Google
This place was perfect for a concert because you can choose what you want from several different places and sit where you want. The service was excellent, very nice staff! The drinks were VERY expensive, but that's normal for concert venues now I suppose. But the food was really good!

Google
Unbelievably expensive. Food is ok-ish… Such a nice place, but for more than 30 dollars for a bite and a drink per person you’d expect more.

Google
Center bar, burger and fries section, Taco etc. Section, Salad section, soup with sub section, coffee with deserts, and drink section that contain can of beer - energy drinks, plus more cold beverages. Restaurant doors open about 2 to 1 hour early before concerts, and will open up the wall for entry into arena for your scan ticket (s). (Pistons, Red Wings, Concerts, or other events.

I love you can get in early and have a great meal. Many venues like this do not have great food. I got a burrito bowl and it was amazing. And the drinks have free refills the entire show!

Google
Great place to sit back and relax before a show or game. There are plenty of food and beverage choices. The staff are very welcoming and friendly! Especially the two young ladies working the coffee bar on the 9/16/23. I didn't catch their names, but they treated my wife and I with great hospitality.

Google
The women staff members at the “self checkout” are very rude and unprofessional. I’ve had more than one negative encounter with them on different days. They’ll go out of their way to cause a scene even when you attempt to avoid them. I liked going here for the convenience and they always have what I like, but thankfully LCA has a thousand other options as I won’t purchase anything here again.

Google
The servers at the coffee counter were cool and helpful and friendly and funny. The servers at the chicken tender counter were apathetic, seemed bored, had skipped over our order when we went back to see what was taking so long, and didn't say a single word to us when we asked about the order. She just walked over to the ticket pile and found the order then handed it to the cook. We had no interaction with them besides placing the order so there was nothing personal happening. It just seemed like both of them wanted to be literally anywhere else but there. It was my first time at the LCA and it's not a good look tbh. This was the night of 01/06/24

Google
Really nice selection of food and drinks (alcohol and non-alcohol). They let you in before a game nice warm place to sit while waiting for actual arena to open. Typical arena prices, HIGH! 5.50 for a powerade and they take your cap

Yelp
Great food, fast service, but a bit pricey. We've mainly eaten at the Grill part of the UWM Market but have tried the chipotle/qdoba-like section as well. At the grill, we've gotten chicken tenders and their burgers with fries (which are double patties! a fun surprise the first time!). One time the chicken tenders were a bit grissley, but we brought them back up and they replaced them for us which was nice. The burgers have always been really good though. The only downside is the price. Two burgers, a thing of fries, and two beverages is over $40. Huge bummer! The burrito area is pretty good too but also kind of pricey. Tons of places to sit but as you could imagine, you gotta get there early enough before the game or event starts or else you may miss the start of it. The more people that are entering the arena, the longer the line and harder it is to find a seat.

Yelp
I love that they're here in the arena. Lots of healthy, decent food options to choose from. Salads, stadium food, burritos and bowls, pizza, sandwiches, etc. A good variety. Lots of room to eat and grab drinks before a game or show - I just kind of wish the doors opened up a little more than 1 hour ahead of start time. An extra 30 minutes would be nice. The prices really aren't bad either, especially for stadium food. A huge chicken burrito bowl was $15 and it was such a big portion. It's just so nice to have some upgraded food choices at a stadium.

Yelp
Good place to get a cocktail, beer and a quick bite before a game. Not gourmet but good. We got a couple of cocktails and split a Pastrami sandwich.

Yelp
My friends and I went to District Market Detroit for dinner before a concert. When we arrived, it was packed, which we expected. It is basically a food court, with different stations for different foods. We had a difficult time finding seating, and were disappointed that there weren't more tables. There were many wide open spaces where additional tables could be. We chose the Mex & CO station. I ordered 3 of the pork tacos in flour tortillas, with rice on the bottom and topped with lettuce, cheese and the corn salsa. My friends all ordered burrito bowls. You're able to choose what goes on your tacos/in your burrito similar to Qdoba, which I liked. The tacos ended up being delicious. I really enjoyed them and would order them again. My only issue was that there was a big piece of fat in one of them that I had to spit out. As far as the price, the tacos plus a soft drink were about $17. Given that it's stadium food this wasn't surprising or unexpected; The only thing that bugged me about the price was that the soft drink alone was $5. Overall, I'd go back again if I were attending a concert or hockey game.

Yelp
The District Market is basically a fancy foodcourt in the new Little Caesar's Arena. It's fast casual style with plenty of seating and several different dining styles for a variety of tastes. There's a sandwiches via "Handmade," salads via "Greens," burgers and such via "Grill," tacos and burritos via "Mex & Co," coffee and pastries via "Sugar & Brew" plus a bar ("On Ice"). Decided on a bite via the "Mex & Co" booth before the Jack White show a few days ago and thought it was pretty decent for arena food. It's basically Chipotle/Qdoba but arena pricing. So if you like that style then you'll probably be good with this. I went with the three tacos--one chicken, one beef, and one pork. You can add beans, rice, veggies, cheese, queso, salsas, etc on top of your tacos. I skipped the rice but went with beans, some veggies and queso. They were not bad. Better than I expected, if I'm being honest. The pork was the best of the three meats. Chicken was a little on the blander side and the steak was a little drier but the pork had nice flavor and was juicy. Definitely pricey. Not Qdoba pricing! Those three tacos and an iced tea set me back $20. I hadn't had time to eat before the show so I had to pony it up so I could comfortably enjoy the show. If you're like me and peckish with a bit of money to spend you'll do ok here.

Yelp
Stopped in on July 2nd before the Erykah Badu concert. Very relaxed atmosphere clean and convenient direct entrance to arena. We only tried 2 stations out of the five. WHATEVER YOU DO DON'T GO TO THE BURGER STATION!! I should've known when I approached and the cashier was on her phone and I had to greet her first. I placed my order and even though no one was in front of or behind me in line and there were 3 people just standing around when I walked up they forgot to actually make the order that was only a burger then laughed about it and never once apologized. No surprise the burger was terrible with a little dry bun. On the other hand the Homemade sandwich station gets all 3 of these stars. They were nice professional prompt and the sandwich was soooooo good and fresh!!! Go there instead!

Yelp
This is a food plaza inside of Little Caesars arena. They have salads and fruit, coffee, handmade sandwiches, Mexican fast food, and burgers to name a few. There are a lot of food options to satisfy most tastes here. I stopped by the bar and the bartender Amanda made me an one of the best old fashioneds that I've had in a while. This spot is usually pretty chill but during halftime and any type of intermission it gets full. I recommend heading here before halftime. It's definitely different from the standard hotdogs, pretzels, popcorn, and Budweiser that you would usually get at a game. I will be back.

Yelp
I work downtown at the Fox and had yet to try the District Market inside of Little Caesars Arena for lunch. So a colleague and myself walked over and found a very quaint and cool food court. You have a few choices with mexican, burgers, salads, sandwiches, and a coffee/cafe type of place. I went with Mex&Co where I ordered a carnitas burrito. It was very much in the style of Chipotle where you move down the line and build your burrito. The portions were great and the young lady working the counter was friendly and helpful. The portion was so big that my burrito started to tear a bit while I was eating it! Other than that it had a good taste to it and I was very full! If napping at work was allowed I may have taken one! What sweetened the deal even more was that I get a discount that I wasn't even aware of - what a great perk! I will definitely be back to try some of the other offerings. PS - I almost forgot that I grabbed an Iced Chai from Sugar & Brew and it was honestly delicious! I love a good Chai Latte and this one had the perfect amount of sweetness and spice to it.

Yelp
Chances Of Going Back: 3/5 Would Suggest To Others? Yes What I Ordered: Burrito W/ Chicken: 2.5/5 Murf's Tip: A Large Number Of Options (+) - Number Of Options - "Ok" Pricing (-) - Long Lines Finally, a sports venue that offers decent food! The new food places in LCA are interesting. On one side you have a venue that is open to the public (at non game times), if I was reviewing District Market Detroit for this purpose, the rating would be much lower. This review is from when I went to the Market during a Wings game. The food quality was decent and the prices were a little cheaper than I thought (still not good). The best part about District Market Detroit, is the amount of options. Pretty much everyone has some sort of option here, no matter their dietary resections. Compared to the vast majority of venues out there, LCA has created a great thing in District Market Detroit. I highly suggest you opt for the Market option vs the restaurant options (at least on game day).

Yelp
I like it here. I go to all the Red Wings games and I come here pretty much every game. The Mexican place has walking tacos that i really enjoy, the burger place has a really good veggie burger, and the ice cream place is solid. Also the bar makes one of the best margaritas.

Yelp
I waited in line while no one acknowledged me to be handed the most flavorless burrito ever. For $15. Should have made a run for the border.

Yelp
My apologies and I did mix it up. Thank you for the correction and it was still very good and I was pleased you did have Sprite and Coke products. I like the options at the arena and Mexican is my preferred. Very good and I know we were quite surprised at how good. Thanks!

Yelp
Horrible. Went for lunch around 12pm and ordered a $12 veggie burger. They left it on the grill for 20 minutes as they cooked and served 5 different hamburgers. Used the same spatula for meat burgers and my veggie burger. Waited 28 minutes for my food. When I got it and bit into it, predictably, the entire thing was burnt to a crisp. Took 3 more bites and the entire thing fell apart. Not salvageable. Fries were pretty good.

Yelp
Ordered a burrito from Mex & Co. Ended up receiving what was essentially a new born slippery baby. The key to a good burrito is to never over pack the tortilla.. especially when it's pre-made and unable to expand and wrap around the food. I was licking salsa and guacamole off my hands for eternity. I've eaten at the other little stops in District and they suck as well. Conclusion - screw this place!

Yelp
The ham and cheese croissant might have been, but definitely was, the best breakfast sandwich i have ever had in my entire life. The croissant was flaky without being too crumbly, buttery without being too rich, good enough to satisfy my taste while wanting me to come back for more. The cheese was melted but not dribbling out the bottom of the sandwich. The cheese acted like a lubricant so the huge second bite which was a little too hot could slide down my gullet easier so I didn't choke in public. The ham was good.

Yelp
Absolute worst customer service. Staff is very rude. Staff is always on their phones. Was told at 10:26 am that they did not serve lunch until 10:30am waited then they said oh wait it is 11:00am. When asked if I got the student discount applied to my account they lied and said yes but it was never given. Please train staff on customer service. Customers deserve better!

Yelp
I truly don't know where this place got its sense of business from but let me assure you it is definitely lacking. My family (kids in tow) attended a show and decided to get ice cream as a treat afterwards (5pm). The arena entry was roped off but their staff directed us to come around the building to the street entrance. So we did. Then was told my staff AND asst manager that we would not be allowed to enter Bc we had left the arena so there is no re-entry. I explained it was roped off so we were directed to go around. He reiterated no re-entry. Explain to me why when you have a metal detector AND I have my tickets why you shouldn't let a family enter after a show? So now I have disappointed kids. I expressed to him how this was a very poor business practice as how is anyone supposed to support a Detroit business when you are making it impossible to enter? So here I go, taking my business to suburbia, because my kids will get ice cream either way. I'll just give it to a more deserving business. I would've like to be able to support a Detroit business but since I couldn't (and now I never would even attempt to return here) I'll take it to a business who appreciates and respects their customers. Nice creamery in Madison heights or Northville is great btw. just dropped $30 and it was totally worth it.

Yelp
Been coming here for lunch once in a while since it opened. It's really hit or miss. You are guaranteed to pay too much as they don't have non-event pricing for anything. Frozen grilled burger is $12, burrito is $12, sandwich combo is like $17, bottle of water is $4. So unless you get a company discount the prices are what you'd pay at a hockey game. I had the "poutine" fries this time and was less than impressed. The gravy had a weird aftertaste and there was shredded parmesan cheese instead of cheese curds. And while they say "fresh" everywhere, basically everything is frozen. if you have to eat here, mex&co is the best bet.

Yelp
I was happy to go the the Bruno Mars concert yesterday but needed to grab a bite to eat first. The line at Kid Rock was way too long so we decided to try this place. Wasn't sure what to expect but thought I would give it a try since a lot of people were in there so I expected it to be decent. Wrong! We opted for the Mex chicken bowl. Thought it would be like Chipotle's style taste. Ordered a chicken bowl with both beans, cheese and salsa and two fountain drinks....30.00. Wow.... I expected it to be pricey but hoped it would be fitting to eat. After just two bites I was done. Rice was undercooked and crunchy. Something in bowl had sour, spoiled taste. I had to throw the whole bowl away. During the concert my stomach hurt the whole time. When I got home I had to take some pepto bismol, went to sleep and when I woke up, my stomach is still hurting!! Something in it was not right!! Figured it had to be the beans or the brown rice because my daughter had the same thing except she had white rice and no beans. She said hers was fine. Won't be going back there ever again!!
