Amazing crab spot. Always on point with the seasoning and taste. I look forward to my yearly crab visit for the season which typically starts in April. The crab is served in Medium sized badins for your enjoyment. Napkins and newspaper us provided to help with the mess etc

Was looking for a place to try some true Jamaican food (very 1st time) and found this cool little spot. By the highway and with nice views of the beautiful, ultra-blue Jamaican sea. Valerie was polite and accommodating, and food was tasty and authentic. Ya Mon, got for it :)

Today I went to buy food because I’m visiting the area and the first thing I noticed is there is no price visible so as she realized I’m not from around there the price was raised and the size of the plate for that price is ridiculous. The sandy Bay Area period food is over priced and mediocre. When you’re from the US they over charge. Very turned off .

Hi all. We stopped at Valerie's for lunch today. Miss Valerie is a lovely person who made my wife and I feel very welcome. We had delicious authentic Jamaican food. The portions were large and reasonably priced. Miss Valerie only prepares a few dishes each day and what is available changes daily depending on local availability but it's all good. As everyone knows, covid has made it difficult for businesses everywhere so, please, stop in, have a chat, and enjoy the food. If you do, please say "Hi" to Miss Valerie from Mike and Brenda from Canada. Respect.

We stopped at Valerie's after my brother's very private wedding. We were treated very well by Valerie. The food was great. The service was awesome. In fact we were treated like special "family members." It was a lovely closed to a very long day. Thanks Val!!

From the US and consider Valerie's one of my favorite places to go! The food is homemade and "out of this world"! So far, the fish...great! The fried chicken was the BEST I've ever had!

The food is always awesome at this little chill spot. Valerie is always there to greet her customer's with a warm smile. Her staff is friendly and pleasant and always eager to serve up something special. Her homemade juices/drinks are the best.

On 6.28.22 landed in JA and went srt8 to Valerie's. Tuesdays are cyrry crab night. The crab was delicious and the portions were very generous. That night the lights were out in the town due to a downed light pole. Mrs Valerie served our crab by candle light.It was special. You can also request a vast array of foods to be cooked for breakfast and so on . If you naa go fi it.....then do t order it... On my last day Mrs Valerie also fried fish and bammy for me to take back home and to top it off I even got a bottle of the escoveche sauce to take hope... Oh yea ... di soup dem bad to.. try it out...HIGHLY RECOMMENDED..
