The beef fillet steak, accompanied by crisp French fries, Mediterranean grilled vegetables, and a well reduced homemade beef jus, was executed with clarity and restraint. The addition of White Panther mountain prawns from Austria added a refined, unexpected contrast without disrupting the balance.
The Sicilian caponata, served with toasted organic bread from Öfferl, brought warmth and authenticity to the table, honest flavors, well judged, and deeply satisfying.
