UwU Sushi

This sushi restaurant hit the spot (overall), but it also missed a couple. Before I get started with my order and experience, I just want to put it out there that my first order here was through Uber Eats instead of dining in. Here is what I ordered, and in case you are wondering, this was a party for one. - Spicy Salmon roll - California roll - Magma roll - Shrimp Tempura roll - Fried Sweet Potato roll - UwU roll - Spicy Chicken Cucumber roll - Spicy Tuna roll Among these eight rolls, there were three that I most looked forward to because they are not your commonly found sushi rolls throughout all sushi restaurants (like the traditional California roll). - Magma roll: This was most disappointing to me because I did not even receive it; instead I received a second UwU roll. - UwU roll: This roll was so flavorful mainly from the crab, salmon, green onion, and mango combinations. It is one roll that I would order again and recommend to others. - Spicy Chicken Cucumber roll: This one I am on the fence with. The roll itself was tiny. The breaded chicken used was cold so it did not have that outer crunch. I would give this sushi restaurant another try because I still would like to try the Magma roll; there is just something gravitating about Hot Cheetos with sushi that is pulling me in.

I was skeptical due to the name, but this place has very good poke! I didn't try the sushi, although my friend did, and he said the sushi with hot cheetos was a unique experience. Their soft shell fried crab is especially good. Average wait times for food, maybe 5 minutes, and the wait staff were all polite and helpful. UwU

Awesome! We stopped here to try something new. I really liked that they had some veggie options here.. I usually go for sushi, but I tried the veggie delight bowl and it was delicious! Fresh ingredients and perfectly breaded tofu nuggets and yams, no grease! They also have a unique variety of drinks, some fruit juice blends from Hawaii, and favorites like calpico and ito en. A great option for asian food that is affordable and delicious 😋

First time here and my taste buds were so satisfied! I got: Fried Dumplings: peeping hot and very crispy. Miso Soup: decent size for the price and perfect temperature. UwU roll: (1st picture) Magma roll: (2nd picture) Both rolls were mouth stuffling size! Overall, the staff were welcoming and helped my group find the best fits for our hunger. I am very happy and will be returning.

Excellent! We got the spamigiri (absolutely fantastic, possibly best I’ve ever had), furikake fries (incredibly unique and addicting!), and a Hawaiian bowl and sushi San bowl. Everything was super fresh and delicious! The owner was a great conversation and you can tell he genuinely cares about his customers. This place has great potential!

Easily the worst sushi I've ever had. Ordered firecracker roll, spicy tuna roll, spicy ocean roll. All 3 were very bland with no flavor. The spiciness of the firecracker and ocean rolls was almost nonexistent. The spicy tuna roll had zero spiciness. I don't even see spicy mayo on it. I don't know if this is normal, but to have 3 bad rolls at once makes me think I won't be back. I've had sushi from dozens of places before and don't think I've ever had some so bad that I would never order again.

Great bowls. High quality ingredients, and good combinations. Looking forward to the full open to try the rest of the menu.
