Van Leeuwen Ice Cream

We love this place! I enjoy the various flavors available that continuously change. The permanent flavors are great too! Never too much of a wait, and be sure to try flavors that seem interesting. My wife is vegan/gluten free mostly, and had plenty of options so I’d say vegan friendly for sure. We usually bring a cooler bag and ice packs and walk down to a park or to our apt to eat. Ice cream is top notch, definitely worth a visit!

It’s pretty good, they were nice. Metal spoons for samples. Wasn’t paying attention to those details at the time until we were asked to return Them. Bruh , trust me I don’t want your little metal spoons ;D ! I had the pistachio, bae had the mango sticky rice.

Good and friendly service. Bae got his pistachio flavored something and I had the mango sticky rice flavor. It was so delicious. Wish I had a tub of it. But I see they sell at stores in the containers. Finna get some.

Great new location, employees are helpful and friendly. The mango sticky rice flavor is so good, love all the different flavors available here. Pumpkin cheesecake milkshake is yummmmy.

I saw the sign frozen yogurt so I went in and I bought frozen yogurt for $12. The lady didn't even bother to fill the bottom of the cup. It didn't have that lengthy twirl at the top because she cut it at the height of the cup's rim. I might as well have gotten a cone; it would have cost me less. For that price and the little amount they gave, I could have gone to the other frozen yogurt stores on Bedford (more variety, cost less.) If you're craving frozen yogurt, for the price and the amount they put in the cup, it's not worth it. Also, even when you're buying a quart, they barely pack it. They just scoop ice cream and put it in there. $17 gone. One time, I had to buy for $35! And I felt like I was robbed. When I got home, the spoon slid right down to the bottom, empty! I think management is probably telling these girls not to give the appropriate size of ice cream. The ice cream is not $5 in this economy. If we are spending money, the least you could do is fill the cup or the quart.

This is good ice cream. Real good. Maybe the best. A Baskin and Robins for the new millennium. Only 26 flavors though. Need six more and get 32 flavors. $9 for a scoop of ice cream seems insane to me. It’s great ice cream but its still just ice cream. You can just go in and try a sample of every flavor and leave if you feel unashamed.

Must try~ I asked for 3 scoops: pear almond, chocolate macadamia nut (lab specials), and corn blueberry. Service was good. Clean store. It’s fun seeing what happens in the lab through the clear glass.

Store was beautiful, the ice cream was incredible and the service was excellent!
