As I enter we get served champagne by one of the owners Justin ( great sense of humor ), we hang out for a lil and they give the whole group a shot of some... we also get these cool venhue back stage passes. One important thing is I met chef Steven and Sous-chef Alex outside while waiting for friends before the champagne and they were very friendly asking if I am about to eat inside, chef Steven seemed very excited as he was telling me about how he spent weeks creating this new dish. Anyways straight to the point, perfect execution, I've never had wagyu w black truffles on top and it was amazing especially w however they cooked it which they explained before eating the dish, I'm just not a good listener. My top 2 favorites w number 2 being the soup cheesy w a dance of flavors especially when u dip this special pastry they have under it. Number 1 being the last course of which is pasta and I'm not huge fan of pasta, but this dish we all get at the same time and I swear everyone at the table in unity takes a bite and makes that face of wow. As it touches your tongue it melts into this dance of flavors and then I put it on this side of perfectly oiled and toasted bread, thinking it couldn't get better. Holy f*** it was better then perfect as I took a bite. The portions were amazing too. As well as the drinks, I definitely walked out happy and tipsy but remembering the flavors of the flavor of the dishes now two days after. They're known to have a new combination and fusion of different dishes every time u go so id one hundred percent go back for this experience happily knowing my minds gonna blow some other way. Also one thing I forgot to mention the crowd of people that you meet at the table are very cool and social. Great for making friends, and I did collect a couple instagrams talking to the people outs
