I just want to give a huge shout out from Powell River to Ashley @vernonflowershop❤️ Yesterday was International Woman’s Day & I thought it would be fun to send some flowers Tulips actually .. .. to my neice . Ashley was super sweet ! Efficiently fast and even called me back to say my niece was in town and could swing by and pick up the flowers would I like the delivery fees returned! I said nope .. that’s ok.. you keep it! She suggested chocolates ❤️ Thank you so much ☀️🤗

Vernon flowers created my wedding bouquet and I was so happy. I didn't see any wedding flowers on their website, so before asking I wasn't sure if they even did them. They created a custom bouquet for me and I absolutely loved it! They had great communication and created just what I was looking for. Thank so much!

Living out of province it's always tough which store to choose to send flowers to loved ones, PICK Vernon Flower Shop!!! They over delivered this Christmas with a beautiful arrangement, delivered when they said it would be delivered at a very reasonable price. The best flower retailer in Vernon, hands down. Beautifully fresh flowers. Gorgeous arrangements. Reasonably priced. Their orchid arrangements are stunning. I highly recommend them.

I ordered online, as I live in a different city, and the process was seamless. Bouquet arrived on time, with a phone call beforehand, and a photo was send to me via email. The flowers themselves are lovely and look almost exactly like the picture online.

Ordered the serenity sphere terrarium by phone explaining I'd been disappointed before ordering online from another florist. I specifically wanted to speak with someone about my order. I explained it was very special & thought the woman understood. I got a bowl with 2 small tropicals & lots of pebbles. Very disappointed- this was not as shown. Plus I didn't get the promised delivery confirmation phone call.

I ordered a $289.95 arrangement for my brother's celebration of life. We were REALLY disappointed with both the service and quality of the flowers delivered. The person who took my order messed up the pick up time which meant they had not even started the arrangement when I went to pick it up at 9:00 am. They did manage to deliver flowers to the venue in time for 11:00 am but, it was a mess. Petals were dropping and it most certainly did not look professional. We absolutely did not feel it was worth the money we paid for it. In all fairness to them, they did deliver the flowers for free to the venue and give us a box of chocolates. Unfortunately, what we really wanted was an arrangement of beautiful flowers - that did not happen. I would definitely avoid ordering flowers from them.
