I finally found my dream shoes. Elijah took care of me, he was very kind and helpful. There are almost all kinds of shoes you are looking for. I love the decoration of the store. 10/10 customer satisfaction.

Had a great shopping experience at this location today. All the staff were very nice and attentive. Was in the store to get some shoes for a friend ended up buying one for myself too.

Everyone who worked this saturday was superb! It was a busy time, the lady was thanking everyone for their patience, gave water and thanked everyone for waiting. Jamie assisted me today and gave exceptional service! He really knows the brand. He was very patient especially since i was asking for different sizes and shoes. His recommendations are on point! 💯 This made the visit easier and convenient.

I went in to look for a specific item and asked a short-hair lady for her assistance. At first she attended me and look for my size and came back letting me know that the size I was looking for wasn’t available. I look for another pair to try on my self from the shelf, and she grabbed the shoes from me and told me that the display shoes can’t be tried on. So I let her know my size, of which she needed to convert to metrics, but she was shushing me and told me that she ‘know’. She then handed the shoe that she grabbed from me to Elijah and told him to take care of me. I thought it was rude but I didn’t say anything because Elijah was really helpful.

After reading about Veja, I was impressed with the brand and styling of their shoes, so I decided to pop into this location to try on a pair. It was a mixed experience, mostly because the customer service was really lacking, but I'm very pleased with my new sneakers.

Everyone was so nice and attentive! We were family of 3 so my daughter and husband found their pairs and had enough options but me :( I wear women’s size 8 and a lot of them were not available and online wasn’t even available ( eventually got mine from Paris ! ) But they did not mind us trying a lot of different shoes and brought even extra sizes for my daughter to try ! Loved the experience !! We waited about 20min in line to get in
