Venchi Gelato and Chocolate

This is a very popular gelato and candy shop… The first time we walked by it, the line was outside and down the street. We came by the next day and it was barely outside, so we waited in line to give it a try. Their gelato and sorbet selection is excellent! Service was actually very nice too. Flavor from the gelato was incredible! I loved their dark chocolate gelato! Definitely worth stopping in… if the line is reasonable.

Gelatto is really good! And the chocolates are delicious... As a matter of fact I have now become a die hard Venchi chocolate fan. I get that there are a lot of people but what I did not like is that practically we got ripped off by the two guys at the counter. We got over charged for 2 gelatos... Btw we went to the other Venchi the day after and it was 4 euros less for the same gelatto size. Service was pretty bad, but quality is very good.

The best gelato I have ever eaten in my life. Great service from Bashir (sp?) who was wonderful. Recommend the gourmet cone with hazelnut, pistachio and milk gelato!

There was a long queue for a good reason! I took the vegan nougat flavor and it was fantastic They also had a variety of vegan chocolate if you want to buy some

delicious gelato! helpful and friendly service from Angelo, he offered us to taste some of the chocolates which is a nice gesture. as for the gelato, we enjoyed all the flavours, especially the chocoviar. taste very chocolaty. pistachio and lemon are nice too.

Delicious gelato, lots of different flavors and good service. I always go to them when I'm in Milan and Rome, and this time I dropped in to see them in Florence. They also have a variety of chocolate. I recommend!

Excellet service,from Xucheng, chocoviar heaven and definitely worth the visit. Too bad the y no longer sell the chocoviar powder anymore.

Even though we found this was a bit of a “chain” gelado place, meaning it’s everywhere, it was so good! Once we found this place we went here every time we needed gelado. Yes, needed. Staff is friendly and very efficient. The staff was so fast at scooping and serving, it’s impressive. They also have a lot of different flavors, some of which are very unique! We liked the olive oil one. They also have chocolates you can buy and different little treats. Definitely stop by if you want good gelado!
