So, my experience over the last year has been challenging, however, "my experience over the last year" should be telling--as in telling you that I continue to go (and go and go)! I've been disappointed in the switch to more bowls (ick) over tacos, still sorry to see almost all of my favorites removed (Cuban Pig, Picnic Chicken, and Spicy Thai Shrimp--I could throw myself off the tallest building over that last one--oh, G*d, I miss this taco!!), but what they continue to offer is hope--and a delicious and quality product--so far above your average fast food offerings through their Backdoor Menu, Fan Favorites, and WTF (Weekly Taco Feature), and I continue to explore. Their margaritas are delicious! So, I've had an ongoing issue, which after several attempts, I found a manager, Julian Jenkins, willing to listen and appreciative of the feedback and opportunity to improve the customer experience. It is the Julians of the industry who makes all the difference in customer experience and who inspire customer loyalty. He is the White Whale in customer service--responsive, kind and willing to find resolution. Management: I hope he is appreciated! Julian, thank you for listening and doing what is always appreciated--providing a positive customer experience helping to sustain the restaurant/customer relationship. You were so warm and kind. I'll remain a loyal customer. As long as I have my tacos, all is right with the World.
