Google
What a great place had the best time looking at all the shops and eating some of the food today. Great place to take the kids or have a concert. Highly recommend checking it out.

This is such a treasure in the middle of a shopping center. Love that the old buildings were repurposed. History of the buildings were displayed on signage. Lots of eating options. People seemed to be having a lot of fun.

Vail Headquarters is the perfect family-friendly spot! The charming grounds offer a small playground for kids, plenty of outdoor seating for picnics, and a welcoming atmosphere that everyone can enjoy. There are fun shops with unique finds, hands-on activities like pottery classes at Temecula Clay, and plenty of open space to explore. It’s a great spot for a casual family day or even a cozy date night—definitely a place to make lasting memories!

Fun day or few hours away for the family. Craft shops, boutiques, wine and beer tasting plus many yummy and varied restaurants. Stop in if you are a local or a visitor to Temecula Wine Country.

This is a cool place that feels a bit Western in style and has lots of cool restaurants and clothing stores in a tightly packed dirt area, right in the middle of a busy parking lot. It is next to a Khol's and tons of other large businesses, so you get that cool mix of big and small businesses. I would definitely love to come back again.

We came here for the tacos and we will return soon for festivals and more. This is a very cool unexpected location. Don't forget to get some BBQ while you're there

Google
It is a fun historical place with interesting and diverse quick-serve food options and more.

Yelp
Vail Ranch is a "must see" in Temecula! Certainly a lot of history here. I love many of the businesses here, all small businesses. I am part of the VW community and bring my Beetle to car shows quite often as well. You need to go...thank me later!

Yelp
What a cute area! It has an old town feel to it. Plenty of parking. We went when there weren't any local events happening, so can't really say how those are. Cute coffee shop, there's a local clothing boutique, and a little food court. The food court has amazing food, plenty of tables, a checkers table, and even a cute retro store you can browse.

Yelp
The ambiance has a great vibe for kids and adults. There are many places to eat good food, shops, and a winery. Everyone is friendly. There was no way I would have missed going here! Even though we were with a big crowd, we all found each other and everyone got to pick their favorite place to eat inside or out. The wines at the winery were good! I recommend The Local!

Yelp
Vail Ranch is a country themed shopping area with lots of boutiques and small business restaurants. My son is taking Pottery classes at Temecula Pottery. While we were here, they had a school field trip. They had horse drawn carriage. They had 2 beautiful horses on display. They also had an iron Smith. What a quaint place to come and walk around

Yelp
This place is adorable. It's got an old town feel. We arrived around 12:30 on a warm spring day. It was nice to see all the shops they had. There's room for events and there some benches and shade trees. Little shops around the perimeter and a small slide and play area in the corner of the "ranch".

Yelp
Awesome place. Kid friendly, dog on leashes. Lots of food choices and things to do. Weekly farmers market. New winery just opened. Granddaughters favorite, train ride. Nice for running around . Best Pizza in town.

Yelp
Love this place, so many great spring & summer events. Kids & family friendly entertainment perfect for a great day. Food is always delicious, good Prices, and great hospitality.

Yelp
Love this place in Temecula! Great for all ages! Perfect for families with kids too. Lots of food options here and shopping! Even the Daisy bar! I love when they have events too. I love the coffee shop here and the pizza place! Lots of parking available too. Dog friendly area but be considerate and keep your pups on a leash and pick up after them. Overall a great spot to hangout!

Yelp
There was a group of us that went for an adult birthday party. Everyone went and got food from several of the places. Everyone's food was delicious and was great service!!! Went to the brewery and the beers were very good! Couple of people got the "slushy wine" from ..... not remembering the name of the place but was close to the water tower. Anyway, we're expensive but very good!! So all in all ...... a wonderful place to go to have a nice relaxing place with great food, alcohol, and shopping !!! Can't wait to go back!!!

Yelp
Went to a little farmers market located here for the first time, it was a beautiful day and I was grateful that although consumers/shoppers were not wearing masks, all vendors and store front employees were. We browsed every little pop-up, spent way too much money, we love supporting local businesses! It was a fun day and great first experience. Even stopped in a couple stores on the way out, super friendly and helpful. Was bummed that Grazing Theory is closed a few days out of the week as it was my friend's birthday, but we still made the best of it! Super cute play area in the front that my little enjoyed and many rustic props made for nice photo ops. Outdoor seating to enjoy your purchases or take a rest. Would definitely be back for another visit!

Yelp
Went to the Vail HQ on Friday, I have great timing! The bizarre was in full gear; apparel, unguents, minerals, jewelry...oh my! I will do food reviews separately for the cookhouse so stay tuned. If you haven't gone here and you live within 15-20 miles you are missing out. Lots to see, hear and taste. Want to get some fun gifts, this is the place. Balloon animal clown, juggler on stilts, pet friendly....let's go! Check it out, you won't be sorry

Yelp
Vail HQ is an awesome spot, unassumingly tucked away in the center of a congested strip mall, crowded with big brand stores. There's always parking aplenty, and only a short walk away from the magic that awaits you at Vail HQ. They host tons of events, both seasonal and non, as well as Vegan Pop-Ups. Not positive of all the hosted gatherings, but have lived in the area since last November and it seems like there's constantly something on the horizon, from carnivals to markets, holiday celebrations to pop-ups, bazaars to farmers markets, concerts, etc. The space consists of a large outdoor area, both grass and dirt, with sprawling trees and various other plant life, and is bordered with an array of businesses, from dining to shopping to entertainment. There's a wine and cheese shop that has vegan cheese boards, a custom furniture storefront, a pottery studio, and even an escape room! For grub there's pizza, BBQ, wings, Mexican, American, Vegan and more. For grog there's The Press Espresso, The Daisy Bar, Temecula Brewing Co, Local Provisions and more. The options aren't endless but they're certainly not lacking. Great place to go to get out of the house and enjoy your time outside. Family friendly, animal friendly. Great for kids, families, dates, elderly, anyone!

Yelp
Cool place to check out with lots of food and shopping. Events happen pretty often and the food nearby is also good. There's also a little play area for the kids which is nice. The feel of this place is also comforting with lots of country and western assets. Everyone I've met there whether they were cashiers, cooks, or merchants were all very nice. Really nothing to complain about. Overall, I'd definitely recommend this place if you have some time to kill.
google avatar

Aiko M.

Yelp
I've had this place bookmarked for ages, and it took my love for the Press Espresso brand for me to come here finally. However, it just wasn't what I expected. I am SO glad it was merely a pit stop on my way elsewhere and not my destination spot. From the photos, I was expecting a Calico Ghost Town-like vibe. Actually when entering the parking lot, I thought I was in the wrong area as all I saw was a typical mini mall. Vail Ranch is not a ranch and is pushed back in the corner. You'll know it when you see dirt instead of so much concrete. Aside from coffee at the Press, I didn't care for the other shops in the area, and now I'm confident I can un-bookmark the farmer's market that's here too. Pros: - lots of parking!! - the Press Cons: - odd location - mostly meh shops - meh overall - meh

Yelp
What a fun place to go. Somehow, someway Vail came to my attention via Instagram. But, I'm glad it did. Took a one hour drive to get there on a Sunday afternoon. I must admit if you don't know where it's at, it can be difficult. I was looking to drive into a ranch on a dusty road. Surprisingly, I drove into a paved shopping center and found Vail nestled in between the modern stores. But once there, it was definitely quaint and reminiscent of being at Knotts. You actually do end up on what feels like an actual ranch setting. Although they appear to be set in a 1800's setting they are all modern inside. There's various types of shopping and a multitude of eateries. Turn the corner and you will also find the brewery. This place takes you back. It's a must see and experience. Before long you don't remember you are in the middle of a modern shopping plaza and find yourself immersed in the 1800's atmosphere. I look forward to going back after restrictions are lifted. But even with the restrictions, this trip was delightful. Vail brewery, I didn't get to sample your libations. I will be back.

Yelp
Great food options and wonderful history of the region. If you get a chance, take a ride on the tram and say hello to Jack.

Yelp
For the longest time this place was behind walls so you couldn't see what was going on. Now it's a full on shopping area with some good restaurants like Chef Flavor that has some great beers. The ice cream place is a must try which is now Press!!!! Also the pizza place is alright for the price.

Yelp
Fun for families, especially on farmers market days. Great coffee shop, here are 15 more characters so that this review can be posted.

Yelp
I really love this Vail Ranch headquarters area. Its cute little spot with small coffee shops and family owned restaurants. It really shows the historical part of Temecula. The old agricultural stuff. There places there were basically hotel rooms before. Auggie's coffee shop was a hotel room before and if you notice behind it, there are still rooms that you can look into from the window. There is Vail Ranch pizzeria, la minutes ( which is the same place as Auggies, Juice it up, couple other resturants. But my absolute favorite is Auggies They haven't events throughout the year. I believe the last Friday of every month they have an event, they have flea market. Different ideas which makes my great

Yelp
What a pleasantly surprising area inside Big Box strip mall! I went here for the Thistle And Sage vegan market that is held once a month. I loved the market, too. This venue is super cute and unexpected. There were picnic benches and grassy areas and it was surrounded by permanent storefronts in addition to the temporary market vendors. There was even a stage where performances can happen. Can't wait for more reasons to come back!

Yelp
Amazing family stop or date night destination. I've been to several of the businesses there now and everyone is so friendly and helpful. We attended one of their Saturday events and it was so fun for our 3 year old with petting zoo, face painting and train rides. Will definitely be back. Only wish it was bigger so there was more to explore!

Susan B.

Yelp
La Isla Cevicheria is the absolute best fish taco place in the entire area. The fresh fish is the main ingredient and is grilled to perfection. I've had Blue Fin and Sea Bass tacos there...and they were delicious. One taco is enough for a meal!!! Yes...one taco!

Yelp
This place has gotten soooo much better recently. Great family activities on the weekends, farmers market on Saturday and Sundays, and great little spot to bring your family. In addition, they have a great spot for coffee, a bar with multiple great food options, and an escape room! Ice cream shop, pottery, painting, pizza, and a rustic feel. This is a hidden gem in the area, and continues to expand. MUCHO GUSTO!,
google avatar

Annie M.

Yelp
Su h a cute place to bring the family! Just wish some of the little stores were a little more unique. The antique store is pretty small and junky and clothing boutique reminds me of forever 21. But everything else is great! Food, coffee, ice cream, painting stores.

Nathaniel A.

Yelp
The entire team at Vail Headquarters has done a great job to keep a rustic and historical feel while providing modern services and quality food. Their Starlight Bazaar market is always a hit, with musicians or DJs, live circus entertainment from Cirque Quirk, and a variety of wonderful vendors with outstanding products. The food is delicious and always hits the spot, there is a pizza place, BBQ, Fish, ice cream, desserts, and a brewery next door. Everything you could want all in one spot! A+ highly recommendable, I'll definitely be returning!

Yelp
This is a really cool and unique place in Temecula. It's full of historic builds, shops and a restaurant. I was told that it's part of the original ranch that was here on the 1880's so this place is full of rich history. The dirt road, and old builds give it a lot of charm!! On Tuesday they have a small farmers market, and music playing.

Yelp
This place is adorable. It's like a mini knotts berry farm with all the western stuff, and it's got super great food places and cute shops. This is a must to come to! The history of it is an added bonus and it's like being out of the city.

Rick V.

Yelp
This place is nice has an old 1880's feel, it's in the middle of a shopping center, the food is good, if you live in the area it worth going, but if your driving a distance I dnt recommend only cuz it's small not worth a long drive, unless you're going to do more things in Temecula, like old town or wine tasting

Wesley G.

Yelp
Good family spot car shows are a blast and get pretty packed over all good experience

Jason B.

Yelp
BBQ place was descent at best. I would not go back. Too much fat on the meat. Soggy bread. Not that good.
