We got two bowls of noodles with the spice on the side (was sharing with kids). Definitely don’t be scared of the chilli, it adds a wonderful flavour and depth to the meal. Was good value and a Michelin recognised restaurant.

Very helpful to us foreigners, as the translation of the menu was very bad with Google. High quality food at great prices and helpful staff. Only consider cash for foreigners

Great noodles (they were listed on Michelin 2024). The owner was super friendly and gave me a lot of travel advice as she knew I was visiting here. Visit if you’re in Taichung!

Don't get me wrong, the food was nice, well presented. But I came here for spicyness but turned out disappointment. It was bland, and no spicy. When u had a tag line for' spice up ur life ' but what u get was like "vanilla". If u want to be edgy with ur food , go full speed. But the compliment went to the lady staff who was super nice explaining the menu in English to us. And cash only. Seriously!?

Got the Spicy Garlic Roast Beef Noodles (288NTD) for takeaway. Could only start eating it after about 45min of running around, but even then these noodles were so damn delicious. Everything just came together so nicely, from the spiciness of the chilli to the kick of the diced onions, the creaminess of the egg yolk, and the meatiness of the beef. So, so good.

Spicy noodle taste amazing, is not the typical spicy flavor. It is aromatic yet tingling sensation! Love it! Dumpling with spicy sauce was good!

Great place for spicy noodles. My favourite is the Roommate's Dinner. They also have great 小吃 (small dishes/appetizers). I love their spicy wontons and marinated pig ears. It's my favourite place for lunch in Taichung.
