Google
They would not accommodate a tasting for our group of 12 because it’s a small business but we went anyway, after someone at the hotel recommended it and purchased by the bottle. Great views.

Awesome local winery. If you pay for a tasting here, you also have a tasting at their other location! Great wines, nice location, friendly staff..

Pam Valdivia and her team at Vezer Family Vineyards were truly incredible to work with. They provided five star service from beginning to end of our wedding planning process. The Blue Victorian venue was perfect for our wedding vision. Pam was very responsive and willing to assist with all our questions. She went above and beyond to ensure our vision was brought to life. She ensured the team understood all the fine details to execute on the day of the wedding. Not to mention the Vezer Family wines are phenomenal (world class)! I highly recommend Vezer Family Vineyard for your wedding!

Google
Great wine and super service. The views and atmosphere are beautiful. No military discount. Tastings are $25 each with great pours. They will minus the tasting from bottle purchase but only one tasting on first bottle second person tasting did not come off of second bottle purchase.

Visited both Vezer's locations, but truly loved our experience at the Blue Victorian. Andrew took great care of us. We got to meet the wine maker and watch grapes gets smashed.

Google
TLDR; Amazing event locations, the best team, supremely accommodating, tasty wines = fully recommend getting married here. We had a two day Indian-American wedding celebration in early June at Vezer. From initial conversations, to planning, to execution, the whole Vezer team (shout out to Laura and Pam) was engaged and made it happen. Critical components of selecting a wedding venue for us were: outside catering (we used Jay Baraat, based out of LA with a satellite facility in the Bay), flexibility on event structure, and a mix of outdoor and indoor facilities. Our Friday evening event (mehndi) was held on the owner’s private estate with 200 of our closest family and friends; the space is large and our guests enjoyed the evening that culminated with a gorgeous sunset set against the Napa hills. It is worth noting that an event at the private estate requires the rental of shuttle buses due to the one-lane driveway and limited parking — the shuttle service was seamless. We had two events at the Blue Victorian on Saturday — an Indian wedding ceremony in the morning, complete with baraat and lunch, and a western style reception in the evening. Everything went off without a hitch and the Vezer team was flexible with some last minute changes and the standard chaos that comes with very large wedding. Due to the crowd size, tastefully appointed and surprisingly classy portable restrooms were required at both locations. If electing Vezer for a large event you will end up being a top-level wine member, which is great because you can swing by any time for tasting for six people and get discounts wine, events, and lodging accommodations, obviously, living in the Bay makes these things easily approachable. We are so glad that we happened upon Vezer and can’t imagine us getting married anywhere else.

Good place for wine tasting. This place is in the middle of a wine yards and great over look of mountains

Google
2 for 1 property. You can visit Teo tasting rooms for the price of one. Very helpful staff at both locations. Have indoor and outdoor seating at both locations and selections of red and white wines.

Yelp
This is such a cute quaint tasting venue. We came on a Tuesday around 2pm. It was definitely not crowded. Just what we were looking for. Our sommelier Kim was great. She explained all the wines we tasted and was so friendly. She made us feel right at home. So glad we were referred here.

Yelp
Who knew there are wineries in Fairfield? What a great find. We started at Vezér's - The Blue Victorian - plenty of outdoor seating, there's indoor seating as well. The wine tasting consists of 4 tastings, plus the tasting here pays for your tasting at their second site, Vezér Vineyards. You can't go wrong. The wines were yummy, starting with their white then immediately into their various reds. Wine tastings is completely an individual process, all dependent on what you like, fruit tones, leather, chocolate to crisp versus jammy & deep flavor notes. They have, for me, some nice wines at both spots. They also offer a great charcuterie board with at least 4 various cheeses, several different meats, some spicy jam, candy covered almonds & olives , all of which pair well with the various wines being served. Overall a great day out adventuring. As an aside, if you start at the Blue Victorian you can park at the local school & get shuttled over to the Verér Vineyard tasting room, avoiding the hassle of attempting to find parking in the area AND FREE.

Yelp
Family-own nice little vineyard. The vintner gave great suggestions. It's too bad the place closed early in the afternoon.

Yelp
I love this winery! It's such a cute spot with friendly staff! Great location and their wine is really good! They also offer a great charcuterie board at this location. The tasting Includes both of their locations (the other vezer is close by), check with them though as sometimes if a location had an event it can be hard to try both locations.

Yelp
How do I begin to explain how truly amazing this place is? We originally came in May 2023 when we were house hunting to move at the end of June. When we arrived we were met with inviting smiles and explanations of our options. We both decided to do the $25 tasting, which includes 8 total wines!! 4 at the Gardens and 4 at the Blue Victorian! After spending multiple hours meeting the employees and drinking the wine, it was an easy decision to join the wine club! The wine club is absolutely fantastic! $100 a month for two bottles of wine and daily tastings for you and 5 of your friends! This is just two of the amazing inclusions of this club! Fast forward a couple months and we are so glad we joined! Everyone treats you like part of the family and we love coming here almost on a weekly basis. Aside from being part of the family, you won't find better wine in The Valley! Would highly recommend stopping in whether for a taste or to stay awhile! Our favorite wine: La Salette! Our favorite people: EVERYONE (special shout out to: Megan, Jace, Kevin, Octavio, and Andrew)

Yelp
Came here for wine tasting and had an amazing experience. We got the charcuterie board with our wine tasting. But it was extremely hot when we went Labor Day weekend so it was difficult to enjoy the outdoor winery. Nonetheless it still was a great experience and I would come back here again.

Yelp
First off, Kevin gave me the Vezer wine experience and he deserves the shout out of all shout outs for being awesome and knowledgeable. Next, what a great experience. The atmosphere is very relaxing, the wines across the board are terrific and without writing a 10 page on each one, all are top quality and just a treat. Vezer Family Vineyard really feels like your visiting family and kicking back but with The added bonus of copious amounts of wine. Add this to your Must visit list when you swing through Fairfield, CA.

Yelp
I honestly prefer wineries in Fairfield over the big ones in Napa, its so much more intimate and the quality is superb. I liked pretty much everything on the tasting tour of Vezer, but the favorite hands down is the 2017 John John Zinfandel. We ended up enjoying a bottle of that after the tasting. The winery itself is beautiful, definitely a great venue for events or weddings. It's a nice way to pass the afternoon catching up and so quiet and peaceful. Recommend!

Yelp
Really enjoyed my visit this morning! The name caught my as it's Hungarian (for captain). Hungary, despite being such a small country, does have a pretty big contribution to the world of wine! Anyway, amazing wines (Barbera had a blueberry aroma which I live for!!) and picturesque vineyard with their Blue Victorian mansion at the foot of the hills! Shout out to Octavio and Jace for really make me feel welcome and appreciated! Your genuine hospitality is 100% integral to the wine/winery-visiting experience.

Yelp
Lovely winery! There are two tasting rooms for this winery, and the tasting fee includes 4 tastings at each tasting room. This location is where the vines actually grow. You'll see it from the road by the big blue houses. Service was great, and wines were very good. The tasting room is beautiful! Parking is ample. I was impressed with the reds. I would definitely come back if I was in the area!

Yelp
Did you know there are wineries in Fairfield?! I was surprised by this, but it turned out to be a pleasant experience. My sister's whole wedding entourage was treated to Vezer's family vineyard private wine tasting. It was part of the package of the house that we rented for the weekend. The drive up to the house is quite nice: lush hills (all that winter rain!), quiet surroundings, a few houses here and there. A nice break from the city life. We sat out in the veranda overlooking the hills and were given 5 tastes of their wines. The Vezer family has owned the property for more than 3 decades and doesn't plan on selling. Too bad ;-) I find that their whites are not their strong suit, there are a few reds worth mentioning: the 2013 Cassie Estate Petite Sirah is classic Suisun valley style according to our host. A beautiful almost violet color with complex blueberries, tobacco aromas, medium acidity and typical Syrah tannins. I also liked the La Salette Blend, a mixture of 65% Petite Sirah and 35% zin. You get your fruit forward flavors and a luscious finish. She also treated us to a couple tastes of their ports (not ready yet) still in the barrel. I'm not a port gal as this is just too sweet for me. After a relaxing hour or so, we headed back to the tasting room to order some bottles to take back. Don't forget to check in on yelp to receive the discount. 3.5 rounded up to 4 for the friendly customer service.

Yelp
Vezer Family Vineyard has not one but two locations that the public can visit their tasting rooms in the Suisun Valley in Solano County. To clarify any confusion this location is known as Vezer Family Vineyard - Blue Victorian, and it's easily located a few miles west of the Suisun Valley Rd. exit headed north on Interstate 80. The winery is highlighted by the stunning blue Victorian house in which the tasting room is located surrounded by patio with fireplaces and lush vineyards. In comparison to their other location on Mankas Corner, which is more of a tasting room/barrel room/concert venue, this location is so picturesque and epitomizes what a winery should look like. What many people may not know is that Vezer Family Vineyard is at the epicenter of the wine revolution going on in the heart of the Suisun Valley. When considering great North Bay wine, you instantly think of Sonoma and Napa Counties, but many people may not know that there a number of great wineries in Solono County as well. A true definition of what a hidden gem is all about. I had only peripherally heard of this region before and my friends and I were given a front row introduction to some of the wineries in the area by my fellow Elite Yelper and friend Michelle, who happened to be Chieftain wine club member at Vezer. We came the day after Thanksgiving and since it was a holiday, the tasting room was packed. But we easily got our tasting thanks to Michelle fortitude in being a member. Since she's allowed to bring five other guests with her we got a complimentary sampling of their 2014 Sauvignon Blanc, 2011 Cabernet Sauvignon, 2011 Jake's Master Blend, 2012 Cassie-Estate Petite Sirah, and the 2010 La Salette. I loved the Sauvignon Blanc with its flavors of ruby grapefruit, guava, stony minerality and white pepper. It was a unique combination that went down crisply. I also loved Jake's Master Cellar Blend with its unique blend of Zinfandel, Cabernet Sauvignon, and Petit Sirah. It was smoother than many blends I've had before. All of this sipping was held one of the nicest vineyard grounds you'll see. We sat outside due to the crowds in the main tasting room and the staff was nice enough to light a fire pit as we tried our best to roast outside despite the cool air while sipping our pours. When they weren't slammed inside, the crew was nice enough to come outside and pour more of their selections. That's customer service with a smile. Eventually the crowds let up and were able to finish our tasting indoors in their lush living room where we learned more about Vezer Family Wines and the events they throw on their grounds. Great wine, easy to access location, solid customer service, Vezer Family Vineyards is a hidden gem that no longer needs to remain hidden.

Yelp
I always have a wonderful experience at the Blue Victorian. The scenery is beautiful and there is a welcoming staff. Both of my visits, Kevin serviced my group of joyous women enjoying a warm California day and he is attentive, patient, and answers al our questions. Great Experience

Yelp
Suisun Valley Has WINES! (Who'da Thought THAT?) ;) SITREP It is actually quite surprising to be driving down Suisun Valley Road and you come upon the Vezer Family's "Blue Victorian Winery" (Blue Victorian). THE SETUP Set against the beautiful landscape of the rolling hills, Blue Victorian sits amid a campus of wine-production buildings. This location is perfect for both great wine tasting with fun events. AN ARRAY OF TASTINGS During my visit, I was able to enjoy a substantive flight of some of Vezer's most accessible wines:: = Vezer's Classic Petit Syrah (Suisun Valley 2012 = Vezer's Cabernet Sauvignon (Suisun Valley 2011) = Vezer's Zinfandel (Suisun Valley 2011) = Vezer's "La Salette" (a wonderful blend of 65% Petit Syrah & 35% Zinfandel) - this is definitely for me, the best wine of the bunch. BLUE VICTORIAN ESTATE INSIDE. Blue Victorian is expansive and with desire to promote fun events and parties. It includes the main building where actual wine tasting is conducted, with great separate rooms for the wine party guests. There is also the Barrel Room where you can see the large inventory of barrels, but permits even LARGER group events. OUTSIDE. I love the tents and outside cabana spaces where you can have an intimate experience with small group of people who may still be part of a larger group. THE LOWDOWN It is wonderful to see that even in the Sacramento Valley, there is fantastic wine to be had that is close by! Definitely worth a trip to the Blue Victorian to experience it.

Yelp
Part 2 to : https://www.yelp.com/biz/vezer-family-vineyard-fairfield?hrid=rOAc2Hg08y-Q8P7n9vN7DQ Again, with the groupon, we got the second of our 4 tastings. There were more whites on this list, and the dessert sauvignon blanc. That was my favorite as well (they save the best for last) and the premises were just as cute here. The archway was toppled because it was windy on our drive up, and they didn't right it - this looked to have a bit more space. They described it as blue with palm trees but they should be saying baby blue lol. Inside is absolutely small, but they are friendly and accommodating, so I don't expect it to be a problem.

Yelp
I was in the area attending a memorial for a dear friend who lost her battle to cancer. Traffic was bad on I-80 heading back to Marin, so I decided to make a pit stop at Vezér. Thanks to Yelp, I had the pleasure of meeting dynamic duo Laura and Pam at an event in SF at the Maritime Museum. They poured their flagship wine La Salette, and endless dessert wine 2012 Franci Black Muscat. We fell in love with both. I started off at their Mankas corner tasting room, and Bree was a gracious host. She advised I had to go to the next stop along Suisun Valley Road to taste the remainder of their wines at the Blue Victorian. I wasted no time after purchasing a bottle of the Black Muscat and went on my merry way. Once I entered the Blue Victorian, I showed my receipt for the tasting, and the beautiful ladies poured the next 6 tastings with complimentary almonds. Alana was also a gracious host, and at one time, Alex came over to assist. He was super friendly and attentive. Midway into the tastings, I decided to meander around the property to check out the patio and barrel room. Guess who I ran into...the owner himself Frank Vezér! He's the nicest man I've ever met, and he started talking to me like I was family. He gave me a bottle of 2010 La Salette on the house - OMG! Thank you soooooooo much Frank, how generous! It was truly a pleasure meeting you. I'm deciding on becoming a Chieftain Wine Club member, as the benefits are impressive. - 12 monthly shipments per year, all shipments $98 plus tax & shipping - Complimentary tasting for member & five guests - Complimentary cheese tray for four people during visit - Four complimentary pick-up parties per year - Two complimentary tickets to the formal Black & Red Chieftain Gala - Two complimentary tickets to the Mankas Gardens Summer Concerts - Complimentary VIP tasting at the Ranch for member & five guests - 50% discount on Barrel Room Cottage overnight stays - 25% discount on all wines sold at Vezér tasting rooms - 25% discount on all special invitation events - 25% discount on La Salette no restrictions on # of bottles - 15% off private event rentals at all locations - Legacy Room, Blue Victorian, and The Ranch tasting rooms are available for private, after hours, meetings, or dinners at 25% discount on weekday event site rentals - 12% discount at Mankas Steakhouse on all food Talk about VIP treatment at Vezér Family Vineyard; I see why the locals are raving about it. We all know these events come with a hefty price in Napa, even if you're a loyal member. I can't wait to bring hubby back with me the next time I'm in Fairfield. Thank you for your hospitality. 'Til we meet again ~ cheers!

Yelp
WhT an amazing space ..excellent service at the blue house from Kevin and ALLL the staff there. Next stop was tasting room on manias corner with an amazing outside patio and equally amazing customer service experience!! The owner was there and came by and chatted with us super nice guy!! If I lived near here I would definitely join the club because the wine is pricey but really good quality and tastes so awesome!! You will never visit Napa again after coming here !! There is a great lil restaurant next door so a small snack is really all the vineyard needs. Can't wait to return.

Yelp
Great local winery when I don't wanna drive all the way to Napa. They have two locations within 1 mile radius. You pay for wine tasting and get an admission to both places. For $20, I think it's a great deal! First location is really cozy, they have garden outside where you can enjoy the sunshine. Also, they have cottage where you can rent out for a little getaway locally. Second location also has indoor/outdoor areas where you can enjoy wine. We ended up getting the membership since it was so affordable and close to our home. Only downside is the finger food.. I wish they had more selections..

Yelp
So i bought a Groupon for this place which included tastings at both locations. I called almost 2 months in advance to make a reservation for us and the guy on the phone told me That as long as we see gone by a certain time at the blue Victorian (like 3 or something) we could go. Our appointment was at 10:30. So we show up, the guy doesn't even look for our reservation and says today they are not doing tastings at the other location sorry. Then I told him what the other guy told me on the phone and the guy just said "sorry, either you can use the Groupon or save it and pay out of pocket." He did not offer to comp so we could come back and view the Victorian and honor the Groupon, He didn't offer anything and I was very upset because it was mine and my husbands gift to our family and because I was told differently on the phone. They should've called in advance to let me know, I mean what's the point of taking all my information if you won't tell me these things in advance. They also don't allow any outside food, but they also don't have food. Well they have a charcuterie board but that's it and we had someone who was pregnant that couldn't have that and we already brought our food (because most wineries let you bring food since they don't provide it) I felt like I kept getting dirty looks ( maybe I was making it up) because we sat there for a bit after finishing the last tasting. Mostly because we were trying to figure out where to eat our lunch we brought (which is a whole other story).

Yelp
The Blue Mansion is the other half of the Vezer Family estate and it is truly charming. We came on a raining day so we couldn't enjoy the amazing outdoor area, but we did get to sit in their charming indoor area. When we arrived, we were the only ones in the tasting room so we were treated phenomenally by the staff. We loved the wines even more at this location than the other half of the estate. We, of course, ended up buying another bottle of wine here. We definitely plan to go back and enjoy the outdoor area because you absolutely can't beat those views!

Yelp
Within the Fairfield area you cross paths to a hidden gem in the next neighboring town over in the Suisun Valley where petit sirah reigns supreme. Vezer has a few locations to try out their wines, which have different vintages and varietals at each of the locations. This review is for the Blue Victorian which is located at this address and by far this place stands out in an area along the winding back roads that will eventually lead you to the Napa area. Just look for the blue house and the tall palm trees as you're coming in. Coming in you walk right into the tasting area and are greeted by the two staff behind the counter pouring away at the wines. Tasting fee has gone up since I remember but is still worth it for is. Fee is now at $20 for 5 tastings. It is of course waived when you purchase a bottle. In addition, when you make a short 2 minute drive to their other location you have an additional 5 tastings when you show them your receipt. Indoors, the tasting room area appears quite small and would be a bit of an issue if there were a big crowd on the cold and potential rainy days that are coming, however when walking outside you come across a covered area with a fireplace and a row of heating lamps with tables and seating as well which overlooks their vineyards along with the two other buildings directly behind the blue house where they produce their wine. Vezer also coordinates and puts together the most spectacular events for their members and for those looking for a wedding destination or throwing a party, this is a great spot. They have two whites and three reds. Sometimes the amazing staff will give you a pour of something that is not on the list at no addition. The main red which is a blend is their flagship wine and that is the La Salette which is by far one of my favorites. That is their star but the other wines are just as great depending on what your preference is. Overall, I loved the place so much that I became a wine club member and whichever level you choose they come with many perks and is definitely money well spent. I highly recommend to put this place on your winery go to and travel off the beaten of Napa. I toast my wine glass up to you! Cheers!

Yelp
I came to this location April 4th which had great services/wines, however had issues with their payment. First and foremost, their payment system was not working, resulting in them swiping my card multiple times. At the end of the it, I gave them an alternative card but pointed out that there's a pending charge on my original card. They said it won't go through, however 2 days later it did. I had to speak with 2 representatives over the phone expressing my frustration of having to waste my time, however, its now over a week and I have not heard back. It's just $20 but it's just the principle of it. If this is how they run their business, I will not be back.

Yelp
Ok, not gonna lie... I was very hesitant about my move to Fairfield/Suisun area. I had previously lived in Seattle proper for the past 11 years, so I was always spoiled by countless things to do, endless restaurants, and just that fast pace city life. We took a motorcycle ride over to Suisun Valley, and my doubts were shattered! What gorgeous scenery just a short 15 minute ride away from home. I could never make it to Woodinville (Seattle wine country) from where I lived in Seattle within that short amount of time, nor without enduring some kind of awful traffic. Luscious green rolling hills, tons of vineyards sweeping through the land, ahhh the peace and joy my heart feels at this sight! Vezer rests beautifully within this scenery. A gorgeous winery with several tasting rooms in the area. If you pay for a tasting at one room, save your receipt and get a comped tasting at their other location. If you purchase a bottle, you get your tasting fee ($15) waived, and trust me, you'll want to buy at least 1 bottle! All of their wines are delicious! The pourers are incredibly friendly and fun. They definitely treat their customers like long time friends. They've got two tasting rooms and apparently a ranch as well. I was able to make it to both tasting rooms, but unfortunately not the ranch. They hold multiple events and weddings at Vezer, and I've seen the photos of some of those events in the albums in their tasting rooms. Very beautiful set up and worth checking out all three locations. They do pour different wines in the different locations, so you aren't tasting the same things over again. Only two whites, and the rest were reds. Beautiful sauvignon blanc and a great portuguese grape verdelho (I hope I spelled that correctly). Their cab sauv and the La Salette (red blend) were my favorite. Definitely not cheap wines here, you do have to spend a pretty penny for them, but they are definitely worth it.

Yelp
We have been members for almost one year. What a treat and a great local find. We've been to several events and loved all of them. The staff is beyond exceptional. If you live in the Fairfield Suisun City area. This is a must

Yelp
Our boating trip to Lake Berryessa cut short when one of our boat members got a little sea sick. We decided to make the most of our drive up that direction and hit up a winery on the way home. As we approached town it was winding close to 5PM and I did not want to be those people who walk in right when a winery is closing... we were thrilled to find out through Yelp that Vezer was open until 6PM! The location is gorgeous and the wines are quite tasty. It is $20 for a tasting but you get 5 wines at this location and 5 more pours at their sister location just down the road. We split the tasting since it was more than we planned on drinking and were pleased to get decent sized pours and friendly staff. We will definitely be back for a solo wine tasting trip in the Suisun Valley!

Yelp
Where wine is concerned I think of myself as somewhat of a rube, which Google helpfully describes as "a country bumpkin". There is sometimes, however, a difference between the way one thinks of one's self versus the truth of the matter. A nearby art event brought me over to the Suisun Valley, exposing me to a wine-growing region I didn't even know existed. It was interesting to head toward the event and notice the landscape dotted with tasting rooms and signs leading to more. Worthy of a taste test, I thought. Blue Victorian Winery is apparently an offshoot of Vezer Family Vineyard which offers more tastings in a different venue nearby. This venue catches your eye though, with its long driveway leading to a pristine blue Victorian and folks outside at tables enjoying their purchase. Inside, the place was hopping with spirited people sitting, standing, and enjoying their wine tasting, purchased wines, and a televised Raiders game. $10 here (waived if you buy a bottle) will get you a lot of pours and I now understand why the crowd was so happy. Big, generous pours circa Napa 1990, and for half the time I was there they didn't even have a wine dumping crock out for those who really did want to sip. The wines were served up casually by friendly staffers and I left with the feeling that much of their business is repeat wine-clubbers. I didn't love the wine so, despite the big pours and wide variety of offerings (including an invitation to walk out to the vineyard and taste the grapes), I could only get excited about this as a place I might have loved a long time ago, when I was more about the party and less about the grape. This wine rube proved herself something of a wine snob in this instance by coming to the realization that she likes the wine grown along Napa's Silverado Trail a whole lot better than that produced in the Suisun Valley. Still, if you just want some wine, any wine - or to taste test a region you might not have tried yet, this is a most welcoming place to do so.

Yelp
My husband and I had our wedding at the Blue Victorian on Suisun Valley Road IN June of this year. We absolutely loved our wedding, and felt that it was the perfect venue to host our special occasion! STAFF We need to mention that our interactions with the Blue Vic staff were nothing but incredible. By the time our wedding rolled around, we felt like we were part of the Vezer family, based on the way we had been treated. Chris, the event manager, worked tirelessly with us and our wedding planner to make sure that the venue could safely and smoothly host our wedding. The staff in the tasting room was always friendly- especially Joseph and Ron! Joseph is just an all-around awesome guy- really gets you excited about the wine. Ron is so knowledgeable about the wine- and offered his champagne bottle sabrage services at our reception! I can't even begin to explain to you how cool it was to see this- in his top hat, his silhouette striking the bottle with the sabre and hearing a huge pop! Everyone cheered and we toasted with the champagne that he opened. Frank Vezer let us take some wedding photos next to his awesome old cars in the middle of the vineyard- I am sure those pictures will be stellar! We also came by so much that we eventually ran into the wine maker, and we spent some wonderful time with him learning about the new wines aging in the barrels, the story of the grape, and the life of a wine maker. What a nice, friendly family Vezer has! WINE Vezer asks that you use their wine for an event on their property -which is not a problem since the wine is amazing! Since we love Vezer wine already, and you get a discount with the venue if you join their wine club, so we signed up last month. As a bonus we were able to attend a club member pick-up party, where we received our first box of 3 delicious wines. We're already looking forward to our next shipment. CEREMONY IN THE VINEYARD Our ceremony was outside in the vineyard- we used burgundy market umbrellas, parasols, and hand-passed fans to help people stay cool. To minimize the time in the sun, we had our ceremony start on time even though pictures ran late. Guests were still hot, but they enjoyed our quick and meaningful ceremony before they were ushered over for hors d'ouvres in the shade followed by dinner in the barrel room. One tip- when indicating attire for your wedding, note appropriate dress- if you are OK with it being less formal in order for guests to be comfortable in the sun, indicate that on the invitation. We put black-tie optional, so it was uncomfortable for some of our guests who were in black or darker outfits. RECEPTION IN THE BARREL ROOM We were able to fit 120 people (that is about 110 adults and 10 children) inside of their barrel room for a plated dinner reception by using 3 long rectangular banquet tables, and 3 round tables. The round tables allowed us to seat family by the sweetheart table, and the rest of the guests sat comfortably at the long tables. Caterers were able to travel between the seats to deliver food and take plates with ease. The barrel room is cool and comfortable for guests. Our planner beautifully decorated the inside of the barrel room to make the space elegant and welcoming. I personally do not think one can fit more than 120 people in the barrel room for dinner. Dinner would have to be outside (and the ceremony inside) if you have more guests than that. DANCING AND BAND After dinner, we danced right outside the barrel room on a dance floor. The floor we rented was on a tilt- I had wished there was a better place to put it, but for a wedding of my size and layout, this was the best option. We had our band on a stage outside faced toward the blue victorian. Make sure you rent them market umbrellas or a small tent to keep them in the shade while its hot. Music ran until 9:45 and was off at 10pm- the guests all thought that was good timing. We ended at a high note rather than at a time when people are exhausted from staying for too long. VALET We used Vaca Valet for our guests- people liked having timely complimentary valet services. The valet did an amazing job and they were very professional. HOTEL We used the Courtyard Marriott on 1350 Holiday Lane- they have a complimentary shuttle that seats 7 people and will make multiple trips. It was an incredible night- we planned it over the span of 6 months, and while nothing ever goes exactly as you plan it, its nice when the kinks can be worked out by your planner, the venue, and the vendors in an organized and graceful fashion. We have so many fond memories of the wedding and are looking forward to our video and photos to help us remember our special day! We'll be visiting Vezer again when we return to CA for our anniversary in 2013!!!

Yelp
My husband and I got a tour because Marriott hotel gave us a coupon. It was such a lucky event. I visited many vineries next day, however, when we discussed our impressions with my husband and his brother, all of us named Vezer the best place we visited. I signed for the club, and love every shipment, There is some magic in the aromas of the grape of Vezer wines. I tried many expensive wines, including first and second growth Bordeaux, and can tell you - Vezer's wines are a real jewel

Yelp
We have been coming to this winery about 8 to 9 months ago. We fell in love with the staff and the view is just gorgeous. After visiting multiple times, my husband and I decided to get married at this venue recently on 03.15.2014. The weather was beautiful. Once the sun went down, just over the mountains, there was a full moon setting. We had the perfect weather and view during our reception. Did I mention how accommodating, friendly, fun the staffs are? Go for a tasting and they surely will give you a great time. They also have really good wines. We had the cuvee and the verdelho wine for our wedding. All of our guests complimented on how good our selections were. Thanks to Jesus, Kim and Jen who helped us pick out our wines. We also love their Zinfandel and the Savignon Blanc. The day of the wedding, Kim and Elizabeth really worked hard, making sure all my guests were happy, making sure our tables constantly had wine, making sure our food was all out...they truly did a great job. Whether it's just a nice day for a tasting with friends and family or looking for a wedding venue, Blue Victorian Winery will be perfect. They have indoor and patio seating. Generous pours during tasting with a relaxing view, you can't go wrong. Thank you Vezar Family for everything!!!

Yelp
Great experience just 15 miles away from Napa but wine that easily matches many top napa vineyards. Amazing Petite Syrah and two tasting locations which means you get two tastings for the price of one. On your way to Napa make Vezer should be your first stop.

Yelp
The Blue Victorian tasting room of Vezer was a great experience. We all really enjoyed the wine and the service was great (we wanted to sit outside and we were checked on often by an employee to bring us our next wine and ask if we needed anything else!) The scenery is seriously beautiful here, great place to take pictures!

Yelp
Wonderful experience, Octavio, Kim and Jace were awesome. Would highly recommend to people visiting the Napa area. Avoided the crowds and we had a great ambience. This is a hidden gem. We loved it.

Yelp
Zero stars .FYI. This place is a joke . They are very judge mental ! We had plenty of money to stay at their rental , but they turned us down because we aren't snotty enough for them. I guess . They actually changed the price from $ 6700.00 to $10,000.00 per month . They assumed I couldn't afford to pay that rate and she actually told me, "good luck with finding a place ". And hung up . I grew up in ORINDA , Ca . I dealt with way more classy and respectfully rich people than vezers could ever imagine ! OMG ! That's pretty funny that she thinks she's better than we are ! What a joke ! I would never treat someone that way ! This yelp is just because I know that others have been treated badly by the vezer winery company , but are too embarrassed to say anything .From now on , I'm speaking out because life is too short to allow people to treat you like they are better than you are !

Yelp
Nice sitting outside at the blue Victorian tasting wine at sunset. Our favorite was the Cabernet Sauvignon.

Yelp
Me and my fiancé absolutely loved this place. It was so beautiful and peaceful, we could've sat there all day. The wine was wonderful and we ended up with a bottle of the Gary's and Jake's blend. Kevin was wonderful and very attentive. We were very appreciative of how kind and knowledgeable he was. If we travel through this area again we will most definitely be stopping back in. Overall a wonderful experience.

Yelp
Owner/management prominently displays anti-liberal propaganda at the bar. There is one tour guide and server who has a nasty attitude and is not congenial with customers. Didn't even acknowledge a thank you. The wine is over-priced and marginal, at best. Sorry I purchased some of their best wines in the past. Too many are packed-in for the events. Not a pleasant experience. Many of the staff were very professional, on top of the customers, and very congenial.

Yelp
Coming from Chicago to experience wineries for the first time in my life, I found magic at Vezer Family Vineyard. Yup. Get this. The guy who was pouring me glasses of wine had the charisma of someone who came from a Second City improv stage. My brother and I were hesitant at first. Although there was a sign stating "Vezer Family Vineyard" near the road, we might as well have been parking in the driveway of someone's house. Exactly. It looked like a house. Albeit, a house surrounded by fields of grape vines, but a house nonetheless. My brother approached the door and asked, "Should we knock?" Naw. I cautiously opened the door and that's where our magical experience began. A charmingly decorated interior greeted us - like something out of "Alice in Wonderland," only grown-up. The cooking channel flashed quietly on a television above the fireplace and photographs of an elegant wedding graced majestic frames and albums. The man behind the counter warmly greeted us. We explained that this was our first day of wineries. Ever. In our lives. And he graciously and humorously introduced us to the vineyard, the wines, and the Vezer family through his lively tales. He made us feel at ease as we laughed and talked and laughed again over glasses of wine. I loved the white port (yeah, I didn't know that existed either!) that was absolutely scrumptious and surprising. It had a surprisingly delicious aftertaste of buttered popcorn. Our host told us how they gave a case of that wine to the Jelly Belly factory and received jelly beans in exchange. If you can't tell already, our experience was singularly memorable. In the end, he recommended that we go to Vintage Caffe which has some sort of affiliation with Vezer Vineyard. Not sure about that, but Vezer does have a store of some sort next to the restaurant (I think a lot of folks have accidentally written reviews of the store when they meant for their reviews to be of this place).

Yelp
My husband and I just returned from a tasting here this afternoon and unfortunately it was not the experience that we were used to having when some of the older tasting room employees were there... First, no eye contact or acknowledgment until I said hello first, dirty glass with dried sediment in the bottom, zero friendly interaction with the attendant since she was busy texting the entire time (the message alert was a constant during our time there.) Just really quite blah, and the wine didn't seem as flavorful as it had in the past.,, One benefit is you can taste at both rooms for $15, thats nice considering the price of their wine, but as long time resident of the area I missed the times with Joe, Jen, Josh and the attendant from Romania (forgot her name) they were jems that definitely added to the experience at this establishment.

Yelp
This place is a hidden gem!! My husband and I decided to spend a couple of extra days in Napa after a family vacation in Tahoe. This was the first place we stopped at on our way. We had great customer service from the moment we walked in. The girl suggested we sit outside under the cabana for our wine tasting. It was so lovely to do the tasting out by the vineyards. The wine blew us away too! My favorite was the Jake's Cellar one. My husband's favorite was the LaSalette. They told us we also get a free tasting at their other tasting room at Mankas Corner, since we bought a tasting at the blue Victorian. The other tasting room is just around the corner. So you get to try 11 wines with the purchase of one tasting! Through talking with the people at Mankas Corner, we found out about a cottage on the property they rent out. We called Laura who oversees the property to inquire about staying there. She was fantastic! We stayed at the cottage for the remainder of our trip. Can't recommend more highly!

Yelp
Cute little winery, beautiful location! Loved that we were able to take our time with the tasting and just sit outside and enjoy the afternoon. Many beautiful photo ops as well. We had a Groupon for $30 for a wine tasting for 4 people at both the Vezer locations, great deal! I definitely recommend!

Yelp
This is a great winery with cheap but great flavored wines. Positives: great wines, get free tasting at their sister property, amazing backyard area to lounge and enjoy the nice weather outdoors, friendly staff Negative: the only negative is that there is no indoor seating during wine tastings. I would recommend coming to this amazing winery on nice hot days so that you can enjoy the outdoor seating area in the back!

Yelp
Who needs Napa when you can enjoy the exquisite taste Vezer family vineyards has to offer. In the heart of Suisun valley, the world capital of la petite sirah, you will find a friendly, relaxing escape from the hustle and bustle of the city. The wine tasting tour was not only a joy to the palate, but very educational as well.... I loved every second of my stay with the Vezer family and their staff and cannot wait to come back.

Yelp
Wow! Wish they were in Napa!!! (just so it's closer and we could go more often!) We had 9 of us and I felt awful doing that since I know you should have reservations but they treated us like GOLD! I believe it was Jen at Mankas corner who helped us first and then when we went to the Blue Victorian (they own both) we were totally blown away! Joseph was wonderful and treated us incredibly! Loved going in the barrel room and doing the little "blending class" Thank you sooooo much all of you!!!
