This is a sweet memorial park. It's very serene and peaceful. It's a great little place that is unassuming. We went to Monk's coffee shop one evening and sat on the patio and overheard the rushing water fall next door. So we decided to take an evening stroll and came upon this park. The water feature is the coolest. It appears that it is just random water running until you realize that they have water designed of cool patterns and then to our surprise they have written messages in the water. But you must be patient in order to see them.Very cool place to hangout especially in the evening.

Nice little sitting area downtown. Fountain, tables and chairs in an open outdoor area. Really pretty after dark.

Beautiful little outdoor area with nice benches and monolithic stones. There is also a waterfall that draws patterns in the water. Very cool!

Strange and Worrisome Creatures I found lurking on the corner 2nd & Cypress during our most recent visit to Abilene . . . Makes one ponder the artist’s of their creation may have imbibed a bit too much within the easy to walk between pubs appearing to have arrived just as recently, as well. (Said With Tongue in Cheek)

It's one of the most meditative places I've been to in Abilene.
