They had every color from every model that I asked for. There were travel, beach, home and everyday collection. It is the largest store of the brand that I have seen. The staff was helpful and attentive.

I’m a fairly recent convert to VB but now that I’ve been using the products, I’m sold. Love the patterns, washability, and quality is top of the line. Can’t say enough good about VB customer service - in person & by phone. Any question or concern is handled - well, I can’t say anything but -perfectly. And I am VERY PICKY about customer service. They certainly know how to sharpen the markdown pencil - their sales are outstanding, both online & at stores (outlet, too). Try the throws - addictive.

I'm a long time, avid Vera collector and fan, so I had to come to the NY store. Staff is just super awesome, and the store is lovely. My daughter surprised me with a gift there, and the staff was totally in on keeping me in the dark. You guys rock!

My wife and I just happened to be strolling through Soho and decided to stop in. The young lady that helped us, sadly I don't recall her name, was extremely friendly and helpful and just casually, but informatively, chatted with us for like a half hour as we browsed the shop. Needless to say, I just had to buy my wife an anniversary present. The product is high quality and there is a great variety to the selection.

I absolutely adore this store! Not only was the manager kind enough to host an event but, I love their products that I use. My large bag, umbrella and travel case are my must haves for traveling.

No longer do I have to drive to Long Island to buy my ID holder. Vera Bradley, for those who don't know, are known for their brightly colored designs. I didn't know one college girl that did not carry a Vera Bradley to hold their ID's. They're decently priced and lasts for a few years if you use it well. In addition to the ID holders, they sell bags in every size and accessories like notebook, pens, and etc. Totally worth checking it out.

The staff was super friendly and they have the latest bags and quiet not too many tourists at least when I went there wasn’t.

Definitely register a free account on their website and go pick up your free birthday gift! It's typically small items, like a card holder, and it's a cute memento to have from the store. They make it a bit difficult to walk out of the store without actually purchasing anything, but I get that it's their jobs as salespeople to push you to buy. If anything, peruse their sales section, as they have some good deals on bags, shorts, and robes, and you can buy some cute gifts. Their prices are too high for me, but it's a fun store to walk through. Their floral patterns are unique and colorful.

Wow! This store is amazing! The people who work here are sooo nice & upbeat. Last night was my first time here. Someone sent me an invite for "Blogger and the Brand Shop @ Vera Bradley" at the Soho store. I was in the neighborhood & curious about the brand's latest collection. First, I have to say that you cannot really tell what the store is like without going inside. You must go in there. Once inside, it's a color explosion, very cheerful & bright. It makes you really want to stay and shop. I'm serious when I say - this store made me feel happy. The selection is incredible! Especially the travel section - they have really great travel gear - practical & easy to find matching patterns. I have to say I fell in love with the bags and accessories. They have some very cute bags (ranging from bright tropical to soho chic) & with a high quality designer look. love love love five stars!

No longer do I have to make my way to Long Island to buy my favorite ID holder designs. Vera Bradley has taken over the Kate Spade pop up shop on West Broadway. From what I've seen, they do have every pattern in stock. Workers are extremely friendly and running around trying to help the massive amount of customers coming in when it just opened Definitely will come back when new patterns come out

Holy crap. This is not your grandma's Vera Bradley store of yesteryear. The store is pretty and the selection is incredible, the bags and accessories are gorgeous--they even now have a beautiful line of leather goods that go with everything and are timeless. But above all of that is the service. All the people who worked there were SUPER helpful and friendly to me. Even after I told them that I wouldn't be buying anything--I was just figuring out which bag I wanted so I could send my bf later to buy it for me for Christmas -- they were still offering me cookies and checking in. They were not over-attentive at all though so I didn't feel nagged. They happily got the bags I was interested in (some from storage downstairs), cleared a section of a giant table for me to lay them all out, and left me alone to see how much stuff I could fit in each one and walk around with them on. One of the employees, Cathy (Kathy?), was so kind and helpful that I had to thank her before I left. I rarely write reviews but this was such an upbeat and refreshing experience of top-quality customer service that I had to. Thank you to all the great employees of this store for making my night!

The customer service is incredible. If they don't have something you want, they make sure to find something just for you.

This new location of a national chain is fantastic. The selection is wonderful! The sales people are so friendly and helpful. India helped my daughter for so long and carefully helping her pick out the perfect first purse for a teen girl. So lovely.

love this location but the employees r wayyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyy to up your ass! leave me alone i wanna shop in peace!
