So glad we found this spot our last day in Boulder. Excellent espresso. Our cappuccino and flat white were perfect. The vibe is so cute and the staff is super friendly. It’s not very big, but we were able to get a spot in the shade outside and it was just perfect. I liked that they served their hot milk drinks with a small cup of sparkling water. It was such a nice touch. If I’m in Boulder again, I’d definitely come back!

Stopped in the morning after a long roadtrip. Really great coffee - you can tell the people that work here care about their craft! Had the cortado and a flat white chaser. Great pairing with the chorizo burrito. Definitely will be coming back here!

First time here after recommendation from my bros-in-law. Excellent service, coffee was perfect. Nice ‘vibe’ glad to have found this coffee shop. Really enjoyed outside seating!

Wonderful coffee. I had a flat white and,as an Australian, it was all you could hope for. I expect it's the best in Boulder. They know their coffee. The service was efficient and friendly although I don't like the American approach of needing to fetch your own sit in coffee from the counter. Nice vibe.

Stopped in for a cup of coffee, spotted the delicious pastries, so purchased an Americano and a pastry. Coffee was excellent, pastry was very satisfying. Definitely worth stopping in for both. Highly recommended. And the service was very good too!

Wonderful, knowledgable staff serving tasty brews along side a glass of mineral water. They do their own roasting in small batches so there is always something new. Coffee is labeled with the flavor notes of the beans so you know what to expect. Also serving teas and pastries. Very nice coffee shop. The owner even helped me choose a bag to take home to my son.

TIP YOUR BARISTA WELL I had never heard of this company but looking at the selection of great sourced coffee made me jump on my bike and head to boulder. The surrounding area feels like a Paramount Studio set of houses for filming in Boulder. But it’s worth the journey through the maze to get there. Got there around three. They close at four. Baristas were super rad and helped me choose a great espresso option. I wanted to try all of them! Great job roast team. I had the natural Colombia geisha. (I think???) Beautiful tropical acidity and balance with a great nutty finish on the end. Loved seeing cascara on the menu too. And perfect iced option for anyone wanting to uncover more of the coffee experience. Baristas were very nice and I’m excited to come back :) thanks everyone!

Enjoyed the coffee a lot and really appreciate the effort they put in. Big fan of the slightly carbonated water you get with your drink. Their drip coffee may seem a little expensive, but it is very good. I got some beans to take home and they were fairly expensive, but a nice treat for sure!

Great spot, a little overpriced in my opinion. $6 for a small cold brew, should be $5. But for quality I really don't mind. Parking was somewhat limited but so was the space in the shop so it didn't feel overcrowded. It's on the medium to small size inside, plenty of outdoor seating scattered around though! overall, i do recommend this spot!

Quick stop on the way to Estes. Verb is cute enough, with clean lines and a minimal interior. No restrooms and just a few places to sit. Not somewhere you could hang out for a while, IMO. We ordered two lattes - a vanilla and a chai. Both tasty. Maybe it's just me but I cringed when paying $12 for both. I did appreciate their compostable to go containers but I'm a fan of affordable, so wouldn't return.

Great, friendly service. Cool atmosphere. Coffee was a bit bolder than your average cup, but it will get you charged for the day, for sure!

CONSUMER BEWARE!!! The owner and the barista here are highly educated in craft coffee . I want people to become aware that when they step in here they'll have multiple choices of high-end locally roasted coffee. The coffees are sustainable and have an amazing story. The baristas are well trained, and are knowledgeable about all the coffees. Owns a craft coffee shop for a decade, we're confident giving Mary and her team the plug for Best Coffee in Boulder . Beware you may have to come here multiple times a week once you discover good coffee!

Want a super coffee in Boulder? Verb kills it. Great menu, ambience and super quality drinks. Solidly artisan coffee. Just off 30th in a little shopping area. Highly recommend Update! I spilled my coffee walking out and the guys made me a replacement one for free and would not let me do the clean up. Thank you!

Great coffee shop in Boulder. Love the minimalist decor and the people were so friendly. I tried the cascara tea. It was my first time trying it and it wasn't my favorite but glad I tried it. The matcha latte was really delicious and loved that so much. They have macadamia nut milk which was good and I haven't seen that at other shops. The cinnamon roll was delicious as well. Decided to do takeout and then pour out the drinks into mugs. Highly recommend.

Best cafe in Colorado, don't miss! My wife and I visited Verb last week while in town for a conference. We always look for great coffee shops while traveling, and this one stands out. First, the coffee. I prefer my coffee without cream or sweetener so I can really enjoy the coffee. I ordered a pour over of their Dur Feres, a natural Ethiopian, and it was fantastic! Fruity as you would imagine, but also not overpowering. It was brewed perfectly and I could have enjoyed two more cups! I ordered a bag to take home and have been enjoying it on French press all week. This is a coffee lover's coffee. Secondly, the vibe. Very warm, comfortable and charming. Some coffee shops can be too cold and hard for my taste, but Verb is filled with color, texture and makes you want to sit and hang out for awhile. Last but not least, the staff. I had the privilege to meet the owner Mary while on this visit, and she was a delight. It was great to hear their story and you can tell that Verb is a product of heart and passion. The best small businesses are the ones where the owners are present. Our baristas were top notch, unpretentious, and timely. We will be back anytime we are in the area.

I appreciate their no bs approach to making coffee, mocha was amazing but my coffee snob husband said the flavor of the coffee was pretty muted. Note: no seasonal drinks

There was the film you peel off on a new milk carton in my chai. I took a big gulp, just to find plastic in my drink. This was not a delightful way to start my day especially on an overpriced beverage.

I ordered a drip coffee to go because I wanted to get in and out quickly. The barista made the six specialty lattes in front of mine instead of taking five seconds to pour my coffee into my mug so that I could leave. I had to wait 12 minutes for something that they could have completed in seconds.

I love artisan and pour over coffee, so this place is fantastic! It's a cute little shop in North Boulder that is perfect for a grab and go type of person. They have really unique roasts and offer great recommendations if you don't know where to start. The coffee was delicious and service was very good. Staff was very kind and attentive. Beautiful and inviting space, the artwork is has a really cool vibe. Simple yet unique at the same time. I would recommend checking this place out if you are a coffee snob like me!

Hands down the best coffee in the area! Consistently excellent. Their offerings are delicious and unique, and their team is happy to answer questions or share their knowledge. Drinks are served with sparkling water too! A go-to spot to do some work or chat with friends. They have some seating inside (small tables, counter space) and a few tables outdoors as well. Only caveat is that it can get busy mid-morning, so might not be the best spot for a big group to hang. In general, a laid back yet bustling atmosphere, where there always seems to be community members connecting with each other. Pastries and breakfast burritos too. Highly recommend!

I first went to Verb about 2 years ago and the quality, care and vibe has been the same. I enjoyed their service and attention to the coffee they provide each time I've been. Always an amazing time for a pour over and a friendly conversation!

I love coming here for coffee in the mornings, it's always amazing and on point. Great service and good little to go breakfast burritos too! What more could you ask for?

They make the coffee with care and use fancy milk. i just didn't like it , its personal preference , the mocha was very strong and not chocolaty enough for my preference. my brother didn't like his vanilla latte. they take long to make the coffee but its only because they do put so much detail into making the latte which i appreciate. flavor just wasn't for me.

My go-to coffee spot in Boulder. I'm an avid coffee drinker and lover and Verb consistently has the best coffee I've had in this town. Really unique coffees and flavor profiles. Love them! Staff is also always super friendly.
