I love this place. Their food is so good. An its always fresh when I go. They also have brand new management with new staff. That are so friendly an helpful. They let you taste test the food too. Their store is super clean an they lots of delicious food. Def MUST TRY!!! ❤️❤️❤️

I came to Valley Healthy Kitchen right when they opened on a Sunday, and overall it was a solid experience. The staff was very kind and quick to greet me as soon as I walked in, which I really appreciated. The menu has a lot of options, so I wasn’t completely sure what to order at first. I ended up going with the steak and egg wrap. When it came out, the flavors were good, but the steak itself wasn’t really to my liking it felt a bit cold, which took away from the overall burrito. That said, everyone was super friendly and welcoming, which definitely made the experience better. Because of that, I’m giving this place a 3 out of 5. I’ll be coming back to try it again to see if maybe this was just an off day or if the steak is usually prepared differently. Overall, it was a good experience, and I’m pleased with this location. I just wish the steak had been a little warmer. I’m more than happy to give it another try.

My visit to Vale Food was incredible. From the moment we arrived, the service was exceptional. The team was friendly, attentive, and always willing to help. I especially want to highlight Camila, who took care of us in an outstanding way. Her kindness, professionalism, and dedication made our experience even better. You can truly tell she loves what she does! The food was delicious—fresh ingredients, amazing flavors, and beautifully presented. Each dish felt thoughtfully prepared with great attention to detail. The atmosphere is cozy and modern, making it the perfect place to enjoy a great meal.

Annoyed because my daughter wanted one of their bowls. They were out of both strawberries and bananas. I had to throw it out because it was dying her teeth bright blue and we have to go to a wedding. $17 bucks down the trash.

Listen, I came to Vale for a healthy bowl… I left with a full stomach, a restored faith in humanity, and the belief that Allen the cashier might actually be Earth’s next Avenger. Right as I walked in, I noticed the table next to me had actual superheroes. Thor was demolishing a sweet potato mash like it was a Frost Giant. Captain America was politely cutting into grilled chicken like it was a diplomatic mission. Even Batman was in the corner pretending he wasn’t emotionally attached to the spicy tuna bowl. And who was keeping this high-powered crowd calm and fed? Allen. Allen isn’t just a cashier — he’s a culinary sensei. Smooth, fast, friendly, and somehow managed to convince Hulk to try tofu. TOFU. He looked Iron Man dead in the eye and said, “Double protein? Good choice, king.” Tony nodded like he’d just gotten financial advice. Even Spider-Man thanked him twice, then tried to web-sling Allen a tip before realizing it was awkward. As for the food? Absolute perfection. 🌱 Fresh 🔥 Flavorful 💥 Balanced like Thanos wishes he was The kale slaw made Wonder Woman tear up. Batman tried to order seconds under a fake name. Vale seriously fell off. I used to come in very regularly to fill up my water and get a quick lunch but with their consistency and food quality dropping as well as their prices rising I don’t think I’ll be returning anytime soon ( if ever ). The food used to be mostly consistent, but lately it has just tasted completely different every single day…I used to have genuine and nice conversations with the workers as they would be super personable and lately there seems to be another guy by the name of Alejandro that just tries to rush everyone out. That man has zero customer service skills and was borderline rude. The final straw for me personally is the fact that they have now started charging for ice water that I would regularly fill my bottle up with. They have lost several regulars including myself due to this change. they’re cutting corners and raising costs and I just do not feel comfortable eating at this location anymore.

Food was amazing. Super fresh and HUGE portions. Couldn't finish a regular and I have a healthy appetite. Banana energy balls were delicious (but if you are looking for something super sweet, this is not it, you can taste the walnuts and the flax ...which I love!)

Happened to be going to a different place but it was divine intervention and found a parking space right in front of Vale in a very busy parking lot! So, I took it as a sign from the universe to show me that I needed to try this place because I need to eat even healthier than I already do! Lo and behold, this place was amazing! I'll start by saying I did not try their smoothies or açaí bowls only a built your own bowl and the lemonades! I love lemonade and they have two amazing, marvelous, out of this world m, delicious tasting lemonades!! One is mixed with dragon fruit!! And has a beautiful pink ish color to it! Omg Godly! And the Mango Ginger one! Omg, so refreshing!!!! LOVED THEM BOTH!!!!! As far as the bowl went.. I didn't know what to get so I built my own! Let me tell you they have the most delicious sides like spicy sweet potato noodles!!! Whaaaa!!!!!! And so good for you!! Delicious tasting broccoli, Mediterranean tomatoes, roasted sweet potatoes, rices, edamame, mushrooms, carrots, oh my! They have AMAZING veggies and if you're like me and love veggies, you're gonna dig this place!!! If veggies and healthy food are not your thing then you're not gonna like this place! BUT, If you're looking to start eating healthier and wanna try better "fast food", then this is your place! Btw, I shared a regular sized bowl and was full! These are whole foods you're eating so they fill you up with having to eat so much food with empty calories! These healthier options are packed with nutrients, antioxidants, vitamins, etc.. Give it a try, ask the guys at the counter for suggestions and trust me you'll feel happy you went! Our server was really sweet and helpful with the sides! Didn't catch his name but was there tonight (1/23/25) around 6 pm! He was very helpful in giving suggestions and offering options! This is high vibe food and I'm ALL FOR IT!! When I'm in the mood for a little treat, their fresh-baked cookies are an irresistible indulgence. The only slight hiccup? It's not the most budget-friendly option, but the quality of the wholesome, delicious food makes it worth every penny!

Super friendly service and clean comfy atmosphere. I had the Dr. Vale smoothie and I didn't like it. Tasted watered down. My bf had the pb banana smoothie and I didn't like it at all. It tasted not good. He said it was ok. Idk but prob not gonna try again.

Thank goodness for another healthy option in Miami! And talk about options! You could come here a hundred times and always have something different. I filled up a regular BYO bowl with nutritious foods. It was fresh and delicious. I also loved their homemade lemonades. A perfect place to grab a bite if you're hungry as they have the convenience of ordering at the counter. You can take it to go or hang out in the lovely space with draping flowers everywhere. I left very satisfied. I'm looking forward to coming back a hundred more times!

I already know Vale Food from Brickell and the food is excellent. Unfortunately, this new location still seems to still have some growing pains. The first time I tried to go, the store was closed during regular hours with no sign or announcement on social media. The second time, they seemed severely understaffed. I waited a long time for the guy at the counter to take the order of the only two customers. Then he went to back to prepare their food and I was standing there alone and unattended. So I left. I did receive some coupons in the mail so I gave it another try. Like at the other location, the food is do delicious and healthy. Love the turkey meatballs and the curry mustard sauce. The healthy brownies and the drinks are amazing too. I hope they're figuring out how to get more staff to get this place to work properly.

Ordered the AB&J smoothie, not great. Tastes like ice cream with how sweet it is. The acai mix has added sugar in it per associate working there. Wish they would've stated that in their menu.

6.5/10 BAD SERVICE Good steak and eggs burrito, but AWFUL service ... I was the only person inside and it took 30 minutes for my food because of a " miscommunication". The Delay unfortunately made my experience negative despite an above average meal.

Fresh steak wrap was delicious. The whole west wrap was light. Service was fast. Trendy ambiance.

Don't do it. Over priced. Dry, and just bad. Dry and over cooked rice. Guacamole...no!

Ordered the keto bowl, they were out of broccoli- which is fine. Bowl was still good. But ordered a smoothie and watched them pour tap water into it after making it and then mixing it in. The sink said hand wash only.

Service was awesome!! Christian was very nice and made the process easy. Definitely recommend this location.

Damn. Shame there's only one other review and it's currently a 1 star. This place is definitely better than that and I'm glad to have a healthy option like this close to home.
