Verrado Grille

This restaurant checks all the boxes for what a top-tier establishment should offer: a welcoming atmosphere, attentive service, and a clean, stylish setting. The staff are friendly and professional, the decor is inviting, and the ambiance is perfect for both casual meals and special occasions. Yet, despite these outstanding attributes, the food itself disappoints—offering lackluster, uninspired dishes that fall far short of expectations. What could be a standout venue is ultimately let down by its underwhelming quality, making it a place where everything is right except the most important thing: the food.

This place is a gem. I've had the cheese steak and a cheese burger on separate visits. Both were so good I'll visit again asap. The apple pie cheesecake was terrific too. Service was attentive and very good.

Based on the location, this place could be outstanding. Unfortunately, the prices don't align with the quality of the food, beverages, or portion sizes. Honestly, the operation needs an overhaul, starting with management. The waitress with the bad attitude has been allowed to thumb her nose at customers for a very long time. If management doesn't have the fortitude to make simple adjustments like that, there's not much hope for any real changes.

Had been looking forward to dining at Verrado Grill and finally had the opportunity to do so yesterday. It did not disappoint. I had the delicious sliders, two had reubens, and one had a pineapple salad. All were very pleased with the meals. The scenery is wonderful, as well.

I went to Verrado grill for breakfast because it has lake and golf course views which are nice and calming. Unfortunately there was nothing in the menu that is gluten -free and since I'm allergic to it, I had no option but to leave. However, the service was great and it was a shame that I couldn't enjoy the views with a meal.

Easter brunch was only menu option after being told over the phone and that the front desk that we could order from the menu. Service was good, the food was mostly just lukewarm. Plan on paying a gratuity whether you agree with it or not it is part of your billing. Do not waste your time or money at this place.

Service was atrocious. Hostess was nice but after we were seated, it took FOREVER for a waitress to acknowledge us. We are not needy people but it took FOREVER to get a drink, an act of Congress to get water! We almost walked out when no one bothered to take our order for 30 minutes after we got drinks! Later, we wished we had left, when we waited WAY tooo long for food to arrive, which btw was great! Won't get into the inconvenience of trying to get check when we were dying to leave! Great food, beautiful setting, lousy service!

$18 Chicken Sandwich It was so delicious and fresh. Nice place to bring friends who are visiting out of town. We were there on a Wednesday morning and it was really chill and not too crowded.
