I have not eaten anything from this VT location, but I would like to review and comment on their "customer service". I deliver food as a side gig and I usually enjoy doing it as I ride my motorcycle 🏍 to make the deliveries. Yesterday, 10/12/25 somewhere around 5 pm or so, I was notified to go to this particular VT for a pick up. Upon arrival, I was not greeted as a customer, and really not greeted at all. I announced I had a pick up for customer "X". I was looked down upon by the female at the counter. She begrudgingly went to the online order shelves and looked for my delivery order. She turned and kind of threw it on the counter and then turned to grab the two Coca-Cola cans that went with the order. I asked her pleasantly, even if she wasn't being courteous, "May I have a separate bag for the sodas?". I was given a look of utter shock and disdain. "Just put them in with the food!" was her reply. (If this was the operating procedure of this restaurant, why then we're they not already in the bag?!? Could it be because the soda cans would either warm up or they would make the food cold?!?) I asked nicely for a bag again. I even mentioned that I deliver on a motorcycle and I'd like to keep the soda separate from the food. I was given an exasperated reply of, "Don't you have your own bags???", I replied, "Actually I have an insulated box on the back of my bike with two different compartments for hot and cold food.". She then rolled her eyes and said, "Well, "I don't like giving these bags away. They are very expensive. I can't just give one to you because you want one out of convenience." I'm sure my eyes gave away my utter shock at her reply, to which she said, "OK, I'll do it this one time." I don't know what this was all about but I can say that as a consumer who eats out frequently, I will NEVER eat at this VT location and I will make it a point that my many family and friends in the area NEVER eat here either! I'm sure I'll be back to this location on other deliveries but I'll be sure to mention this act of "kindness" by this employee if one of my customers wonder why there soda cans are warm or the food is cold because of everything being thrown into one bag... Thank you female at the counter yesterday!!
