They charged my husband $14 for 2 bacon/egg/sausage sandwich. This is how one of the sandwiches came, broken bread. Unacceptable for charging that price.

The cakes are absolutely beautiful and delicious, I ordered this for a gender reveal, and they delivered exactly what I was expecting. Service could be nicer, but they get the job done, which is the important thing

If you're in search of the perfect bakery experience, look no further than Valencia Bakery. Their Tres Leches cake is a must-try, and once you do, it will undoubtedly become a favorite. This bakery has earned a loyal customer in me, and I highly recommend it to anyone with a sweet tooth or an appreciation for finely crafted desserts.

This is a bakery that is very well known among the Catrachan (Hondureño) population locally as well as by other local Latinos…their tres leches cakes are out of this world and much better than even those in high end restaurants like Puerto Vallarta in Stamford. We order them for every cumpleaños and many of my Catrachan friends do as well. I’m getting annoyed seeing negative reviews by people (seemingly a lot of gringos) complaining about bad service. This is a bakery with some food offerings and it’s a very culturally beautiful experience to go there and sit down and enjoy un tamale o postre. However much of their business comes from cake orders because that is their specialty. Thankfully this small bakery is strongly supported by the Latino community and is resilient to negative reviews from people who aren’t aware of its strengths and who are it seems primarily focused on their own specific and highly personal qualifications for what makes a “great bakery experience”. For me, I love having a panadería local that gives the experience of a panadería centroamericano here in Norwalk. I wish and hope people can learn to appreciate it for the unique and incredible cultural experience that it offers instead of criticizing it for not fitting into the specific vision of what a bakery should be based on culturally American standards.

I placed an order for a cake on Tuesday and left a deposit and I said I’ll pick it up on Saturday. But when I went to pick it up with the receipt and everything they told me that they don’t have anything for me and just gave me my money back. now I have to find a last minute cake.

I have come here for so many cakes over the years- birthday, communion, baptism, etc... but tonight, sadly, that is the end of the affair. I walked in around 6:30, there was a woman in there working on something so I figured I'd wait a few, she was busy. She never acknowledged my presence, not even a hello, but there I stood like a kid in a candy store hoping she'd see me. Nope. I had the tres Leche cake picked out and everything, but since she was not interested in my business I just walked out. Stinks, but I will never go back.
