Good restaurant with a Michelin star, though I think it‘s not on the same level as other Michelin-starred restaurants.
The food is delicious for the most part and the staff are professional.
Still, the service is not as personalized or attentive as in other Michelin-starred restaurants. For instance, we had to wait a long time for the staff to take our order. We just sat there long after we had chosen what to eat. We also waited over 10 minutes for our check.
The food is well-presented and mostly very delicious. The beef tartare was excellent. The meat was very tasty, though it was rather too cooked for a medium. The fish, although of good quality, was bland, definitely the weakest part of the meal. The Rhubarb dessert was ceratinly creative, but the sourness overpowered any other flavour the dish had, making it slightly unbalanced.
Overall, this is definitely not a bad restaurant, but it lacks the refinement present in other restaurants of its class.
