"One of the best dining and accommodation options in the Ulzama valley, this tranquil family-run business with over a century of history behind it is guaranteed to please its guests. It occupies a typical mountain-style property in a delightful natural setting, with the unusual sight of a deer farm next door! It features an attractive bar, a room with an open fireplace, a classically furnished dining room with a profusion of wood, plus a traditional menu accompanied by a good selection of suggestions that change according to the availability of seasonal ingredients (vegetables, mushrooms, grilled fish, game etc). The views from the dining room and terrace are superb!" - Michelin Inspector

The food is amazing and the service is great. Las croquetas and ham amazing the same as the entrees ands the desserts. My sister said the lemon sorbet was one of the best she ever had.

We went for some desserts on a warm week day afternoon. Up there was sunny but with an amazing fresh freeze. Pricey, but you pay for the location, views, quality and tranquility. Pay a visit for typical desserts from the region. The cuajada, arroz con leche and canutillos are the stars of the show.

After climbing a Alpin like mountain pass you should stop to this place. The parking is big and easy to access. The room was big and really clean with comfy bed, it may be a little bit noisy because of the road where you open the window is the main road crossing the mountain pass... The bathroom is really nice and equipped with all the amenities. The breakfast was good and the personnel was really kind. Even in the warmest summer days where all the Europe was under the heat, here you can enjoy a fresh night breeze that make a perfect place where to sleep.

We found it randomly and we were so glad. Great hotel in the middle of many cute villages. One has a 1000 years old oak, must see. The view from the restaurant is breathtaking. Restaurant worth having a meal there. Staff is nice and helpful. Will definitely return.

Awesome place, it's 20min away from Pamplona City but it's totally worth the trip away. It's a massive restaurant with a quite large covered terrace from where you can appreciate the wonderful surroundings, if you like nature this is heaven, there's even some deers around that you can feed with your own hands, they're lovely and human friendly. I've not tried their food but I did enjoy a lot their traditional "barquillos" which is a sort of delicious local pastry which fits very well along with a coffee, prices are fair and the place inside is quite charming, ideal for spending the morning maybe, to have breakfast and a little walk around in the wild

Super nice place with unbelivable view. Room clean and large. Comfy bed. Thin walls. You need to speak spanish to make yourself understood. Easy parking. Late breakfast - start at 8.30
