food and service were excellent. We got the pork belly fries which I would highly would recommend. Also got the beehive pizza 10/10. Tried both of the mocktails they had to offer and both were refreshing and tasteful.

Google
We love Vault Brewing Company! First let me say the staff is STELLAR! (Christa & Sierra- hope I got their names right!) Super friendly, knowledgeable about all the beers and their mixed drinks are inventive and delicious! We ordered apps and they were fresh and so so tasty! We are in Central NJ and try to get out weekly to new breweries and we have visited them twice in a month! We will def be back and recommend to all of our friends in the area and those who are looking to take a drive and discover a new place!

Google
Great apps and good. Average beer. Dog friendly semi-enclosed patio with fans and heaters. Duck apple pizza is phenomenal.

Nick C.

Google
Good beer, good food, good service. Nick was the best waiter I’ve ever had in my life. That man deserves a raise.

Google
This place was great. The hosts were friendly and accommodating. We had Allison as our server, she was awesome. The food was great and the atmosphere was super chill. The parking was a bit difficult, it was 2pm on a Saturday so that could be it but there was a lot in the back we noticed afterwards. All in all, this is a great place to kickback and relax with good food and drinks.

Google
Good selection of beers. Food is fresh, probably farm to table kinda thing. Shrimp tacos were delicious

Emily

Google
Enjoyed the grilled peach and prosciutto pizza, and all the appetizers we ordered. The hot honey pizza was too saucy and got soggy fast. We got a large slice of tiramisu for dessert.

Google
I threw a surprise birthday party for my wife and everything was absolutely perfect. The staff went above and beyond to make the night special, the food was delicious, and the drinks were top notch. From start to finish, the service and atmosphere made the celebration truly memorable. Highly recommend!

Yelp
Being from Jersey, I'm not used to breweries serving food, but here at Vault the food is delicious and a perfect compliment to their craft beer. We live about an hour away, but my fiancé's favorite spa occasionally brings us to Yardley. The last time we were in the area I stopped in to buy a 4 pack to drink at home. I asked the bartender for a recommendation based off of what I like and she gave me two suggestions and let me try a taste of both prior to buying. I brought the beer home to my parents and everyone enjoyed it so much we decided to make a day out of it during my fiancés next appointment. The building is an old bank, hence the name Vault, and the beers are named using bank and monetary references. The bar is small only offering 6 seats but there are a number of tables around the brewery as well. We were lucky enough to grab a high-top right next to the open kitchen so we were able to watch the cooks prepare each meal and admire each dish as it was placed in the window. Everything looked and smelled phenomenal. We started with beer of course: Of Hops And Clouds - NE style Pale Ale, Cassaforte - Italian style Pilsner, Futures Market - Hazy IPA, and a flight. We tried many of the beers offered on tap throughout the night, including Trading Futures - NEIPA, Orange Drips - Creamsicle IPA, Teller Pilsner - American Pilsner. We enjoyed everything we ordered and I truly believe there would be something for everyone here. They also are able to serve wine and liquor, another nice twist we're not used to by frequenting NJ breweries. I was shocked at how great the food was and I don't think you could go wrong with anything on this menu. We started with buffalo cauliflower which wasn't breaded and fried, but rather grilled with a beautiful char and tossed in their house-made buffalo sauce. Easily the best buffalo cauliflower I've ever had. We also had the Pork Belly fries which was fingerling potatoes sliced into fries served with perfectly crisp pork belly - another great dish especially to share. The Vault Burger patty was thick and served on a light and buttery brioche bun. The house-made Pastrami Pretzel Roll was one of the most unique sandwiches I've ever had. My fiancé joined us after she was finished at her appointment and ordered an espresso martini - which she loved - and the Wild Mushroom pizza. The crust on the pizza was light and airy but at the same time charred to a perfect crisp. We were impressed by everything we ordered to say the least. Our server, Morgan, was friendly and made our experience even more enjoyable. She gave some great recommendations and even said that most of their ingredients are locally sourced and how numerous items are made in house. I think we can all appreciate a business that doesn't cut corners when it comes to the quality of food they serve and ingredients they use. Vault not only has great beer, but an outstanding menu. If I lived closer I would definitely be a regular here.

Yelp
As usual, a great spot for lunch. When was the last time you ate in an old bank, complete with 2 vaults and safe deposit boxes ? Great atmosphere! It's not inexpensive but worth it with a nice size menu of great sounding items and a sizable choice of beer. The servers are all nice and knowledgeable and ours today, Lisa Marie, was attentive without hovering over the table. The Mediterranean Mezze brought 2 large plates to the table: one was Garlic Hummus and the other whipped Feta - both delicious. The Mushroom Carnitas with salsa crema, charred pineapple pico de Gallo on house made corn tortillas was very good as was the Duck & Apple mushroom pizza, a selection we almost always get. Great place to check out !

Yelp
I enjoyed my second experience at Vault Brewing last night. The atmosphere is casual, but it's still perfect for a date night or dinner with friends. The food is consistently good; last night, we enjoyed the chicken nachos, and they were excellent. The service is always polite and prompt. This is becoming a regular spot for us!

Yelp
We went to Vault earlier this evening. We learned that Yelp really doesn't take waitlist seating even though we received a text saying we were on the waitlist. Thankfully our hostesses took great care of us and got us seating and our sever was wonderful. The food was great and we enjoyed being at the Vault. Just be aware not to get on the waitlist it doesn't work. Gave the staff 5 stars because they deserved it!!

Yelp
Fabulous, fabulous... some of the best food we have had anywhere. Each dish was unique, plates beautifully, with such different flavors. The Cauliflower had this pickled celery around the plate which was unexpectedly amazing. A special of Charred Broccoli was divine. 8 of us shared 2 orders of the Spanish Octopus and it was a winner. The pizza's are perfectly cooked & dressed with wonderful combinations, the peach & prosciutto being my favorite, then the Duck & apple. Service was warm & attentive, food spaced out well along with drinks. Soft live music from the bar area and also live music downstairs in the bar which was a bit louder. We all agreed that The Vault is a gem & look forward to returning soon, our kids live right here in Yardley.
google avatar

Christine S.

Yelp
We had a really great meal here after visiting sesame place! The burger was outstanding and my husband had the rueben, which was a solid choice also. Service was kind and friendly. No kids menu, which is a bit of a bummer- there were LOTS Of kids in there at the same time as us. Wasn't a deal breaker though. Overall, I highly recommend this spot!

Yelp
While we didn't eat any food, really enjoyed the wide selection of New England IPAs and even picked my favorite in a 4-pack from the fridge on our way out. The interior is hip & cozy, staff is super friendly and chill, and the menu looked really great-pity we came here after a fullfilling lunch elsewhere, but I was eyeing others enjoying their pizzas :) If in the area again,we'll definitely be back!
google avatar

Yelp
Was craving some pizza while I was visiting home and knew I had to stop at the Vault. Not only are their brick oven pizzas SO good (I got the traditional pepperoni) but it's a little nicer than your average pizza place. It's a literal old bank vault turned into a restaurant. It was so freaking cool!! They make all their own beers in house, I recommend the Bear Hug and the staff is also super friendly- definitely worth it for dine in or pick up on pizza nights
google avatar

Mike M.

Yelp
A Yardley staple! Awesome fresh made draft beer, top notch food, and great service! Love the pizzas, buffalo cauliflower, and pretzel braid! Love the interior vibe and decor. Some nights has live music, and they are dog friendly on their outside deck. Love getting back to Vault!
google avatar

Jill N.

Yelp
Nice brewery. A must try. Great juicy hazy IPA. The food was equally delicious. The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. I would definitely return when in the area.

Kevin Z.

Yelp
Excellent service. Juicy burger. Loved the crisp and flavorful pretzel bread with spicy mustard. Fun array of take home beers available at the bar

Yelp
Had a great experience during my visit to Yardley, PA! A friend of mine and I went, we each had a few beers, which were amazing, and a pizza! I had the brown sugar buffalo pizza and my friend had the bee sting, both were amazing. We also split the guacamole for an appetizer. Our server was great and knowledgeable about the menu & beers.
google avatar

Glenn S.

Yelp
Great beer. Excellent pizza. Friendly and attentive service. Live Jazz. Good happy hour and elevated appetizers. What's not to like? Maybe the wait to get a table or a seat at the bar. I can assure you it's worth the wait. You simply cannot go wrong here.
google avatar

Yelp
If I'm in the Yardley area I LOVE this spot! GREAT BEERS, great food, great atmosphere. I somehow forget to take pictures when I'm here, sorry I'll do better. Kids pizza was excellent. I got the mushroom pie and it was also great if you like mushrooms. Stop and check them out.

Yelp
VaultBrewing has been a mainstay for us whenever we visit family outside fo Yardley. Good beers and great food and the wait staff is always super freindly. My one knock is that because they have a lot of staples that stay on tap and in cans for a while, they don't seem to rotate what's available beyond seasonally. Although the Peach sour I started with last night was very good. They have a lot of great beers though, and their "Fat Tail" stout and the one similar to it are our favorites. They have changed their menu up again recently and it's great. I just have 2 nitpicks: 1) The "Bee Sting" pizza was not spicy--the hot honey was drowned out by something or had been completely absorbed, which is a shame. 2) The Octopus appetizer really needs to be on a smaller plate for the portion. The food on the whole last night was super tasty as always and we loved everything.

Yelp
I really like the aesthetic of the place. It's interesting that this location used to be a bank. It's quite a spacious place. The beer selection is good. They have a food selection of food. The service was friendly. It's a nice place to come get a drink and have some snacks. Also they have outdoor seating and live music. P.S. the tshirts merch is really nice.

Yelp
I don't know what to make of this place. The service was great, if you enjoy spending more time reassuring your server that you have everything you want than conversing with your date. The little pizza we ordered was outstanding. Very tasty peperoni, crust was just right, and they use honey on it as well, which surprised the hell out of me and then delighted me once I adjusted. I asked for oregano or Italian spice mix. Sorry, man, no gots. Environment is very plain, almost spartan, and the staff doesn't seem terribly adept at wiping up when tables change over. Drink options were miserable, owing to, I am told, a very funky liquor license arrangement that supposedly restricts wine and beer to local stuff. I asked for a glass of port wine and was told no dice. I'd have probably walked out quickly and unceremoniously if not for the fact that my very beautiful and charming date was happy as a clam, and I'm not putting THAT vibe at risk, crappy spices and libations be damned!
google avatar

Emily M.

Yelp
We stopped here after the halloween drive i'm down the street. My friends are all big brew heads. This atmosphere they have here is unique. Everyone had a great time and the drink menu was more extensive than other breweries as they could also serve liquor. I really liked my drink and they had holiday drinks as well. The food was decent but maybe a little too over the top. I'd rather have a few options that are really good than a bunch of subpar options. I'd say come for the drinks and head out after a pizza!

Yelp
It's been a while since I've been to The Vault in Yardley. For no other reason than life got busy :). (I frequent their sister place, Pretty Bird across the street - excellent place for crafted coffee, hard to find in this area. They actually craft coffee drinks vs push buttons. But I digress...). Went to The Value for the first time in many many months the other day and the beer selection has grown! It's always been great if not excellent. Varied and finally not so many IPAs crowding the menu! Some fruited sours and a couple stouts too! Get the flight and try them all :). The menu shifted to their spring menu and consistently, the wood fired pizzas are excellent. While some classics have disappeared (I suspect you can request them?) the new options are great! The crust is thin, slightly sweet, never burnt but often crispy just enough to please. The toppings are appropriate and not congested in one area but well distributed. And the sauce? Excellent! I can't comment on the rest of the menu yet, but in the past it didn't let down. Quality, quantity, good to great! Why no 5 stars? Because The Vault used to make home made graham crackers and had a s'mores dessert with dark chocolate and peanut butter options that was truly special. It's a shame they stopped making these as it was a major reason we went often as a family - even if only for dessert many times. I think they may have made their own marshmallows as well. Highly recommended.

Peter G.

Yelp
Just all around awful. Lousy beer and food. Ambiance is loud and the service is the worst.

Valerie R.

Yelp
Interesting food but it would be nice if they also served coffee and tea. Not everyone wants to walk across the street to Pretty Birds to get a takeout and bring it back in the middle of a meal
google avatar

Elizabeth C.

Yelp
We stopped at the Vault Brewery after going to Sesame place. The beers hit the spot after a long day walking in the park. They have a nice covered outdoor seating area. The pork belly fries were amazing, the fries were thick wedges, pork was seasoned and cooked perfectly and the two aiolis on the plate really complimented the fries. They sell 4-packs of beer togo so we grabbed a pack for home. We enjoyed our experience here and would definitely return when we are in the area.
google avatar

Carly L.

Yelp
Great selection of beers; I had a flight of 4 (Hidden Values, Of Hops and Clouds, Public Offering, Dead Cat Bounce) and each one was delicious. The pork belly tacos ($16) only come with two tacos instead of the usual three, but don't be put off - they are actually loaded with toppings and it was definitely enough for a meal. The buffalo chicken salad ($17) similarly came with a generous portion of meat. Dog friendly outside!
google avatar

Antonina E.

Yelp
I am shooook at the good reviews here. I've had their brews out occasionally and really enjoyed them. But the flavor pretty much stopped there. Everything on the menu we tried lacked flavor. The white pizza, the pork belly fries (which came with flavorless potato wedges), and the wood fire octopus (again mostly flavorless potato wedges). The salad was also overdressed unfortunately. Service was kind of lackluster, and we felt like we were being annoying by asking our waitress questions about the menu. but honestly I could care less about that if the food is delicious. Their beers on tap were all pretty basic IPAs so I didn't find anything I much enjoyed in this category either. Which I was pretty bummed about, considering you usually go to a brewery for the food. I veeery rarely am this disappointed in a restaurant so I hate to write reviews like this, but I definitely recommend skipping a meal or even app here.

Dawn T.

Yelp
Wow the setting is really cool. It's an old bank hence the name. We ate apps and a pizza. From the name you might think it is only beer, but they have a decent menu. It was pretty busy at 5 pm on Friday. Servers were pleasant and food arrived quickly. Street parking is only one hour so park in the lot across the street instead.
google avatar

Simon W.

Yelp
Great food in an otherwise kinda sleepy town. The pizzas is my favorite ticket here, Duck & Apple and Spicy Sausage are some of the best toppings I've ever had on top of a pizza. I don't think I've ever had duck on top ever much less apple! But the combination definitely worked. The Margharita is fine as well for the less adventurous. Having planned a private back room area for a party was easy and perfect. We were given a bartender for our event who was attentive and kept it flowing throughout the event. Definitely would return!

Yelp
Recently met a GF at The Vault on a weekday (Monday 3/22). The weather was beautiful for March so we chose to sit outside in the front on Yardley's Main Street...great spot to people watch. There is additional seating in the back with large tents and heating lamps. This place is known for their brewery but their cocktails/wine selection is just as good. We ordered a glass of Merlot and their Berry Sangria. Our apps were the Buffalo cauliflower and Hummus trio. This was more than enough for the both of us. Our server was pleasant. She gave me time to go through the menu which you could download with the bar code or request a paper menu. My friend is a regular. Overall, we enjoyed the service, food and drinks. Great place for a date or to catch up with friends.

Yelp
This was the cutest brewery in the cutest town! Was staying near Trenton for a week, and found this cute place right after talking a walk down the canal and we were super impressed! The downtown area here was so cute and we loved it, a short drive from the downtown area where we were staying. Hinted at in the name, this brewery is in an old bank. Sitting outside, I noticed across the street there were businesses in an old firehouse; repurposing old buildings seemed like a common theme in this town and I loved it! We walked in and it was super busy, and sadly, kind of small inside, so we knew we'd have to wait. Thankfully they let us grab a drink from the bar and sit outside while we waited, so we didn't mind waiting a bit. After 20 minutes or so we were seated right next to the vault! I ordered the brown sugar Buffalo pizza and my friend ordered the waffle grilled cheese. The pizza sounded weird - brown sugar on pizza? But all the flavors mixed together perfectly and it was honestly one of the best pizzas I've ever had. My friend also loved her grilled cheese. The beers I had were good, but tasted pretty much like most other IPAs I've had. There weren't many distinct flavor profiles I picked up. I was excited to try a blueberry IPA they had, but I didn't taste much blueberry at all. They also had a fridge full of 4-packs to go which was nice! Overall a very good experience and I'm super glad we tried this place.
google avatar

S F.

Yelp
We used to go to Vault at least twice a week in times past. It used to be really good and the beer was good to great. The help turned over too much, brewer left and food isn't as good. So sorry to say we never even think to go there now and we could walk.
google avatar

Angel C.

Yelp
Food was delicious, prices were not. Our party of three ordered the shishito peppers, pork bao buns, plain burger, duck tacos, and one drink. The total cost came to about $100. Everything tasted delicious, but the peppers were super greasy, and the tacos were tiny. You only get 2 baos and 2 tacos per order. Prices could be much lower for the amount of food you receive.
google avatar

Ted T.

Yelp
Wow! The wild mushroom pizza... unreal! Tasted even better than the unbelievable, impossible-to-resist aroma that made us order it. Grace and Alyssa were super cool and helpful behind the bar. Very relaxed and comfortable. A chill 8-person bar & taproom with high-tops. The place constantly smells amazing as the kitchen staff serve up a menu filled with uncommon tasty dishes! Stop here!!!

Yelp
Delicious pizza, great beer and a sexy ass vault to eat it by? Sign me up! I really enjoy coming to Vault to enjoy a night out. They have managed to maintain their lively and warm ambiance during a global pandemic. The servers are exceptionally friendly and helpful, guiding us through the drink menu and providing help on what to eat. We decided on the pork belly fries - something so unique and delcious! It came paired with to fancy sauces and the fries were more like crispy roasted potato wedges mixed in with big chunks of pork belly. Then the whole plate is smothered in cheese and brought to your table pipping hot. I think after this plate alone, we were full, but also had a pizza on the way. We decided on the duck, goat cheese, candied bacon pizza AND LORD DID IT DELIVER ALL THE FLAVOR! Yes, it deserves all those CAPS, because it is the most unique and delicious pizza I have ever had. How all those flavors mesh together but also stand out individually when you take each bite, is simply magic! We also were worried one pizza would not be enough for two of us but it is a pretty decent size. As for drinks I did a beer flight and my husband did an old fashioned. My flight included a sweet potato beer (weird, I know) but it worked and became my favorite! As for my hubby's old fashioned, he came home ready to remake it - that's how much he enjoyed it. If you have not had the chance, I highly recommend getting to the Vault, it is the perfect date night spot or dinner place. Make sure to make a reservation ahead of time during global pandemic times, they fill up quick.

Yelp
Stopped by for lunch with my daughter during a break from softball. They seated us quickly and took our orders when we were ready. Decent selection of beer to choose from and the Pilsner was pretty good. I had the chicken tacos which was listed as a special. It was a decent amount of food , but was a little lacking in flavor so would not order that again. I am from California so was hoping to get some swag like a shirt or something as a souvenir, but was told all their stuff is online only with nothing for sale at the brewery. That is kind of lame and they are probably missing out on a lot of spontaneous souvenir sales. I would probably check out a different brewery next time here. Cute downtown area and I found a parking spot pretty quickly.

Yelp
I'll start this review by saying I love Vault. It is one of my favorite restaurants in the area. Our favorite thing to get is their pizza, but we've also tried many of their delicious appetizers. I think they have great cocktails, and I'm a fan of their beer as well. Unfortunately, I think they have a problem with consistency. I debated giving 3 stars, but because the food is so good I went with 4. We've gone to vault in the past and been turned away because they were only taking reservations, only to call another day and find out they were walk in only. Last time we went they told us they weren't seating anyone because the basement was flooded and wouldn't take our name for a waitlist. The food itself can be inconsistent too. The pizza is often a little overdone or underdone (still delicious!) and sometimes we'll order the same pizza twice and the toppings will seem different. The menu seems to change often, so it's definitely a good idea to check before you go if you have your heart set on a certain item. They also currently state that flights can't be ordered during peak hours, but don't state what those hours are. Overall, I love vault and I will be back. I hope the managemenFor anyone who hasn't been, I recommend going in with an easygoing attitude. And if you can't get in your first time there, try to go back, because it's worth it!

Yelp
I love pub food and this place delivers top notch fare with flair. I was on the fence between getting a burger and the pastrami sliders and I was HUNGRY - my lovely waitress Alyson assured me that the sliders made for a formidable plate so I opted for the trio and WOW was I satisfied. I wish I thought to take a picture because the presentation was really nice. What made for an OVER-THE-TOP experience was that they allowed dogs in their outdoor COVERED AND HEATED deck, they fired up the heaters just for me and Sabine and brought her a bowl of water. 10/10 would go back again, we loved every aspect of my encounter!

Yelp
I've always have had a great experience here. Today I got there Italian sausage pizza which could have been cooked little longer to get that extra crisp, but overall it was very good and had great flavor. As you can tell from my photo 3/4 of the way done! Also, I had the Short Squeeze sour ale which doesn't pack too much of bitterness. Would be a great starter sour for someone trying to expand their pallet. Lastly, I had their Outside Days which was my fav of the night. Has the saison punch with lots of great notes of oak and has just a little spice to it.

Yelp
We are always excited to visit Vault Brewing - their food is so good that sometimes we forget it's actually a brewery with great beer! The Brown Sugar Buffalo pizza consists of the house hot sauce, mozzarella, prosciutto and brown sugar (pictured). While these ingredients may sound unconventional, what you get is a whole mouthful of flavors that burst when mixed together. Another time when I went with a group of friends, all 6 of us ordered this same pizza! And it's impossible to share because you NEED to take any leftovers home to eat the next day! The have great beer selections as well, and also offer wine, sangria, and a wonderful mix of cocktails. Something for everyone.

Yelp
Food is good, service subpar. We arrived and were told to wear a mask inside when going to the host stand. They weren't enforcing this, and most people weren't even wearing a mask. Whatever, but if you are going to have a rule, please enforce it. We were sat at our table, given one paper menu to share amongst the whole table of 6. Who knows if it was a new menu. It felt damp. Doesn't that defeat the purpose of a reusable menu? So everyone can have their own and toss it out after? Service was so slow, no water refills, waitress would leave before we could even ask for extra napkins and water. The duck and apple pizza was excellent. I did enjoy the pork belly fingerling fries as well. I enjoyed my blackberry drip beer, although I tasted none of the flavors noted.

Yelp
Exceptional customer service! The Vault staff exhibited confidence, kindness and professionalism throughout our dining experience. As first time diners, our inquiries were met with knowledge and genuine personal testimony. The food was fantastic! The savory strips of pork were equivalent to the potato wedges, making each bite a perfect mix. The duck & apple pizza was slightly crispy with the ideal amount of flavor as the two toppings marry. The duck was cooked to perfection, juicy and tender with the apples following suite. Well done guys. Pork BellyDuck & Apple PizzaDuck and Apple Pizza

Yelp
Laid back place with good food and beer. I walked in and sat at the bar. Got a salad and pizza to go that were delicious. I went out on a limb and tried the brown sugar buffalo pizza- a tad heavy on the brown sugar in a few bites but it was a great combo! Dead cat beer was good. I would definitely go back

Yelp
Beers good, pizza is whack, too much sauce, pre-made dough, weird. WIll try other things eventually

Yelp
Menu too funky. Not enough choices. Service and staff were adequate. Would not recommend this restaurant. Too many other good choices.

Yelp
Great beer, great food, great vibes - they transformed Yardley in the best way. I can't wait to see what their group does next.

Yelp
This was my first time at this location in 1.5 years! For appetizers we got some fries with some pork belly, for the main meal we shared a flatbread dog pizza as well as some beers on draft. The ambiance: I give it a four stars with great lighting create spacing arts and pictures on the wall as well as a area for live music. The location was off of Main Street with ample parking Service: The bartenders were very friendly as well as the bar manager giving you samples and trying out and explaining which drafts were on tap and what type of beer stay taste like. 5 stars! Food: 4 stars. All the food was great except if you order the fries the pork belly was a little bit larger than expected so it was a little bit chewy too in the food however the taste was still good. The sauces on the side were cilantro-based and were very tasteful. The flatbread was amazingly cooked perfectly done and not crispy

Yelp
Vault Brewing is a great spot to catch up with friends over drinks, but also delicious food. The ambience is what you'd expect from a brewery, dim, but quaint. BUFFALO CAULIFLOWER - The cauliflower was tasty! The cauliflower is coated in a decent amount of sauce, fair warning. I didn't think the dish was all too special, and could've used more bleu cheese (the bleu cheese is below the cauliflower on the board). If you love Buffalo flavor, you'll like this! WILD MUSHROOM PIZZA - Based on reviews, I assumed the pizza was personal size, but wow, it is definitely larger than personal. It provided about 3 servings for me, but 2 if you're hungrier! The truffle flavor was delicious, but the mushrooms on the pizza weren't anything special. Overall, it had good flavor, but it wasn't a strong flavor. While eating, I felt like I wanted a different flavor on the pizza. Not sure what flavor, but the pizza was missing something. Tried the Italian Sausage pizza and preferred that flavor profile, but my sister said she preferred the white mushroom. Depends on preference!

Yelp
We went to this place to eat pizza. It was ok. The pizza was not very good and not tasty. They have a nice oven but the dough sauce and cheese was not of good quality. Very bland. We did like the cauliflower appetizer but was not impressed with pork belly fries. The fries were more like potatoes and not French fries which is what we were expecting. The pretzel seemed stale and very hard not of pretzel consistency. The service was not very good either. My wife ordered the mandarin salad with chicken and they did not bring her chicken. We ordered cherry sodas and they ran out of syrup and gave us carbonated soda. Because of this the manager did comp the two orders of pretzels but unfortunately that is not enough to bring us back. Did not have a good experience there at all. Sorry folks.

Yelp
Clearly a locals' eatery and bar, the folks at Vault made this out-of-towner feel welcome. From the moment I walked in and was greeted by a polite and friendly hostess, to the fact the servers kept an eye on each other's tables ensuring my drink was never empty... the service was exceptional. I ordered the Cuban and opted for the caprese upgrade as my side. The mozzarella, tomato, and basil medley was refreshing, with the sweetness of the balsamic balancing it nicely. The Cuban was delicious... a perfect combination of salty and briny, pickled goodness. Though I would have preferred a yellow mustard option to the Vault's stone ground. I usually take my Old Fashioned with rye, but I have no complaints about the house's bourbon Old Fashioned. It was executed perfectly with hints of bitters and orange. My only real complaint is the seating options. Unless dining outside, you'll be seated at a high top table inside. The chairs are uncomfortable. It's unfortunate because had I been more comfortable, I would have happily ordered dessert and another drink. A small annoyance in an otherwise great experience. Cheers!
