This restaurant was a great surprise. The Chef George Mendes, from the famous Aldea, has curated a menu that is American, with hints of India, Mexico, South America, the Middle East, and Portugal. The restaurants source the ingredients from local farms and everything is so delicious! My highlights:
- Fried olives - I know, insane, but so good
- Croquettes - made with cod, a Portuguese classic
- The housemade sourdough bread - do I need to say more?
- Salt cod and potato casserole - a Portuguese dish, must try
- Pasteis de nata - if you know, you know...
Besides that, the environment is beautiful and the drinks are also delicious!
