Google
Seems like mostly a take out place but I’m with it. Fast service with lots of different options and is priced similarly to all these fast casual places. The make your own bowl in-person experience is essential here as there are unique things like Korean sweet potato noodles you definitely don’t want to overlook! Lots of food for the price and an overall fun time. FYI The pic is half eaten and mixed so it’s doesn’t look too picturesque.

Google
Came here twice so far - in the evening, got a bowl (rice, greens, protein) which was tasty and the next day got a choc chip vegan cookie, cappuccino, açaí bowl also pretty tasty. Service and atmosphere on point as well

Google
My friend and I came here after reading positive reviews about this healthier food place. We wanted bowls for lunch and also somewhere with delicious açai bowls. Vale has all of that and more at comparable local prices. We like that you can customize the bowls based on personal preferences or dietary restrictions. Everything was flavourful, fresh, and tasty. Pickup was easy and convenient.

Google
After looking on several sides! And when I was hungry, I ran into Vale Food! A super nice and relaxed place! I loved the service and the place was super nice! The food was super delicious and it was fresh!

Google
Vale is a fantastic health food spot. I ordered a regular BYOB and a small açia bowl. The ingredients tasted very fresh, clean, and delicious. I would definitely come back!

I'm with another great review. This one is about a special person, Dailin. I bet she didn't realize I was dropping in sugar. But she was the kindest person and I truly appreciate it I will be back

Yelp
Great açaí bowl! The açaí itself had a nice flavor and the fruit was so fresh and the homemade granola was sweetened perfectly and crunchy. The only reason I gave them 4 stars is because I was a bit confused by the menu. I wanted to do a build your own açaí bowl where you choose a base and 3 toppings (listed on the menu) but the cashier was saying the toppings for the açaí bowl are set but I can add some for an additional fee. I'm not sure if I was reading the menu wrong or what but it was very confusing. He let me swap out one of the fruits for another without a charge though. Either way would return here for an açaí bowl or try their other items in the future. It has a fast casual ambiance with space to sit inside and out and the food comes out quick.

Yelp
Customer service is fantastic. 10/10 Acai bowl was really good! Gluten free granola was great. Fruit was fresh. Acai tasted good but was a bit icy. Almond butter protein brownie was delish. The bowl I got left more to be desired. The proteins were great. I got salmon ($8 extra) which was very good. Steak ($4) and shrimp ($4) - both good. The spicy sweet potato noodles were alright, lemon garlic kale just tastes like kale, mushrooms were eh....the rest was just not super good. Didn't really like the vale vinaigrette, and soy citrus just tastes like soy sauce. Open until 11pm on a Tuesday so that's why I stopped by. Overall not a bad option - but prob will stick to acai bowls and desserts.

Yelp
Delicious and fresh, reasonably-priced fast casual food in Brickell! Lots of options to make a unique bowl so you never get bored. I tried the Sweet Earth bowl with sweet potato noodles and teriyaki chicken. Very tasty. I'd say a small is a good portion for a single person, especially if you decide to get one of their flavorful smoothies on the side. I also really loved their turkey spinach feta balls (not pictured) - they were amazing, tasted like Swedish meatballs, maybe even better!

Yelp
Stumbled upon this place when I was out waiting to dock my cruise. This is a healthy food restaurant which is setup sort of like Chipotle in which you pick your base then select the toppings you like for your bowl I tried the sweet potato glass noodles as a base and it was sooooo good. I didnt know what to expect but v v good. It was a warm savory bowl. I also got a chocolate chia seed parfait. Not my favorite just a little too sweet. They also offer acai bowls and smoothies. Anyway if you are looking for a health focused meal, check this place out!

Yelp
This is the second time I've stopped by Vale! Vale offers multiple bowl/wrap options as well as smoothies! They have a few different specials through the week so always check before heading over! For lunch I ordered the buffalo chicken wrap. The wrap was good but it did take awhile to come out. If you're in a rush I suggest ordering the bowls! The wrap was very filling and a good portion for lunch! There's ample seating inside and outside and they offer a water station so you're able to help yourself! There's also a separate bar for smoothies!

Yelp
First time coming here and whoa...I will be back! The interior is beautifully decorated and the ordering section is similar to other places where you can choose what you add to your bowl. I decided to try the sweet Earth bowl because I love sweet potato noodles and I was happily surprised by the taste. It's a huge portion with a ton of noodles, veg and chicken and it tastes delicious! The lady up front was extremely helpful and accommodating. I can't wait to come back and try other things on the menu!

Yelp
Found a good place that serves a good variety of delicious food and in the same place they have poke bowls, smoothies and shakes. I ordered the sweet earth bowl, and it was packed with tasty flavors. I would definitely order it again and the staff was very friendly and the place was very clean.

Yelp
Order Vale for pick up while in town in Miami for business! It was a nice, filling lunch option! I thought the meat was a little too salty but otherwise though it was a pretty tasty option and liked that there were both rice and noodle options. I also got the mango ginger lemonade which was tasty but didn't really have that strong of a mango flavor imo! You can get a discount on your first order if you make an account, which I'd recommend since it's on the pricier side for a takeout lunch spot.

Yelp
The people behind the counter are very nice and the food is healthy but wow expensive for a salad place, and my tummy after. Tons of options either pre-designed or custom. All healthy and lots of good vegetarian and vegan items. Mostly salads and the like. Off in the corner they have a separate counter for smoothies and bowls. Workers were very patient as I made up my mind. Decided on a vegetarian Cobb salad. Taste was alright. It felt like something was missing. At $18 for a salad, I hope for excellence, and this wasn't quite there. Also, my stomach felt weird for hours after eating it. Not sure what ingredient caused it but it wasn't fun. Prob a pass for me next time. Just too pricey for what it is. Nice to have a healthy and quick option in a pinch though.

Yelp
Vale: to live an earthly life. A few minutes away from brickell city center, vale is a healthy and delicious bowl place that you cannot miss! I came here once just because I wanted something healthy but I loved the decor of the place. It is earthy, green (my fave color!) and very cute! Theres even a little section for you to take a cute photo Food. Oh my. Absolutely delicious. I keep coming back to make sure I try all the options. The turkey meatballs, the buffalo chicken, the salmon, all of it! There's even vegan options and if you ask for it, there is steak that they prepare in the kitchen that is not shown. I particularly love this place because they have so many options for the base, so many protein options, and so many sauce options. AND it's one of the few places where you can choose 2 proteins in a regular bowl, so you can try different things! They have a dragon fruit lemonade that I tried. It looks like dragon fruit more than it tastes like it, but still, it's good. But they have different drink options and some cute healthy desserts like chia pudding, banana nut balls and peanut butter cookies. I wouldn't recommend the peanut butter cookies, it doesn't taste like peanut butter. Now let's talk about the service. One word: generous. They are not stingy with their portions. Everything you put into your bowl is put with generosity, sometimes they put more than one spoonful for the price of one scoop Absolutely love this place. The price is decent, especially for it being in the brickell area and for the quality and quantity of the food

john d.

Yelp
This place is overpriced garbage. They skimped all protein servings, and then acted as if I was wrong to suggest adding more. On top of that, the food was unseasoned and bland. I cannot believe I was roped into paying 17$ for this. Do not recommend, don't come here.

Yelp
This was a pretty nice visit while waiting for my massage in the Mary Brickell Village shopping center. The staff appeared friendly and the store was very clean. They have a couple of restrooms that are tidy and tons of options for food. I just tried one of their smoothies which was pretty good and had chia seeds in it. There were a ton of food options varying from bowls, to salads, to wraps, and even a selection of grab-and-go items you can purchase. My only complaint is that the prices for everything may be a tad high for what you are getting but then again isn't that a good slogan for Brickell in general? I would stop by again if I had time to kill in the area.

Yelp
Good food and açaí but VERY oily cookies. The banana bread is also just ok. It's a convenient spot but not my go to
google avatar

Farah A.

Yelp
Love having so many healthy options to choose from in Miami, but Vale Food Co really understand the assignment with good food and healthy delicious options! To start, their portions extremely filling. I ordered the regular size and it's good for 2 people. I love how different and unique their options are, like the sweet potato noodles and the turkey meat balls. The options here are endless and you can get as creative as you want in terms of bowl creations. I always switch it up but my go to is the sweet potato noodles + garlic kale as my base. Adding the turkey balls + buffalo chicken + feta and chickpeas to top it off and it is a recipe to perfection! Their açaí bowls are top notch too! Lastly, do not sleep on their dessert because they're drool worthy! My favorite are the protein brownies and the macadamia cookies. Do yourself a favor and try this spot out ASAP. :)

Yelp
Cancelled a catering order placed days in advance a few hours before the event. Left us scrambling to find food for 25 people. Not recommended under any circumstances.

Yelp
Health food - plain grilled chiclen, greens with no flavor except maybe a tiny dash of balsamic vinegar right? Kindly discard that notion since it means you haven't eaten at Vale yet. After seeing a few friends try this spot, I gave it a shot after a spa day at the fancy barbershop a few doors down. I'd eaten a few other times before today, and note that the service is consistent. It's a "paint by the numbers" spot in that you have three sizes of bowl which you fill in with various combinations of carbs, protein veggies and sauce. For example, tonight I enjoyed a bowl of their vale rice (green, perhaps some curry), balsamic mushroom, corn, and a double serving of teriyaki chicken). Other times I've enjoyed their buffalo chicken and it definitely has some kick! The server is also kind enough to give you samples to taste the different items. There's seating both outdoors and in their cozy inside dining room. Dessert? Yes they also have healthy ones such as dragonfruit and açaí both in bowls and smoothies. The fruit addons are always fresh tasting and looking,

Yelp
Reeeeally delicious bowls here! The food is so flavorful but be careful about the size you order. I got the bigger option and it was enough food for like 3 meals lol The set up is also nice because there are plenty of tables inside and outside. The service is also very, very kind. My only issue with this location is that it took me 10 mins to find. If you look on a Google map it says it's next to Moxie but it's actually across the block and hidden away in a courtyard area. Still, it's worth the hunt :)

Yelp
I got introduced to Vale because I work at Equinox and we often invite Vale in to cater events for us. Prior to working there, I had seen Vale but never gone inside. I really enjoy their food now though. I love that it's healthy and high quality food. You can eat there and be sure that the food is going to support your health goals, not detract from them.

Yelp
This is the first restaurant review I've ever written, and I have never spent time ever writing a review even at restaurants where the service was bad. However, this experience was so awful, that I decided I must write a review to prevent people from making the same mistake I did--ordering from this restaurant. I'm writing to make it clear how utterly appalled I am by the disgraceful service I received from Vale. I placed an order for 15 bowls for my entire company through Uber Eats at 11:15 AM, expecting a simple and timely lunch. By 12:30 PM, I received a notification from the Uber Eats driver that Vale hadn't even started making the order yet. First, I called the restaurant multiple times, and no one picked up. Naturally, I went down to the restaurant myself to find out what the hell was going on. When I asked the staff where my order was, the woman making the bowls literally shrugged at me like it was no big deal. No apology, no urgency, just blatant disregard for the situation. I honestly thought I was going crazy for a second, wondering if I had made some mistake--but no, the incompetence was entirely on your end. It wasn't until 12:30 PM, over an hour after the order was placed, that a manager finally decided to acknowledge the situation and claim they would start making my order. That's right--start making it, over an hour late. I watched as the staff worked like they couldn't care less, and there were only SIX people in the restaurant! Meanwhile, a woman waiting for her own catering order, which had been placed over a week ago, told me she'd already been waiting two hours--and they hadn't even started on hers. Clearly, Vale has no business accepting orders for delivery through Uber Eats or Postmates if you're incapable of fulfilling them in a timely manner. You're simply not equipped to handle this level of service, and it's beyond frustrating to deal with such blatant incompetence. After all of this, my order was finally completed at 2:00 PM, nearly three hours after it was placed. This experience was not just disappointing--it was infuriating. You should be embarrassed by the level of service your staff provided, and frankly, I don't know how you can justify continuing to offer these services if this is the best you can do. I certainly won't be ordering from Vale again, and I'll be sure to share this miserable experience with anyone who asks about it.

Samantha B.

Yelp
Came here one night with a girlfriend because I saw some influencers post it and it looked delicious! We came with about an hour before they were to close and it was just disappointing. I ordered a small bowl with the chipotle Mac n cheese base, Buffalo cauliflower as my veggie and the turkey spinach feta meatballs as my protein. I ordered the spicy feta as a boost. The server working the line was not happy to be there in any way and she showed it. The place is gorgeous but the service was not good. The food was cold and very subpar. I would say the spicy feta was the only good thing (probably since it was the only thing that was supposed to be cold). I am so disappointed at how the food was compared to what I saw online. Maybe I would come back and try different menu items ? I wasn't impressed though. Also I ordered two different desserts and they tasted exactly the same. Good, but the same. All in all, not what I was expecting.

Yelp
Love coming to Vale! It's a great lunch or dinner spot for an easy yet healthy meal. I always get the small bowl as it's just enough for me. The staff is always so nice! The restaurant is always clean and they have created such a nice environment.
google avatar

Yelp
Place is aesthetically beautiful. Came for an açaí bowl for breakfast. Located on the first floor of the Mary Brickell Village with convenient parking upstairs. Service was nice and helpful. The lemonade was refreshing but I couldn't taste the dragonfruit. The açaí was overly sweet and the granola wasn't crunchy. I had samples at the Sephora event in Brickell City Center and this wasn't the same granola. Other places give you more toppings for the same price. Seeing how there's a raw juice across the courtyard - same location - they might need to rethink the açaí bowl menu and prices. 3 stars for location, ambiance and service. 2 stars for the food and drink.
google avatar

Yelp
Gorgeous space to sit and enjoy healthy meals and smoothies. I was only passing by to pick up a smoothie and fell in love with the vibes. Dailin, at the smoothie station, was the sweetest and most welcoming staff member. She recommended a few favorites based on what I was craving but I opted for the V Strong, a 24oz shake which is the bigger size from the 16oz. Blended banana, vegan protein, PB powder, avocado, spinach, with coconut milk. Topped with chia and hemp seeds. It's delicious, thick, filling and nutritious. I'd like to come back and try some of the popular bowls and Global Greens smoothie amongst many other options to choose from. It's a little on the pricy side since I paid $20 for a 24oz but it's Brickell prices and it was a large smoothie with quality ingredients and good for my body and soul...that is priceless.

David O.

Yelp
Gross, inedible, cold, soggy, just go to meraki or something else and get a real meal.
google avatar

Greg B.

Yelp
The quality of food was good, however, it felt like a Tex-Mex version of the poke bowl. It's perhaps a personal choice, but I would probably look for a more traditional poke bowl place next time I had the craving because I feel they give more options. The place was decorated with a bit of greenery which gave it a nice look. It was clean, service was just fine.
google avatar

Paula R.

Yelp
Great healthy spot in Brickell. It is kind of hidden so you won't know it is there unless you are looking for it. Has some great healthy options and build your own which is always a plus. The majority of options are very carb heavy and hard to change unless you are in-person to direct the people making your bowl. Have had multiple items are thoroughly enjoyed them--very flavorful and fresh. My favorite is the sweet earth bowl! Portion sizes are generous so you will not leave hungry.
google avatar

Michelle B.

Yelp
Love this spot for healthy meals! They're fairly new, and I hope they stick around for the long term! :) Food: You can tell they put nutrition, fiber, protein, and healthy fats at the forefront when developing the menu. Everything is always fresh. Love their sauces too. Service: Service at this spot is extremely friendly and helpful. They've let me taste different meats and were super patient with going over their various meats and sauces. Location: The location is a bit tucked back so I actually discovered them through Uber Eats even though I live nearby. They have a beautiful outdoor dining area and the inside is crisp and clean.

Yelp
Vale Food Co is the perfect place for everyone who is looking for healthy food with lots of flavor. I'm normally not a fan of those build-your-own-bowl kind of places. I usually find them a bit lackluster and boring. But this one surprised me by being different. I created a small bowl for myself and trust me, unless you have a huge appetite, this should be more of than enough! My protein of choice was the turkey meatballs. I added veggies and sweet potato mash and omg, that curry mustard sauce - super delish. My son got a bowl with vegan chicken tenders which were super yummy! My husband got a braised beef bowl with the chipotle Mac and cheese and loved it too. We both have gone back here individually. But wait, this review isn't done yet. I haven't mentioned my favorite part of the whole meal yet: the açaí bowl. While I like the concept of açaí bowls, I often get disappointed by their taste! This one was the best I've ever tried - so fresh and amazing. Vale is also known for the iced drinks so don't leave without getting one. I had the iced Matcha Lemonade and also tried my son's Dragonfruit lemonade - both great. Moreover, this place offers healthy desserts. It is also very instagrammable if you're into that.

Yelp
I searched vegan food in the Yelp app, and this place came up. I not vegan,, my husband eats plant based minus the occasional salmon or red snapper. This place was about 0.3 miles walking distance from our hotel, so we walked over there. I must not have read the menu and such because when I went inside the restaurant I was somewhat unsure. With the help of the staff we settled on the way out there salad with the lemon butter salmon. After a snafu of not seeing the menu by the door, I thought I wanted an açaí bowl (located at a different counter across the restaurant). I ordered a kale green smoothie for $14.97. I then went back to the other counter and ordered our food. I settled on the up north bowl for myself. The food total was $47,06 for the 2 entrees. The restaurant looked cleaned. The environment was quiet. The location was great with many food places to choose from. The sals with salmon was good. The salmon was way over cooked, but nicely seasoned. My bowl with the braised beef was okay. The brown rice and the balsamic glazed mushroom was good. I realized at that moment that I didn't like teriyaki. I believe the braised beef was smothered in teriyaki sauce. I do have to say, the ration of rice, mushrooms, and braised beef was great. I didn't eat most of my food though. The smoothie was very green. We both didn't enjoy the flavor. As we were finishing, a customer went to pay for his order, I witnessed the young lady remove a very used glove to take the payment, but handled the cash with the gloves hand. I was waiting for her to get rid of the gloves, but I sadly watched her placed both gloves back on and went back yo take more orders. These types of things do not sit right with me. I guess that is the risk we take for enjoying such privilege of eating out. I would hope my observation will highlight something I feel needed to be addressed. Lovely ceiling decorations.

Bayardo M.

Yelp
The delivery service is very bad, the wait is very slow, they focus on the customers who eat at the restaurant to get a tip in the end, we who place orders for delivery are also customers, I don't know how the manager allows this.
google avatar

Shaan A.

Yelp
Very happy to share if you are trying to eat healthy you do not have sacrifice flavor. I can go here any time of the day and the food is great. I love the southwest chicken and have fallen In love with the toppings. If you want to skip fast food and eat health fast food this is the place to go.

John V.

Yelp
Waited an extra 25 min after my pickup time and açaí bowl isn't even filled up correctly. Barely any açaí. Employee didn't say sorry or nothing for the extra almost 30 min wait

Yelp
Vale Food Co. is a great FL-based health food concept from Tallahassee that recently opened a new location in Mary Brickell Village. Specifically, they are in the inside section behind North Italia. They have a buffet with different foods, I believe a salad bar, and an açaí bowl bar which we ordered from. They were advertising a 2x1 promotion (I believe the bowls were about $12ish individually) for their opening weekend. My fiancée and I had similar bowls-- hers was more classic with regular granola and chocolate chip while I went with strawberry hemp granola and coconut flakes. They had other interesting options available for an slight up charge. Both of our açaí bowls were very deep and filling, with plenty of fresh fruit and açaí. Welcome to the neighborhood! We will be back in the future to try new bowl combinations as well as their buffet. I'm thinking this will quickly become a new favorite health food option of ours, up there with Carrot Express (similar concept)!
google avatar

Emily T.

Yelp
Quality of the food was alright but the selection was slim and the options to mix just didn't work well. The cilantro lime brown rice just tasted like brown rice. Rather underwhelming.
google avatar

Marc J.

Yelp
If you're a health nut and like to have a delicious quick meal, this is a good substitute for traditional fast food in the area. I stopped by randomly on a rainy day after hitting the gym. I got a small bowl that was about $12-15. It includes a base, veggie, protein, and boost. I ended up getting mine with quinoa (rare to find at any restaurant), broccoli, turkey meatballs, and topped with feta cheese. It was surprisingly filling for lunch and really delicious. The restaurant has outdoor seating which is great for people watching. The inside is seats up to groups of 4. It's setup similar to a chipotle or subway where you pick in choose the ingredients that you want. I also noticed there's a acai bowl bar in the restaurant which I'm interested to try in the future.

Rachel F.

Yelp
love the healthy options, but the chicken is extremely dry, it even broke my plastic fork provided

Yelp
If you are looking for healthy eating Vale Food Co is godsend. I ate here four days consecutively and lovely the meals. Enjoyable beyond words can express.

Yelp
Love it here!! They have great bowls for lunch and dinner, huge portions! Such a great place for easy casual meal!

Yelp
The food and smoothie I got was delicioooous. They have a lot of great options. The service was great too! They were so kind and patient. Really loved the ambiance of the outdoor area as well. Was a nice relaxing post workout hang :)

Yelp
Great variety to choose from and the flavors are spot on! Super friendly staff to boot. Really enjoyed our lunch there.

Yelp
Vale food co has good bowls. It's kind of like bolay but more fancy. They have a lot of fresh ingredients. I really like the turkey meatballs. Also they have some nice sauces. Its a little expensive for add ons. They have delicious lemonade. It's kind of hidden in this shopping center in Brickell. The tables outside were a little dirty.

Yelp
High-quality, healthy food with exceptional taste. It's also a good value. Kudos to the owner and staff for running such a consistently delicious food establishment. No nutrition facts anywhere though (which is odd for a place that apparently positions itself as healthy), so four stars instead of five.

Freddy D.

Yelp
This place is amazing!!! Great healthy food choices and the staff is very friendly. The Açaí bowls are delicious, my friends love this place.

Yelp
Excellent, healthy and just delicious right in Brickell. Highly recommend - will definitely return.

Yelp
AMAZING Best quality and taste. Try immediately. Everything here is delicious and healthy.

Yelp
It's good but it can get a lil better! Don't love the buffalo chicken, taste rubbery but other items were good.

Yelp
Food was awful and not cooked all the way ewwwww rice was hard and meet was raw very disappointing
