and incredibly grateful to receive an upgrade, which made my experience even more special. The room was spacious, stylish, and had a great view. The atmosphere around the hotel is unmatched — vibrant, energetic, and perfect for anyone looking to enjoy the best of Ibiza.||Big thanks to Mark for making my stay unforgettable. Unfortunately, my experience at this hotel was far below expectations. Upon check-in, instead of being informed about the hotel’s amenities or services, we were simply told that everything in the room is paid, even what seemed to be complimentary items. This felt very off-putting and gave a bad first impression. Upon arrival, we also discovered that there were no towels available because, according to the front desk, they had run out after giving more than 1000 towels to other guests. This was very strange and uncomfortable, especially considering it’s a basic hotel amenity. Additionally, we had booked a room with a jacuzzi, which wasn’t working. We raised the issue with the reception, and they promised a compensation, including a free airport transfer. However, the next morning when we went to catch the transfer, we discovered that nothing had been recorded, and the transfer never showed up. On a positive note, the staff at the Hell’s Kitchen restaurant was very friendly and attentive, but unfortunately, the food was far from what we expected. The taste was underwhelming, which added to our disappointment with the overall experience. Overall, it was a very disappointing stay, and I do not plan on returning to this hotel. The lack of communication, issues with promised services, and the condition of the room made the experience much less enjoyable than anticipated.

Amazing hotel with stage view room. Great atmosphere for Calvin Harris, Ants…..Breakfast is out of this world with so much choice - great food. Worth waiting for a table with sea view. Fabulous service from everyone didn’t get all names but shout out for Eva Reche. And the best hotel gym I’ve seen. Overall just brilliant

I didn't want this trip to end! From the time we arrived, everything was amazing about this hotel and the stay there. We were picked up at the airport, and our driver (Gabriel) was very friendly and gave us some background about the island and where to go. From there, we were greeted with music in the lobby and the most friendly front desk staff (all weekend!). We got the anything can happen room and it was worth it. The view of the beach was incredible, and we could even see the stage on the night of Ants. The location was perfect as it was right across from Hi Ibiza and all the other restaurants and clubs we stumbled upon while there. Also, as it was my birthday weekend, the staff was so nice in that they surprisingly brought me a complimentary bottle of champagne. What a thoughtful gesture!! Needless to say, we will definitely be staying there again, hopefully in the near future :)

Dear team, I usually don’t write reviews, but after our stay at Ushuaïa Tower in May with my dad, I felt compelled to share our experience. We truly felt very well cared for. The service was incredibly attentive and thoughtful, making sure nothing was missing. It was also very convenient and pleasant to have a good selection of food and drinks available on-site, so there was no need to leave the hotel. The private beach area with sunbeds was also excellently equipped and accompanied by great service. The atmosphere by the pool was fantastic and really made our stay perfect. Overall, it was a wonderful experience, and we’re already looking forward to coming back next year at the latest. Thank you very much for everything!

If I could give this location more than 5 stars I would. The quality of food was exceptional along with the staff. We had Adrian as our waiter and he was so sweet, attentive, gave great recommendations, and even gave us a list of places to go and visit in Ibiza. ||Of course the food was exceptional, it’s Gordon Ramsay. But wow, the experience is worth it if you’re in Ibiza regardless of if you’re a HK fan or not.
