I have been going to Vaishaly for regular facials with Lucia about once a month for approximately three years. I cannot recommend Lucia enough she is simply amazing. I have the signature facials which are a total game changer for congested skin (I am in my mid forties so need a mix of age conscious and also spot clearing skin care. Lucia is just the best and she manages to do pore clearing very gently and the results are a revelation. My skin has never looked better. She recently introduced me to an additional treatment with the signature facial of a ph balance. Absolutely blissful and my skin looks amazing. I cannot recommend the whole experience enough. So relaxing and such a treat.

After lots of research I settled on the Vaishaly Clinic for the signature facial based on reviews etc. and after a few months of treatments I can see a very visible difference in my skin. I am treated by Lucia and she is brilliant - she takes care with my skin, provides useful advice on how to prolong the effects of the treatment and generally support my skin, and gave useful skincare recommendations. I am now spending less on skincare than I used to and see better results thanks to Lucia's advice. A shame I cannot give the service more than 5 stars really - top notch stuff. Despite the high cost, it is worth the money.

Horrible. Ruined my lips. Vaishaly confirmed she was trained in injectables but she was not. My lip line was bubbled and hard. It was confirmed she used illegal product by two other doctors I had to see for correction. I now have a lot of scaring

I've been going to Vaishaly since 2019 after being told it was the best facial in London. At the time, my skin was very sensitive, combination and acne prone and I was desperate to try something new to see if it would improve my skin. I had my first facial with Lucia and decided that I would follow all of her instructions (including giving up some of my expensive serums and acids and switching to a much more simple cleansing routine). As my skin was so problematic we did spend a lot of time doing extractions, but about one week after my first treatment, I couldn't believe how soft and smooth my skin felt. I continued treatments every four weeks and after the second or third treatment I couldn't believe the improvement in my skin - it was clearer, more radiant and I was starting to get compliments on my skin for the first time in my life! I now go regularly (every 4-6 weeks depending on how my skin is doing) having the signature facial and sometime the ph balance facial depending on what Lucia suggests and I NEVER have breakouts anymore and for the first time in my life I'm confident to go out without makeup on and get compliments on my skin all the time! My skin even feels different, more comfortable and never oily or dry. I recently got married and didn't even have to worry about breakouts on my wedding day! I honestly can't recommend Vaishaly and Lucia enough! The whole experience from when you enter the salon to when you leave is so relaxing and everyone is so wonderful. Lucia is so knowledgeable and kind and always gives me such great advice on how to look after my skin. I can't thank her enough! I've recommended Lucia and Vaishaly to several of my friends who all love her. My main advice to anyone with problematic skin who really wants to heal their skin once and for all, would be to give this a try and follow the aftercare instructions. Personally, if Lucia hasn't approved a product, it no longer goes on my face! I now buy less skincare products and invest in these amazing facials instead. 100% recommend!

I’ve been going there every 2 to 4 weeks for almost a year now. Facials done with the same therapist (Lucia). I’ve visited several clinics before but have not found a place where I could see enough difference to go back. Here, I’ve found that the treatment is done in such a way that it works well for my skin type and my liking. My skin is getting smoother with smaller pores after post-treatment redness. Lucia is thorough and I also get advice on what cosmetic ingredients to avoid for my skin type. So all in all, 5 stars.

Absolutely LOVE this place! The whole team are lovely and attentive (by email, phone or in person), and then there is Vaishaly herself, she is just AMAZING!! After having read about her (and her waiting list!) for many years, I finally made myself an appointment and it has been game changing! I’m a typical Yorkshire bloke and not been one for facial treatments but age is now playing its games. I had my treatment with Vaishaly and she was an amazing girl. She made me feel very comfortable and explained the procedure and then worked her magic. I had a head rub and facial. Wow... I walked out a new man! Revitalised and feeling great. My face, neck and head, felt incredible! I might have a couple more years in front of the camera in me now. Thank you Vaishaly, I’ll be back soon. J

I had my first eyebrow threading and tinting treatment with Anouk last week, and I'm very pleased with the results. It has always been important to me that my eyebrows suit my facial structure and colouring rather than follow current trends, and Anouk achieved just that, working with and enhancing my existing eyebrows as I requested. She was very calming, took her time to make sure both brows were symmetrical, and talked me through everything she was doing. I strongly recommend her.

One of my favourite eyebrow threading salon in London, with a professional team and i always been welcomed warmly. Threading is made consciously and matching the needs of the client. They give great advices about keeping your eyebrows in top shape. I recommend that you give them a call to take an appointment although they do accept also walk ins clients. Eyebrows thread and upper lips is 40£ which is very fair for the quality of the service.

this update contradicts my initial thought on this beauty parlor. I went last week for an eye brow threading and a facial (Vaishaly Signature facial). and as I made sure to ask the lady taking the booking if this signature facial includes extraction and removal of black heads, I was surprised to found that black heads will be removed by derma-brassion crystals (which for a weird reason the machine wasn't sucking well that day and had to stop and reload the crystals several times during the treatment- which was a annoying taking into consideration that it is taking out of my one hour facial time and can't make me relax and enjoy some me time) the facial room wasn't equipped as it should be- I didn't find a place to hang my clothes on or place my bag!! the huge disappointment was the eyebrows shaping- the one done by one of the girls that " Vaishaly has personally trained, whom she works with closely" quoted from the parlor's website I arrived with well-groomed full eyebrows that needed some grooming and ended up with a zigzag shape- GAPS every where !!! I now have to use a pencil every couple of hours to look OK I regret going to that place paying all that money for a service that is absolutely not worth it I want my good-looking eyebrows back Vaishaly!!!

How wrong can some people be! Ive been long awaiting for the famous facial everyone and every magazine have been talking about. I went along to her haven in Marylebone and my expectations of her clinic did not prove me wrong. Everything from entering the place to leaving was exceptional, not to mention her magic hands and technique. The results were amazing, such a difference from my sluggish complexion before. Would recommend to anyone who is in need of a boost! Vaishaly on the contary was very detailed in the facial, the products she used (which are her own) were beautiful! i picked some up to use at home. The lady who rated her 1 star out of 5 should perhaps need something a little more abrasive to see the results she so obviously needs!

I have been a customer here for over 4 years and have never found a more effective facial or more professional therapists (and I have travelled extensively and visited a number of world-class spas/therapists). And their eyebrow threading is superb. And I have never found better skincare products (I love trying new things, but always go back to Vaishaly's products, as they truly work). They are super busy and since it's a small clinic it's the same person welcoming people and answering the phone (hence why you might get voice mail). Their front desk person is one of the most lovely people I have ever met and always remembers me and my name even if I pop in just for products. Highly recommended.

Fantastic place the facials are absolutely amazing, can't praise them enough. The therapist talked me through everything and my skin was positively glowing for days to come afterwards. I haven't had threading done there I've heard its very good but there are many other places that can do excellent threading for a much more reasonable price. The facial though- still pricey but soooo worth it for a treat.

I have visited several times for eyebrow threading and tried different girls (I have never had them threaded by Vaishaly herself given the prohibitive cost and unavailability). The results were pretty mediocre. I have had must better eyebrow shaping at, eg Harrods Urban Retreat. I won't go again.

I like the facials, however service on the front desk is appalling. They never answer the phone & there have been a couple of occasions where they swapped the therapist that I booked to see. If not answering the phone & only calling back a couple of days later is supposed to create that air of exclusivity, Vaishaly has got it completely wrong. Improve your front desk service.

Some people are so negative!!! Well let me tell you about my first experience!!!! On my first experience at the Vaishaly clinic having been recommended by a few hard core Vaishaly fans. All I can say is WOW!!!! Walk in and I'm greeted by two receptionist, although they were extremely busy they still managed to offer me a glass of water, the lady doing my facial calls my name, greets me with a hand shake and off we go to what I now call Paradise..she again offers me water.she looks at my skin and explains that I have dry/sensitive skin and that she will be using the Vaishaly Cleaning Balm she is thorough and may I add the products all smell amazing. She gets to every spot/blackhead, If ever my skin changes from time to time the facialist I see will always informs/explains what I need to combat the problem. After extraction she did microdermabrasion which was very pleasant and not abrasive at all, she then did high frequency and explained all the benefits of each product and all the steps used during my facial. The massage is epic!!! Her hands were so warmooohhhh I can't wait for my next facial woohoo this weekend. :) I can never understand people that write all these negative comments all I can say is go and experience the facial yourself and don't read these stupid comments all my friends and family swear by Vaishaly and use nothing but Vaishaly I have been a regular for two years now and all I can say is WOW!!!!

Would anyone recommend a particular therapist? I've tried Vaishlay facial and was not impressed. The famous Vaishlay facial massage technique that makes signature facials so sought after must have lasted max 10 min out of total 55 min treatment. Plus micro-dermabrasion was a brief part of treatment and done incompletely (only covered one side of my face). Would love to come back but with a better therapist!
