Google
Very cute smoothie bowl place. It’s super clean and has WiFi so you can work here. Recommend the blue protein drink!

Google
The açaí bowls are great! Cute little place, love that you can order on their website for quick and easy pickup. I love the classic Verve Bowl, and the customizable options are great! Usually add some cacao nibs and it’s delicious!

Google
Bowls / Smoothies / Toasts Tasted fresh and a lot of great options. Wish the blenders were quieter.

Google
I’ve been lovin’ Verve Bowls for years! Always Delicious and Nutritious 🌱. A little noisy but to be expected as they are blended up goodness! The staff is warm and welcoming, giving guidance and recommendations. A few times I was short on time but needed something healthy to grab and go - so accommodating. Enjoy!

Google
It’s often very loud inside because the blender is constantly running, which makes it uncomfortable to stay or have a conversation. The atmosphere feels a bit unfriendly: the staff don’t smile or engage with customers. When there was a promotion with free avocado toast, I noticed that every time I came to get it with my other order, the portion became smaller and smaller. The last time, I was given what looked like just the crust of bread — very different from the usual size and quality. It felt disrespectful, as if I wasn’t valued as a customer. On a positive note, I appreciate that the team is updating the menu and the interior design — that’s a big plus. However, the old chairs are still uncomfortable, and the tables don’t help create a cozy feeling.

Google
I love love love verve!! They offer bowls, smoothies, add ins, coffee items, etc. I've only ever tried the green goddess smoothie (because it's wildly delicious) but look forward to trying a bowl sometime! The employees have always been attentive, kind, helpful and pleasant. The interior is so charming; bright, airy, colorful, modern. It is a really pleasant environment to do some work or meet up with a friend. Parking is along the street but there is also a pay to park lot across the street. I would highly recommend giving Verve a try sometime!

Mariana Serna M.

Google
Their smoothies are so refreshing and delicious without being too sweet. And the sandwiches are made with the freshest ingredients.

Yelp
Delicious açaí bowls. We ordered a very large order for a meeting this week and picked up. They were so yummy and were even ready earlier than they said. They helped me take them to the car. Don't be shy about ordering a large quantity here!

Yelp
I rarely crave smoothies and I usually have them 1-2x a year. Today was that day and I decided to get a smoothie from Verve Bowls. I had the Tropic Thunder (description says - "expertly blended pineapples and mangoes in coconut oil, lemonade, coconut milk and agave. Refreshing and smooth"). It came in 16oz container and was refreshing and really good! There were 3-4 pieces of pineapples at the bottom, so I'm not sure about the expertly blended part, but it doesn't really take away from the smoothie quality. Staff seemed energetic and it was overall a good vibe. I ordered the smoothie online for pickup around 10:30 am and it came out super fast.

Yelp
Great taste and plenty of choices. My to-go smoothie place! you must tryyyy if you visited downtown seattle

Yelp
Never been here before so I asked the person at the register for their fav and they did not disappoint! Got the berry yum with honey and Nutella and I absolutely demolished it, was delicious. Really nice shop and very clean, it was super cold though.

Yelp
Free wifi, water, and washroom makes this establishment a good spot to bring your laptop and unwind. There's ample seating along the windows which gives a cozy vibe on rainy days. Some ambient background music would make this place a vibe. As far as the food goes, the strawberries were mushy and slightly spoiled. Also, the Acai was more runny than I would have liked, I usually go for a thicker mix.

Yelp
I've been looking for a good açaí bowl place nearby and I'm so happy i found this place! My friends and I wanted to grab something light and healthy after a workout class. We got 3 different bowls to share and they were all frickin amazing! So delicious and filling. This place was super cute/aesthetuc, offered variety of bowls, and the staff was friendly and patient! I am definitely making this my new weekend routine

Yelp
Such a yummy smoothie bowl!! The consistency is perfectly frozen and smooth. The fresh fruit is perfectly ripe as well. I cannot stop eating it. The service was efficient, and the employees were very kind and accommodating. They use house-made almond milk in all of their bowls, and I think that's cool when any restaurant/cafe has house made recipes. Although, I have an almond allergy. Usually, it's an up charge for subbing the milk, but they made an exception because of my allergy, which I really appreciate. I got coconut milk instead. It was loud inside, but obviously that's common at smoothie places. The indoor seating had cushions on the seats, which I love, because I love to be comfortable. I ended up taking my smoothie bowl to go because it's a sunny day and it was so loud in there. Perfect midday snack!!

Yelp
Absolutely horrible service. Opened over an hour late employees chit chatting in the back. Rude when they finally came to the door. Would not recommended this location. Absolutely no issues with any other location, not to add this is not the first time this has happened at this location. Employees openly cuss with bad customer service seeming to be a trend here.

Emmy R.

Yelp
Bowl was tasty - employees cussed continually, which is both unprofessional & unappealing...

Yelp
the service here at verve is wonderul! the Ambiance is calming and welcoming and the Food is delicious

Yelp
Im so sorry to post this but I'm doing it to remind myself to not come here again. I came here a few years ago and it was pretty good but the most recent time I came this year, omg this tasted so bland. I was trying to escape the heat that day so I came in here to get the good morning sunshine. The fruits were not sweet at all and didn't really taste that fresh either. The açaí itself was not good either. It just all tasted very icy and bland. I miss Hawaii and delicious açaí bowls :( the funny thing is I told my friend that I dropped by here to try the bowl and she said I should've told her earlier because she had it before and thought it was so bad.

Micah S.

Yelp
The bowl was super yummy and the service from Jules was excellent . I love airy building and comforting ambiance 10/10 experience, will be coming back!

Max S.

Yelp
Very good service and ambiance. The bowls are outstanding I would eat here over a Michelin star reaturaunt

Chase

Yelp
Great customer service, amazing bowls, ambiance was fire. I highly recommend this place.

Yelp
Good service, bright, space, fresh food that hits the spot when it's warm outside, and so good I still crave when it's not so warm.

Yelp
My sister and I decided to give this place a try and was definitely not disappointed. After trying out their smoothie bowls, I can rightfully say that this place has my favourite açai and smoothie bowls. Verve bowls include a wide array of different flavours, topping combinations and smoothie bases on their menu. Each bowl can be customisable and come in an assortment of unique colours. From their menu, they use natural ingredients such as blue spirulina powder, red pitaya, and turmeric to create those BOWLD and vibrant colours. I would definitely recommend asking for honey and granola on your bowls as they provide additional sweetness and texture in every bite. The customer service is immaculate and the employees working there are incredibly kind. There is an option to order for pickup on their app, however I decided to order in store. It was relatively fast and you can see them preparing your order while you wait. There were several other orders ahead of mine since they offer Postmates, however I was able to receive mine with little waiting time. For smoothie bowls, the prices here range from $10+ which is pretty average. Order: Deja blue and Beast Mode was pretty nice however, I would opt out of the peanut butter for beast mode next time. The deja blue was tarte itself however the addition of granola was a nice added touch. You can customise your bowl to your liking, add more toppings, however I just stuck with regular provided toppings. They also have different sizes for your bowls: regular and large. Parking: Difficult to find since there is 2 hour MAX street parking.

Yelp
Best acai bowls in Seattle! The Kale Yeah is my go to - fresh ingredients, never too sweet, large portions, and well balanced. My husband loves the smoothies - mainly the blue protein which he says is the perfect consistency and not too sweet.
google avatar

Jessica L.

Yelp
I have been a fan of verve bowls since I was in college! My favorite was always the raspberry bowl with bee pollen! Definitely a very tasty treat and make sure to try to try their signature bowl as well.
google avatar

Emma N.

Yelp
Ordered the "bee green" smoothie. Let's just say it tasted very... healthy. I actually didn't mind it, but my husband was not a fan. Lol. He asked "where's the mango & pineapple?!" It is a unique flavor, and if you like sweet smoothies, this may not be for you. But if it makes you feel healthier to drink something green, I didn't think it was that bad.
google avatar

Melissa B.

Yelp
I love this spot! Best açaí bowls I've ever had. The uncrustabowl is my favorite- Peanut butter is so good in the bowls. Super friendly staff too and beautiful interior. 10/10 would recommend.
google avatar

Lia W.

Yelp
This is the best place for Acai bowls! Highly recommend any time you're looking for quick and easy smoothie or acai bowl place.
google avatar

Yelp
Amazing Acai Bowls. I felt really healthy after eating avo toast and tropical acai bowl, had sweet & ripe mango, pineapple, coconut, vanilla granola, and a super-food called hemp heart (looks like furikake, but taste nutty) and acai was fire! Nice tunes playing and super sweet gals working the counter, warm & welcoming. Audrey and Samila. Avo toast had a nice seasoning like olive oil and little garlic/salt. So yummy. Can't wait to come back.
google avatar

Yelp
I ordered a bowl with almond butter substitute and they gave me peanut butter on the topping. Fortunately, I could smell it and returned it before I took a bite. When I brought it back the person at the counter asked me if I was allergic before she took it back. Allergic folks, beware. I've been to to the cap hill one a hundred times with no issue. Also- delicious!
google avatar

Lela A.

Yelp
Got the Bee Green, which is spinach, kale, mango, pineapple, ginger, bee pollen, house made lemon juice, and water. It was the only green smoothie on the menu so I went with that one. I hate that I'm hating on a green smoothie because I've never had a bad one. this one is hands down the worst I've ever had. Has a weird taste to it and I can't figure out what it is. Not sure where or how things went wrong. All the ingredients should make for a great tasting green smoothie but my boyfriend and I were both immediately confused about what this taste was. There's both too much lemon juice and something else that I don't know how to describe. For a $10+ smoothie? Straight disappointed.

Reiven

Yelp
delicious and tasty bowls here! the ingredients and fruits are so damn fresh and Jules killed it making my bowl. love the vibes here and everyone is so friendly:) so many options to choose from & will definitely be back to try as much as possibly can. shoutout to Jules and Kiki (hope i spelled their name right), amazing folks and great food
google avatar

Sara V.

Yelp
Got the classic Verve Bowl with mango instead of strawberry. It was incredibly good! I thought the shop was closed as they've cleared all the chairs and tables and stacked them at the window but they're open to pick up and take out. The atmosphere isn't super welcoming and the heat is turned way up - I assume to make you feel ready to eat frozen goods.
google avatar

Katrina L.

Yelp
I've been to this location a couple of times and they always have good service. Both of the workers who were working behind the counter were nice. This place had good vibes like other açaí bowl places. Both of my bowl and my bf's bowl have a good amount of toppings and granola in it. Açaí bowls are always refreshing on a sunny day
google avatar

Kiana C.

Yelp
Verve bowls is pretty consistent and one of my go to spots for smoothies and bowls. Today I got the vervacious bowl, which is acai berry and peanut butter base. Overall a good bowl with perfect ratio of base/toppings/granola. This one is pretty nutty so if you don't like PB don't get it! My one complaint is today the bananas were overripe, so when you bit into them they kind of immediately mushed into the smoothie base. This is the first time I've experienced this at Verve Bowls - usually the bananas are perfectly ripe. Though this isn't enough to deter me from another visit, I may like the Capitol Hill location better than the Ballard one.

Yelp
Tasty, Fresh, clean however, all SBOs know customer service, reputation is everything within communities especially post COVID. The entire staff needs (Re) training and lessons in customer service 101, first impressions SAY alot about the buisness and the owner. Not a single person over age of 25 of that staff I bet...this was my first time here. I personally, woman of color, mid 30s: (server was young, brunette didn't look a day over 21 with curly hair) looked mad at world. Took my order forgot detail, when I waited ten minutes i asked for water and agáve and not once did she said sorry. Very entitled, poor mannerisms looked highly annoyed when I asked and then the icing. Another similar looking women like myself (WOC) waited approx 5 minutes before they even greeted her!!!! Disgusting and very pro white vibes in this cafe'. I will never eat in here again I will only order. The behavior of all them is making me sick!!!!! Also observed a lot of confusion, the brunette girl didn't once acknowledge when someone said thank you. She goes "mmm hmmm" that is terrible customer service. These kids need a reality check!!!!! Hold the side bars, and love affairs going on at the door. Get a older manager this isn't a good flow.

Yelp
Verve Bowl is so good!!!! This one is located in Ballard rather than in Cap Hill. Glad they opened one up in Ballard as it is closer to where I live. This location is fairly new and in a new building too in case you like new Slightly bigger location with more tables and sitting area, or you can eat it on the sidewalk like I did. Same to similar menu as the Cap Hill location, but I did see one bowl that I have never seen before. I decided to get the "Chocolate My Heart" acai bowl. It was pretty darn good, acai blended with strawberries, banana and almond milk. They do put more strawberries, bananas on top with some granola and vegan chocolate chips. Nice blend of ingredients, was super tasty, refreshing on a warm day after work out. Ahhhhh! One noticeable hiccup is your acai bowl takes a while to make, a few times I've been here, it's been near 20 mins or so until I get my bowl. Yea, I get that it gets busy at times but as you stand their waiting, you can't help but to look at how they process the orders. Still a huge fan of their acai bowls but it took a while. Staff was friendly, nice looking location, worth coming by either location in Seattle.

Sherman W.

Yelp
My favorite place to grab an Açaí bowl in the state. Wish they made one up north in Lynnwood ... but it's always worth the drive! Staff always friendly and always on point with the blends. Always recommend coming here!

Sari K.

Yelp
Ive been coming here for Acai bowls for years and staff are super friendly! Clean interior with walkable distance from residential area. Refreshing and best Acai bowls in town.

Joy G.

Yelp
Some of the best bowls I have ever had, but the price is steep for sure! I like this location because it is close to where I live, but it is so loud inside that I never stay to eat.
google avatar

Connie A.

Yelp
I wish acai bowls are more of a 'thing' here in Seattle. This is one of those millennial superfoods that I fully support, even if it does cost quite a bit. My friend and I came in on an incredibly sunny Sunday afternoon and they were definitely busy. But service was prompt and the employees were friendly as well. The store is immensely clean-feeling and spacious. We saw a group working on their laptops, which the idea of it seems pretty relaxing - until you realize the crazy loud "pulsing" noises from the blenders. I would much rather prefer to grab & go or just enjoy a quick snack here instead. We ordered the Berry Yum and Good Morning Sunshine, both slightly different in taste due to the fruits that are in the acai base. Berry Yum is made with strawberry, blueberry and banana, while the GMS was comprised of mango, pineapple, and banana. Both were topped with more fresh fruits and my favorite - the granola. The GMS was my favorite out of the two, but I am excited to try out some of their other menu items next time... with extra granola topping of course!
google avatar

Arlene S.

Yelp
You can order takeout and delivery from Verve Bowls. I ordered the bowls onsite and waited a few minutes. Usually, this place get busy and you might have a longer wait as they make all the bowls and smoothie fresh. The acai bowl was delicious and packed with granola and fruits. It was very freshly in the summer heat. The staff was very friendly and provided recommendation since it was my first visit here.

Alyssa H.

Yelp
The best açaí bowls in Seattle!! The staff is always friendly and it's always very fast. Highly recommend!

Yelp
Came here on February 10th before I went to my manicure at Urban Nail Box. I thought it would be quick, but they were packed. They were so busy that some of us were standing in line for awhile before someone came to take our order, having a customer service background it would have been nice to see someone at least register that we were there. I think one of people making the bowls and smoothies were in training which could have been the reason it took awhile for our orders. I ordered a small Good Morning Sunshine acai smoothie bowl to go. Was so yummy even though it was cold outside I still enjoyed the it. All the fruit was so fresh and the granola which was more like puffed rice added a nice texture. I've been wanting to try a bowl for a long time and was excited when I heard one was coming to Ballard. Looking forward to trying one of pitaya bowls next time, and hopefully catching the place when it's a little less hectic. Would definitely like eat there next time, I love the plant wall!

Nolan S.

Yelp
Food, good. Service? Horrible. Condescending. We walked in to order and were told we should have called. We offered cash and were told we should have known that they do not accept cash. (There are no signs that they are a cashless institution.) In the end, they did not even give us all of the food that we paid for. At least we only waited 25 minutes.
google avatar

Noor T.

Yelp
Actually awful, a scam. I ordered twice from this establishment via a delivery app. I paid $8 extra for all these extra toppings. I received none of them. I thought you know, maybe it's an off day or a bad employee. I ordered again. I received exactly NONE of the extras i ordered. It was basically a free donation to the store, outright disgusting. I will NEVER order from this joke of an establishment again.

Yelp
I came back from vacation in Hawaii and was looking for something that fulfilled my açaí bowl cravings that continued since I got back. Tried a couple places and I like Vereve Bowls the best! I've been to the Capitol Hill location also and just get a bowl/smoothie that I'm feeling for the day and haven't had much of a miss yet. Also like that honey and coconut flakes is self serve, so I can put as much as I want!
google avatar

Assal M.

Yelp
I've ordered the açaí bowls from verve many times and they are terrific! Fresh fruit, delicious granola, açaí + dragon fruit base = dream bowl. They have lots of different options whether it be the base or the toppings. They also come in different sizes. It's just absolute goodness every time.
google avatar

Nita L.

Yelp
Verve Bowls can take you back to Hawaii! Love their AÇAÍ bowls. My favorites are the Vervalicious & Chocolate my Heart. Highly recommend!

Yelp
Super yummy and healthy - what could be better. My favorite is the razzle dazzle bowl but you can't go wrong with any of them! I love all the fresh fruit in them, and I always feel full but not bloated afterwards so I'm ready for the days activities. Plus, they have a loyalty program through Square - buy 12 bowls get 1 free. It's going to take a while to get the free one but I can't wait!

Francis C.

Yelp
So the smoothies are solid but the person working behind counter is unbelievably rude for absolutely no reason. It's a smoothie place hire people who aren't miserable as a personality trait. Ok now she made the smoothie and it's literally water - absolutely absurd it's literally New Year's Day what the hell
google avatar

Jacqueline A.

Yelp
Can't beat the good AÇAÍ BOWL THATS FOr sure, everytime I'm in Ballard I gotta make sure I stop by here because they are just the best
google avatar

Tabatha J.

Yelp
First thoughts after trying my recovery (vanilla whey) smoothie... "that's velvety.. rich..man I should have this for dessert..ITS SUMPUOUS!.. it must be their homemade almond milk." Friend had the Rhapsody. It was good. Seeds in my smoothie is not my thing and I'd love to have tasted more PB&J. With this place being so close to the gym it will be hard to stay away from. Go here... enough said.
google avatar

Melissa R.

Yelp
I'm in love with Good Morning Sunshine açaí bowl with the addition of fresh kiwi on top. Their services rage from açaí bowl, pitaya bowls, smoothies to toasts. The ingredients are fresh, wholesome and crafted right in front of you. Been here on multiple occasions and have yet to wait in line. Customer service is friendly and helpful. I fell in love with my bowl based on a staff recommendation. I highly recommend stopping by here if you get the chance. Street parking is available and it's right on the corner of NW 56th Street and 20th Avenue NW.

Yelp
After chatting with the Creative Director at Verve because of my previous review, Chandler invited me back to give Verve another try. I came back to the Ballard location and enjoyed a Berry Yum and a Good Morning Sunshine with my friend. Service was prompt and the workers were quite accommodating. Positive attitude and quite surprised how quick the bowls came out especially because the shop was packed. At the end of the day I would still recommend this place if you're in the area and if you want to give it a try.
