I went to this store and purchased the Kleio Quilted Mini Bag from, Anna. When I opened the box, I realized the actual price tag for the bag with the barcode was already removed without my consent from the bag. This was my first purchase from Versace but I feel like based off my looks they thought i was going to return the bag. It took about 15 minutes for them to present the bag to me although i was the only customer in the store. Anyway, the bag was nice but just a huge emotional killer being black woman shopping.

I called the Versace store, Soho, spoke with Erik, who ended up helping me place an order via my email and text messages ( I do not live near a Versace establishment). Erik was wonderful and the order was flawless! Highly appreciated his response time to my messages as well!

I thought i had to make an appointment to shop, so i called the store and Andreo was awesome! He told me to come in for a fitting and had some items ready once i arrived. Eric was also very helpful with the fitting. Both were very helpful and knowledgable. They made me feel very welcomed at Versace. You hear horrible stories about store employees treating the customer bad, but the employees at Versace Madison Ave treated me with the upmost respect and ill always remember that. Thank you for the great experience!

This is truly one of the best stores l had ever visited! This particular Versace store on Madison Avenue had some of the best staff, especially my sales associate Jodie. He is truly one of the best people l ever met as he was super warm, inviting, and very knowledgeable about Versace products as he has been working there for so many years, and most importantly, he was so super friendly! It was a true delight and pleasure to have met him. I’ve been collecting all authentic Versace items since 2008 (especially vintage Gianni Versace pieces) and as a die hard Versace fan and collector, this is truly my best shopping experience! I came in knowing l was going to purchase 2 items in particular ( a ring and a necklace). They had the ring l was wanting to purchase for the longest time in stock in my exact size, but unfortunately they didn’t have the necklace l wanted in stock as it was sold out in there store due to it being one of the most highly sought after hot ticket items. However, Jodie being the incredible, wonderful, extraordinary sales associate that he is, showed me all of their necklaces and he even went to the back to pull out some special pieces not on display and just like that, Jodie showed me an even better necklace! I was thrilled and super excited! I thank the Versace team especially Jodie very much for all of their wonderful help and kindness. Jodie truly made my day as it was my first time in New York City. Now every-time l visit New York, l will for sure stop by as l was very blown away with Jodie’s incredible customer service! lf you ever come to the Versace store on Madison Avenue, I definitely highly recommend asking for Jodie to help you as he is truly the best, period!

Came to the store last saturday great customer service from Jodi, he was nice, very respectful and kind. Bought a belt that was on sale half price, (Great Deal) since i didn’t want to miss that opportunity i was like why not buy it so i bought it….i like versace belts and their clothes, even their bath robes.
