I had a delicious home-cooked spicy wonton soup with plenty of vegetables. It was a nice, hearty and savory meal that hits the spot. I’d love to come back the next time I’m in town!

Google
We had a nice meal. This was my second time visiting. A bit more salt in the food. We ordered a string bean and tofu, a pork w vegetables and a fried taro appetizer. It was all good.

I recently discovered this place and I was really looking forward to going. I'm not a vegetarian, but if Veggie Today (a superb vegan restaurant in downtown Concord across from Brendan Theater) ever opened a location in Sac, I definitely would become a vegetarian. This place looked promising, with an extensive menu, and everything looks delicious. But looks can definitely be deceiving. I was SO disappointed. I ordered kung pao tofu and crispy chicken. The kung pao consisted of large pieces of braised tofu and broccoli in a pleasant tasting sauce. The tofu (about six good-sized chunks) was good, but the broccoli was not fresh. After eating four florets, I knew it wasn't going to get better; I didn't finish it. The coating on the small chunks of chicken was devoid of seasoning, as was the chicken itself (I believe it's made from tofu, which requires a ton of seasoning); furthermore, it was a bit dry and over fried. I also ordered a boba, which I expected to be freshly made based on other reviews. It wasn't; it came in a premixed sealed cup. I liked it, but it would have been better had it been freshly made. On top of all that, the sticker shock was... well, shocking! I know I have to overpay for GOOD food (everything's overpriced, especially in California), but nothing I ordered here was worth the $35 I had to pay! I could've gotten 3 delicious meals at Panda Express for the same money.

Google
The food was amazing. The fried pumpkin was perfectly salted and spiced. The satay eggplant and tofu was delicately sautéed with a subtle peanut flavor. The spicy wontons were not very spicy but the sauce was on point. There was a small mixup in the Boba order but they fixed it quickly and the Beam Purple Peach tea turned out to be so good my daughter tucked it down before I could even get a taste. Kids love purple!!

Google
Kung Pao tofu was delicious ! Very good. The coconut curry soup was very watery and bland, I would not order again. Did not taste the curry or the coconut. Staff offered me a “concentrated broth” to add to the soup , which was still very bland. Please change the recipe, this dish has so much potential

Google
Vegan Mongloan beef was nicely seasoned, and came with plenty of good vegetables. It did not, however, taste like Mongolian beef. The Veggie Delight also was quite tasty. Portions were ample.

Google
The food came out quick and it was hot. I had the sweet and sour chicken, it was delicious. My daughter had the fried pumpkin and she really enjoyed it. My sister got the fried wontons and spring rolls and she enjoyed them as well. We all got drinks, the brown sugar milk tea, the passion fruit green tea and the mango green tea, all the drinks were very tasty. This was all of our first time trying this restaurant and we will definitely be returning.😋

Google
Really good vegan spot! We had the chow mein (vegan beef and chicken) and fried rice both really tasty and big portions. Only knock is it could have been a little cleaner but not a major issue, would still recommend for a good quality vegan meal at a good price. Staff was friendly too and the service was super fast.

Yelp
A VEGAN gem in the heart of downtown/midtown SAC... This review is for the restaurant that shares location with the bubble tea bar E tea. Food: Fried pumpkin - 5/5 - a straight forward snack Fried taro - 5/5 - a straight forward snack Spicy wontons - 5/5 - pretty good flavor Walnut vegan prawns 5/5- nice; I'd get it again Satay beef chow mein - 3.5/5 - good but not impressed Orange vegan chicken - 4/5 - pretty good but it doesn't resemble Panda Express' version Satay taro pumpkin and vegan spareribs - 4/5 - pretty good but not sure I'd get again Bangkok fried rice - 5/5 - a favorite! Flavorful! I would get it again. Singapore vermicelli - 5/5 - pretty good vegan version of the original Ambience: Decent dining area. Standard design. Service: Only did take out, but no complaints!

Yelp
This review will be focused only on drinks! I'm in town for an expo nearby at the SAFE convention center. Even being outside of my sgv bubble, I still wanted boba lmao. Found this place via google, but didnt know it was a vegan restaurant. Service was really nice! I was allowed to sub out/exclude toppings since I was ordering for friends. I ordered a mango green tea with boba (to sub out aloe), but they didn't ask to adjust sweetness levels. Staff directed me to the side to retrieve my drinks. Bobarista was pleasant to talk to. Since I told him I'm from out of town, he showed me a shorter way to get back to the convention center. I got my drink and off I went. I appreciate you dude! My mango gt was wonderful and boba was good. It was cooked perfect and had a good amount of sweetness. Drink had a perfect level of sweetness! I'm unlikely to return, but I'd recommend this spot to anyone that's in the downtown area.

Yelp
The food was delicious, packaged well for takeout. Even the packaging and utensils are Earth conscious. I had the Vegan Bowl 3 and Salt & Pepper Fried Pumpkin. Next time I'm in town I will definitely eat here again as dine in, and have more of their tasty treats including a tea. Sorry, no pics. I couldn't pause long enough to take a photo. I'll also add the portions were enough to share. Call ahead if you can, otherwise be prepared and patiently wait for your dish. They are freshly prepared, and worth the wait.

Yelp
A very late review as we were there early August. Not being a Vegan the food was surprisingly excellent, we couldn't tell with some of the dishes that they weren't meat! The pumpkin and eggplant were especially yummy! Service was fantastic and Ben was so kind as we kept ordering more dishes for the 8 of us! The Mango boba was Amazing!

Yelp
Love their golden knots. Casual, walk up to order, number given and food delivered to seat. They also do lots of takeout- very good food, reasonable priced. It's the first Vegan food that I a meat eater crave. I wouldn't mind going vegan if all vegan dish tastes this good. Also had their eggplant with tofu and crispy tofu - all delicious. It's sparely decorated, casual but clean. Wish they had a location near me.

Yelp
Still delicious vegan food and Ben at the counter was so nice and knowledgeable. Best vegan wings and dumplings. Just yum! Noodle dishes are outstanding. All the flavor in every dish. Boba teas are 100% vegan and I love getting a Thai tea from here.

Yelp
I appreciate the generous portions, menu variety, location, and deliciousness. One of my favorite restaurants in Sacramento.

Yelp
The food was good! Not great! My bf and I agree that we'd eat there again if friends wanted to go there but might not go on our own accord. I had a pickup order and it was ready on time. The interior was cute and casual.

Yelp
I stopped into Vegan Deadly Sins a little by accident. I was staying nearby for business and walked right by it. Vegan? Deadly Sins? Did I read that right? Sounds like the place for me. I stopped in my tracks and then went inside. The interior is nice and well lit. They have some menus overhead and some portable ones as well. I enjoyed the cleanliness of the restaurant as well as the kind service. The helpful employee asked me if I had any questions and if I needed help just speak up. At that point there were few people in the restaurant as I was kind of between lunch and dinner service. I ordered the General Tso's vegan chicken bowl and some spicu Ma Pao tofu, both for carryout. My order came out quickly, I'd say 5-10 minutes later. I really enjoyed the General Tso's bowl. The flavors were spot on, the vegan chicken texture was delicious and all the ingredients were fresh and flavorful. The ma pao tofu could have used some more spice but it was tasty as well. I certainly will return given the chance.

Yelp
I've stopped into Vegan Deadly Sins a few times now and each time I've tried to order different items. On my latest visit I stopped in to grab takeout They're located on the corner of 15th and I, and there's plenty of street parking. Vegan Deadly Sins and E Tea are in the same building and use the same cashier as well as online ordering platform. It makes me think they market them separately so they can highlight that they're a full restaurant AND offer different fruit and milk teas. As far as I saw everything offered is vegan. On my latest visit I ordered the Curry Tofu Udon Soup ($13.99), and then ordered a Passionfruit tea ($5.50) and a Winnie the Pooh tea without the added toppings ($5.50) from E Tea. The staff was friendly and made sure my order was correct before putting it in, especially since I opted for no toppings in my drinks. I received a buzzer and found a seat in the restaurant to wait for my order. There is a good amount of seating and they have some cute decorations, including a little neon sign of a cow getting abducted by aliens. I had stopped in just after 2pm so it wasn't too busy. My food and drinks came out together and I took everything home to enjoy. When I unpacked everything I noticed my soup had spilled a bit during the drive- luckily they put it in a bag so it kept a mess from being made. The udon noodles were packed separately from the broth with veggies and tofu as well. I also found a bag with two sesame balls that were a little bonus- I've received these each time I've ordered food from them so it seems like this is a fun extra they offer to guests. The soup was tasty and the veggies were fresh and plentiful. Personally I would have liked my curry soup a bit thicker and the flavor more concentrated to be a hearty soup. As is it's light and healthy tasting and the broth allows the flavors of the veggies to shine through by not being over powering. I'm still working my way through the menu to find my favorites. This is definitely a solid spot for vegans and vegetarians. As an omnivore I have enjoyed my meals here too.

Yelp
On my time in Sacramento it is a must that I bring back (to NY) food from here. I, & my entire family love, their Mongolian beef, and their shrimp fried rice, they're Thai fried rice with added chicken, their Boba tea, fried tofu, and sesame balls, among other things. These have become a requirement to bring back always. The ambiance is chill, with limited seating for very large crowds, but there's always a spot available. Plus, they have a selfie wall. Don't forget to get your sauces on the way out and they always give you sesame treats for placing an order. Love that detail!!! I'll be back next week, can't wait.

Yelp
At the beginning of July, I placed an order from Vegan Deadly Sins through DoorDash. I ordered the ham fried rice and the chicken chow mein. I normally don't like the vegetable mix in the chow mein, so when I order in person, I ask for just the noodles and chicken -- no problem. But on DoorDash, there's no option to customize, so I usually just pick the veggies out myself. This time, as I started to remove the vegetables, I found a dead green caterpillar in the chow mein. Let that sink in -- a caterpillar. I was disgusted. I immediately contacted DoorDash, who refunded my meal, and I threw everything away. What made this worse was the complete silence from the restaurant. I reached out to Vegan Deadly Sins directly -- not to cause trouble, but because I've ordered from them many times and thought they'd want to know. I received no response at all. Finding a dead insect in your food is bad enough. But ignoring a loyal customer who brought it to your attention? That's unacceptable and unprofessional. If I hadn't picked through the vegetables, I wouldn't have even seen it -- meaning I could have eaten it without knowing. That's extremely unsanitary. I'm posting this so others can make an informed choice. Be cautious when ordering from this place.

Yelp
Walking distance to the state capitol, it is a convenient place for a quick lunch or dinner with fast service, fresh ingredients and delicious food. I went all out and even got black tea with boba to go.

Yelp
This place is a vibe! The menu is massive it's about 6/7 pages. Everything is 100%vegan. The portions are large which is a huge plus. I had the vegan Mongolian beef which has the perfect spice level. The vegan beef was tender and the vegetables were delicious. I also was obsessed with the spicy wontons they were so good. The service was very fast after we ordered! The restaurant is the style where you order at the counter then they bring it to you. I would go back again!

Yelp
I recently visited this restaurant while visiting Sacramento. The man working at the counter was really helpful and friendly -- he took time to help me choose my dish, which I appreciated. I ordered the General Tso "chicken" with a watermelon slushy. The rice was extra. I asked for the dish with less spice, which I kind of regret because it ended up lacking flavor overall. I'd rate the food around 6/10, and the slushy about 5/10. For the price, I felt the quality didn't quite measure up. Also, the restaurant itself wasn't very aesthetic or particularly clean, and apart from the helpful man, the other staff weren't very friendly. Overall, I wouldn't personally recommend this place, but I do appreciate the good service I received from the guy at the counter.

Yelp
This place is a GREAT find. It was walking distance from the SAFE center, so easy to get to when you're there on business or for lunch breaks on a work day. The food was delicious and amazing. Everything is vegetarian/vegan. I ordered an eggplant and tofu stir fry. It was so flavorful and delicious. My friend and I also shared some appetizers - fried egg rolls. So delicious and the food was fresh when brought to you. I didn't get to try the boba but my friend ordered and she said it was refreshing. The restaurant itself is tucked in a corner so you'll have to look out for it. Parking can be tough as it seems like it was only street parking but there are garages around the area if you don't mind the extra steps. 10/10 I would highly recommend this to vegetarian/vegan friends or if anyone wants to grab a green meal!

Yelp
Our regular Vegetarian place we go to was closed on Wednesday. So we resorted to Yelp to find a new vegetarian place to try out. We stumbled upon Vegan Deadly Sins. It's located in downtown, so parking can be tricky. For us, we went around 2:30p, so parking was too difficult. The place itself is a good size. Lots of seating for people wanting to dine in. We ordered ahead of time to take back home. I got to the cashier, gave them my name, paid and tip, and I was on my way. We ordered quite a few dishes to try out. We were really excited to try out a new vegetarian spot, however we were left pretty disappointed. Most of the dishes left a bad after taste. So bad that we ended up not finishing it and throwing it out. And I really hate to waste food. The vegan chicken and vegan beef had a bad after taste as if it was straight from the can and not even washed or seasoned. The only dish that was worth finishing was the Satay Eggplant and Tofu. Most likely because it didn't have any of the "Vegan" meats. 1. Walnut Vegan Prawns 2. Satay Taro Pumpkin Spareribs 3. Satay Eggplant and Tofu 4. Sweet and Sour Vegan Chicken 5. Satay Beef Chow Mein 6. Crispy Vegan Chicken Appetizer I really wanted to enjoy the food at this place. Maybe it was just a bad day? Maybe the chef decided not to clean the vegan meat or season it? Unfortunately, I would not recommend this place to my vegetarians out there.

Yelp
I am not vegan nor vegetarian so for me to give five stars, this place impressed me. Great service and for me, their chicken chow mein is a must have. Slight texture variation on the tufo chicken but all in all a great dish. I've had a few more but this is my go to, I highly recommended it. The sesame balls are great way to wrap up a meal here. Oh yeah.... the broccoli beef is one for you non-vegans, very yummy! Street parking only but always available, its worth a stop in for vegans, vegetarians, and meat eaters.

Yelp
This spot is close to my office so I frequently stop in. I wish they were open 5 days during the week, but goes to show they are on my mind. The food is always so delicious and it's nice having options loaded with flavor. They get the food out quick if you don't have a lot of time but they have a handful of tables if you want to dine, and it's usually with very nice, quiet folks.

David B. J.

Yelp
Outstanding food. Everything we had was amazing!!!! The price really can't be beat. Every dish was so good we order more to take home. The vegan chicken chow-mien, green beans, fried rice was excellent

Yelp
Wowwww I love Vegan Deadly Sins! Since my first review a couple of years ago... we somehow never went back lol. We decided to satisfy our craving for Chinese food this past weekend and were so excited when we remembered how good Vegan Deadly Sins was! I think they have truly MASTERED their vegan recipes and are so tasty! We went with a solid order of orange "chicken", kung pao tofu, veggie chow mein, crispy "chicken", and an extra order of rice balls for dessert (they give you get a couple complimentary ones with your order!). All was hot, fresh, and delicious! Highest recommendations!

Yelp
I recently went to Vegan Deadly Sins with my beloved. First off we ordered and shared two dishes. We ordered the Vegan Chicken Chowmein. This was superb. Good size portion and flavorful. We aren't big fans of mock meat yet the vegan chicken was well done with good flavor and texture. This dish hit the spot. The second dish we ordered was the Spicy Kung Pao Tofu. We didn't like the texture of the tofu. It was too soft and we didn't care for the sauce. One plus of this dish was that it came with lots of broccoli so that was welcome. Overall if we returned we would go with a chowmein and perhaps a wonton soup or another noodle dish. No doubt we will be back at some point yet so many other vegan restaurants in Sacramento that we likely would return to Veg Cafe and perhaps the vegan taco spot or another spot since there are several before returning here. We are happy to see that Sacramento has a plethora of vegan restaurants which is awesome!

Yelp
Shares an indoor space with E Tea so you could get your boba tea drink fix at the same time (yes it's also vegan - they use oat milk by default). Street parking. Order and pay first, then pick a table (if dining in). Limited seating inside. Friendly staff. Water is self-serve. Food came out pretty fast and was tasty. Vegetables were cooked well (firm not mushy), broth tasted clean and flavorful, portions were decent. Surprisingly no sriracha on the table, they have cholula hot sauce packets instead as well as soy sauce packets. Menu is pretty large so will be back to try the other dishes!
google avatar

Stephanie H.

Yelp
I hadn't been here since I stopped by for boba about four or five years ago; there was a different restaurant here at that time, but the E Tea is still here. Food ended up being better than I thought it would be; it was very flavorful! We ordered Salt & Pepper Taro and Singapore Vermicelli. The taro is cut into small sticks and fried, served with peppers (adding some heat to the dish), and a dipping sauce. The vermicelli tasted of curry and was delicious. While both dishes were tasty, it ends up being pretty pricy for the the amount of food. ***Something to be aware of: They add a credit card fee, but do not post this anywhere or inform the customer unless asked. They also charge a COVID fee, but also do not post this information anywhere and the only way you'll know about it is if you happen to see it on the receipt.

Yelp
I saw so many good things about this restaurant on vegan forums. I also drove by all the time when I would be downtown. I finally stopped in and didn't have regrets at all. The menu is huge and has a little of everything and something for everyone. All the dishes come with lots of veggies and are super fresh. The food comes out hot and fast. Staff was super friendly. Stop in and support!

Yelp
I was at a conference in Sacramento at the Safe Credit Union conference center. Vegan Deadly Sins was super close by. The food was clean, fresh and not greasy. I loved the soy meat substitutes, and the generous veggie portions. The jasmine tea was delicious!
google avatar

Yelp
As someone who eats gluten-free and vegan due to severe allergies this place was great! They had lots of options for gluten-free dishes. My only recommendation is if you have a sesame allergy make sure to let them know because they add the oil in some of their dishes. The overall customer service was great! When the dish I ordered had mushrooms in it they gladly remade it for me since I'm allergic. They also corrected their menu which was awesome. Overall the place had a nice vibe and great workers.
google avatar

Yelp
So this place on the outside is not the best view. Wood covered windows and hard to find because it doesn't look like a restaurant. You'd think it would be a liquor store or something. Now, inside is different because it looks like any other restaurant. Heavy emphasis on the boba drinks and a bit difficult to know where to go to order or be seated. Now their food selection is huge and looks delicious on photos. My wife and I kept it simple with a vegan chicken bowl and vegan fried spicy chicken and we loved it. Their bowls are huge and the appetizer was plenty for 2 people. The fried chicken was crunchy and seasoned well. The bowl had a lot of rice and chicken. The salad in the bowl was real good too. Overall experience was good. If they just worked on visually making the exterior better and navigation of the interior a bit better they'd get 5 stars and that's why I gave them 4 stars. Highly recommend for great vegan food! P.S. Took a pic of their One Piece rewards papers on wall. Showed my son who's a big fan and he loved it!

Yelp
My friend and I came here for dinner before seeing a concert nearby. It wasn't busy at all. We were able to order quickly at the counter and sit down. Food: We ordered the chow mein and the mango chicken. Both dishes were delicious. The mango chicken was my favorite over the chow mein, but you definitely want to eat mango chicken with rice or noodles because it is saucy! They have a pretty extensive menu of Asian vegan dishes. I wish we had more stomach room to try more. Service: The restaurant is fast casual. We ordered at the counter and sat down to wait for our food. Our food was brought to our table. The food came out in a timely manner after ordering, faster than I was expecting to be honest. TL;DR - good variety of Asian inspired vegan food! Will be back to try more dishes.

Yelp
Wow, fantastic fresh food! Don't be afraid of vegan, this is great food Casual atmosphere Fast service Definitely a repeat location when I'm back in town

Yelp
Love this place! I often order through DoorDash and the food is always great with good portions IMO. Also they to-go package well and the portion size and quality is still on point.

Yelp
This place is amazing and I love eating here when I'm in the Sacramento area, best vegan Asian food I've ever had. Service is great, and if they have enough in stock you can even get these delicious sesame bowls. :)
google avatar

Samaa F.

Yelp
We loved the noodles and the honey walnuts. The service was okay, and the place was very clean. The wontons were not good, though, and it seemed like they were fried in old oil
google avatar

Yelp
I'm not vegan but this food was delicious and reasonably priced. I ate here 2 days in a row while at a conference. I wish I had something like this close to where I'm at.

Yelp
This place is awesome! The ham fried rice was delicious and the wonton soup was so yummy with the addition of some Sriracha. The staff was nice and helpful and the food came out super quick. They even gave me 2 sesame balls for desert! They were warm, soft, and just the right amount of sweetness. I'll be coming back to try some of their milk and fruit teas as well as sampling more yummy options on the menu. I love how they have the menu on the wall as you walk in the door, full with photos of each item. It really gives you an idea of what you want to choose without the guessing. The restaurant is in a more dicey part of town but nothing scary, just hard to tell from the outside what it is. Check it out on google maps before you go to get an idea of what you're looking for. Street parking was a small hassle but only bc I didn't want to pay and SO WORTH IT. If you're thinking of coming here, just go already! Update- went back for the boba tea and it was SO YUMMY!

Mark P.

Yelp
Really fast service was surprising--about 4 minutes from order to entree! Utterly HUGE serving sizes--as in "take the leftovers home and have for lunch later in the week" size of the entrees. Even flesh eaters will like it as the mock meats are really tasty. It's easy to see why it has so many great reviews:-)

Yelp
We were down in the area for the Saturday farmers market and decided to walk over for lunch. They seem to a great amount of Boba Tea and other drinks business as well as take out got the food. We were eating there so be got table service where they took our order then brought out the food. Food can be shared family style if you are in a group. I got Ma Po tofu which is silken tofu not fired in a brown sauce. It was advertised as spicy but I really didn't feel it was at all. They have chili and soy sauce on the table so the spice level can be adjusted. The only thing besides the tofu was some pea and carrots. I prefer less tofu and more veggies but that is my fault as I was going for less oil and wanted fresh tofu instead of fried. My dining companion got wonton soup and a coconut shake. The nice surprise as a complimentary sesame treat that came with the check.

Yelp
My boyfriend took me here and I enjoyed it! I am a fan of the fried pumpkin! I never had anything like that before! It's my go to when I visit here. The service was nice and informative about their products and the ambiance is unique I would say but not in a bad way! It's a must but beware of parking there it's a bit limited.

Yelp
Best Vegan Meat Restaurant in Sacramento! I am a new vegetarian. And, I'm pretty finicky about the meat substitutions. I am not a fan. HOWEVER, I am a fan of this place and their meat substitutions. OMG! Every dish, not some of the dishes,EVERY DISH, is amazing. I usually get the Kung Pow Vegan Chicken, Mongolians Vegan Beef, and Basil Vegan Chicken. It's like crack! And their vegetable and noodle options are equally as wonderful. And they have Boba!! I literally go here at least every two weeks I just can't get enough of it. The food is fresh, amazingly, delicious, healthy, and very affordable. I highly recommend this place. Please check it out.

Yelp
Being a vegan myself, I have been looking forward to this place on my restaurant bucket list for a while. It's nice to know there are restaurants in this city who cater to a specific diet. The location is great. There is lots of street parking nearby. It's downtown by the memorial auditorium. There are buss stops and rail stops nearby if you want to use public tran The interior is cool, has a very hipster boba vibe. There are yellow window panes which makes for some interesting lighting. The business is split into a cafe/boba bar area in the front and a dining room area in the back. Their service was great! No complaints. Our server was attentive. The food came out shockingly fast for how big our meals were. No more than a five minute wait but that also could've been because it wasn't very busy (there were three other tables not including us). The portions are amazing! I was not expecting my bowl to be THAT large. I'm normally a hungry guy and even I couldn't finish my bowl. My wife barely even scratched her bowl before she got full. I kid you not, you are not going to finish your bowl. You get the best bang for your buck ordering one. The prices are decent. Some of the items can be a little pricey while others hold such a great value to their portion sizes (like the bowls) and flavor. You should be able to walk out of here under $35 for two but if you order a couple entrees and are a generous tipper, expect ~$50. The flavor is phenomenal. I'm struggling to put an exact description of how good I'm the food was. The "chicken" was so convincing, I had to think twice to make sure it really was vegan. The spring rolls when dipped in the sweet and sour sauce almost want to make you slap your mother silly. The crispy wontons are absolutely mental. They are nice and crunchy but soft on the inside leaving your mouth with a warm feeling. I could go on and on about their spectacular flavor but it's just something you have to experience for yourself. I was more than impressed with my meal here and will certainly be coming back. Bottom Line/TLDR: must come vegan restaurant

Yelp
I wanted to love it but it was very very meh. Service was very friendly and seemed very clean. So I'll start with the good news. I got the Thai Vermicelli noodle soup. It was the strangest soup with many random, low quality ingredients. A few old pieces of broccoli. A few cherry tomatoes. And some pineapple chunks from a can. The broth was nice. The noodles were cooked appropriately. This seemed like a soup I would try to make if I only had some random things at home. Not hearty. Not fulfilling. Not worth it in any way. (Came to $18 with a $2 tip)

Yelp
Vegan meets Chinese is the theme of this family owned restaurant. Deliciousness in a bag delivered to my door describes it well. The noodles are perfectly cooked and the vegetables delectably crunchy; and the flavors... Scrumptious!

Yelp
Cozy and comfortable atmosphere for Chinese food place downtown spot. Good location. Close to everything.

Yelp
Oh my, vegan food at its finest. All of the dishes are outstanding here. You will not miss the animal products at all. The only thing I would say misses the point is the "shrimp", it is not shrimp-like in texture nor taste. I've been here a total of 6-7 times and usually stick to the "chicken" or "beef" dishes and they are always tasty. The employees go out of their way to check on you to make sure the food tastes good. If you're not satisfied, they even offer to make it better for you. My favorite dishes there are the golden curry fried rice and the Mongolian "beef". As for the decor and ambiance, it's pretty basic, like a typical cafeteria vibe, nothing special, but come here for the excellent food and service, you won't be disappointed.

Yelp
Vegan Deadly Sins is a place my wife and I discovered during the pandemic, via Door Dash. We were both surprised then by the quality and variety of the food, and are still happy with all our regular dishes to this day, several years later. We're not vegans, but with places like these we wouldn't miss meat at all! So many creative approaches to meatless alternatives. I especially like the coconut "chicken", the "spare ribs", and anything that involves fried pumpkin. And don't miss out on the sesame balls!! We've actually never eaten at the restaurant itself, so I can only talk about the food we bring home or have delivered, but the quality has always been excellent and consistent, and we hope to keep eating here for quite some time to come.

Yelp
Vegan, affordable and delicious. My friend and I split and entree and got drinks here and were satisfied. We dined in and loved how cozy and comfortable it is for a downtown spot.

Yelp
I was so excited to try this place but I won't be coming back. My udon was okay and I was trying hard to finish it all. Their portions are large so I barely ate the day off in preparation, but once I saw what was at the bottom of the bowl I had to leave the restaurant in a hurry to make myself throw up. Idk if it's a worm or maggot or what but whatever it is, it's a no for me.

Yelp
Casual Asian-style vegan eatery with plenty of gluten free options. The wonton soup is superb. We also had the veggies main plate with added soft tofu - nice light sauce with broccoli, boy choy and green beans. The fried tofu was great - salty finish and ordered a side of orange sauce. The golden knots were ok but not our favorite. Easy on-street parking close by, lots of space inside regardless of your group size. .

Yelp
I'd give the food 3 stars for value for money and 4 for flavor ... and the location itself 1 star. The food is flavorful! A couple of downsides to note though. 1. There is no air conditioning in there and not even any fans! So we were sweating and putting wet napkins on ourselves while eating. Not the most fun environment for anyone but especially for me eating a birthday dinner while 39 weeks pregnant. 2. The portions are large. However, for the vegan meat dishes there is not a whole lot of veggie meat in there for the price tag. I would says it's about 30% veggie meat and 70% vegetables. The veggies are delicious! However if the dish costs $15+ I would expect a little more veggie meat.
