I can't remember this place too vividly, but I can recall that it was my first go at tapas; and a memorable few dining experiences it did offer to me. As it is located in a tiny little golf club that shouldn't even be classified anywhere near Arlington, it is a bit out of the way and extremely hard to find. If you do somehow locate this place off of the country road, this tapas style restaurant truly is a gem. This was my first time to really try pretty much any semi-gourmet food, as I had my first real rack of lamb, paella, and tapas at this nice, cozy location. The dishes are done a bit eclectic rather than with authentic Spanish design, but they are definitely prepared fine. The lamb chops have an olive tapenade, and are cooked nicely. The pork tenderloin has a nice ancho sauce and is served over pasta carbonara with pine nuts; these components add a nice touch to the delicate pork. The paella is well done, with your typical seafood from scallops to mussels. Beef tenderloin tapas is fine, as are other tapas choices such as quail. Overall, nice tapas joint, just not the most authentic. Definitely classier than traditional European diners though.
