"For tiki enthusiasts (or at least the tiki curious) VentTiki meets all the requirements. The island-inspired food menu moves from assorted pupus with Spam and ahi tuna sliders to sushi rolls to coconut shrimp and beyond. Of course, while the food stands on its own, the menu of historic tiki drinks, painstakingly assembled by bar staff, also manages to receive high marks." - Gab Chabran

Place is off the hook! Super fun drinks and atmosphere. A little off the main strip but found this little dive bar. Mostly drinks but foods good too. I went with friends and got the $35 top shelf signature drink where you get to keep the mug. Will be back to try more. Fantastic place to try different drinks and get to know people. Highly recommended

If you're in Ventura looking for a cool, fun spot to get good food and drink, look no further. This is a cool locals spot, which serves good food, and what makes this place even better is that it's a tiki bar. A mixologists approach is used when prepping the drinks, and as a result, the drinks are well balanced and tasty. The bartenders here are knowledgeable about the tiki culture, both historically and cocktailwise, which adds to the appeal. This spot is first come, first served. Indoor and outdoor seating is available. Definitely stop by, grab a seat, and enjoy good food, drink, and people. Cheers and I'll see you there!

Kristy is the life of the party! She was a great waitress had a great attitude and really sweet. She was really accommodating and always checked in to make sure our party had what we needed and kept our orders coming out fast. We celebrated my birthday and she was really sweet. Can’t wait to go back and request her as our server.

It's a wonderful ambiance and the love these folks give is great. The drinks are liberal , and the service is warm. A must try for mai tais!

It's too bad we only had time for one drink because I wanted at least 5 things on the menu. Delicious cocktails, great atmosphere and overall a fantastic spot for a drink at sunset. A local at the nearby shop said the food was good too.

Google
Drinks and food were great! Nicely decorated and a good patio for your pup to join. I really only gave a 4 star because we went in for lunch on a holiday (Juneteenth) and they only had ONE person covering hostess, server AND bartender! And when we got there she let us know the chef was on his break and would be about 20 mins- meaning they only had one cook back there? It was a full house as it was a holiday and I hope the owner recognizes that they should really support their employees.

We arrived for an early dinner (5pm). We were « welcomed » by a the security guy. We got the menus right away but it took them 30mins to take our order and another 30mins to get our food. Our drinks arrived after we were done eating. The food was okay but they made a mistake in our order and the poke was good (with a lot of salmon compared to to the quantity of rice) but small. The waitresses were nowhere to be found and screaming when they were there. We’ve seen several table of 2 leaving before not even getting their order in. When time arrive to pay we got the bill, but again it took them forever to give us the possibility to pay. I am really surprised of their 4.5 stars.

What can I say about Ventiki other than it’s a family and friend favorite? My father introduced me to this place and my boyfriend and I have been going frequently ever since and have introduced all of our friends to this place. It is probably one of our favorite ways to spend a Friday or Saturday night in Ventura. We visit rain or shine because we know it’ll always be good. The food is great, the staff are always friendly, and the drinks are on fire!! Literally! My boyfriend and I are working our way through the passport and are loving it. I can highly recommend the Kona Cooler if you want something more savory to cut through all the pineapple they use or order the Chunky Monkey for a tasty surprise. My only hangup about this place is that because they are always so busy you will have to wait for service either placing an order or waiting for your order, so go with plenty of time to kill and good company to keep you occupied while you wait. Also, follow their Instagram for cocktail and food updates for new items! Oh, and be sure to take an Uber, you’re going to need one after a couple drinks.

Yelp
Folks here were wonderful to us and made the start to my Mom's 88th birthday exceptional. My Mom was wearing her 88th birthday tiara and sash and was provided a flaming Mai Tai bowl after being asked, 'Young lady, do you drink alcohol?' Mom was serenaded with Happy Birthday on the dog-friendly patio while she snuggled her one eyed Malti-Poo rescue. I can't remember everything we ordered but I know we enjoyed the Modern Tiki Rusty Harpoon and a not too sweet customized Howler. We ordered some food, to help ensure my Mom could walk to a second location and we ended up ordering two orders of dumplings as they were delicious, and some lovely coconut shrimp. We all had a wonderful and welcoming time. We loved the playing of Top Gun theme accompanied by the Jet Pilot delivery. They were very helpful and accommodated my Mom's walker and making sure we had a table she was comfortable at. They also had a cool rocks glass and some other good merch we purchased to memorialize the occasion. Aloha Ventiki.

Yelp
Is it a true tiki bar? Maybe. The drinks are pretty heavy on juice and sweetness and lacking in any real alcohol. Flavors are also one-note. It leaves a lot to be desired. The ambiance isn't bad, but the more you look around, the patio seems to be littered with cheap, low-end decor, making it feel less artfully immersive and more thrown together. I can't speak for the inside bar, as I was not permitted to enter due to it being 'full.' The staff really could use a lesson in customer service. Several of the waiters seem to not want to be there or help you. It's hard to get their attention, and hopefully, you don't have any issues with your order because they're very reluctant to help. Also, the staff feel it's okay to verbalize insults regarding the customers in front of said customers. It's truly appalling. Wait times between being seated, ordering, and receiving the order are painfully slow. Overall, truly a disappointment and will not be returning. There are other fine establishments just down the street that deserve your patronage more than Ventiki.

Yelp
VenTiki is still my favorite Tiki bar...anywhere! I've had a lot of experience with Tiki bars, but for finely crafted and served Tiki cocktails, Ventiki sets the standard. The staff are friendly, knowledgeable, and quick. The atmosphere casual and comfortable.

Debra R.

Yelp
Revisitibg an old favorite, and enjoying one of their signature cocktails. A surprisingly warm sunny day in February found us downtown, so we stopped in to enjoy a vicious hibiscus while sitting on Ventiki's sunny patio. The cocktails were as strong and flavorful as we remembered. The edamame is a good accompaniment.

Chris C.

Yelp
Came here for my 35th birthday with my wife had a great time. The drinks are strong and the food is amazing. Nice Hawaiian theme 60s atmosphere. The service was slow only 2 to servers at the time that was the downside but still made there rounds to ask if we needed anything.

Joanna R.

Yelp
Ventiki CANNOT SIT NINE GUESTS, let alone MORE. not great for birthdays, security guard will tell you "you cannot sit here, you are blocking the way of my servers and guests to the restroom". Then why sit us down ? Ruined experienced, won't come back with family and friends.

Laura C.

Yelp
Our host Ray was very accommodating at finding a table right before happy hour ended and was so kind and calm to my group despite the busyness of the happy hour (it was a full house!) our hostess Devine was working her tail off running to each table and making sure we were all comfortable and if we needed any extra drinks. The Chi Chi was like a desert on ice, fantastic! The fuzz was beautiful to look at and very sour and tasty. Loved the Tofu Masubi they made special for me since I'm vegan. The vegan roll on happy our was absolutely mouth watering. My boyfriend and his cousins loved the pulled pork sliders. The restaurant was totally five star quality food and presentation and staff was so courteous and kind. Swizzle sticks were so cool souvenir keepsakes wise I definitely would go back.

Leneice G.

Yelp
This is a great tiki spot in downtown ventura. They dont have much staff so service takes a while. Really compact inside and minimal seating outside. However drinks are tastey and food is pretty good.

Liana M.

Yelp
I was up in Ventura for the day, so decided to look for a cool bar to check out. When I saw there was a tiki bar, I knew exactly where I was going! Ventiki is a little off the beaten path of Main street. I almost thought I had missed it or something because it feels a bit hidden away even though it's on a corner. But I have a feeling it's more visible at night with lights and all that. I sat at the bar in the middle of the day on a Friday. The bar was pretty full and there were a few people seated outside as well. I loved the mood lighting at the bar. And they had TVs on too. One of the bartenders was new and training that day, but both women were super friendly and made me feel right at home. I think I ordered The Fuzz (honestly, it's been a while, so let's just go with that). The drink was delicious and very strong as tiki drinks tend to be. I tried to savor it until my food came. I love the type of crushed ice they use in their drinks. And all the little embellishments on the drink were so cute. I also had the chicken chipotle tostada because I just wanted a little snack to hold me over til later. It was the perfect amount of food and was really tasty. I ate every bite. One of the couples next to me ordered a boozy dole whip, and I was so tempted to try one, but I had to get back to the train station. Til next time, Ventiki!

Yelp
Gosh I want to give this more stars but it's just ok. Lovely server. Bouncer was intense. Drinks were good. Very pricey. Outside tiki drinks on a rainy night is a special kind of hang. Tried the rusty harpoon, sugar island howler, and drifters reef. All were tasty. We tried to move inside for our second round but they opted to have 6 rowdy birthday guests inhabit the bar. Our move to the inside bar would "mess them up." Ok. Not overwhelmed. It was cute. It's a one time hang for me.

Michelle T.

Yelp
Love the Lanai ,,, ,,, but please don't tell anyone else ... Ohana only Please . ? For Serious.... It's really hard to get seating , so be prepared to be "turned away " entirely during busy times . The limited tables fill up , and do not always "turn over" anytime soon . And if the kitchen or bar gets overwhelmed? They simply cease taking orders .... Which is realistic... So as they say on the island : ----so if you wanna nosh on some grindage here you gotta chill, Bradduh ?

Erin W.

Yelp
Stopped by early for a birthday dinner on Tuesday. Our server was so attentive and polite, and the fish in our rolls and poke bowl was fresh and tasty. There was plenty of seating outside and I got a free birthday bowl drink. Strong and bracing! Such a cute place to grab a bite in the afternoon.

Yelp
Well, we drove from Orange County to Sylvain and heard about this place in Ventura so we decided to drive 30 minutes down to visit it. Our first impression, very unfriendly. The security guard at the host podium was not very welcoming and clearly does not want to be here. He mumbled when he let us know that we had to wait 10 minutes for a seat, and then mumbled at us again to let us know we were able to go into the Bar area. Nobody guided us to our seats, so we just picked whatever seats we wanted, and we decided to clean the table ourselves and bus our own table since nobody was going to do it for us. We sat and waited for menus however, we finally got up and got our own. The bartender seems to be pretty busy however he was kind enough to take our order. It's been about 10 minutes and we're still waiting on our drink. The ambience is cute however it is not cohesive. We ordered the pot stickers and pork sliders. Pot stickers were yummy, but hard to mess up. The sliders seemed flavorless without the side of BBQ they give to you. The drinks were definitely heavy handed pours, but yummy. We got the Chi Chi and the Mai Ti. The bartender gave the bar area a free shot, so that was cool, and they are pretty consistent with the show atmosphere when it comes to certain drinks. Over all, the drinks are good however, if you're traveling a long distance to come here, I would save your gas. Definitely a cool spot if you're in the area already but we're about two hours away from home and don't need to come back.

Yelp
I love tiki bars. And this is one you should hit up if you are in Ventura. From old school to new school tiki drinks and my wife's favorite chi chi drink doesn't matter the drink you can't go wrong. The onigiri and chips are great! Trust me get a large size of chips you'll want more for your second tiki drink. The service is quick and friendly! The ambiance you need to go inside to fully experience the tiki design. But the outside is very laid back and covered for the warm summer nights.

Anne G.

Yelp
Love this tiki room! Beware its a little divey, but the drinks are fantastic and the food is a great compliment to the libations. Some of the cocktails even have a presentation to go with the drink! So much fun! We stop by anytime we are on Main Street.

A M.

Yelp
VenTiki is a true Polynesian paradise with an incredible ambiance - fire pits, tables, palms, trees, and tiki statues create a captivating atmosphere. The menu is impressively diverse, offering something for everyone, from vegetarian options to sushi, poke, bowls, tacos, and sliders. The artistry behind the drink-making process is a highlight, with an endless variety of options. For first-timers, the Maitai is a must, and don't miss out on the drink passport for exclusive off-menu delights. If possible, snag a seat at the bar to witness the bartenders work their magic. It's the perfect spot for a memorable happy hour with friends or family, especially those visiting from out of town. VenTiki promises a unique experience they won't soon forget.

Wallace K.

Yelp
Service, Ambiance and great drinks! Fire put was a nice touch. Funky lights. Great outdoor seating.

Steve T.

Yelp
Ventiki is the "go to" place for my wife and I to grab a afternoon cocktail. I really like that we can bring our dog. Ventikis hand-crafted cocktails are always worth the wait. Heidi always provides top notch service with a smile! Def a place to relax and enjoy excellent food, drinks, and staff.

Kira L.

Yelp
Been wanting to check this place out forever and finally came on a Saturday night for my birthday! Our server Alex was so fun and super attentive. We each got cocktails and then I mentioned it was my birthday and they brought over a huge complimentary mai tai. Drinks are stronggg and worth the price. The pele roll with the scallops was so good. Would definitely come back and try more of the huge menu

Kylie L.

Yelp
Great service, so kind, I love them so much!!! They are so welcoming to new customers!

Erica G.

Yelp
Wanted a drink in Downtown Ventura. First time here. Good customer service. I got the Monday Special-Mai Tai for 9 bucks. Just one drink. I had wanted to stop by for years and never had. A few people having fun with their cool drinks ! Nice Monday out. It wasn't to busy. Due to the rainfall there was a weird mildew smell but not their fault and not a huge deal. We sat outside to enjoy the sun a bit! Did not try the food . Maybe next time! Cute tiki bar. It's a Ventura staple, cannot believe I had not visited before!

Ian M.

Yelp
I love this place. It's a great little tiki bar in the heart of Ventura. Everything from the decor, to the rum selection, and drink menu is pretty amazing as are the elaborate decor that festoon the served drinks. The place offers neat twists on Polynesian kitsch and with so many exotic shareable drinks to try out, one can embark on an island-style bar crawl without ever leaving the establishment...! The servers are always bustling and quick with food orders. The bar tender is super locked on to everything tiki and is a wealth of knowledge; pretty much a walking, living, breathing version of Martin Cate's "Smuggler's Cove: Exotic Cocktails, Rum, and the Cult of Tiki" book. If near Main-street Ventura, make sure to check this place out! The drinks & cocktails are strong...! Consider making this an Uber / Lyft night...!

Sean G.

Yelp
Amazing people, service, drinks and food. This is a place I went to years ago and I'm so excited that they are still here. I'll be visiting this spot every time I'm in the area. The best drinks ever!

Kim C.

Yelp
This unique tiki bar right off the end of downtown Ventura is definitely a novelty-esque, fun experience. With that being said, your experience depends on what day/time you go! Plan accordingly because 1. It gets busy at night and on weekends 2. The waitlist is often disorganized 3. Parking can be hell. The servers are nice but easily overwhelmed as they are constantly getting slammed the entire night. I've waited anywhere from 5-40 minutes for a drink depending on how busy. The servers wear funky attire, sing songs, do random funny schtick throughout the night for certain drink orders, special occasions, etc. The bar is decorated like pirates meets Disney meets Tiki; with lights and music. It does get loud but that is definitely going to happen with a scenery like this. I'll give you fair warning here: the drinks here are strong and creep up on you! They might taste sweet but buyer beware. I had 2 on my bday and needed to call an Uber! The food is good during the day but loses its momentum later into the night as they are just so busy. The Loco Moco and ahi were fantastic. The pineapple upside down cake was lackluster and nothing to write home about. Some seating is community style in an effort to pack everyone in but everyone is having so much fun that nobody truly cares. Everyone (locals and not) should have this place on their bucket list! It's just too unique to pass up! Cheers!

Aimee P.

Yelp
Really fun (and strong) drinks and they have a food menu with some good bites as well. The outside area is a vibe.

Tim R.

Yelp
It's okay. Nothing great. We went for happy hour. Drinks were served in plastic cups.

Marina M.

Yelp
Honestly I don't really write reviews but I feel like this was the weirdest experience I had at a restaurant so I had to. I called the day before and let them know my friends and I wanted to join the next evening and it was going to be about 15 or so of us or so and if they did reservations or if they can open the side room for us. They said they don't do reservations under 20 and we would have to do a walk up and hope there is room. They said if no one is seated in the side room then that would be fine so come early to make sure it's open. So I did that and apparently there was a miscommunication with whoever was working that day and whoever I talked to. Anyways a few of us are seated and they are opening up the side room for us and one of the workers HAND ME THEIR WORK PHONE?! They said the manager wants to speak to ME?! lol Mind you it's my birthday too.. so the manager is basically trying to tell me that's not how they do things and we should have done a reservation and trying to figure who told me otherwise? I told him it's weird he's talking to me on the phone and that it must have been a miscommunication and it seems like they are opening the side room anyways. He continues to go on and on... so I just said do you want our business or not because we can totally just go somewhere else if it's too many people? And he was like well idk let me talk to one of my workers? I told him they are opening up the side room for us currently and he goes oh okay that's good, then ya we want your business! And I said.. that's a real weird way of showing it Idk the whole situation was strange and it was a weird move for the manager to have his worker bring the phone to the customer? I haven't even heard of that. Lol and he never even wished me happy birthday!

Terin K.

Yelp
Adorable little tiki bar with a wonderful patio. Staff are busy as hell, but with a smile and a greeting all the while. I started in the bar where I was greeted with a thanks for waiting even though I had just sat down. I ordered a Classic Chi Chi largely because I have fond memories of drinking them on my high school graduation trip to Mexico, but that's for another time. I asked what the well pour was and was told by bartender Kaitlyn it was Gruven a small batch potato vodka imported from Poland. She said it was good so I opted for that instead of my usual Tito's upgrade and boy am I glad I did! Move over Tito's I'll be Gruven from now on! I sipped this dangerously delicious treat quickly. I then moved to a table on a nice patio after getting bad vibes from the girl who sat next to me at the bar. Heidi my bubbly and kind waitress brought me my chipotle chicken onigiri and while I found them quite tasty I did not agree with the pairing of the eel sauce. I asked Heidi for something different and she recommended some hot feel sauce so I took that and one onigiri home. I ordered a second Chi Chi which I sipped and left a happy camper.

Reid B.

Yelp
We love Ventiki. Heidi is ze best. 10/10 would recommend!!!! Sushi is great, tacos are great, atmosphere.. vibes. So chill.

KevStar S.

Yelp
Just the best Tiki experience out there! Great service and awesome bar tenders! Drinks are phenomenal!

Ken J.

Yelp
What a great bar! The mixed drinks are strong. uber here and enjoy all that you can endure. The food is a perfect balance to keep you this side of STUPID. Good luck Cheers

Scott B.

Yelp
Always a good time at ventiki, great drinks. Either from their own signature cocktails or some of the classic tiki drinks. I always like to get "Tiffany's coconuts" it's off menu but very tasty.

Yadiel O.

Yelp
Food is great, drinks are strong, don't get the sushi! We went mid day and they sat us in the sun. There was shaded seating but it was reserved for parties of 10. Then a windstorm came in and pretty much ruined our food. Just go at night for drinks and sober up with their great food.

Jerad D.

Yelp
Stopped by Ventiki to try a couple of their cocktails. The menu is extensive with both modern and classic tiki cocktails. The inside was warm and stuffy but the vibe is cool. The service is a little slow, took 15 plus minutes to get a drink. When the drinks finally arrived, 2 minutes later a server announced "I'm closing you out ok?". And delivered a bill quickly. The bill was not for my drinks and when she returned, oh here's another, with a crumpled receipt on my table. Apparently this was the end of my servers shift and she was eager for the great tip for this wonderful service. Ironically even this bill wasn't mine either. Nonetheless, I paid and left, this place service and mojo ain't tiki at all. I won't be back.

Kim E.

Yelp
Oh, my goodness! I had middle of the road expectations, arrived and thought, crap! This place is a dive/dump! It is NOT! It's small, could be cleaner, but the atmosphere, service, drinks, and appetizers could not have been better! Returning!

Gina M.

Yelp
I love ventiki not only for its drinks but also for surprisingly good food! Their drinks are made super strong and are hefty sizes, so its a good idea to eat something beforehand if you don't want to feel light-headed too quickly. I'm slowly working my way through their passport and have made a decent way through. My favorite drinks are the Chi Chi, the Zombie, the Viscous Hibiscus, and the Fuzz. As far as food, my go-to is the pork sliders with chips or pork ogniri. If you're lucky, you can get a seat next to the fire pit, but all seating is pretty good. Service is usually great, but drinks can take a while if they are busy. But they are always worth it.

Ken M.

Yelp
Best drinks in town. I love the Classic Mai Tai. My wife likes the Chi chi. But, let's not forget the food. My wife Loves the Tongaroa Shrimp and I am a fan of the Poke Bowls.

Julien M.

Yelp
Let me start by saying that this establishment has been here for more than a few years, and it shows, the care and consideration that they take into account for each order truly shows. The food is incredible from the presentation, to the taste, you can truly taste the dedication put into making your meal a memorable one. The service and ambiance is second to none, Elvis and Katelyn (KP) are a truly dynamic duo, Elvis made sure to cater to my "specific" needs as I don't have the "typical" tiki drink order, he was more than happy to oblige with the custom drink order I had ordered, which was delicious needless to say. Katelyn (KP) had given me and my friends (it was their first time here) a fantastic first experience, with the addition of her caring and attentive attitude, she had obvious knowledge of the tiki world and menu, it was a great way to learn about the tiki subculture as well as the depth of the Ventiki menu. I highly recommend getting the "Hurricane" you won't be disappointed! Overall I recommend coming here and getting a Seared Ahi Protein Bowl, paired with a Hurricane (or two) and leaving your troubles at the door!

Tammie W.

Yelp
The hubby and I made reservations for happy hour during a recent trip to Ventura. Our server was super friendly and had some good recommendations. The first thing I noticed was how much food everyone ordered around us and that our server kept pushing which I found odd. Seeking out tiki bars when traveling is something my hubby and I do and drinks are always at the forefront of said bars. The drinks were very strong. We ordered a traditional mai tai and the stand local which was a spiced rum, ginger beer and lime drink. It was effervescent, tangy and decent. The ambiance left little to be desired which is the reason for the rating. Ventiki is a bar in Ventura serving tiki style drinks and food. It's dark and small but that's really where the whole tiki vibe ends for me. The decor seemed to be mashed together and clutter everywhere.

Paris A.

Yelp
My family has come here for years! The outdoor seating and inside bar makes it feel like you're on vacation! The servers are incredibly efficient and lively! We have tried so many drinks from here and they never disappoint. For a fun surprise try the jet pilot!

Melissa B.

Yelp
Saw this place on TikTok, was hesitant due to the fact that I had a 7 month old with me and was concerned about it being family friendly or not. I came here after eating somewhere else to try the drinks, looking at the menu I was upset that I didn't just come here to begin with ! The patio offers space for a stroller and at least during the day the venue is fine for a baby. The drink menu was cool and had a modern and traditional side. I stuck with the traditional and definitely enjoyed the mai tai! It was giving Waikiki Beach :) . If I have time on this trip or if I ever come back, I will sample the food , the modern drink menu and come at night .

Elba G.

Yelp
Super friendly stay if delicious drinks that are made with lots of love. The staff takes birthdays seriously so be prepared to make a positive scene if you're coming here to celebrate. Seating is super limited but I love that. The ambiance is perfect for a few drinks with good company

Alyssa A.

Yelp
A fun Hawaiian-themed bar in downtown Ventura with great Hawaiian-themed drinks. The drinks are usually strong (but deceptively delicious), so keep that in mind when you're ordering. They also serve food, but in our many times here, I still have yet to try it. Seating is both inside and outside, and when the weather is nice, sitting outside is the best. Parking is street parking or in the parking structure quite a few blocks away. It's not the busy on a weekday, but on a weekend, it'll be busy and you'll probably have problems parking so plan ahead.

Mypang T.

Yelp
There was so much hype about this place that we had to check it out. After some downtown exploring on Main Street, we came back around in the evening. We got carded by the bouncer who wasn't friendly or happy to be there. We got seated inside and once we did, I really wished we got seated outside where all the action was. The drink menu is extensive. It's almost overkill because there are so many options and I couldn't figure out what to order. Our server was friendly, but more like okay, hurry and order so I can keep going with my shift here. Our drinks were okay. I wasn't crazy about mine. Mediocre drinks. They didn't taste like what you'd expect from such a tiki/aloha vibe they are trying to convey. This place is def more of a cheap thrills with expensive drinks kind of place... that kind of just didn't work. The decor is really cute and definitely have a tiki bar vibe - but the customer service was a miss for us. At least when we left the bouncer seemed to be in a better mood and wished us a safe night. I def wouldn't go out of my way to come here again unless I had to. Lol.

Alex Z.

Yelp
I've been a long time customer of Ventiki and realized I've never left a review. Ventiki is a true gem and one of Ventura's best cocktail bars. I always know I'm going to have a top tier drink and a good time here.

Yelp
the food is amazing here. the sushi tastes really fresh and the fish tacos are delicious. the edamame is good and has a nice kick to it. the drinks are delicious here as well. the service is good, they even do a loud birthday announcement if that's something you'd like. the ambiance gives small tiki bar where you can have drinks and get amazing food too. this could be your first stop on a bar hopping night out, or you could come and celebrate a birthday. it can get loud, packed, and crowded.

Yelp
I've been coming to Ventiki since before the pandemic, and I gotta say it's one of the best tiki bars on the west coast. The drinks are great, and unlike some tiki bars, all the drinks don't taste the same. Hallelujah! The food is great. Lotsa food for the price charged.i love the ahí and the scallops! If you're lucky, Heidi will be your waitress. She's fun, sassy, and always considerate. I bring my dogs and Heidi always has a bowl of fresh water at hand. She's the best!!!

Yelp
My husband and I stopped in at happy hour. Food was good, service was good. We felt sorry for the newish waiter he was handling the entire patio alone. So service was alittle slow but we were fine sipping on our drinks. My husband says the Maitai was one of the best he has had. My only complaint is we ordered a side salad for $12 and the size of the half salad is a joke. More like a side dinner salad not worth $12 maybe $6. Otherwise the pork slider delicious and the salmon till was good as well. We will definelty come back k for the Maitai probably will never order the salad again.

Yelp
We LOVE Ventiki! I absolutely love a good tiki bar and this place is one of my absolute favorite spots! I wish I lived closer to Ventura otherwise I would be here weekly! Food is amazing and drinks are incredible! I am picky with my Mai Tais and they do not disappoint! They have happy hour and we usually order one of every food item- it's that good (Cali roll, veggie roll, pork sliders, chicken sliders, etc). The ambiance is so cute. It is a small place but they have an outdoor patio as well as some extended patio tables. I haven't sat inside in years because this place is always busy!! (That's a good thing!). I always can grab a table outside if it's on a week day and right when HH starts. If it's a weekend just be prepared to probably wait but it's SO worth it. I love this place and I hope it stays here forever!
