A wonderful experience from start to finish. Got the pleasure in spending some time with the owner who was more than accommodating. Food and wine were amazing! I hope to visit again soon

We did spend there 3 nights, around this 15/08, for business; and it was just splendid and grogeous. Staff is amazingly at his place and there when needed. The food and wines were of high standards. The Hotel as well as around and sauna/ gym were very clean. A very good quality/ price for such an excellence. Thanks

I had the absolute please to be in Valuas restaurant for a business event. The staff is everything! They were the kindest and most tonightful with our event. The food was rather nice. I had probably the best schnitzel I have ever had! I can highly recommend a cool G&T on the terrace - the view to the river is tranquil and enticing, and the G&T was probably one of the best ones I've had in a very long time.

Higher price after booking confirmation, be careful with booking this hotel on booking-site! I booked this hotel for a business trip 2 weeks in advance on booking, and a few days later, on the weekend, they wrote me a message, wanting 30% more money or else they would cancel the booking. I did not see the message because I do not work on the weekend, so they just cancelled the booking 24h after the message. In addition, the 30% higher price was even higher than you could find online for the same period. Pretty poor, so be careful with this hotel.

I left the hotel for the afternoon and when I came back I received the message that they had changed my room because they found that my room was better fit for another customer and therefore they had packed up all my stuff and moved it to another room. Rule #1 in the hotel business. Keep your hands off my stuff. You could've called me and asked if it was okay or waited till I got back. You don't just take my stuff and move it. Your bad planning or the new customers requirements is not my problem! Will I come back? Not a chance.

Spent 3 nights here, end October, on a business trip. ||From check-in I found the staff to be warmly welcoming, friendly and highly efficient. Throughout reception, the lounge and the restaurant there was a very high standard of truly professional staff offering a first class customer service - extremely attentive - but not imposing or intrusive. The service was perfect - someone was always there just when you needed them - a very rare talent these days and a pleasure to enjoy.||The restaurant provided a exceptional menu - well varied and balanced. The overall emphasis was on quality and freshness served in a creative stylish fashion - so good in fact, I chose to have dinner here each of the 3 nights. The wine list is also extensive.||Hotel Valuas was truly a breath of fresh air for a well travelled businessman. Would highly recommend.

No iron, no guest information book, phone in room doesn't call reception and doesn't do room service.|| ||The doors are also locked all day on a Sunday and in the evenings so if you want to enter the building you might need to enter through the kitchen like I did or wait for 10 minutes until someone appears to open the door. ||||Some of the staff were incredibly friendly and professional however i think he was the restaurant manager (slim with the dark slick back hair) was incredibly unprofessional and therefore wouldn't return to this hotel nor recommend it to anyone else.

The rooms are typical small rooms for a small Dutch Inn, but the restaurant is something else. Well worth a week's stay just to enjoy the gastronomic experience. Very friendly staff, clean rooms, and exquisite food.
