Where To See & Be Seen In Nashville - Nashville - The Infatuation

"Nashville's newest Italian spot is also one of the hardest reservations to get in town, and prime dinner times at V Modern Italian in the Gulch are booked over two weeks out. Inside: packs of bachelorettes posing in front of the massive tree in the middle of the restaurant and dressy couples sharing a black truffle sourdough pie out on the patio. It can be a bit much with all the marble, gold, mythology-inspired murals, DJs, and a napkin-waving ritual called the “Pedro.” But the food, like scampi reginette in a creamy lobster bisque and tender tuscan chicken, makes all of the over-the-topness worth it." - jackie gutierrez jones 2

Noah was amazing and took great care of us. The mocktails were super tasty and the Caesar was the best Caesar salad I’ve ever had. The pizza were delicious but not heavy and made you feel sick. Will definitely be back for Noah and pizza!

Wow wow wow! We are from Dallas and so very much miss the food scene. This place did not disappoint. The front staff welcomed us with open arms and John sat us and introduced us to our server. John was extremely friendly and kind offering advice and seating us with a smile. Phillip and Felix checked on our table multiple times which was so sweet and kind. Joe was our waiter and just absolutely the sweetest and so charismatic - he offered his favorites up to us and helped us with ordering. Everything came out absolutely perfect. We ordered the spicy pepperoni and hot sweet Italian pizza which were both so delicious. My mom ordered the short rib and it did not disappoint! The meatball appetizer was delicious! We also got the tower which was fun and yummy as well! We asked Phillip to bring us a bottle of wine at his recommendation and he nailed it. I cannot recommend this place enough. The staff, food and atmosphere is A++! Welcome to the neighborhood V Modern, we’re glad you’re here!

The music was quite loud for a restaurant, which made it tough to hold a conversation without raising our voices. It felt more like a place to hang out than to enjoy a relaxed meal. The overall vibe was lively, but not ideal if you’re looking for a quiet dining experience. The food was okay. A few dishes were decent, but nothing really stood out. Flavors were a bit underwhelming and didn’t leave much of an impression.

Absolutely in love with this place! The atmosphere is amazing — cozy, stylish, and full of charm. And the food… unbelievably delicious! Every dish is like a work of art. Definitely my new favorite spot in Nashville 💛 If I could give more than 5 stars, I’d give 100! Huge thanks to the manager Felix — another guest accidentally took my phone, but he handled everything quickly and professionally. Truly outstanding service and care for guests!

Google
Loved the atmosphere at this restaurant! Food was really good too — my favorites were meatballs and burrata apps. Cocktails were lacking unfortunately – you would never guess that it’s a margarita on the picture. So I would recommend you to get the wine. Service was also a little bit slow, but the server was very nice. Overall it’s nice modern place, but it’s not exactly the upscale restaurant vibe. I’ll be back for apps and pizza.

Perfect atmosphere, delicious food, very nice selection of drinks. We have tried from the appetizers to entrees, desserts, drinks and pizza. The sourdough pizza crust it was to die for, best I had in Nashville. Deep flavor and a perfect crunch, we went with the carnivore and I was very impressed of the meats combination. When you go in you are treated like family by the staff and you just want to hang out as much as you can. If you are in Nashville you have to try this restaurant, if you come to visit Nashville you need to put this restaurant on your itinerary .

Google
We had the best experience at Modern Italian! The Tuscan Kale salad was absolutely incredible—so fresh, perfectly balanced, and that lemon mayo dressing DEAR LORDTTT!!! A total game-changer. Bright, zesty, and downright addicting. My husband went for the Carnivora pizza, and he couldn’t stop raving about it—loaded with flavor, perfectly cooked, and super satisfying. We also tried a couple of their cocktails, and wow… the drinks were spot on—well-crafted, refreshing, and paired perfectly with the meal. From start to finish, everything was delicious, the vibe was great, and we’re already planning our next visit! The homemade PASTA 🖤😅🥰 Oh and I need to add, Billy— she was quite exceptional — timely service, water never empty and replenishing silverware every serving. Listen the vibe is so hard to come by. Please don’t change a thing. It’s elegant and niche — seriously. 🌱🪴

Yelp
GORGEOUS experience for any special occasion, came to celebrate my birthday with a close friend! We made reservations about a week in advance. Parking was difficult as there were not many spots available for the area that is validated - we circled a bit and got lucky with someone leaving. Every inch of this restaurant is an elegant vibe, loved the plants, velvet, rich colors, moody lightning, and so much more. Our server was a vibrant person, attentive and helpful with us navigating our decisions. We started with the focaccia tartufata and it was absolute perfection and the ideal starter to ground us after drinks and wake up our taste buds for the meal ahead. Highly recommend!! My friend is vegetarian and we wanted to split dishes so got the pesto gnocchi and black truffle creste. W O W !! The gnocchi pasta was literally the best texture I've ever tasted, I do feel like it could have had more sauce/flavor; however, the black truffle creste was so richly and divinely flavored with the right amount of sauce and the pasta tender/light/fluffy - it was for sure the winner out of the two for us. We ended with the almond amaretto cake and paired it with the velvet espresso - it truly was the best dessert pairing EVER. The cake had a creamy, tiramisu-like layer that was cold and dreamy, and the espresso had a subtle sea salt caramel finish that brought everything together. Such a stunning, memorable evening, can't wait to come back and savor it all over again. The prices are definitely on the higher side, but honestly, it's understandable given the experience. All five senses (hence the V) are activated from the moment you walk in - the somatic therapist in me was fully here for it. It's not just a meal; it's an atmosphere, a mood, and a moment worth lingering in. Bravo, V!!!

Yelp
I'm going 4.25 If you came to see swinging towels, you'll be disappointed. They only do that F/S at 9 or 930p. Otherwise great spot and not pricey which is nice.jeff ruby or kayne prime does expensive well lol

Yelp
The atmosphere is incredible. I think it's so cool that Nashville has a restaurant like this. That being said... I had my birthday there this past weekend. We had a late Sunday reservation (8pm). We all came hungry and excited to try it out! We didn't meet our waitress until 40ish minutes into being seated. We had no drinks during that time. She came over to take our drink order and we told her we were ready to order our food. The food and drinks didn't take very long to come out but when it did there were some things that we didn't order and double food/drink orders? Then we sat for a while waiting on our waitress again. She asked if we wanted dessert and honestly- we all did. We didn't order any because we just didn't have to time to wait for the dessert and possibly have to correct our orders like we had done all night. One of our appetizers ran out of bread so we asked for more bread. They ended up taking the dip away and send in an entire appetizer instead. We told them what happened so we didn't pay for it but it was just so uncomfortable feeling like we were being difficult. Our waitress was kind and all staff were apologetic when we had to correct our orders. We never want to leave feeling like you're the difficult table for the night. We left feeling that way and also like we still didn't get everything we wanted. When we went to pay we still had 3 or 4 things that we didn't order. We paid and waited for our waitress to come back so we could let her know we weren't trying to not pay- but that it was incorrect. We waved down another employee to get her so we could make it right. We waited some more and eventually just left. I'm so sad because this is such a lovely place and everyone was kind. But the service just didn't match the atmosphere and quality of the food (which was very good)

Yelp
Love the pumped up vibe! Lively and energetic! Great Modern Italian, as the name would suggest. The pizzas are amazing. Shout out to the dollop of ricotta on the Margherita! But the meatballs and bolognese were the standouts for me. Each time we have been they have been quite packed, so I would recommend a reservation. But there is very nice patio seating and bar seating if you just want to drop in.

Yelp
If you're craving a modern twist on Italian classics in Nashville, V Modern Italian delivers an experience that's equal parts indulgent and elevated. We ordered their focaccia. It set the tone for what was to come. The black truffle sauce was the bomb. Then i ordered the all vodka pasta. The ambiance was chic but inviting, with moody lighting and a live dj. At a certain point of the night (after 9pm) a surprise shot arrived that added a festive sparkle to the night. The restaurant does offer a two-hour validated parking in the garage attached to the restaurant

Yelp
An evening defined by elegance and effortless luxury. At V Modern Italian, every detail was curated to perfection from the warm welcome with champagne, to a symphony of Italian classics reimagined with modern finesse. We began with the Tutti Anti Pasta Tower and Marinara Meatballs, followed by the Margherita al Parmigiana and Pesto Kale Gnocchi, each dish layered with rich, refined flavor. For dessert: Baileys Tiramisù, Sicilian Almond Cake, and Affogato - indulgent, artful, and exquisitely plated. A night of culinary craftsmanship, elevated ambiance, and exceptional service, a true celebration of modern Italian luxury in the heart of Nashville.

Yelp
My friends took me here for my birthday celebration, and it's clear when you walk in that you can come here for vibes if that's your style. They have a supper club that starts at 9 pm. Beautiful space with lots if greenery. There's street parking & the garage parking is validated for up to 2 hrs I believe. Love: focaccia tarufata (best thing all night, love the truffle crema, would come back just for this) Like: black truffle pizza (added chicken, tasty white sauce); marinara meatballs (pairs well with focaccia); almond cake (moist, almond flavor just right) Dislike: Toro Rosso pasta (something was off about the chicken we added); inconsistent with the drinks (one of my friends drink was watery)

Yelp
The interior and vibe of this place is the main attraction! Loved the ambiance, all the beautiful greenery and low lighting was beautiful. The food was pretty basic all things considered and we hated how loud the music was. Definitely worth a visit, but as a foodie, I was underwhelmed.

Yelp
Had to try out the new Italian restaurant in the Gulch! While it's very pretty inside, to me there was too much going on. Graffiti on the walls, so many plants everywhere it's like walking through a jungle, today's hit music playing and then a "show" at night which was just waiters dancing around waving napkins. Fun, don't get me wrong but not what I was expecting. Our server was super friendly at first, gave us a rundown of the menu and offered his favorites. As the night progressed he was less and less attentive. Not sure if he was subtly trying to kick us out or he just forgot about us. The food was good, but not the best Italian I've ever had. The Caesar salad could have used a little more dressing and less croutons. I tried the pizza at the suggestion of our server and it was good but could have used more honey and maybe smaller sausage slices? They were extra spicy which I did know ahead of time, just thinking smaller pieces may be better. The wine was fantastic and our first espresso martini was better than our second. All in all it was a nice dinner! I'm sure they're still working out the kinks having not even been open a month yet. Hoping to go back soon!

Yelp
Wow wow wow. I think I finally found it, may be the best dining experience/ restaurant in Nashville. This place had it all, elegant dining but without the outrageous price. Elevated dishes that don't suck. The pasta was spot on the pizza was great and light. I mean can't really go wrong with anything they have on the menu. People won't admit this but most of the Italian restaurants in Nashville are not good, being from the north east it's been very hard to find good Italian food that actually authentic. This place doesn't have the old school Italian vibes but they bring a new school unique twist to it while keeping the old school flavors. Amazing place and I'm excited to go back soon. Blow away!

Yelp
First our server was incredible, he did a great job informing of us specials and what to expect. We got the FOCACCIA TARTUFATA as an appetizer which was 3 small pieces of bread for 3 of us was fine but wish there was more, the creama sauce was amazing. I got the ALFREDO DI STEFANO and it lacked flavor, I felt like it had no Parmesan taste to it and I was just eating plain noodles. FIOR DI BASILICO drink was good, average price for drinks. Parking they share the structure and say 2 hours free if any available which none were so I wouldn't rely on the structure for parking it isn't huge. The restaurant itself is gorgeous, very enjoyable to get together and chat with friends.

Yelp
This place was great! We have been looking for an authentic Italian restaurant for 3 years and this restaurant nailed it! We ordered a pizza, meatballs, and the vodka pasta. Everything was delicious. We left feeling satisfied and I can't wait to go back!

Yelp
Place was incredible but the service was what made it incredible. Noah, our server, made our son's 22 yr old celebration something fun and memorable. Even though restaurant was packed, Noah made us feel like we were the only guests there.

Yelp
We walked in without a reservation on a busy Thursday night and they were able to seat us on the patio. It's a very lively restaurant with a DJ inside, so if you're wanting something quieter I'd recommend sitting outside. The food was all phenomenal and we loved the antipasti tower!! A great addition to the gulch

Yelp
I think this restaurant is finally getting into its groove! You usually have to give new spots a little time to iron out their kinks and maintain consistency, and it felt really good to know that the risk was worth taking to have a pleasant birthday dinner for my friend! I made a reservation for 9 people about 2 weeks ago and the only times that were available were 4:30, 9:30 and later so if you want to go and don't want to try sitting at the bar, book early! We ended up reserving a slot for 9:45p. Our party ended up being much smaller, but we were seated rather quickly after arriving. The ambiance is everything you expect it to be, though the walkways are a touch narrow, it's full of plant life and has a good amount of tables to accommodate various party sizes. The bathroom was super clean, though like the establishment in general, very dark. Our waiter Sam was attentive and honest, and gave us great suggestions that aligned exactly with what we had in mind to order. We got complimentary mocktails and tiramisu (so light with chocolate cake instead of lady fingers, so good) with a sparkler for the birthday girl! It was a great way to end the night. We ordered: - Fior di Basílico (really light and fresh, would easily get again) - $16 - Braised Short Rib (the only actual entree we were recommended, it was really tender and flavorful with a decent portion of meat! The sauce was flavorful, and the mashed potatoes were creamy and buttery with a hint of garlic, amazing) $38 - Broccolini al forno (Al dente, the sauce it comes in was savory, and I don't care for mayo so I didn't try the truffle mayo it came with :)) $8 - Sweet Hot Italian (not really spicy, but it was pretty good! The sausage was thinly sliced and the pizza was thin, but not to the point that we were left wanting more) $23 - Spicy Pepperoni (very similar to the sweet hot Italian, a good pepperoni pizza) $21 - Our Caesar (pretty big portion size, the complaint here was in the salad having bacon crunch pieces that didn't really add to the flavor profile of the salad. If you don't mind a slightly different Caesar salad, give this a try! If you're looking for a classic Caesar, maybe ask that the bacon crunch come on the side but it was refreshing) $15 - truffle chips (the truffle cream was amazing, but the chips themselves were rather plain. We actually asked if they had fries when we saw this on the menu, but these were a good addition to the pizza) $9 - Focaccia Tartfuata (whew this was delicious! The truffle cream paired so well with this, we wanted to take it home. If this was given as complementary bread, they'd be bringing this out every few minutes. It was crispy but still soft, a great balance) $9 Total with tax before tip: $194.25 (there was no automatic gratuity) *they packed our food in such cute doggy containers and the takeaway bag is reusable!!* I'd come back for a bite and drinks, a happy hour here would probably be amazing. I'll try the bar next time to see how the service is there, but overall we were very satisfied with our visit to V Modern!

Yelp
Beautiful ambiance and great food. Didn't like the fact that the host wasn't able to accommodate me on a waiting list. She had an attitude claiming that the restaurant was well known and did have a need for a waiting list. This was a very pretentious response and turn off. I have traveled the world and have eaten at many "well known" restaurants and didn't need to hear that. Steaks are great, pasta was awesome and drinks were made very well.

Yelp
We tried our V Modern Italian for a birthday dinner for a friend. The host was friendly. They offer complimentary 2 hour parking in the Modera garage. The ambiance of the restaurant is unreal. It felt like a Miami night club filled with palm trees, a mural, and mid century modern furniture. Our server was bit cool, but other servers who were super friendly came by to check on us and chat with us. The food came out quickly after we ordered. Everything was good. It wasn't the best Italian in Nashville, but we were satisfied. Worth a try for a fun dinner out! Fridays and Saturdays after 8 PM are supposedly the funnest time to dine there according to the staff!

Yelp
This restaurant is beautiful it was a very modern and lively. The server was very attentive and speedy, we sat out on the patio. The food was decent the focaccia and marinara were ice cold I just prefer it a tad bit warm . The pizza was good the parmesan foam added a shuttle spark to the pizza and elevated it a little . The stars of the show were the mamrita's they were mixed very well and I would come back . Next time I will get pizza's and drinks and I guarantee the night would be perfect.

Yelp
Great, great food! Our table ordered various pastas and pizzas. All divine! The ambiance is so glam and sleek, with a live DJ. The place was relatively empty when we were there, but I imagine it will be discovered and patronized more. Parking in the building is validated for 2 hours. There is no valet yet.

Yelp
Our experience got off to a rough start. When we first approached the host stand to ask about a table, we were told they wouldn't have anything available until 10 p.m. However, I quickly checked OpenTable and saw they had an 8 p.m. reservation available it was only 7:30 p.m. at the time. I booked it, and when we returned, a different host greeted us much more kindly. The original host seemed surprised to see us and gave off a noticeably passive aggressive attitude. Even though our reservation was for an outdoor table, we were offered an indoor one, but we opted to stay outside due to the noise level inside. Thankfully, our server was fantastic and really turned things around. She was friendly, attentive, and handled an issue with my food (which came out cold some of the pasta was even ice cold) with professionalism and care. She had a fresh plate brought out hot, and the manager even came by to apologize and removed the dish from our bill. The food itself was good, and I truly appreciated our server's warmth and effort. That's the main reason this is a 3 star review instead of lower. The front of house experience definitely needs improvement, but the staff inside helped save the night.

Yelp
People of Nashville this is the spot. The ambience and atmosphere of this restaurant are 10 out of 10. The design is on point and so current. The food was excellent. The servers are great and I love that you can book reservations 100% coming back here next time.

Yelp
I absolutely LOVED the vibe and the ambiance here. Low light, intimate seating, and a live DJ spinning tech house! There's even a "dance break" of sorts where all of the staff come out hyping everyone up and passing out limoncello shots. My partner described it as "like a club and dinner, all of your favorites" and I described it as "feeling like a place I would've gone to when I lived in London" which is fitting because I found out it started in Europe and this is their first USA location! The food was also very good! We did everything shared/family style, which is actually recommended by the staff. My favorites were the focaccia and the pizza. Our servers, Noah and Lisa, were also great at recommending cocktails for us. I wanted something sweet and they recommended the Basilico which was literally one of the best cocktails I've ever had. Docking a star only because they were 15 minutes late to seat us after our reservation time and there wasn't anywhere to sit or wait inside so it was a little uncomfortable. We also wanted out food to come out staggered/in courses and it all came out at once which left some dishes cold by the time we got to eat them + the table was quite crowded. They also ran out of desserts so we had to go with our second choice. All in all, I did enjoy it and think it's a spot and a vibe that is unique in Nashville, and one that Nashville definitely needs!

Yelp
Our pasta and pizza were delicious. This space is beautiful and we had great service. I highly recommend going later on a weekend because it is very high energy and the DJ was great. We will definitely be back.

Yelp
Food was delicious! Especially the pizza and my vodka pasta! My boyfriend got the Alfredo and he really liked that too. The service was incredible! Our waitress, Suli, was one of the best waitresses in Nashville so far! We live in the area and will request her again :) Be back soon! Oh and the ambiance is stunning!

Yelp
WARNING: Don't eat here. It is with regret I leave such a negative review. We live in the area and were excited to welcome a new restaurant to the area. Unfortunately their team members aren't as excited to be there. The ladies at the front were rude and dismissive. Not sure if they think that is good for business but someone should tell them otherwise. Professionalism and kindness win the day. Once seated we realized we had another unenthused individual who you could tell dreaded his job. He was loud and not a fit for anything other than a drive thru order taker. We were a party of 6 and not one of us thought the food was edible. We tried several appetizers and not one would any of us order again. The main entrees came out cold. one positive is the place was packed and is done very tasteful as far as design. That is where the tastefulness ends. This restaurant may be crowded now but not for long. The word on the street and in the industry is stay away. Besides working on the menu, management should train their team to act professional and use some basic manners. after all, we are guests.

Yelp
This is a great addition to the Nashville restaurant scene. First things first, the atmosphere is very Big City vibe with great music and energy. The decor matches the energy and even though the music was loud we found it easy to have intimate conversation with our table of four. The bar is very fun and we stopped there before we were seated and the service was quick and worth the pre dinner cocktail. The Food was very quick to arrive at our table and we made an effort to try several dishes from each category. The focaccia paired well with the meatball appetizer and the Caesar salad was a healthy portion and enough to share. We had a couple of the pasta dishes and the pepper one was my favorite by far. Lastly a meat lovers pizza and the short rib did not disappoint either. Overall we were pretty impressed with each bite. The true star of the night was absolutely the amazing service. The sweet hostess came and found us at the bar and took us to our table. As soon as we sat down our waiter Amari greeted us with a smile and continued to make sure we had everything we needed or wanted. What a gem of a guy who truly understands the meaning of service. The manager and Sommelier Phillip made a stop to make sure we were happy with our experience and once again made us feel like we were special guests. I am looking forward to returning soon to show off our new fave spot in Nashville to out of town guests.

Yelp
Our server, Ari, was so great! His personality was perfect for our fun group!! He was knowledgeable about everything on the menu and took great care of us! The food was delicious! The meatballs are to-die-for!!! I also had the peach summer salad and I loved it! This is my favorite restaurant in Nashville!! The ambiance is incredible, also!

Yelp
Sunday July 27th, 2025. -No valet parking as their web site promised. -Long wait before we even got water. -The worst pasta I have ever had. I know al dente and this was NOT. It was way under cooked. Period. It was room temperature with barely any sauce. -Bruschetta was barely toasted - like they rushed to put the toppings on BREAD. - After 10 minutes of waiting, the woman who brought the water told us, "Chef prefers that you put in app orders with your entrees. So we sat and waiting another 8 or so minutes while we drank our water and waited for the waiter. - My chicken parm was way over spiced with either oregano or thyme. My pasta had to be sent back. Waiter brought me more of the same - room temperature with barely any sauce. Sauce tasted like canned tomato paste - really bad. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE and we will never go back. We will also make sure to tell everyone we know (which is THOUSANDS in and around Nashville - including our Facebook, X, Instagram and Nextdoor) that this is basically another Gulch style ripoff: Beautiful interior and well designed but with really crappy dance club music playing too loudly, low quality food, a long wait, no valet parking and prices that make you feel ripped off.

Yelp
We stumbled upon this place not knowing how fun and cool it would be. Our table was lovely, the vibe was great, and our waiter, AMARI, was the best! He guided us through the menu and helped us with cocktails and food. Loved it here and I'm sure everyone will! Good green vibes too... love the tree and plants!!

Yelp
Oof. Skip this one. Don't be fooled by TikTok influencers. Maybe they're still getting their act together, but Mama Mia. There are better options in town and even in the general vicinity. Imagine the douchiest clientele, music from The Weeknd playing 30% louder than you'd ever want it, and a very tired bar and wait staff. Now imagine the worst pasta with vodka sauce you've had in a restaurant. A Caesar salad with stale mushy croutons. And two martinis to help numb the pain. Total price with tip: $106.00. Seriously - skip it.

Yelp
The food was actually good, but please don't fall for them trying to rip off innocent tourists. We started with espresso martinis that were not very good. They didn't have any cream in them... Then we got the meatballs which were actually really good. Then we got the STRACCIATELLA ROSSA- which if a soft cheese that was actually pretty spicy! But the waitress said that it didn't come with any bread- would we like to add focaccia? We said yes- but were unaware that she charged us $34 to add on the focaccia!! It was really bad too! Dry bread and the olive oil and marinara were so bland! What are you supposed to dip in the creamy cheese if it doesn't come with bread! It's a dip/spread!!! We had the sweet and spicy pizza too and the carnivore pizza and they were both good. But I don't know that I'll be back because I felt like they were being intentionally misleading.

Yelp
Noah was our waitress for my best friend's 21st birthday dinner and he was the absolute best! he was so attentive to not just the birthday girl but everyone. He also but his 1000% effort into making her day special. Thank you Noah!!!

Yelp
Beautiful decor, fun music, excellent cocktails, great service. The food we had was not overly impressive. This pasta dish had almost no sauce on it.

Yelp
We went to celebrate my son's birthday and loved the whole experience. So much to look at. We were a larger party so we got a table up off the floor. Cool. We had all the appetizers three trays for the table. Bruschetta was a standout along with the olives. I love olives. Everything was good. The food came and we were all already full from the appetizers. Everyone's food was delicious. The specialty drinks were good. The bathrooms were nice and the wait staff was very attentive. They even cut and served the cake we brought. Recommend!

Yelp
We went last night for a birthday dinner. It was so hot in there! We got so sweaty and uncomfortable that we had to leave! 91degrees still outside when we left and they had the garage door open! Food was just okay for tourists. Service was mediocre. Ambiance looks swanky but the restaurant is poorly designed in my opinion. They asked what the occasion was but no fanfare, lighted candle cake...nothing. I guess you had to order it.

Yelp
First time in. Been craving some pasta and the Alfredo was the perfect al dente creamy sauce and the short rib and sauce was delicious! Connor did a great job recommending items and even making sure our cocktails were just as delicious. Definitely will be back.

Yelp
I've been twice. Once at a table reservation and once as a drop in at a bar. The ambiance is top tier. Unfortunately the food is average. I've had multiple items on the menu (shared amongst friends), including appetizers, pastas, chicken, salad, etc., and a few different drinks. I was not a fan of their specialty drinks, the 3 I tried were too sweet or just not a great flavor combo. I think the best thing I had was the bread appetizer and the meatball appetizer. The wait staff and service I experienced at the door was ok, but not "great". All things considered, I would go back because the ambiance is nice but I would just go for an appetizer with a friend. I think this place has a lot of potential if they can step up the kitchen and hospitality. I'll give it a few months and try again

Yelp
V Modern Italian is a super vibey and fun atmosphere. The interior is pretty, filled with lots of plants and wall-sized murals of various Greek gods. My boyfriend and I went there with late reservations, at 9:15pm. After a certain time (maybe 8:30?) the music is loud and it feels more like a club than a restaurant. They sporadically pass out little shots and all of the staff jump up and down and wave towels in the air for a minute to bring the energy up. I thought the entire place and the staff were wonderful. Everyone was nice and our server was attentive. The food came out quickly as well, which I appreciated. The actual quality of the food felt like we paid too much for food that was just fine. Standouts were the short rib and tiramisu. We also ordered the peach salad (the peaches weren't quite ripe enough), the Gorgonzola greens (cold and a bit overly salted), and the toro rosso vodka pasta (it was ok. I liked the noodles but the sauce was mediocre. I added the filet to it, which was ok, but you could tell that the quality of the meat was just average. Overall, I thought it was pricier than it should have been for the food, but we had a really fun time. I'd go back if one of my friends wanted to try it, because I thought the staff were so nice and the drinks were great.

Yelp
Came to Nashville for my first time ever and decided on this place from tik tok reviews. This place is beautifulllllll! So aesthetically pleasing. It was kinda hard to find via walking but maybe a different experience with driving. One of the bartenders was not very nice to me and my friend and kinda standoff ish but it was quickly fixed with our amazing dining experience! Our waiter was Joseph and he was amazinggggg. He was the sweetest and made our experience better. The food and drinks are delicious. Would totally recommend this place and definitely would come back my next time in Nashville!

Yelp
The place is just lovely and the food was pretty good. I had the meatballs and the bolognese and they were both delicious! The pasta really reminded me of my last trip to Italy. I was too full to try the dessert but I'll guess I'll have to go back to try it. Service was extraordinary as well!

Yelp
Hahahaha. This place is a joke. The food is absolutely terrible. Another Instagram restaurant preying on tourists. I cannot tell you how disappointing my experience was. The interior is pretty and that's absolutely where the positivity ends. The wine list, cocktails, and food is abysmal. I would be embarrassed to have any part in this money grab. Shame on you! Nashville deserves better.

Yelp
I liked the decoration, and the parking situation (2 hours free). There is no valet parking. The focaccia bread was really good. I had the Caesar salad, which was OK, nothing special. The fettuccine Alfredo was good, enough for two people. The service was disappointing and it's the reason I am giving this restaurant a low grade. The waiter did not wait until all the party members were done eating before removing the plates, and that's not ok for me. It makes people uncomfortable and it seems that you are getting a message to be rushed. This should never happen, dining should be a relaxing experience. Please review this policy. Also the music is too loud. If that's the vibe you like, then it's great, but it's not my preference.

Yelp
Mid experience. The vibe is cute, fun, and trendy, but that's what you're paying for. We got the focaccia, Caesar salad, pork chop, and the pasta with truffle and mushrooms. Food was fine but not worth the price. I wouldn't choose to come back, there are better places in Nashville for dinner.

Yelp
The service and ambiance are great. Unfortunately they were out of both focaccia appetizers. We did the burrata and bruschetta and both were good. The gnocchi and pasta was lacking a little flavor. The deserts were good. The restaurant is beautiful and has a large covered patio. The music is so loud inside that it is hard to enjoy your company.
