I brought my girlfriend here for mothers day. I haven't been to the inn in 20 plus years. The hostess gave us the best table in the house, outside the view was fantastic. Kayla our server was absolutely amazing, friendly, attentive and genuine. She really made our visit special. The food was okay, nothing special. Thank you Kayla.

Veranda is hands down one of my favorite spots for breakfast with friends! The place is super stylish and cozy, creating the perfect atmosphere to start the day. One of the best things about it is the stunning view—overlooking a beautiful golf course with fountains and serene water features. The food here is absolutely delicious, and their cocktails are on point! Every dish is high quality, fresh, and well-prepared. The vibe is elevated even more by the relaxing music and the incredibly friendly staff, who always make you feel welcome. Yes, the prices are on the higher side, but the quality of food and overall experience make it totally worth it. I absolutely love coming to Veranda for breakfast with my friends—it’s always a great way to enjoy a fantastic meal in a beautiful setting!

Google
Historic area. Definitely reserve time to walk around and enjoy the views. The food itself has a small menu. The price tag is quite hefty but the food is delicious and the service is phenomenal.

Google
Had an awesome brunch at Veranda. The birria chilaquiles were insanely good—perfectly crispy with just the right amount of spice. Also tried the bacon cinnamon roll, which was a killer combo of sweet and savory. Portions were huge, so if you're not super hungry, definitely consider splitting. Shoutout to Louis, our waiter, who was awesome. He noticed we were getting a little too much sun and brought over an umbrella without us even asking. Super thoughtful! Overall, great food, great service, and a super chill vibe. Definitely coming back!

We went to have dinner for our anniversary and absolutely loved it. The atmosphere was outstanding and live music was beautiful. Our server, Joseph, was very attentive. We had very good time. 100% recommend.

Google
My high school friends and I had a get together lunch. The view is amazing, food is delicious, and service is great. Our server is very friendly and professional. We love the drinks that we ordered. It was a wonderful place to spend a lovely afternoon in Rancho Bernardo. We will come back.

Google
A splurge, for sure, but it's totally worth it. Every single bite was a flavor explosion, while the views elevated the experience. I felt like Catherine Zeta-Jones, having a cocktail with friends on a sunny afternoon. Five stars, no question.

Google
Absolutely serene atmosphere here! Great covered patio dining as well as a bar inside. They have numerous patio heaters throughout the patio area. We ordered the Crab Cake Sandwich on a Brioche bun and side salad which was very tasty. I had their Seared Salmon Market Salad which was perfectly prepared with fresh veggies. Large wine selection is available by the glass or bottle. Very attentive service. Great find! Numerous handicap parking spots were available as well as 4 EVCS Level 2 chargers with the J1772 connector. Wheelchair accessible ramps, gas fireplaces. Wonderful views of the golf course!;

Yelp
The Veranda located at @ranchobernardoinn is the perfect place to enjoy outdoor dining with golf course views during the day, and a cozy fireplace to relax in front of while dining or mingling under the stars at night. There is also an indoor dining option with a pub like feel where you can stop in to watch your favorite game or grab a quick drink before a round of golf . The onsite Chef's Garden produces dishes made with seasonal and locally-sourced ingredients, the freshest proteins and give the menu a Mediterranean coastal feel with a Southern California twist. The Veranda was also the perfect place to bring a toddler with all the places you can walk around and entertain them when they get too antsy to sit before the meals come. kid friendly! Their Mac N Cheese was a bit too fancy for our picky kid's liking, but I enjoyed it as leftovers ‍. We ordered (Brunch Menu): Good Morning Burger Bottle of Sparkling Wine, Orange Juice Margherita Flatbread Grilled Swordfish Sandwich Kids Mac "N" Cheese Follow @sandiegofoodie858 (IG) for more must try San Diego restaurants, date night ideas, and food experiences!

Yelp
Overall I'd rate our experience 3.5 stars. The pros: - a beautiful ambiance with all the patio seats overlooking the green golf course. The patio is pretty large with plenty of tables and chairs. They also have heaters and shades. - food selection was good for a Sunday brunch and all our food was fresh and tasty. Typical hotel prices but we left full. - free self-parking but on a Sunday morning, it was full (probably from everyone coming to golf) and we had to wait for a spot and it was pretty far from the entrance of the restaurant. The biggest con and the reason for knocking off 2 stars: - the service was terrible: we sat down and waited 10 mins for our server to acknowledge us. Then she dropped off coffee and the menus and didn't show up for another 20 minutes. Then we ordered our food and it took another 20-25 mins to come out. When we were ready to leave, we could not find our server and when we asked a busboy if we can get our check, he said we'd have to ask our server. Well DUH...but if we can't find our server, what are we supposed to do? If you're in a rush or hungry, you have been warned the service is very slow here. I'd consider returning but management really needs to work on providing better and more efficient service.

Yelp
We came here for our first time when staying at the resort. I really liked it! The service was great. Food was good but could use a little more "pozzaz" to make it less bland. I got the chicken club and it was good but the bread was not my favorite. Additionally, I feel like it needed more flavor as it was too simple. Fries were good but again needed some more flavor (maybe more seasoning?). Breakfast burger - same deal - good but could've used some more flavor. I forgot the name of the cocktail I got (strawberry something?) But I loveeeed my drink and it was strong! Overall a great experience and would come again if I'm staying at the resort. Making reservations here is easy too.

Yelp
Had a great lunch here. Tried the Pear and Prosciutto Flatbread and Hugo Spritz. Both were delightful! Had to valet park since the parking lot was full.

Yelp
The food was good but nothing that really stood out and that will blow you away. Also it's a bit pricy. However it's super nice to sit outside and have dinner looking out at the sun setting above the golf course. Another plus is that it is dog friendly. The staff there is also very professional and friendly.

Yelp
5 stars: patio, ambiance and heaters, super friendly hostess, live music from Kristi Krause tonight (a past American idol contestant, who did awesome singer-songwriter type covers of everything from Fly Me To the Moon to the Eagles to Espresso). The music program here is always on point and it's fun to hear whoever the singer/songwriter of the night is! 3 stars: super.... slow... service. The manager eventually came over & helped get our entrees. This is a persistent problem here. I love the ambiance, but my sweetie gets grumpy about how slow it is and it takes us a while to come back. 3.5 stars: my Rising Blossom cocktail. The taste was very watery and the flavor was very muted. BUT the gin was strong & it did the trick quickly. 4-ish stars: food! The bread service for $10 is always extremely delicious. GREAT bread and butter. Yum. --"Stonefruit salad" with burrata is a misnomer in winter - it's big hard wedges of apples with burrata and heirloom tomatoes. The tomatoes were meh; the apples should be sliced much thinner for a salad, but the burrata and dressing were good. I'd get something different next time. I'm sure this works with peaches in the summer but not with apples in the winter. (Also my friend got this last month and the picture on here is totally different. Hers had greens and cute little tomatoes - an actual salad with burrata, not a hunk of burrata with hard apple chunks and not great heirlooms) --Striped bass: a nice dish, light and with very nicely cooked crispy skin & a corn salad. I approve. Overall, I really like coming here. Food is slow but the patio is awesome, warm even in winter, and they have great music. (Tonight, there was a douchey post-golf guy sitting next to us who was super loud & sexist, saying to the one woman in his group: hey, you're a woman, you should be cleaning up after us!). But other than that, the ambiance was awesome LOL.

Yelp
I had brunch/lunch with my group of lady friends. They had brunch and I opted to wait 30 minutes for the lunch menu to be available at 11:30am sharp. My heart was set on getting the burrata salad and I was so glad that I waited! It was an incredibly delicious salad! This restaurant had outdoor only seating when we went. From our table, we had a beautiful view of the driving range and watched golfers as we enjoyed our food. I would definitely recommend coming here!

Yelp
Veranda has indoor and patio dining that has a beautiful view of the golf course. A group of us had brunch on a weekend, and it was honestly the perfect weather. They have heated lamps but we didn't even need them. The umbrellas they had were helpful since it was so sunny. They also have an area with an outdoor fireplace. The menu here is filled with a pretty good variety of options, and the prices are reasonable. I ordered the birria chilaquiles, which while it wasn't the best I've had they were pretty good. They only offer red sauce unlike some other restaurants that offer green as well, but I like both so it was find with me. They do breakfast until 11:00 then take a break until 11:30 when the lunch menu starts. So just a heads up, in between that time you can't really order anything. I ordered a glass of Sangria as well which was pretty good, and not too strong. Overall it was a beautiful brunch with some solid food, and great views. I'd happily go back, especially considering it's so hard to find brunch spots that do reservations. Their dinner looks good as well, so I plan to go back for that.

Yelp
Chilly Christmas night with friends looking for a holiday inspired place to hang out. This review is specifically for the Veranda Bar vs the actual restaurant. Open seating and lots of space for large groups in the bar area. We were able to get drinks in a reasonable amount of time and happy to be able to enjoy the Christmas decor and ambiance. The holiday drinks were very fun and priced decently considering them a seasonal specialty menu. 10/10 for the aesthetics 7.5/10 for drinks

Yelp
The restaurant has a beautiful setting, but the service left a lot to be desired. Most of the staff, including the manager and front desk team, were dismissive and unwelcoming--not just to us, but to others as well. Thankfully, our server Kayla was a bright spot--kind, attentive, and the only one who made us feel welcome. Food was okay

Yelp
The Veranda Restaurant is a wonderful restaurant that has incredible views on the outside "veranda". The summer weather with a nice cool breeze helped us to enjoy a delicious lunch served by the restaurant. Our server, Sara, provided us with exceptional hospitality, ensuring our comfort and enjoyment I ordered the Brioche BLTA, with a side Ceaser Salad. There was a generous amount of crisp bacon with a nice ratio of lettuce and tomato. The salad was also tasty. We were celebrating a Special Occasion and received a complimentary gift of a slice of a chocolate chiffon cake with berries which was absolutely delightful!!! This made our lunch quite memorable!!!

Michael H.

Yelp
The food is very tasty and the service was wonderful. The ambiance is absolutely amazing. Beautiful outdoor patio!

Yelp
Part of hotel. Nice ambiance on the patio. Food was really good had the market salad and the pear and prosciutto pizza. Warm goat cheese with bread for appetizer. Lava cake for dessert. Took a long time for service (ex get more bread) but the staff was very sweet.

Yelp
No one does a lox bagel better than Veranda! Incredible fresh fish & veggies, this is my go to brunch along with the house potatoes! The service is always outstanding, especially Louis, who is diligent and kind. The outdoor seating is ample with a great view of the course & fireplace that makes dinners feel cozy. Overall, one of my favorite restaurants!

Yelp
Lunch was lobster Mac & cheese, chicken panini, crab cake sandwich and short rib flatbread along with some cocktails. Everything was great today day. Our waiter was courteous and on point. The patio dining was shady, peaceful over looking the golf course, great ambiance. Really enjoyed it!

Yelp
This restaurant is beautiful, it oversees the golf course and when the sun goes down, amazing... they also have live music. There was a man playing guitar and it was very cute. It would be a romantic date night option. It was a little pricey, but the food was delicious and the service was great. I had a whiskey sour, it was strong and perfect in taste. We had shared the lobster Mac n cheese appetizer and it was soooo good. I didn't include a picture of my short rib main dish, but it was so good I forgot to take a picture and I ate it right away! Would definitely go again for a date night, maybe after a day of golf!

Yelp
The inside area of the restaurant was far too hot, like broken thermostat hot. Lucky for us they have a very nice patio. Lots of heaters, but very friendly and accommodating staff that lets you move to another table without one, so you can cool off your now overheated head. For dinner we had the swordfish and the scallops. Both very good. The Japanese Cheesecake sounded better on paper. Not bad, but didn't deserve its rather high price. For breakfast we had the lobster scramble and the crab cake eggs benedict. The first was good, the latter was excellent. The part I despise is the sneaky surcharge in the fine print at the bottom of the menu, using the minimum wage increase as the excuse. Don't give me some political BS while I'm trying to have a nice dinner. Just pay your servers for their job without telling me about it and making me calculate. The archaic separated tax and tip practice is annoying enough. I don't need to know about all your individual costs, I'm not your accountant. Give me the actual/total price for an item like they do in civilized countries. Don't pretend it's cheaper than it is. It's an insult to our intelligence. Took off one star because of this.

Yelp
Came here on a Friday morning for brunch and they were a little understaffed so it took awhile to be seated and our food to come out. But the hostess and waitress were very nice and doing their best. Ordered the chilaquiles with the waitress' recommendation and it was delicious. The tortilla chips were big and crunchy. The salsa verde had a nice little kick to it. It was a large dish! My friend ordered and liked her Shaved ham and eggs Benedict dish too. We sat outside because it was a nice day and there is a nice view of the golf course. Lots of patio heaters to keep us warm too.

Yelp
I stayed at the Rancho Bernard Inn, so we had lunch at the Veranda. We sat inside, but there is also outside seating! We shared the shrimp ceviche, Caesar Salad, and crab cake sandwich. The ceviche was a bit fishy, but everything else was pretty tasty. I enjoyed the sandwich, which had plenty of crab cake and came with yummy fries. I got a mocktail, which was refreshing. The Naked and Famous cocktail had a good amount of alcohol, so my friend love it haha.

Yelp
I never would've gone to this restaurant as it is a little out of the way from where I'm located. I am happy that my work had a dinner here and the food was amazing! My coworkers got Halibut that looked very good some others got skirt steak, looked quite quite good and one more got the scallops and I was fortunate enough to try a piece and they too were amazing! The table got a bottle of wine (the pessimist from Dau Vineyards in Paso Robles, CA) definitely recommend this bottle if you're a red wine fan. Finally finished the night off with an espresso martini. If you are a coffee fan I recommend this as it is not on the sweeter side which is a HUGE PLUS for me!

Yelp
DO NOT COME HERE IF YOU ARE YOUNG!! I have actually been here before with my mom and the service was amazing the food was great. However I went back with my friends and it was horrible to start we were given a 12:30 reservation and arrived at 11:30 we had no problem with that. We waited at the course for a hour in the 88 degree weather and were a bit exhausted, once we were finally seated we ordered our food and it did not come to us for over 55 minutes! We even asked our server half way through at the 30 min mark which she responded oh it's gonna be a really really long wait u have 3 parties ahead of you. We finally waved her down after 60 min of waiting and asked where our food was and but she ignored us, she rolled her eyes and scoffed at us (pretty rude), she was older and white and blonde if management sees this we were pretty disappointed and disturbed and didn't even want to eat there anymore at that point. On top of that we finally cancelled the order after a hour of waiting (around 1:30pm) and they brought our food out after that and it looked cold meaning they never checked for our food in the kitchen to begin with? Overall really sad experience because I loved the location however I will not be returning. I really emphasize not coming if you're young because they will not take u serious and treat you less than. I never even do yelp reviews but this was genuinely the worst dining experience I've ever had, they did offer us our food after we cancelled the order but at that point we didn't want to stay because we didn't feel very welcomed. Manager did call and apologize for behavior so I appreciate that.

Susan W.

Yelp
Michele should be let go. Antagonistic and absent during meal. Rib eye arrived RARE ordered medium. Never saw Michele after we were served. When approached re: absenteeism Michele was challenging & rude. Manager made things right, apologized but did not reprimand server. Very disappointing.

Yelp
Had clients coming into town and decided to dine at Veranda which I've been a handful of times. I wanted to shout out to Nadia for reserving a table with an amazing golf course view upon request. Also appreciate our server Sal how was attentive and did an amazing job. The atmosphere is luxurious yet relaxing. The food is quality, succulent, and delicious. The desserts are to die for. After dinner we walked around, checked out the Chef's garden, hotel, etc. Will continue to dine here for years for brunch / lunch / HH / Dinner.

Johnny W.

Yelp
Food was delicious. There was a complementary birthday cake slice which was also delicious. The staff and the service were top notch. We felt very welcome and the overall ambience was amazing. The live music there also set the vibe very nicely.
google avatar

Ron M.

Yelp
Ambiance and service were very good. Our server was very attentive and caring. The slow kitchen was not his fault. The food was very poor - over priced and took forever to be served. Zero star food. The Goat cheese bowl was like thick lumpy soup that had been run through a blender. I had a stomach ache all night after eating it. I know - I should have sent it back, but I didn't have 45 minutes to wait for another dish
google avatar

Yelp
We had the Short Rib Flatbread and Grilled Chicken Club. I also had the Mojito. The flatbread was good and I would recommend. The Grilled Chicken sandwich was alright/average. Mojito was good as well. But the views and the atmosphere of the place was superb.

Yelp
We have been here a few times before Covid and went back for an outdoor dinner on a hot summer day. We had a reservation right before the sunset and it was a beautiful time of the day to enjoy the outdoor ambience. We enjoyed the soft pop live music. The menu felt limited. The entrees were mostly $30 - &40. I completely forgot about the price that comes with the ambiance! We were not sure if we wanted to go for $40 plate, so selected something more reasonable: burger and flat bread, and a glass of wine. The waiter was nice and attentive. The flat bread was so delicious with a great combination of the toppings: prosciutto, grapes, mozzarella and blue cheese. Totally gourmet tasting! My hubby had the burger and said it was a gourmet burger and tasted fantastic although it was not Angus. Can't wait to go back! Great place for good outdoor ambience, good food and wonderful memories...

Yelp
My wife and son had a 2:00 reservation at Veranda for an early Mother's Day celebration. After they were seated, it took 20 minutes to have their order taken. Then they never heard from the waitress again. At 3:00 they left hungry and thirsty. To top it off, it wasn't that busy. Happy Mother's Day.

Yelp
We've been here a few times over the years--most recently We had a wonderful breakfast/brunch here at Veranda Fireside Lounge. It was easy to get a reservation and then once we arrived we were promptly seated. Service was fast so we didn't have to sit and wait a long time to get our orders placed. The menu for breakfast is slightly limited (see photo) but I think they basically have something for everyone. Their outdoor seating area was also quite pleasant and you don't feel like you're crowded in with a lot of people since there's good spacing between tables. The food quality was solid and the portion sizes were substantial--we were full when we left. I ended up with the omelet the first time we went and the second visit I got the Loco Moco. Their prices have gone up over time but quality was still very good (newest menu photo July 2023). --TL;DR-- Pros: reservations are easy, good selections and great outdoor seating, service was good Cons: pricey, parking can be a pain sometimes, one person meeting us had to circle around a bunch of times waiting for a spot. Bottom Line: good outdoor setting for brunch, with some higher end priced items, overall enjoyed it!

Yelp
We went on a Wednesday night and got to enjoy some live music and delicious food! Our server was attentive without hovering, the host helped us get on the waitlist which took less time than quoted, and the music was appropriate for the ambiance! Our group had the bread service x2 (couldn't help ourselves) salads, burgers, a steak dish, and dessert. The bread came out warm and lovely! The veranda salads were good sized portions. The burgers were both cooked differently by request and they were delicious. Our friend got a steak dish I believe but had licked his plate clean before I could even notice! I had a Bernardo breeze cocktail and it was so good! I had the red velvet cake for dessert it was a nice slice and not overly sweet as some icings can be. While there a table near us had some misunderstanding about the dessert policy which is on the website, menu and the host also let them know at their arrival. The staff handled the upset woman quickly and professionally and if I wasn't so nosey I wouldn't have even noticed! Kudos to their staff!

Yelp
For my wife and I, this has been one of our favorite places to go for a special, high quality meal in a beautiful outdoor setting. It is adjacent to the golf course, but the main attraction here is impeccable, delicious high quality food in one of the nicest restaurant outdoor patios we have been to. Recently, we went on Saturday, and noticed they have a brunch Saturday and Sunday now with many items to choose from. We started with the Brussels sprouts which were delicious. My wife had the Salmon Market Salad which she though was one of the best salads she has had in a long time. I have the lobster roll which came with tomato bisque. Though I have had better lobster rolls, it was still delicious and the combination with the creamy tomato bisque was superb. Service here is always top notch as well, and this time was no exception. Everyone who works there is always so attentive to anything you need. It was a breezy day and someone had turned on the fire pit but the heat was going all in our direction which was starting to make it uncomfortable briefly. Our server noticed this without us asking and offered to move us to any other open table, and we did and enjoyed the rest of the meal in comfort. I highly recommend this place for a special afternoon meal or special occasion especially on a beautiful day to enjoy the ambiance.

Yelp
Came here for lunch on a spa day at the resort and really liked the place. Nice aesthetic with the view of the golf course on the side. Loved how it was actually outdoors and like a veranda! Guava Mango Refresher was beautiful! Husband and I were both surprised. Guava and mango flavor both came through and in the perfect balance. Market Salad was really fresh! We asked for dressing on the side and grilled chicken instead of salmon. Everything went perfectly well together! Candied walnut, blue cheese, all the berries were so perfect together. Also really appreciate how they plated everything with the ingredients. All separated out. Made it very pretty. California Avocado Toast was also very fancy! It was guac instead of smashed avocado, a good amount of greens and tomatoes on there, which we definitely appreciated. Got a poached egg on the top. Skipped out that olive oil drizzle because we didn't want the extra fat but it was not needed at all. 10/10 Recommend having the sauce that it comes with. The guac flavor can be a little bit overpowering with just the bread and egg otherwise, but with the sauce.. It is a total game changer! Really loved this one. Short Rib Flatbread was a 3/10 Ingredients said shallot, mozzarella, roquefort dressing, habanero honey But they were so so much barbecue sauce! The short rib was cooked in barbecue sauce, but there was no mention of this at all. This tasted essentially like a barbecue short rib flatbread. I'm not a fan of that flavor so this was a little bit sad. Too sweet for me. I was hoping for the sweet and spicy vibe with the habanero honey but none of that came through. Had to ask for extra crush to reflex and also took off most of the barbecue sauce with my knife.

Yelp
This place is very secluded and quiet and I really liked that. The only thing was I was introduced to this place by a date (he didn't work out) but the FOOD DID! I have not stopped thinking of that salmon since I tasted it. Now I wanna go back. I literally have spent hours trying to find this place because the salmon was so good. I don't care if I run into that loser again, the food is worth it. Oh yeah, the servers were really attentive and nice too. They do accept Apple Pay even though it says they don't. My date got in a big huff and puff and forgot his wallet so I told him to ask if they had Apple Pay, that's how I know lol.

Yelp
Food was great, I ordered a Buddha bowl and the mushrooms were seared just perfectly, partner had a burger that was cooked very nicely. Ambience is great especially if you are seated outside, there's a nice view (if you like golf course views). Service is attentive but not always prompt. The staff are detail oriented, they are part of the Rancho Bernardo Inn so they have a reputation to uphold. It's a sprawling tree-lined campus!! Follow the signs and you should eventually find it and get in a nice walk.

Yelp
Came here for lunch. The scenery is above average. Lots of outdoor seating and I saw two outdoor fireplaces, plus gas heaters. I got the shrimp Caesar salad and husband got the short rib flatbread. Both are very good. * my salad did have too much dressing, but it was edible. I got a cosmopolitan and husband had the house red. Both were very good. Definitely will be back for dinner. Service = very good Ambiance = very good Food = very good Drinks= very good

Yelp
Great Fun - Delicious Food. You must try the crab cakes. Lovely Music!! Excellent Service.! A Beautiful View. A Romantic Spot. Enjoy!!

Yelp
Delicious food and great live music! Grabbed a chicken Cesar salad and a sangria. Even though it was chilly outside there are a ton of heaters through the outdoor seating that kept the tables warm and cozy.

Yelp
My husband and I came to Escondido for a wedding and stayed at the Rancho Bernardo Inn. We ate at the Veranda Restaurant several times over the four nights we stayed. The food was excellent, as well as the service. Nadia greeted us everyday with a smile. She was incredibly polite and flexible. We brought in a very large party one evening and threw things a bit out of wack. She was super understanding and ensured we were comfortable. Nadia is a valuable asset to the restaurant and was such a pleasure to come into contact with each day... sometimes more than once. Thank you for such a great experience!

Yelp
Had lunch today and it was dreadful. All the staff seem to be trained to look down, it was very hard to get attention.

Yelp
Saturday's birthday lunch at the Veranda was perfect. The setting is just idyllic, the menu varied and unique, and the wait staff very friendly and efficient. The hostess, Netanya, was super friendly and especially sweet to our dog. The portions were large and my companions and I enjoyed a large cinnamon roll, iced with bacon, a beautiful order of avocado toast topped with an egg over easy, truffle fries and a breakfast burrito. We were all well pleased and I would love to return to try out the dinner menu! Thanks!

Yelp
We spent a somewhat pleasant conversational lunch at the Rancho Bernardo Inn's outdoor setting, four of us and a dog. The staff is friendly and mostly professional, although our waiter interrupted our conversations more than once. The lunch menu is limited, less varied than it once was, and one pays a hefty price for one's choices. A meal which could be found at most other restaurants for under $100 for four was closer to $200 here, and the quality did not really justify the price. I have to remind myself that it's part of a pricey hotel, so.... Two salmon Caesar salads, a sandwich, a flatbread and some fries, two glasses of wine, one iced tea. All served in a fairly nice setting, although the buzzing flies required constant attention. Parking can be a challenge, since the lot is also for a golf course. Our friends were former residents who have since moved out of state, and wanted a do-friendly place, and that it was. I seldom post a meh review, but Yelp kept asking, so this is it.

Yelp
4.95% Surcharge added "to support local and state mandates" - This is pretty ridiculous to try and sneak this onto the bill. Def lost points for this. Server was super nice, food came out a touch slow. The cinnamon roll was pretty tasty, but they skimped a bit on the frosting. Worth getting for sure, but add extra frosting to the order.

Yelp
Our Mamas group had a nice lunch on a weekend afternoon on the patio. It was a beautiful day and we had a nice table overlooking the golf course. We had reservations and we were seated as soon as we arrived. We were greeted by our waitress and asked about drinks. I opted for a glass of Prosecco while my other mamas got their cocktails. We perused the menu and I opted to get the Caesar salad and added shrimp as my protein. (I was torn between the shrimp and salmon since they were the same price.) Our drinks took a while to come out but luckily we passed the time with each other's company. Our drinks and appetizers arrived and we all shared some chips and guacamole. It was good but it was small in portion. When my entree came out, I was pretty disappointed that my shrimp were small and I only had 3 pieces. I looked over at salmon my friend ordered and that piece of salmon was a good portion! I should have ordered the salmon! Nonetheless, my salad was good since I love me a Caesar with extra dressing and lots of parm cheese! Because we love our sweets, we ordered one of every dessert. Warm chocolate cake, Tiramisu, Bread Pudding, and Crème Brûlée. They were all tasty but I'm a chocolate fan, so my fave was the warm chocolate cake. I wish there was fudge on the inside but the warm cake did go perfect after a nice light meal. Service could have been better but they were busy for a weekend afternoon. We had a great time and we loved the location. We will come back for another spa day!

Yelp
I've been here several times with my girlfriends and we've always had a great time. Great choice of drinks , and the food is delicious. I would say that only downside are the gnats or flies - wish they had something to help prevent that at the table , like a candle or one of those spinners . Otherwise a good night out .

Yelp
The ambience is nice, view of the golf course very relaxing. We had chilaquiles, brussel sprouts and mushrooms flat bread. The service was great, food delicious but pricey. In addition they add extra fee.

Yelp
Me and my partner got food poisoning, up all night sick, and didn't even get a refund. It was overpriced and not worth it at all. What a bummer. Not what you'd expect from a supposed fine dining establishment.
