Venchi Chocolate, Boston @ Eataly Prudential Center

This is a cool little spot within the Eataly center at Prudential. Chocolates are all phenomenal, albeit a little pricey for the boxed chocolates. I'd personally pick a few from their bins to sample. The chocaviar was my favorite.

We visited here about 30 mins before closing and the customer service was very disappointing. They only allowed two samples, so I asked how they liked another flavor and the guy simply said “I’ve never had it” without seeming to care about being friendly or courteous to customers and just kept asking the time, as it appeared they were all ready to go home. The gelato was good, but customer service was below par. I love Eataly, but not this experience.

I would like to second them bringing gelato please 😭💔it was the best gelato I had in Italy.
