"This rustic little patio has one of the city’s great views of Downtown. Its off the beaten track for rooftop patio seekers and drinkers are likely to find they have it all to themselves. The whole Vetted Well menu of drinks and beers are available here — think classic cocktails and Texas brews, plus light bites from the kitchen." - Courtney E. Smith, Amy McCarthy

The service was good, but they close at 10:30.

This place will surprise you! Hands down this the best bar in Dallas. I was not expecting he level of attention to detail this team provided. As soon as I sat down I was greeted with a smile. Staff knows their stuff as well. Every question I asked was answered. I had to ask for a manager to shake their hand. This place is on point. If your looking for a relaxing place to have a custom quality drink made with craftsmanship this is the spot for sure. Not everything is perfect. I saw someone had a little trouble with a game machine eating his quarter and not playing. The team fixed it quick though. They refunded his quarter that minute. Amazing stuff. bottom line check it out. You’ll be impressed.

Bad service got up to get my own drink refill. Only then did the waitress ask if I wanted a refill. Should have walked out when it took 15 minutes to get drinks ordered. Food was cold not good, and 12 dollars for two Pieces of fish. And the order did not come out correct

Large selection of craft beers. Hand crafted cocktails. Occasionally themed cocktails are featured based upon newly released films or replays of famous feature films. Movie parties are a blast. Alamo gives patrons an opportunity to see some great classic films on the big screen even if the film was released before they were born. I don't care if I have seen the movie a hundred times on the small screen, there is nothing like experiencing it on the big screen with state of the art surround sound. Having great food and drinks hand delivered to your reclining seat is a bonus.

We recently had our High school reunion at the vetted well, overall we had an amazing time and the staff was generally very kind and hard working. I really liked the location, the DJ, liquor selection, and the food. My main and only complaint was one bartender in particular, I'm not sure of her name, but she had quite a few tattoos and a very unhappy and angry demeanor. With 22 years experience managing, tending, designing bars I don't say this lightly. This bartender managed to barely work the entire shift, avoid eye contact with all the patrons, look generally annoyed to even be there, and allow her coworkers to carry the entire workload. All of this while her coworkers really needed help and support due to the voracious appetite of my fellow patrons. This in no way ruined my or anyone else's night, largely due to how kind and hard working the rest of the staff was, but if I were managing this establishment I would view this person as dead weight and a cancer for morale. In addition to seemingly producing little to no sales, she left her coworkers to clean the bar that had been thoroughly obliterated. Overall the Vetted Well is a great place to throw a large gathering, with ample options, kind, hard working staff, and a cool location with excellent views, plenty of parking, and a prime location.

Google
Nice little spot for lunch or dinner. We were seated close to a screaming child which killed the vibe for the first 20 minutes, but once they left it was considerably better!! The food was excellent and our server was fantastic and very personable!! We all left full and happy 😊

Great view of downtown, enjoyed the drinks before going in to watch our movies! Recommend shady sands (gin cocktail) super delicious!

Terrance G.

Yelp
Stopped in here for a quick drink and appetizer. Nice place for sure right above a movie thester. Bartenders were great and they have specialty cocktails that change daily with a large beer selection

Yelp
This place is an afterthought. It says there are karaoke rooms here but they actually are all broken and I do not think they expect for people to actually come to this place. Don't waste your time.

Yelp
It's always fun when you have found or discovered a great spot! It's in the area of the cedars and located conveniently inside the Alamo draft house theatre. I had went here not too long ago for a friends birthday. The restaurant was a bit hard to find because I didn't know it was inside the theatre but it was on a different floor. That was a bit difficult because I walked around the building and there isn't really any clear signage The staff was quite great and accommodating of our group. They had a great selection of burgers, salads, pizzas and appetizers. It was great because they were also flexible in substituting and accommodating people's needs. They have a fun open atmosphere and we were able to use one of their private rooms and karaoke! They are open pretty late so you don't have to worry about finding a new place to go to. If your looking for somewhere new to chill or have an informal birthday party/dinner this is your spot!

Kristie A.

Yelp
I really like this place. The views of downtown are great! The restaurant area has a long bar that you can sit at, and garage doors that open up to the outside patio. There's another patio on the other side that is more loungy and had a DJ playing some tunes Saturday night. On a slow Tuesday night when they first opened we got to hang out in the large karaoke room. They didn't charge us for the room - not sure if it was because they were dead or there weren't a lot of songs to choose from. Either way we still made it fun. My last visit I tried the tomato pesto pizza. For being a movie theater restaurant/bar I didn't think the pizza was that bad. Would I seek it out on my own? Probably not. But would I eat it again if I was here and hungry? Yes. They have their own parking lot and then seems to share Gilley's lot. There was nothing going on at Gilley's Saturday night so was able to find a spot in that overflow lot with no problem.

Jacobie D.

Yelp
No service at the bar today. Ignored by 3 bartenders. Had to ask for drink menu. Then still not a word from anyone. Then someone who doesn't look like me sits down at the bar and is immediately served. I don't spend my money where I'm ignored. Just makes you wonder why. But I know why.

Desire T.

Yelp
Tried to go for dinner before we watched a movie downstairs and had my younger sisters in law with me. Was told that after 9pm it's 21+ when it says that nowhere on the vetted well website or alamos website Hostess was very rude in the way she told us as well, overall super disappointing

Mark B.

Yelp
I understand places are short staffed and am patient with that. However, when you make plans to meet before the movie and get a drink and Vetted Well is closed even though the website says it's open, that's frustrating. Please update your website if you are going to change your hours so I don't have to wait around an hour for the movie to start!

Yelp
Love, love, love the view and the vibe at Vetted Well. It is located on the second floor of Alamo Drafthouse. It has an awesome patio with a view of Dallas skyline that some people would pay to see. I honestly come here for the vibe and the view, the food is okay. It's the same food that is served in Alamo Drafthouse which is still pretty good but don't bring a date here for the food...lol. If you get to a movie early or have a movie date and want to keep the night going this is absolutely the best spot. Last night we had a girl's night and had so much to catch up on after the movie that we came upstairs to Vetted Well and kept the drinks flowing and talking. It does close a bit early (11:30 pm on Sunday night) but it was still great spot. I have also brought out of town guests here for a quick bite and to take in the view before heading elsewhere in the area. They have a great selection of beer and a decent menu. I would definitely recommend giving it a try if you are in the area.

Yelp
During my recent visit to Dallas w/my fiancé & brother we stopped in for our first time. The food, specifically the flat bread was off the chain & the cocktails (try the cosmo with egg white!) were so good! Shoutout to Bri who made our visit extra special! Bri (manager/bar tender/tour guide/comedian) was super attentive to our needs & kept us laughing with each visit (we came back 4 times in three days). The city views are instagram worthy & the vibe is welcoming & relaxing. 5/5 for us - will be back during our next visit without a doubt. Ty

Yelp
We loooooooove Vetted Well! So much so we forgot there is a movie theater attached to it.

Ryan H.

Yelp
The outdoor patio, with its view of downtown, is obviously the prime spot to choose, but if you didn't bring your crowbar to pry a patron from the patio, sitting inside isn't exactly "settling". Marble, mahogany, and old-urban-style brick give it the loft-esque "abandoned then rediscovered" look you'd expect from the Cedars neighborhood. A somewhat extensive liquor list is printed for you on one side of the menu, in case you can't actually read the labels due to copious backlighting of the bottles. The other side of the menu contains their signatures, and at least from a single sampling, it seems their cocktails aren't too shabby. The real gold, though, is written in chalk above the bar... the beer. What more can you expect from a bar attached to a "drafthouse" than to have fortyish craft brews? Also, if you often find yourself faced with the dilemma of choosing between whiskey and beer, go with a boilermaker, a pairing of a bourbon/scotch shot with a glass of beer, which they've given Dallas names like "Red Pegasus" or "Grassy Knoll". To be clear: yes, this is under the same roof as the movie theater. Should it have a separate Yelp page? It's up for debate I'm sure, but you don't even need to have a movie remotely on your mind to enjoy the Vetted Well. Similar to a Chicken Scratch/Foundry or Inwood Lounge/Inwood Theater or the Holy Trinity, they are one... yet also discrete. Beer in two persons, blessed Alamo.

Yelp
At the Alamo movie Theater Stealing a few moments for memories in Dallas with the wife before departing home to Chicago. Nice facility, just sit in your respective theater/auditorium and you'll have a server take your order.

Alexis D.

Yelp
My friends and I went here to celebrate a birthday and have a wonderful time! The karaoke was so much fun and our waiter Trenton was so amazing and helpful! We hope to come back here soon!

Lisa V.

Yelp
We had my husband's 40th Birthday party here and it was FABULOUS!!! We had a very large party and reserved the large karaoke room. I want to begin with Kallyn. He was so amazing. I booked this and communicated with him both by phone and email. He was always quick to reply and really met our every need. We ordered several appetizers and pizzas. The food was delicious and the drinks were flowing. Our server was Chris and he was FANTASTIC!!! I have no idea how he was able to keep up with all of us but he did. His timing of food to table was perfect. There was never an empty glass. Each individual had their own cocktail tabs and there was not a single mistake on any of the tickets. He worked so hard and always had a smile on his face and a great attitude! I know this review seems too perfect but our experience was just that. From the moment we arrived with our arms loaded down with a giant cake and tons of decorations, the host (I can't remember his name) was helpful and friendly and the experience just took off from there getting better and better as the night went on. The incredible view of the Dallas skyline was just the icing on the cake. I can't recommend this place enough for parties and other big gatherings!!! Thank you guys for such a great experience!

Tiffany C.

Yelp
Came here to chill before a movie at Alamo Draft House and I loved it! Ordered a hot toddie that was made perfectly. The food they have is the same from the theatre so I just ordered during my movie. Great patio too!

Bill H.

Yelp
My wife and I have been several times. Not sure why anyone complains about the service. We've always had great service. Just went last night. Service was friendly and attentive. Best view in the city, plenty of free parking. Great beer list. Food is good. We had brussels sprout pizza and queso, both were good. The bar is nice, but we love sitting on the deck, seeing the Dallas skyline. Really good option for cocktails.

Yelp
The future hubs and I were passing though downtown, and decided to check this place out. it was a Saturday night, probably around 9:30. It was not packed, but I really liked the vibe. Open, casual, and the decor is pretty cool. We were greeted at the top of the stairs, and headed to the bar. There were plenty of tables inside, as well as huge doors that opened to the patio, which had a great view of downtown. Toward the back they have 4 private karaoke rooms with different themes. The manager told us that they will be updating their karaoke system in a couple of weeks, so we will have to grab some friends and return. Also toward the back is another large patio with another great view. There were a few sofas with chairs facing them, good for talking. There was also a long table set up with what looked to be a birthday party. I read other reviews about the service. It seems like they are getting that worked out. It is a new place, and we did not have any issues. Oh and the music! It was a late 90's early 2000's hip hop fantasy. I do not know if that is their normal vibe, but it definitely brought back memories. We did try out the karaoke rooms...well I did as my other half stood there. I am not sure if he was perplexed or trying to be supportive, but I sang my heart out. I would say this place is great if you are looking for some drinks, bar food, with a great view without dealing with the pretentiousness that sometimes comes with a similar atmosphere..ahem..another place down the street. Give it a shot. You don't even have to catch a movie!

Lindy C.

Yelp
Cute restaurant, terrible service and ok food. This place is above a cinema and is quite cute with patio seating. My friends and I were the only people in the restaurant/bar and it took an OUTRAGEOUS amount of time to get our food and drinks. People got their entree before all the appetizers came out, people were getting their salad when others were getting their checks, people didn't have drinks for the entire meal. We weren't a particularly large group of like 50 either we had less than 20 people. We came here after our friends got engaged because it was Christmas Eve and few places open and thought it'd be a place we could enjoy everyones company. While they had a large table that could fit us all it was not a good food/drink experience. I did have the cobb salad and I appreciated the dressing on the side because most places do overdress. The amount of avocado on the salad was less than acceptable for a cobb salad in my opinion. The company we were with was great so I wasn't too upset by the lack of proper restaurant behavior but as a reviewer on Yelp I stand with the 1 star rating and would not come back here.

Kendra R.

Yelp
We love Alamo draft house. The viewing experience is fantastic. So we grabbed a quick bite before our show and Vetted Well is awful. Completely disappointing. I'd love to say something like "the burger was over or undercooked", or something else that may be improved in a future visit; unfortunately, it is the quality of food as a whole that is the problem. Both of us have worked years in the service industry and can be very forgiving. The burger is something that one would overpay for at a theme park and think "well, what did I expect? We're here and I'm expecting to pay for disappointment." But when a restaurant serves frozen patties at $12 a pop, I'm shockingly curious to know why they think this is acceptable. Save yourself the money and disappointment -- grab dinner elsewhere. I do have to say that our theater experience was fantastic and I don't want to deter anyone from viewing a movie at ADH. Just don't waste your time and money with Vetting Well.

Cindy M.

Yelp
Okay I absolutely love my Alamo, Cedars location. Sadly I can say I've sat in the front (recliner seats, thank you) over 100 times since it opened the doors. My favorite meal... my go to... chicken strips & fries with ranch. To my utter disappointment this afternoon... the fresh battered chicken strips are no more. I took one look in the dark no less to see the out of the bag, flat, pre-seasoned chicken strips YUCK! Thank goodness the queso was good and the movie ROCKETMAN was spectacular. I had these same nasty strips at the Lakewood location, ewww. I thought not my Alamo! Oh the sadness... anyway that's my personal opinion and I hope the delish chicken strips will return one day. Please don't go Cinemark on my watch...

Mark L.

Yelp
The place generally has a cool design/atmosphere; I'd want to come back for drinks on the patio when the weather is nice. This review is for their karaoke rooms. They've got four: three smaller rooms for groups of up to around 6, and one big room that can fit 15 or so. The system runs on a touchscreen on the wall, so no fighting with a remote. The interface is pretty standard for karaoke places (a little hard to navigate) but they mentioned they're looking into alternatives. The song selection wasn't bad. There were a few noticeable omissions, and barely any songs from the past 5 years or so. Still plenty of fun classics though...enough to fill a few hours of time. The microphones aren't cordless, so you can't just pass them around the room. People have to stand at the front of the room to sing, which I guess can make some people uncomfortable. You can order drinks (and maybe food?). They offer pitchers and buckets of beer which is great for a group doing karaoke. Service was quick, attentive, and friendly. A nice addition to the downtown Dallas area!

Stephanie Parker A.

Yelp
This place has so much potential. Great location-- located inside the Alamo draft house theater and right next to the Southside ballroom, which was where we were headed for a concert. Cool vibe- nice and trendy; cool upstairs patio. A unique menu selection (hatch green chili Mac n cheese, I had mine topped with bacon for a $2 up charge which is worth is... If it ever makes it to your table. You see, the service there is the ABSOLUTE WORST ALL OF US HAVE HAD IN OUR ENTIRE LIFE! We were a party of four so that says a lot!! Long story short- waited a little while until we were greeted (10-15min), he came by and said "hi and he'd be back" --ok, no problem; thanks for letting us know. Came and took our drink and food order when he finally came back (we knew what we wanted bc we had time to look the menu over and we were starving). He was nice, seemed to have gotten everything. 20 min go by and here come out our FIRST round of drinks- no water like we asked. 20 more minutes come by here comes the water but husband's drink is empty and he just drops water and goes and does not come back until ANOTHER 20 min and I go and track him down! By then, OUR FOOD ORDER HAD BEEN IN FOR OVER AND HOUR. THIS PLACE WAS NOT SUPER SLAMMED BUSY. He tells me he doesn't know why the food is taking so long, he's going to go check and get my husband another drink. 10-15 minutes later his 2nd drink of the night finally arrives but WITH NO FOOD! OR AN UPDATE IN OUR FOOD! Wait 10-15 more minutes by this time we have to start eating so we can make it to our concert on time (thank god we had the time just sit around and wait) we track down a manager. Food finally comes 5-10 later! You would expect the food to be piping hot; nope! Lukewarm at best. Husband sent his back all together and just ordered another drink. That 3rd drink never came! They comped our whole meal and NEVER apologized we won't be coming back. Ever. And there are other details I have failed to mention (I.e. Waiter's attitude and whatnot once we realized he's just gone completely MIA on us ) but my fingers are hurting so that is all for now

Sally C.

Yelp
Beautiful cob salad with heavily dilled ranch (a good thing, delicious & fresh flavor) automatically served on the side (nice touch). The carved turkey sandwich on hippy bread was really terrific & perfectly balanced. I was so glad I got the "tarragon aioli" on the side-- it was so powerfully garlicky the tarragon was completely lost. Both excellent lunch items. Service was woefully inattentive even with the restaurant never more than 1/3 full the entire 2 hours we hung out waiting for our movie. Wish half stars were possible, would give 3.5 but the service keeps this solidify undeserving of 4.

Jamal U.

Yelp
This was probably my worst ever experience with a Karaoke place. Dirty old equipment, bad service and discriminatory practices. We brought a party of 13, came in a party bus ready to spend a ton of money and was kicked out because they found an outside drink for one of the guest that was non alcoholic. We did not cause a scene or anything apologized and gave the drink to the waitress only to find out minutes later we were being kicked out of the establishment?!? What an embarrassment, I understand there are many situations where racism in service takes place and I am not sure if we were kicked out because of our skin color but it sure seemed like it. I will be sure to file a formal complaint of how we were treated with the Attorney General and BBB. Update 07/31/17 I have now received a response that is 100% false. I was right by my friend when he handed the drink over and it was not a problem. He absolutely did not drink whatever was in the cup and gave it over as asked. Not going to argue on yelp though, I will address with the proper channels.

D W.

Yelp
Great location and cool location. Overlooks downtown. Friendly bar staff. We came for dinner , but unfortunately try were closing for a private event. We just ordered apps and drinks.

Ed W.

Yelp
Positives: nice atmosphere... alcoholic shakes available (note: not all shakes have alcohol)... good selection of beers... good view of downtown... Karaoke rooms available Negatives: food is pretty blah (this also holds true for the attached alamo drafthouse)... My goat cheese wrap only had fried goat cheese in the very bottom of the wrap (this was not a fluke... Its just how they make it) and would have been better as a salad (which is an option)... Service was spotty Verdict: come here for drinks and atmosphere but eat elsewhere if you can... The food is only slightly better than what you find at studio movie grill...

Jennifer G.

Yelp
Judd is the man! This bar is awesome. I love that I can do a kickass patio AND see my movie after. Definitely a win win. And I have to say my Cedar Fever drink did not disappoint. I will be back and bring friends.

Kie A.

Yelp
I really enjoyed myself yesterday!! The girls and I had our fun day here and we left very satisfied!!! Our bartender Barth was THE BEST!!!! I'm glad we came early and was able to get all the attention!! Lol. But seriously he makes a mean mai tai and a drink that I have no idea what was in it. Lol!! The food was actually very tasty and quick! We ordered the hot wings, queso dip with chips and the loaded French fries!! All great!! The karaoke rooms were nice but we did notice that some of the songs were off a little. But that wasn't a big deal to us. We were there to have fun and let our hair down!! We did!!

Zach H.

Yelp
The bartender Kallyn was super chill. my wife made a strange request for pickles and grey goose and we just joked around and laughs were had etc. Definitely a chill spot.

SaQuita P.

Yelp
This is one place that you don't want to miss the Vetted Well is such a unique bar. Judd is my fave bartender, he makes each drink as if its his last, a true craftsman. Not only do the drinks look good they taste good too. Each drink has its own unique ingredients there isn't a place like this in town. Please make sure to visit this place you wont regret it

Krys S.

Yelp
I love coming here before we're about to see a movie! The wine is delicious a d so are the fried pickles, not together of course! Best place to chill! I highly recommend!

Desiree R.

Yelp
I am so disappointed with this place. On several occasions I've had to wait a while for a server and was forgotten about. Almost never packed, and I can see why. Alamo Drafthouse is my favorite theater but Vetted Well is becoming one of my least favorite places to grab drinks and something to eat. Last night was ridiculous. We requested a table and the host forgot about us. I then went to the bar and was like, "Can we get a waitress?" Usually the bartender there helps us out. This time a different bartender was like, "Did you ask the hostess?" I was like, "Yeah, we still haven't got a waiter or waitress." He then stared at me like I was stupid and he said again, "Did you ask the hostess?" I replied, "I will ask her again." Once I reminded the hostess, she apologized and said she forgot. We waited another 10 minutes and went back to the bar and asked another waitress because I couldn't find the hostess. The bartender apologized and said the behavior of the hostess was "appalling" and suddenly there was a sense of urgency. I felt awkward because I didn't want anybody to get in trouble, we just wanted some help after waiting a while. It was unacceptable, but I was in an awkward position feeling like the whole blame was going to be thrown on one person when there was more staff that could've helped us. They gave me two menus to take back to my table and wait for a waitress. We had to wait a while longer and food service was slow, too. Fries were unseasoned and buffalo cauliflower was cold. I requested a side of buffalo sauce and it came out long after I got my meal. Not sure what the deal is here, but I'm not grabbing food from Vetted Well again. I can hold off until the movie and just eat in the theater. It's always empty and service has been off a few times before. I think it's just getting worse. I was told by the bartender we would get rain checks but didn't. We only stuck around so long after waiting because we were waiting on a late movie and didn't feel like leaving and walking somewhere else. It felt like so much wasted time.

Jason D.

Yelp
Expensive for their drink offering, especially when it comes to liquor. They have an amazing bar-side patio with an incredible view of downtown, and farther down the hall, past the karaoke rooms, there is an actual patio (i.e., with a giant sign identifying it as such) that really isn't much and doesn't have much of a view. I did not try the karaoke rooms. Service was okay, and our server was nice. Overall experience was good, but the cost did seem high for what you got. Their craft beer selection is not very impressive.

Mandy L.

Yelp
I can't believe I haven't been here more often as I live in the area. I love their trivia nights and TACO (tickets are cheap on) Tuesday specials for the movie theater. We love to come here to get drinks on the patio (sometimes a bottle of wine) along with queso and chips. The weird thing is that you don't get a large bowl of salsa with it and have to order small containers of it on the side. The food selection isn't enormous but the sandwiches and pizzas are decent. Views from patio are great!!

Cristine K.

Yelp
Bar/restaurant on top of the Alamo theatres. Good bar food: queso, fried pickles, pizza, sandwiches. Same menu as the theatre. Drink selection was decent. Service was very slow even though we were the only table there on a weeknight.

Kai B.

Yelp
- Only issues were that the customer service and wait time for food was seriously lacking. It wasn't a busy night at all. The wait time was at least 40 minutes and I only ordered a grilled chicken Caesar salad. I assumed that they had to go kill a live chicken... - But the salad was really flavorful

Kaitlynn P.

Yelp
I wish I could give this bar more stars! I have been to this spot many times and I have never been disappointed. I used to stop in to grab a drink before seeing a movie but now I stop in just to hang out!! The manager Kallyn is excellent along with the bartenders Chris and Dan! Paulette and Rachel are also rockstars and never disappoint! The view is so beautiful and the food&drinks are fantastic!!!! I highly recommend!!!!

Denise B.

Yelp
The drinks here were so tasty! Plenty of beer selections. Only disappointment wss our movue was sold out over all great spot!

Valarie B.

Yelp
Can't get anyone to answer the phone! I've been calling for 2 days to ask about an event and NOTHING!!!

Emma G.

Yelp
It could just be because we were there for a friend's 30th birthday bash, but I have nothing but wonderful things to say about this place. You're not going for the food, so don't expect anything special. You're going for the drinks, the view, and the atmosphere! You can't beat views like these in Dallas. Service is impeccable, and the karaoke room was SO MUCH FUN. Such a blast. I plan to go here for a drink before the next movie I see at ADH.

Melissa R.

Yelp
Came here after the NF concert 2/24/18 and we got pretty crappy service. Everything took way too long and every server here seemed to be put out when asked for anything. Pretty annoying when you're willing to tip well and they could give a crap. Don't waste your time.

Brittany S.

Yelp
Attempted to go to Vetted Well before seeing a show at Southside Ballroom. We were seated outside in the patio, which was half flooded. After waiting 20 minutes for service we were informed they were at service capacity and wouldn't be served. Why did you seat us and make us wait if this was case? Restaurant and bar staff were too busy yelling at one another to provide service. Definitely seemed to be poorly managed this night.

A R.

Yelp
Came here with a large group for my birthday and reserved in their biggest karaoke room (space). The only negatives were that the lyric displays and karaoke software kept malfunctioning. I was so drunk I didn't care tho. They ended up comping the room for us and when my group shrunk they put us in a smaller room that was working. Staff was nice to me and my group I was worried since reviews are all over the place. Song selection is great if ur looking for 90s-00s pop, Britney, Mandy, Christina, Destiny's Child, Danity Kane, and Willa Ford among others. I want to visit again. Tldr: Occasional technical difficulties gave us a free room.

Yelp
Service average. Kitchen slow. Queso late and cold. Prices high. Burgers 45 minutes after order. Burger orders wrong (2). Good ambiance. The rest made the experience poor. Love the balcony view. Pretty disappointed.

Yelp
Dropped in on a random Friday from Cali. Pleasantly surprised to catch a killer open-air view of downtown on a 70 degree day in February. Pretty extensive beer selection to compliment an early day flick (only $6 before noon, say what?!). Helluva great find.

Yelp
Wonderful service and delicious food! The patio is lovely. Atmosphere is as well! This has become my favorite place to dine in town. It's great for bringing a date or guests.

Yelp
The location, atmosphere, and liquor selection are all good. But the food is not there. The menu is fun but the execution is not. How can you screw up a burger and fries? It doesn't matter how you ask them to prepare a burger, it's going to be disappointing. Cold fries? That may be acceptable to the people getting food in the cinema, but it's not acceptable in a restaurant. Temperature of the restaurant, itself, fluctuates as door to patio seating often left open. The long and short of it: great for after-movie drinks and lounging with friends. Avoid most of the food items.

Yelp
I had a karaoke party at this location and was shocked by the attentiveness and care that the workers showed. Most notably Rachel the server and Kallyn the manager. They were extremely polite and courteous to our party and served every need we asked for. I HIGHLY recommend this establishment if you are looking for drinks and a good time singing karaoke! One of the best in Dallas!

Yelp
Slow slow slow....the wait staff was nice and friendly - I blame it on management not paying attention to the staffing levels, and I never saw the manager chip in to help out when the two waitresses were clearly overwhelmed.
