06/10/2022 Update: something I should have brought up is that if you are looking for a place to watch game tournaments (EVO, Combo Breaker, ALGS, OWL, etc) the TVs seem to don't have the ability to stream YT or Twitch. Only sport channels. There is a proyector at the back streaming Twitch but apparently the audio system is broken or not linked to the bar's system (we were told it was broken atm). So, watch parties seem to be a no go on this "eSports" bar. Location is great for hanging out and play some retro consoles while waiting for your food and drinks. It has a gaming lounge for PC and Console if you want to play for a long time. Drinks are great! But the food... Stick to the wings and the tater tots. The burger is ok for the price but the chili dogs, disgusting. The hotdog is pretty plain but the chili, the chili is awful. You get better chili from a can of Wolf's Chili than whatever I was served. No flavor at all. No amount of condiments would save this poor dog out of its misery. Stay away from the hotdogs. Seriously. The pizza is fine, that one is worth trying.

This place is amazing. Got chess, 2 of each console with 2 controllers and 8 computers. Mario Kart. Guitar Hero. Good food and fun drinks. Beer pong too. The DJ there was lit. We went there twice in a week. Games are free if you're buying drinks or food!

Super fun esports bar located in a fun area to go out! The bar itself has friendly bartenders and a good drink and food selection. The main gaming area is equipped with capable Alienware PCs preloaded with about a dozen popular games like Warzone, Fortnite, and Valorant. There’s a smart launcher on the PCs that lets you log into your account if you have one or, on some games, use a guest account. Outside there’s beer pong and Jenga, and inside around the bar you can play chess or Mario Kart. There’s sort of something for everyone who’s a gamer at heart.

I love the atmosphere. Staff is super friendly. I went for the Rainbow 6 Siege Raleigh finals and they were showing the game on most of the TVs!

The atmosphere is great, the drinks are strong and I loved the food! I went to the grand opening event and got 2 drink tickets and complementary food. Such a great deal, seeing as how most bars on the street charge $12-$15 for a house cocktail. The food service was great because I got to try most of the menu. I am not big into gaming, but I still had a great time. I will definitely be back!

Real cool staff. Like really cool bartender, cook, and manager. The staff cares about their jobs and you can tell. The place itself smaller than expected, but for the space they have, they make it work. They have a pretty limited supply of newer consoles, and people are normally on them and the older consoles were open more when I went there. Overall a real cool place full of people that deserve the local support. They have Doritos cheese sticks, and they were very highly rated.

We loved this bar. I had the blue slushy with a whiteclaw in it, that's the only drink I needed. There weren't too many people on a Saturday night so we got to play Mortal Combat right away, then we sat and played chess and got properly tipsy. The bartenders were super nice too, they seemed very fun. We'll definitely come back.

Decent ambience, the DJ was great and you can tell he was in it!! Decent drinks , gameplay throughout on all consoles is free with purchases. Played on NES , PlayStation 1, and Nintendo Switch. Had two drinks ( Restart and Bitches Love Lavender) - lavender drink was a bit sweet, but good.

Literally the nicest staff we ran across in all of Austin. Our group of 7 are a bunch of nerds and absolutely loved this place. Bartender made sure we were comfortable with every drink they made- if something was very sweet, they let us know. Asked what we liked, was even kind enough to give our non-drinker friends some fun non-alcoholic options. Options for gaming are fantastic. Two rows of PCs in the back which we all played a round of Apex on. Played some Mario Kart as well on the Switch and some vintage Gauntlet. So sad we didn't have enough time in downtown Austin or else we would have DEFINITELY been back.

Came here with 3 other people on a Friday evening during their 4-6pm happy hour! Everything during their happy hour is super worth it (as you can see from the menu pictures, almost everything is basically 50% off). There are a bunch of PCs here and then a bunch of gaming consoles. My friends and I played Mario Kart and ordered loaded tots (house queso and fresh ground beef chili) for $8 normally but $4 during happy hour. My friends also tried two different Claw Icebergs, two Nina Bombs, and a Game Over. Also a house shot that turned out to be tequila. I actually thought the Claw Iceberg and the Game Over were super sweet / good considering I don't like drinking AT ALL. Happy Hour is Tuesday to Friday from 4-6pm and 1/2 off house cocktails, beers, wines, appetizers, and pizza. Basically the only thing not half off is their slushies and there's a slushy cocktail (Claw Iceberg) so just get that!

Started off with drinks because, that's what you do! The Candy Crush(ed) Pop Rocks Paloma is nice and strong. The Game Over drink is sweet and creamy with a tropical flair. Slow and easy into the weekend or sending it fast - your choice! Tried the Boozy Slushies and the Red Battle Fuel and Blue Battle Fuel were both tasty. With Red Bull they'll keep you going too. Doritos Mozz Sticks are homemade and legit. Those crushed Doritos on home sliced mozzarella sticks and the house marinara are legit, although the marinara would've been better warmer. The chili was surprisingly good and I highly recommend the loaded tots and coney dogs.

This is a magical place. I'm biased cause esports, video games, friendly and welcome staff, and lots of booze. But there really aren't any bars or spaces dedicated to esports, and I gladly welcome it. I came yesterday during a short trip preparing for my upcoming move to Austin. I had some extra time so decided to stop by then instead of after the move, and my visit really took away any lingering anxiety I had from wondering if I was making a mistake moving here after ten years in NYC. The space itself is quite big and well laid out with a bunch of different nooks for whatever you're feeling. There's a really nice patio at the front, an oval bar just inside in the center with TVs all around it and the walls, and an amazing PC space in the back decked out with really nice gear from Alienware. My bartender, Ein, was so lovely. She let me try all of the alcoholic slushies but I was feeling basic and just wanted to have some White Claws, which is insanely cheap during happy hour at $1.50. Happy Hour is Tues-Fri, 4-6pm. 1/2 off house cocktails, beers, wine & white claw, appetizers, pizza. I tried the Loaded Tots, which came crispy, hot, meaty and cheesy and really hit the spot. This place is really an adult playground and it feels serendipitous that its opening lines up with my move and spaces and community I really value in the next chapter of my life. Can't wait to keep coming back.

So I am a gamer and this is for sure my favorite bar/grill I've been to ever. Every Wednesday is $1 grilled cheese and they are good, they're just grilled cheese BUT enjoy while playing your favorite console! I have an Xbox so we did stick with that and we played rocket league and THE NEWEST Mortal Kombat! The staff was super patient and helpful. I am a very indecisive person. The slushies are great I had the green one and the bartender did say "they would fuck you up" and she wasn't lying. I CANNOT WAIT to go back.

Had an amazing time watching the Super Bowl. The drinks were delicious, and so were the mozzarella sticks with jalapeño ranch definitely recommend it !! One of the managers Justin definitely made the experience unforgettable, great service and awesome employees.

Just a heads up: don't get the mac and cheese. It was just dry noodles and parmesan dust, and for eight bucks I was hoping that the portion size would be larger. The loaded tots had no cheese as well, just a scoop of greasy ground beef. Thought I'd try out a new place tonight. Swing and a miss. ‍

Actually the best bar and lounge on sixth st. Bartender, DJ and drinks were top notch. Visited from out of town and this place super underrated. I only hope they get more business because they deserve it.

Best service, food, drinks and atmosphere is the city of Austin. Manager, Justin, was such a great help at the bar and definitely would come again just for his service!

I was kicked out because the security guard was racist, he said I knocked something down and when I tried to tell him who actually did it he said I got hostile because of my skin color, and then I tried to talk to the manager about it my number was blocked before I could talk to the manager, the bar is great but I sense a lack of diversity and grace for people of other ethnicities and I feel this bar will always be held down by that, only white men are on the staff no ethnicities but if your into no ethnic groups this is the bar for you.

We came here this last weekend for brunch, and I was impressed by the attention to detail for their games, and it's free! They had a computer gaming area (8? computers), small group console setups, and TVs around the bar for switch games. Only two of the group ordered brunch menu items and the rest of us ordered off of their regular menu. One item that caught my eye were the mozzarella sticks, and they were a little underwhelming. There was no dorito flavor left after the breading and frying, just a regular tortilla chip flavor and texture that was thick. It needed salt or a dusting of powdered cheese to give it umpf. We also ordered chicken sandwiches and there were decent. We had a lot of fun playing a group game on the switch and if your just here for a tournament or playing a game while out this is a pretty cool bar concept. For us, we probably wouldn't return. The music wasn't good, and at times if we were playing, we couldn't make conversation bc of the volume. We just like going to more low key places. The atmosphere was kind of douchy, maybe it's the area, or the service was weird. One bartender was really excited we were there and was too in our business. They are probably excited for new business which I would recommend for people bar hopping in the area and again all the games are free to play, which is super cool.

This bar is super cool!!! Loved the set up!! The drinks and food are great!!! The employees are super nice and always checkin in on people! For sure going to be heading back soon!

Not really into going to bars but this one seems great. I'm not one for large crowds and this one was not empty but also not jammed packed. Could be that the place just opened a few weeks ago but I could see this being the bar I go to the most. Mainly because I love Esports and it's not solely dedicated to that. I also love regular sports, which we actually watched the Texas Longhorn season opener here.

I love Valhalla. It's a dream bar I've always wanted to open myself but was scared of the concept. Besides the occasional douche bro that gets crazy about playing madden or fifa, the people that go there are mostly nerds and are friendly. The staff are fantastic, especially Ein and Jorge. One of my new places I'm happy to become a regular at. Also, the doritos mozz sticks are the most guilty of guilty pleasures.

This spot is having their grand opening on the 15th but is open now. Food is great, drinks are even better. Try the slushies. There's plenty to play and try out and it's such a unique fun way to go out in Austin for anybody.
