Google
A brewery with great indoor and outdoor atmospheres. In addition Utepils has a large menu of beers and everyone should be able to find a beer they like! The brewery is close to Theodore park which makes it a perfect spot for a break on a long bike ride or stop at after a run. The outdoor patio has plenty of seating in the shade thanks to a large tent in the summer. The indoor seating gets great views of brewery equipment. There are often times a food truck in the parking lot. There are various events and happy hours as well.

This place was high on my list of places to visit while in Minneapolis. With a name like that, any Norwegian would be curious😄 And I was not dissapointed. The location is spacious, with plenty of indoor seating, bar seating (including a small stage for live music), and a beautiful backyard area with lots of seating, including some cozy chairs facing the river. It was absolutely lovely sitting there in the sun, enjoying a utepils! There’s a large bar with a wide variety of beers on tap, as well as hard seltzers and non-alcoholic options. The brewery offers a great range of beer styles, including several German-style brews, which was a fun and refreshing change. It’s nice to visit a brewery where the selection isn’t dominated by just one trendy style. You can also get beer flights here, and this place has one of the coolest flight presentations I’ve seen: a pair of half-skis holding five beers each. My favorite was the Hoppestokk, a 5.6% ABV lager — but honestly, all the beers were tasty and well made! There’s a solid selection of beers to-go, plus some great merch including glassware, T-shirts, and more. I picked up a cool T-shirt and a few stickers. While the brewery might seem to be a bit outside downtown, it’s easily accessible by bus plus a short walk. I’d highly recommend a visit to Utepils Brewing!

Google
Great place to stop when you’re biking the Grand Rounds. It has the best beer garden in the Twin Cities nestled along Bassett Creek. Good beer selection and often food truck.

Google
We had the Receptional, a great Octoberfest beer. So good! The atmosphere on the patio is so laid back, especially if you're lucky enough to get a seat near Bassett Creek.

Google
To be honest, this is not my favorite collection of beer. They're just not in my flavor profile. However, everything else about this place is awesome. The THC beverages are delicious and they always have good food trucks on hand (surprising that they don't offer their own food). The space itself is open and energetic--especially that backyard!! They offer great events and live music, so there is always something happening here, adding to the liveliness. The staff has always been super friendly and helpful, which I love and appreciate, of course. I only wish parking wasn't a nightmare--otherwise this place is dreamy!

Google
Wow, what an awesome atmosphere! Love the tap room and the garden outside is the cherry on top. Utepils has solid beers, a wide selection and the staff keeps the line running smoothly even when the place is packed. I can’t believe it took me this long come here, but I’ll definitely be back soon! My only minor complaint had nothing to do with the brewery or staff, but with the parents letting their < 3 year old kids run around unchecked. I hate to sound like “that guy”, and I like a family atmosphere, but on this particular night a few other patrons were disappointing. That said, I’m sure it was a one off and I’m glad people can bring their kids.

Google
One of the best beer gardens in the state. A huge European style taproom and a wide variety of about 20 quality craft beers on tap. Nice selection of to go beers and swag.

Google
This is by far One of the scenic and serene state parks oh sorry I mean breweries I have been to around Minneapolis or twin cities. The little river or stream outdoors seating is a must for this location. Do it while summer and falls is here. This atmosphere just makes you wanna vibe and chill and chitchat. Bring your friends and loved ones here.

Yelp
This brewery has ample seating, various weekly events, often a food truck, and a large outdoor beer garden with fire pits. I appreciate the variety of NA beverages they also have including ginger beer, kombucha, root beer, NA beer (in cans from other companies), and sparkling water. They have a parking lot that is large with overflow street parking. Live music is great, but could be quieter- it was so loud tonight it was hard to talk.
google avatar

Yelp
I would give it a 4.5/5 if I could. This is a fun spot to meet friends for drinks, sit in the patio, get some food from a food truck or play some trivia. My friends and I stopped in for trivia and a drink. Overall, it was fun and the staff is really nice. It was pretty loud inside for trivia and hard to hear but they do have the question on the trivia link as well so you can read it and hear it. My spot I take 0.5 off is that everytime I come here the parking is not the greatest. They do have a parking lot but it's always full and I usually end up parking a walk a way on the street. There are a decent amount of street spots to park. My friends and I will definitely be back for some more trivia!

Yelp
Been coming here for many years! I love Belgian beer especially their Ewold the golden. I love the bartenders, always so friendly and welcoming. I love the space both indoor and outdoor, they are so spacious. If you have never visited this brewery, you should. It is definitely worth it.

Yelp
I absolutely love Utepils Brewing! Conveniently located outside of downtown Minneapolis, this taproom is easy to get to from anywhere in the cities. This brewery features a massive seating area with pool table and shuffleboard table. There is also a huge outdoor seating area nestled in a wooded area. It's awesome. The beer is fantastic. Lots of pilsners on tap all the time. Everything is well executed and clean drinking. You will also find some hoppier and maltier selections if that's your thing. Utepils also has some killer swag sure to make you look and feel great. As far as service - all the beertenders are awesome. Super friendly and knowledgeable about the beer. Jess is my FAVORITE! She's great. Definitely one of the better taprooms in the cities. Check them out!

Yelp
First time there. Love the taproom. It's feels like a great place to hang out. But the patio is the real gem. It was a little chilly but we got a few chairs by the big fire pit and it was perfect. Tried Smokey the Beer, the smoke was a bit on the burnt bacon grease side. Not my fave but it was good with the pizza. Second beer was In All Places. It's a Brown Ale. Really liked this one. Also tried a few that my hubby had. Like his also. All in all, it's a great place to meet some friends and hang out with some yummy food truck food and beer. Can't wait for summer to really enjoy the patio and the live music I've heard they have.

Yelp
Hefe mosa is amazing! Never had a bad beer here, but look at this one! So yummy. Great patio, great staff, fun environment! Definitely recommend if you like a great brewery

Yelp
Food truck, didn't get a chance to enjoy it. They do sell snacks. Service was great. Ambiance, outdoor OMG, RELAXING next to a river with the birds chirping. Very nice indoor also. Bathrooms were clean. Also a lot of apparel. friendly. ‍

Yelp
I normally head to the Twin Cities for Minnesota Wild games. I am rarely there during the summertime. Well, I finally returned to the state in early August. Why? My first concert and visit to Xcel Energy Centre was a John Mayer concert eons ago. Opening for him was Guster, a band from Boston. I fell in love with their music, and how awesome their bongoist was. I have been a fan ever since. The band rarely comes up to Canada. I have only seen the band once up here at Danforth Music Hall. I tend to head over the border when they are playing. I found out that they were playing a show at Utepils Brewing. It made sense to return to the Twin Cities where I was first introduced to Guster. I got a VIP ticket. It meant that I got to sit in a specific area, have access to the bar and washrooms in this sectioned-off area, and get a special Guster beer. The show was on Friday. It was open at 5 pm. I drove over here, which was straightforward. However, parking was limited. I spoke to the nicest man standing by the railroad tracks in front of the brewery. I asked where I could park. He said that I could either park at Anwatin Middle School and take a shuttle over here (it runs every twenty minutes), or park on the road, just up the hill. Nice! I thanked him and tried street parking. It was perfect. I found a spot and walked down the hill to get to the venue. You do have to prove that you are 21 years old. I had my Ontario driver's licence. The man doing the check looked at it and thought that I was born in 2003. I need him to compliment me all the time... haha! I didn't have a ticket. I had to show my VIP receipt on my phone. I then got a wrist bracelet, my VIP ticket, and my drink ticket. Yay! I had to use the washroom. I used one of the portable ones. It was clean, as I was early for the concert. I was hungry and got a smokey bratwurst from Gerhard's. There were several food trucks there, which I liked. I also got a bottled water. I paid with a credit card. Done! The VIP experience was nice. I showed my ticket to the woman at the gated area. I found a nice table and sat down. My bratwurst was yummy. It was great eating and drinking in this cool space. I had the Guster special brew. It was refreshing on a fairly humid day. Luckily, it got cooler throughout the night. Everyone was friendly and cheerful. It was nice chatting to a man next to me about Guster songs that we hoped would be performed. It's a nice outdoor venue. It's on the banks of Bassett Creek, which is between downtown Minneapolis and Theodore Wirth Parkway. I was at a Yelp event at the latter in May, so I now know that it's not far away from this brewery! I had a great time. It was an excellent concert. I used the brewery washroom for VIPs. It was clean and nicely maintained. The brewery is nice and large. Staff at the brewery were nice. There was a photographer taking professional photos throughout the night. I liked that food trucks were still going on strong after the show. I was hungry again. I have had food from KCM Egg Rolls before at a food truck event last year. I went ahead and got a foot-long pork egg roll. I paid with a credit card and got my egg roll on a stick immediately. I thanked the nice man and headed up the hill to my car. I ate in my car. The egg roll hit the spot. It was packed full of seasoned ground pork, vermicelli noodles, and veggies. It was so good to have it again. I had a terrific concert and beer experience at this brewery. I'd love to return when there isn't a concert to check out what the ambience is like. Parking is a bit of an issue, but I now know that street parking is decent. (355)

Yelp
Delightful brewery that everyone can visit after a bike ride at Wirth Trailhead! We were a large group so we headed out to the shaded beer garden in back after selecting our choice of beverage. No one was disappointed in their choices! Good service. We were too early in the day for any food trucks, so we will have to plan that better next time!

Yelp
Utepils is a great spot for meeting up with friends and playing board games over some drinks! I'm glad to see the expansion of drink selections beyond beer. I appreciate the cider selections and the Party Water (hard seltzer). I hope to see this segment of non-beer options grow in the future too since I'm a seltzer gal! There are usually food trucks or vendors inside during the cold months. Utepils also has pretzels that you can purchase for a quick snack. It's a little on the loud side since it's so big and echo-y, but I could still hear everyone at our table!

Yelp
I only wish we were here in summer versus a rainy cool November day because this place has some great outdoor spaces for drinking beer. Nonetheless the interior is very nice. We were very impressed. We stopped in with a local relative who wanted to get some beer to take home and of course we had to have a beer. They have nice selection with a focus on pilsners and lagers. Very tasty. We really enjoyed the vibe. We will mark this as a place to return to when we are visiting next summer.

Yelp
Went to Utepils Brewing for a happy hour with coworkers around 4PM on a Thursday. The parking lot is pretty tiny, so be prepared to park on the street and walk the ways down. First impression: what a cute and open space! I loved the industrial design with the soft lighting. There is a spacious outdoor area for seating which is perfect in the warmer months. As we went to order, the staff was not warm and welcoming. It felt rushed and wasn't a great interaction. The kombucha was absolutely delicious though. Lightly sweetened, wonderful hints of pineapple and basil, decently sized. Another person in our group ordered the "party water" which fell completely flat. Overall, our experience was average. I noticed they had a food truck but we didn't get to try anything out! If you're looking for something local in the neighborhood and want to enjoy a beer (or kombucha) and a little ambiance, I'd say give Utepils a whirl.

Yelp
Utepils Brewing is a very unique spot. Getting into the brewery is a little difficult when there's a lot of people there, but once inside, it has a very nice old-fashioned brewery feel. The service was pretty good, and there was a wide selection of unique drafts and beers. Overall, a nice brewery in a less populated location!
google avatar

Leah S.

Yelp
This brewery has great beer, but even better outdoor space...rain or shine, summer or winter! We love how open the space is which makes it easy for my active boys to move around! The beer is great too, they have a great Pilsner and Helles Lager. There are generally food trucks to get some grub as well!
google avatar

Alik W.

Yelp
Been here three times now. I think i don't love their beer style, it's a bit more German than I prefer, but there are definitely items on the menu I will drink, they are great for kids (extensive NA menu), and they're super convenient to Wirth for a beer after a hike or bike or swim. So they're thriving and that's good! Wouldn't make this a destination but always willing to hit it when I'm in the area.
google avatar

Jenny b.

Yelp
Beer was great and I was happy they had such traditional syrups for their weisse. I was happy that they had a mix of beer styles, not just traditional German beers, and other types of alcoholic beverages. The food truck was nice and there were so many cool seating areas outside. So much room indoors too! This would have been a 5 star experience if this location did not have more mosquitoes than I have ever experienced. Especially since mosquito borne disease is at a high right now, this wasn't the most relaxing experience. Please get some pest control Utepils! I will be thinking of you for the next week until the 20 or so bites I have subside. :D

Yelp
First time visiting this brewery. The taproom is spacious with a lot of seating. They have a fine selection of beers and an outside seating area with a fire pit. There was a food truck on site and they had snacks for sale too. The bartenders were super helpful and knew the beers on draft. Had a few beers and also tried their samplers which were a good pour for about $4 so you get a chance to try more of them. Will definitely be visiting again.

Yelp
Awesome spot. Great beer. Fantastic outside patio area where pets are allowed. Very bike friendly. Highly recommend.
google avatar

Nate B.

Yelp
This place is a great one that I really should get to more. All of their beers are well executed and they have a large tap list, something for everyone. Service is very friendly and the taproom is really welcoming. The beer garden is simply lovely and is a big reason to frequent this place. There is a huge fire pit and it is right against Basset Creek for some water views. A lovely space with tons of seating. Inside is big and spacious too with a projected large TV screen and a couple games large game options (pool and shuffleboard), but the beer garden can't be beat!

Yelp
Came here on a Wednesday night for trivia with Trivia Mafia and had a great time! Make sure you get there plenty early to grab a table. We had a group of 6 and lucked out finding a table 10 minutes before start. The place was buzzing with people, but it was very fast and easy to grab a drink. I got the Skölsch - a delicious light beer that's super easy to drink. Plus, I love the tall glass! Trivia was super fun and the Trivia Mafia team are kind and welcoming. They have a new system where you can use your phone to input answers and see the questions, which helped since it was hard to hear in the big taproom. As we played there were employees grabbing empty glasses too which was a plus! The environment is the perfect warm, lodge-feeling taproom. It was great on a winter day and I really felt like I could curl up and stay in there all day. There's also an outdoor area for the summer, or if you want to brave the winter. Overall, loved the beer, atmosphere & trivia!

Yelp
Me & my Fiancé come to Minneapolis every year for a Vikings game. We wanted some drinks on Saturday and saw Utepils. We had never been before. They were celebrating Oktoberfest! What a fun place with great beer. They had many activities going on, music, food. We had a lot of fun! The Pontoon Afternoon was my favorite. All the workers were nice and made the atmosphere welcoming. We will be stopping by next year when we're back in town.
google avatar

Yelp
Traditional Styles Very impressive taproom Good beer, but no wow If you don't like hoppy or boozy or experimental, Utepils is one of the best breweries out there. I don't think I've ever seen anything higher than a 7. Classic European styles for the most part. Helles, Pils, Kolsches, Lagers. I definitely appreciate these styles but they never get my highest rating. You are never going to find a Triple IPA or a Russian Imperial Stout or any sort of Sour here. Staff is super friendly and they always toast my Untappd check ins which are generally in the high three range. Huge outdoor patio if you are into that sort of thing. I prefer drinking indoors. One of the coolest looking tap houses I have been to. Open on Mondays!
google avatar

Tyler H.

Yelp
Best brewery I've ever been to. Beer, staff, location are all top notch. Cant recommend it enough.
google avatar

Yvonne A.

Yelp
I visited the brewery for the fist time a week ago. We sat inside due to the rain but they have outdoor seating too. The indoor is pretty spacious there are long tables and high tops. The beer list is extensive so there is something for every ones' taste. I had their Pontoon Afternoon beer and it was refreshing and crisp, I would recommend especially if you don't like hoopy beers.
google avatar

Yelp
Awesome Ambiance & Beer! Inside is open and well lit and outside has a great fire pit.

Yelp
I'm not sure why....but I don't make it over to Utepils often. Odd since I've always had great beer matched by great service. I really like the spacious tap room. They totally won me over on my last visit when I saw that they offered chips and some small brand salsa! It was a great offering, a switch up from prezels. I can't recall the names but there was a small variety of salsa flavors. The staff have always been helpful when I ask would you drink this beer or this one? I like the patio w several fire pits around. Utepils really covers it all. Cheers

Yelp
I somehow had never visited the land of lagers and clean beer of @utepilsbrewing in all my beer adventures. It was like walking into a fairy tale with brewing equipment all around, a giant taproom, and an even more impressive beer garden. I was overwhelmed with choices of various lager types and interesting spins on the classics. I had no choice but to get a flight. 5th Anniversary Pilsner: A German Pils brewed in celebration of Utepils fifth anniversary. It is brilliantly clear with a medium low dough aroma. Low cracker-like malt flavor with low spicy hops. Champagne Problems: A French Lager that gives off some of the most interesting flavors that I have ever gotten from a lager. Another one that is brilliantly clear. High pear, low apple, and low peach fruity characters. Low white bread flavor. This beer was a lot of fun! Cafe Duck Duck: A Coffee Lager that is huge in flavor while still being light in body and very drinkable like a classic lager. Very clear with high blond roast aroma. Medium-high roast and bitterness that finishes with a low toasty malt flavor. Springbok: A classic Heller Bock. Deeply flavored with sweet dough / spicy hop. Medium light bready aroma and brilliantly clear. Perfect representation of the style. Loonar Eclipse: I asked for what beer I was missing and the beertender poured me this Czech Style Dark Lager. Very dark with some opacity, but looks black. Toasted wheat bread aroma is medium-low. Mild roastiness and toasted bread crust medium-low. Light bodied with lovely balance. If you are looking for a lager, make a trip to Utepils and drink some of the best Minnesota has.

Yelp
Great brewery where we have enjoyed all the brews we have tried. Their patio is great on a nice day and the outside ordering is great as well. Staff is always friendly. The fire pit extends patio season, too. Love that. Would love to join as a yearly viper, so hopefully they add that soon!

Yelp
My husband and I went to Utepils this past weekend for their Oktoberfest celebration and it was such a fun time. The space is huge which is awesome because there are so many indoor, outdoor, and a mix of spaces in general. The music was fantastic and the atmosphere was so fun. My husband got 2 Steins of beer and I had their party water. They had multiple food trucks which were a great addition. Overall, a great atmosphere and I would absolutely attend again. We ubered because we planned on drinking but it looked like they had a pretty large parking lot. It was not near any other establishments really which I look for when I go to bars/breweries but otherwise no complaints.
google avatar

Yelp
Recently started frequenting Utepils! I LOVE the atmosphere and the outdoor string lights. They're very biker-friendly with plenty of space to park/lock up your bikes and it feels very safe. Kind of an industrial area tucked away off the beaten path on the river. Friendly staff, awesome drinks, cool merch, regular group rides on Wednesdays for women and Sundays for everyone and all skill levels... just an awesome place!!!! I recently attended their 6 year anniversary, biking about 18-19 miles with their rec paced group road bike ride and had a blast :)
google avatar

Yelp
Great beer and back patio. The service is very friendly. Lots of events including music.
google avatar

Al K.

Yelp
Apparently my friends were more interested in debating if the Hefeweizen smelled like banana or not to talk about the actual brewery and such. I thought it was super dope all around. The atmosphere is popping, the music is bumping, and dare I say the beer is bubbling. Like I said, I was pretty distracted by my friends very boring discussion of the smell of the Hefeweizen, but not so distracted I couldn't enjoy the beer. I got the five year German Pilsner which I would 100 percent get again. My wife got a raspberry kolsch which was delectable. Overall, I really enjoyed it here! They have food trucks that visit as well!
google avatar

Lindsey H.

Yelp
What a fabulous location! This brewery is set in an industrial park right next to the river. They have an amazing outdoor space and great inside as well! Food truck is out front and they serve their flights with repurposed skis... how Minnesotan is that! Their beers were hit or miss for me but I will definitely be back!
google avatar

Andrew K.

Yelp
This is a gem of a Neighborhood brewery. Others here have already commented on the chill vibe and outdoor space and I couldn't agree more. The space out back is amazing and a great place to bring your pooch or your little ones. Seemed like a lot of folks were visiting on bike here too. When I visited they had a local artist's market set up and a good chicken food truck out front. The beer was also solid. I enjoyed my amber ale and my friends enjoyed their Kolsch l, the blond, and Pilsners. Didn't think Ipa was best but don't think that's where they are trying to establish themselves. Mostly, I liked the non-pretentious vibes and overall atmosphere.

Yelp
During this covid experience I've been working remotely in different parts of the mid-west (Mpls) and thought i would call up a few of my ole college colleagues that I haven't seen in ages and they suggested Utepils. I have to say what a great break and reprieve from this whole shelter in place. The only area that was available was out back in the outdoor patio which was expansive and well appointed with various tables and seats and tents. A couple of great adders to the whole experience is its situated next to Bassett Creek and they allow dogs. So the place had quite a few leashed furry friends and I had brought my celebrity star with me Roxy and two of my other friends had their dogs too. Plenty of play time for them. What also help mitigate any contact was that you could or did purchase tickets in advance which you would give to the server outside and you would choose from a selection of the local brews so that eliminated card or cash handling. Also there was food truck out front if you had the urge to snack or eat. It was a perfect venue to talk about ole times and enjoy the having our furry friends to boot.

Yelp
Nice ambiance...good beer. Very nice brewery definitely in my top ten for the twin city area

Yelp
Holy smokes, the flights!! Five 6oz pours each! Staff was friendly. Sampling two whole flights, we tried a wide variety of brews. Our faves: Decision Fatigue (IPA), Loonar Eclipse (Czech Dark Lager), Minnator (Dopplebock).

Yelp
I went here for an event and really liked it. The facilities are wonderful. A huge indoor sitting area greets guests to enjoy conversation and cold beverages. It also looked like there was an amazing patio but I didn't get out there to check it out. The staff was hugely helpful. I asked about the darkest beer and was educated on the many options and provided with samples for 3 beers. It was a great opportunity learn and try options. I forgot to take a pic of my beer and forgot the name (what a horrible reviewer!). You'll have to trust me that it's worth the visit. The owner spoke before the event and I was so impressed with his story of keeping workers employed during COVID and their strategies for keeping patrons safe. Parking was sort of all over. I was behind a building about a block away and over some old train tracks but my car was safe and there when I got out so all OK. Great visit!

Yelp
Enjoyed this brewery. Better in the summer, in the winter it can get kind of busy & hard to find a seat but that is the case with most brewery's in winter.

Yelp
I have never in my life. Had such a delicious beer. I went on vacation to visit a friend. I ended up here and it blew my mind how beautiful it really is. The whole place is very clean and gorgeous and the people are wonderful and the staff is wonderful. They even charged my phone I mean, I bought the sweatshirt I got the patch I drink the beer and I had a wonderful time while I was there. I played pool with my friends all night and went out on the back patio and enjoyed ourselves. The only problem I have with this place is that they don't ship their beer to me. I'm in Florida and I cannot get this beer anywhere and I'm really sad because of it. Minneapolis is beautiful and this is the crown jewel of Minneapolis. I don't know her name but the bartender with the long blonde hair that loves. Zelda was one of my favorite people I met there. I highly recommend this place to everybody and anybody.

My favorite beer season is upon us! When Oktoberfest starts popping up on tap that's what I'm getting 10/10 times. This Oktoberfest by @utepilsbrewing is delicious! It's highly drinkable with balanced, smooth flavors of malt and biscuit. : UTEPILS RECEPTIONAL Brewed by @utepilsbrewing German Festbier 5.9% ABV 28 IBU

Yelp
I've got 4 years of office reviews for Utepils! When we first moved here, we walked down the street to check out the local brewery that had also moved in to Harrison a few months earlier. It's been so fun to watch them grow with us. Or first big event experience with then was Oktoberfest 2017. What a night!! And it only got better after that. Can't wait to tear it up in 2021! Last year, there weren't many places to go safely during 2020. The big open patio area on Bassett creek made for the perfect spot to when we needed to just GET OUT. Reservations were smooth and getting a spot was always easy. They really had a top notch system in place and we were happy to continue to support them as we could. We love bringing family here when they visit! There's always something fun going on. We've been to a few meat raffles, hoping to win something one day, but it's always fun no matter what. Oh, and the beer! When they aren't mixing small batches (the banana and the blueberry muffin last summer was incredible) you can always find me with a tall glass of Alt 1848. Primo in my book.

Yelp
Ive lived in Minneapolis for about a year and this has quickly become one of my favorite spots. I love wheat/Hefeweizen style beers and the cities as a whole is certainly lacking in this area. Ewald the Golden is just a gem of a beer. It's so deliciously smooth and full of flavor. I personally vote this #1 beer in the twin cities. Outside of the great beer, it's been such an awesome atmosphere throughout the year. At the end of last summer, we discovered how easily this brewery is accessed off the bike trail and really enjoyed riding there on nice days and enjoying a beer in the backyard beer garden. This winter, the outside beer garden was fantastic and clearly a hit for all of those seeking a way to still get together and connect over beers safely, despite the pandemic. Most recently we visited and sat inside, looking out towards the back and felt perfectly safe snd enjoyed it just as much! Anyways, I can't say enough good things about this brewery!

Yelp
Went there for the Michael Franti & Spearhead concert, which was fabulous!! What a great outdoor venue for music! Tried two of the hoppy beers (don't remember the names) and both were ok, not great for me. The taproom was closed so didn't get to explore that. Was really glad that we took an Uber because the parking situation was not good but might be ok when they are not having an event. Would definitely go back for another concert.

Yelp
We went to this brewery for their meat raffle. The guys enjoyed the beer they tried. I wish they offered something other than pop like home made root beer or kombucha. We got food from the food truck that was there. Wasn't my favorite but at least it was something. We didn't win at the meat raffle but we had a nice time visiting.

Yelp
One of the most consciously aware, proactive and safe breweries during the Covid pandemic. They have taken precautions through out the pandemic to keep their customers and staff safe. They have options of inside and outdoor seating. They are very proactive on cleaning the tables in between customers. They have updated their air ventilation system. And amongst all the Covid protocols they still continue to produce amazing solid beers! Their employees are friendly and kind. You can get beer to go as well!

Yelp
This is a really cool brewery to visit in my opinion. You get this huge, open, rustic feel coming in. You get to see the huge, stainless steel fermenters up-close in-person right at the entrance and then the bar is farther up. The ceilings are tall and there is lots of natural light coming in. TVs are spread throughout the inside for, of course, sports watching. They have a free pool table and boards games to play with friends and the fam. Outside, is a cute patio with plenty of seating right neck to the creek. There is also a fire pit going during the evening. When we went, the red wagon food truck was at the entrance if you needed any food. My beer was alright and so were the prices. Service and quick. They have some cool merch as well. It's overall a cool atmosphere that enjoyed hanging out in.

Yelp
I love a good brewery with a fun and upbeat vibe. Big, open spaces (indoor and out), inviting for all ages. Utepils is just that. They have food trucks, live music, and really great beer. You can bring your kids and you can also bring your own food. A favorite beer that I tried was the Tall Tails IPA. Delicious and refreshing on a 90 degree day.

Yelp
My favorite part about Utepils is that it's 300 feet from our kickball league fields. Makes for the perfect stop for us after our games every week! The atmosphere is cool-high ceilings and cool string lights. They could use a few more tables, as it gets busy quick. I also wish they had more seating outside on their patio! I can't drink beer (GF) so am only going off of friends' reviews of the beer, but people like Ewald the Brilliant best. My boyfriend works for a beer company so he's a bit picky and rates the beer selection about 3/5. A bit bummed they don't do any cider or gluten free beer, so I always have to get an artisan (read: overpriced) ginger ale bottle when I'm here. They do have games and stuff for groups to play, and a few long tables that are good for kickball teams especially! ;)
