"Chef Sarah Mainguy, who won French TV's Top Chef, has set up shop with her partner in this Nantes bistro with a cool, laid-back atmosphere and where everyone seems to be in a good mood. Renewed on a weekly basis, the bistronomy menu alone is enough to bring a smile to the face of any foodie: leek ravioli, anchovy cream; home-made sausage, rutabaga purée, citrus jus; cabbage stuffed with octopus and pork. Good list of natural, organic and biodynamic wines." - Michelin Inspector

What a gem! Fantastic innovative dishes created with local produce, and an urban, super friendly, and upbeat vibe. We had the vegetarian menu and delicious wines to match, with an excellent service. We’ve been blown away by the rhubarb-cucumber with meringue dessert, I know it sounds weird but I promise you’ll love it. Absolutely worth visiting.

We had a fabulous meal at Vacarme. The menu is small but excellent.

Can a Bistro earn a Michelin Star? I seldom write positive reviews to keep places a secret. After two visits this week, I feel I must share our positive experience! We ate dinner on Friday and then went back again for lunch on Saturday. We had reservations on the Friday. For lunch, we were a walk-in. The couple handling the service (casual in appearance) were more professional than most waiters at locations ratest highest by Michelin. The food could not have been better. Original, tastey and well presented. The chef's name (I think) is Antoine. I told him on the evening that he deserves a Star. Watching him work was a pleasure. Eating the results was even better. Looking for a place to visit in Nantes? This is the place to go! Thanks for a truely wonderful experience!

I have been wanting to go to that restaurant since following the chef on a French TV show called Top Chef. Food was amazing and service was outstanding. The card is renewed every month, with seasonal and local ingredients. The place is cozy and well decorated. Will go back for sure

Food is impressive there, light, seasoned and with unexpected combination. My new kind of comfort food in Nantes city! Natural wines and speciality coffees are carefully selected and follow the same vibe. This place is so « hygge » that I could probably stay there all day. Cheers!
