This is one of the newly established restaurants connected to the Valley Forge Casino Resort, this specifically located right off the lobby of the Radisson Hotel. The resort's take on gastropub, you can get different types of draft beers including Guinness here along with burgers, fries, pot pies, etc. Very dark woods, booths and a large bar fill the room.
Since the prices of the food here is on par with the food prices for the other eateries right off the casino floor, this is a nicer atmosphere to get food unless you want to hear the hum and noise of the casino the whole time. (Which isn't a bad thing, it just depends on what you want).
From 4:30 to 7 they have a happy hour that includes $3 drafts, $4 house wines, well drinks and on (at least Wednesdays) whiskey you call its. I really wanted to experience the burger, so I went with the Tavern Burger which came with both blue and cheddar cheese, lettuce, tomato, and onion and sides of ketchup, mayo and mustard. At my server's recommendation, I also got barbecue sauce. Sandwiches also come with a side of your selection of fries, sweet potato fries or onion rings. I was really please with my food. Filling and delicious. I would definitely recommend this place as an alternative to some of the eateries immediately connected to the mall. Plus when you spend over $10 you can get the casino access card!!!
The also offer live music; when I first sat down, there was a piano player.
I also want to give a shoutout to my server Jaime, who as my friend said while we were eating "she seems genuinely happy to be here and likes her job, which is hard to find in the food industry."
