Van Leeuwen Ice Cream is an amazing ice cream shop! They have so many unique and delicious flavors — the mango sorbet was nuts (in the best way!). Everything tasted super fresh and high-quality. The staff were so friendly and welcoming, and the whole experience was great from start to finish. It’s definitely on the pricier side, but totally worth it for the quality and creativity. Highly recommend!

I’ve been waiting for Charlotte to open a location and boy did they exceed my expectations. Love that they normally have at least 6 vegan options. Everyone there is always so kind! And flavors are immaculate!

Staff was friendly. Store nice and clean. Was able to try some samples since it was my first time trying the ice cream from Van Leeuwen. Waffle cones are delicious and of course so is the ice cream. My son and I will definitely go again.

I lucked out and visited Van Leeuwen's for the first time when Dan was working! Dan kindly guided me through all of their flavors and told me the unique story behind each one. I quickly realized this was more than just stopping in for a casual scoop; this was a carefully curated ice cream education experience! I learned about the history of Van Leeuwen, the importance they place on how they source their ingredients, the way they choose their flavors, and more than that, I met a person who was genuinely happy and passionate with the work they do every day. Thank you for making me feel so welcome in your sugary-scented ice cream wonderland, Dan! I can't wait to come back and get the Honeycomb flavor again!

The ice cream is fantastic. Customer service is supreme. I wanted one flavor that I sampled, chose another and Dan saw my sadness and replaced it for me at a discount price. This after I told her I was from out of town. Super impressed.
